众所周知 ,聚合物的光电性质依赖于聚合物链的构象和 (或 )组成 ,通过在聚合物上引入手性单元 ,采用圆二色谱 ( CD)和圆偏振荧光光谱 ( CPL)等方法可表征聚合物结构 [1] .近年来 ,由于圆偏振光可用作光数据存储和液晶显示器背景光 [2 ] ,人们开始注重共轭聚合物圆偏振光材料的研究 .共轭聚合物的光致和电致圆偏振光的现象由一种带手性侧链的聚噻吩[3 ] 和一种带手性侧链的聚 (对苯撑乙烯 ) [4 ]产生 ,但它们的圆偏振荧光度 (用不对称因子 glum=2 ( IL-IR) / ( IL+IR)表示 ,IL 和 IR 分别指左圆偏振光强度和右圆偏振光强度 )相对较低 …     

氨三乙酸增敏催化光度法测定痕量锰

在活化剂氨三乙酸存在下,基于锰(Ⅱ)催化高碘酸钾氧化溴酚蓝的反应,拟定了测定痕量锰的催化光度法。此催化反应灵敏度高,选择性和重现性较好,线性范围为0.4~10μg.L-1,检出限为8.5×10-8g.L-1,用于测定水样和茶叶中的锰,分析结果的相对标准偏差(n=6)分别为3.2%及1.1%,回收率依次为93%~109%和94%~108%。     

溶胶-凝胶法制备还原态K-Co-Mo催化剂的合成醇性能

应用溶胶-凝胶法制备了还原态K-Co-Mo催化剂, 比较了不同的组分和不同的反应条件对合成醇性能的影响。实验结果表明，适量钾和钴助剂的添加能显著提高催化剂合成醇的性能，尤其是提高了C2+醇的选择性。此外，反应温度、压力以及空速对合成醇影响明显，升高温度可以提高催化反应中低碳醇的收率，但选择性下降；增加压力和空速可以提高低碳醇的收率和选择性，对合成低碳醇有利。在230 ℃，6.0 MPa，14 400 h－1条件下，催化剂合成低碳醇的收率为375.4 g/kg·h，选择性为70.2%，C1OH/C2+OH为0.48。     

非还原脲变性蛋白溶菌酶稀释复性过程中集聚现象的研究

用十二烷基硫酸钠-聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳、阴极聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳和高效凝胶排阻色谱法, 研究了非还原脲变性蛋白溶菌酶在稀释复性过程中的集聚现象. 实验发现, 在整个稀释复性过程中, 没有蛋白溶菌酶集聚体沉淀产生. 当最终复性液中蛋白溶菌酶浓度小于4.0 mg/mL时, 复性过程中不会形成蛋白溶菌酶分子集聚体; 当最终复性液中蛋白溶菌酶浓度介于4.0～8.0 mg/mL时, 复性过程中会形成由非共价相互作用所引起的蛋白溶菌酶二分子和三分子集聚体; 而当最终复性液中蛋白溶菌酶浓度大于8.0 mg/mL时, 复性过程中除了会形成二分子和三分子蛋白溶菌酶集聚体外, 还会形成四分子蛋白溶菌酶集聚体. 在此基础上, 结合文献, 对非还原脲变性蛋白溶菌酶的稀释复性过程进行了描述.

POLYURETHANE-POLYSTYRENE INTERPENETRATING NETWORKS

A series of polyurethane based on liquid chloroprene-hydroxyethyl methacrylate copolymer(CP-co-HEMA)-polystyrene (PS) interpenetrating polymer networks (PU-PS IPN) were synthe-sized. Some physical properties were examined and density behavior was investigated. In 60%polyurethane (PU) system, the tensile strength and density increased greatly. Transmission electronmicrographs showed that the phase separation existed and the sizes of PS domains dispersed in PUphase were about 500-4,000 A. In comparison with correlative PU-PMMA IPN system, whichhas the higher compatibility, this system showed an extensive phase separation and clear boundaries.There was no phase inversion observed even for 60% PU system in which PS was still the dispersed phaseand PU the continuous phase. This was due to the relatively faster rate of formation of PU than thatof ST polymerization.

利用Triton X-100合成介孔二氧化硅及其形貌研究

以非离子型表面活性剂Triton X-100为模板剂,正硅酸乙酯为硅源,合成了介孔二氧化硅分子筛.利用XRD、N2吸附—脱附、SEM、以及TG-DTA对样品进行了表征,结果表明合成的材料具有有序介孔结构、高比表面积及高孔容。同时比较了不同条件下所得产物的形貌结构,并分析了它们的形成机理。
