市售蘑菇中微量元素测定分析   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
采用原子吸收分光光度法测定了银川市大型超市里10种新鲜蘑菇中的锰、铁、锌和铜含量。各元素测定方法的变异系数为1.9%~4.2%,回收率在92.1%~104.0%之间。结果表明,锰、铁、锌和铜在蘑菇中含量的分布分别为6.75%~23.64%,80.37%~233.40%,28.00%~118.7%,2.55%~40.69%。测定结果对评价市售蘑菇微量元素营养价值具有参考意义。  相似文献

采用硝酸–高氯酸湿法消解或硝酸–双氧水微波消解植物样品,以电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法同时测定样品溶液中钾、钠、钙和镁含量。用该法测定灌木枝叶和茶叶标准样品,测定值均在标准值范围内,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.45%~4.05%(n=8)。钾、钠、钙、镁的加标回收率分别为94.4%~107.6%,92.6%~107.9%,93.7%~105.4%,92.9%~107.2%。该方法操作简便,测量精密度和准确度完全满足植物中钾、钠、钙和镁含量的测定要求。  相似文献

本文研究了测定铜冶炼烟尘中铋含量0.050% ~5.00%的火焰原子吸收光谱法。对铜冶炼烟尘试样的溶解、测定体系中酸介质的影响和各干扰元素进行了试验研究。制定了铜冶炼烟尘中铋含量的原子吸收光谱法。方法标准偏差为0.0013 %~ 0.057 %,相对标准偏差为0.78 % ~1.44 %,样品加标回收率为98.95%~101.87%。本方法具有灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便等特点,适合铜冶炼烟尘中铋含量0.050 % ~ 5.00 % 的测定。  相似文献

采用微波消解–原子荧光法测定PM2.5中砷、汞含量。实验结果表明,当还原剂硼氢化钾的质量分数为2%、溶液介质酸度为4%(体积分数)盐酸时,同时测定砷、汞可获得最佳的荧光值。砷、汞测定的检出限分别为0.027,0.006μg/L,空白滤膜的加标回收率分别为95.3%~101.7%,96.0%~106.0%,样品的加标回收率分别为95.0%~103.5%,93.3%~110.0%。该法检出限低,准确度高,适用于环境空气PM2.5中砷、汞含量的测定。  相似文献

根据铜锍的组成结构特点,建立了一种测定铜锍中铜含量的方法,重点讨论了混合酸对铜锍进行溶解的前处理及样品滴定过程。在4.80%~32.00%铜的测定范围内,加标回收率为97.70%~101.26%,相对标准偏差为0.24%~0.53%。方法能够较好地解决铜锍中铜含量测定难的问题。  相似文献

建立了测定粗锌中砷含量的原子荧光光谱法。粗锌样品经硝酸溶液(1+1)低温溶解完全以后,在盐酸介质中,用抗坏血酸预还原,以硫脲掩蔽铜、铁、银等杂质元素,砷被硼氢化钾还原为氢化物,用氩气导入原子化器测量。砷测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.5%~3.0%(n=11),加标回收率为98.4%~103.6%。与国家标准测定方法分光光度法测定结果对比,相对偏差为0.1%~2.4%。该法准确、可靠,适用于砷含量在0.005 0%~0.50%之间的粗锌中砷的测定。  相似文献

通过对铜冶炼渣化学组成和性质的研究,确定了测定镍的实验方法。铜冶炼渣中二氧化硅含量在20%~40%,硫含量10%~20%,样品的分解具有一定的难度,必然影响镍的测定结果,因此需在样品分解过程中加入一定量的氟化氢铵、溴使二氧化硅生成四氟化硅、硫生成硫化氢挥发除去,溶液中其余共存元素主要有铜、银、铁、锌等元素不干扰测定结果,在硝酸(5%)介质中,用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定镍的含量,测定范围为0.01%~1%,加标回收率在99.5%~100.4%,测定结果的相对标准偏差(n=7)在0.61%~1.18%,检出限为0.004μg/mL,方法快速,简捷,能够满足日常生产检测需要。  相似文献

建立了测定橄榄调和油中橄榄油含量的顶空气相色谱-质谱分析方法。对样品量、加热温度、加热时间、进样量、进样模式、色谱柱进行了优化。通过化学计量学方法发现了橄榄油的特征化合物。取1.0 g样品放置于20 m L顶空瓶中,在180℃加热振摇2 700 s,取1.0 m L顶空气体进样,通过HP-88色谱柱分离和质谱检测。结果表明,方法的线性范围为0~100%(橄榄油含量),线性相关系数(r2)大于0.995,检出限为1.26%~2.13%,模拟橄榄调和油中橄榄油含量测定的偏差为-0.65%~1.02%,相对偏差为-1.3%~6.8%,相对标准偏差为1.18%~4.26%(n=6)。该方法不使用任何溶剂,操作简单、快速、环保,灵敏度和准确度高,适用于橄榄调和油中橄榄油含量的测定。  相似文献

非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.  相似文献

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. The spectral-polarization characteristics of absorption and phosphorescence of molecules of the initial form of nitro-substituted indolinospirobenzothiopyran were studied in oriented polyethylene films and in solutions with different polarity. An oscillator model of the electron transitions responsible for the formation of absorption and luminescence spectra was suggested. It was established that the principal differences in the spectral and photophysical properties of the compound studied and its oxygen-containing analog are associated with the fact that the electronegativity of the S atom is lower than that of the O atom.
