单粒子势模型下价核子的密度分布

依据实验事实，利用单粒子势模型，计算了一些核态外层价核子的密度分布.计算给出了价核子在核外部分布的概率和贡献，以此作为晕核态的判断标准.通过研究均方根半径随结合能变化的规律，指出了晕核态存在的条件，尤其是质子晕核态存在的条件.这些对判断和寻找晕核态有现实的指导意义. 关键词： 单粒子势模型 价核子 密度分布 中子晕核态 质子晕核态     

多束速调管的增益带宽

 研究了M个束、N个共振腔的多束速调管(MBK)的增益和带宽，得到了描述小信号增益和带宽与器件结构参数和电子束参数关系的公式，给出了在不同参数下增益随频率的变化曲线。分析了多腔对增益，多束对带宽的影响。计算结果表明：多腔可以提高增益；多束可以降低Q值，从而可以增中带宽，带宽增加工了3.6%，还可以提高增益；对于MBK，频率交叉调谐对增加带宽不如频率调谐好；空间电荷波只对增益有影响，对带宽没有影响。最后，预估一种L带多束速调管的增益带宽为8.1%。     

Writing Waveguide in LN With fs Laser

We investigated the waveguide formation in Lithium Niobate with Femtosecond laser pulse writing directly. The output optical field through waveguide has been observed and refractive-index change was characterized by using grating method.     

甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积法沉积μc-Si∶H薄膜中氧污染的初步研究

对不同的本底真空条件下,采用甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积技术沉积的氢化微晶硅（μc_Si∶H）薄膜中的氧污染问题进行了比较研究.对不同氧污染条件下制备的薄膜样品的x射线光电子能谱与傅里叶变换红外吸收光谱测量结果表明：μc_Si∶H薄膜中,氧以Si—O，O—O和O—H三种不同的键合模式存在,不同的键合模式源自不同的物理机理.μc_Si∶H薄膜的Raman光谱、电导率与激活能的测量结果进一步显示：沉积过程中氧污染程度的不同,对μc_Si∶H薄膜的结构特性与电学特性产生显著影响；而不同氧污染对μc_Si∶H薄膜电学特性的影响不同于氢化非晶硅（a_Si:H）薄膜. 关键词： 氢化微晶硅薄膜 甚高频等离子体增强化学气相沉积 氧污染     

空气隙间隔格兰型棱镜偏光器透射光强扰动的温度效应

线偏振光正入射的情况下，空气隙间隔格兰型棱镜的透射光强随旋转角出现周期性增强的扰 动.扰动的出现影响了透射偏振光的质量.研究表明，透射光强对入射角有着敏感的依赖关系 .实验中空气隙间隔格兰型棱镜的振动引起入射角在棱镜的结构角附近作微小变化，从而导 致了透射光强的扰动.讨论了温度的变化对扰动大小的影响.给出了减小扰动的有效方法. 关键词： 偏光棱镜 热光效应 干涉 扰动     

Controlling the gain shape of Er^3＋—doped fluorozirconate fibre amplifier by a coherent field

We proposed a four-level system to explore the quantum interference effects on optical amplification.We found that the gain of the probe.including positions and values of gain peaks,can be adjusted by changing the coherent field and the incoherent pumping.At the same time,we can also modify the absorption profile of electromagnetically induced transparency by the incoherent pump.The results provide a method to flatten the gain of Erbium-doped fibre amplifiers.     

Duality Theory in Fuzzy Linear Programming Problems with Fuzzy Coefficients

The concept of fuzzy scalar (inner) product that will be used in the fuzzy objective and inequality constraints of the fuzzy primal and dual linear programming problems with fuzzy coefficients is proposed in this paper. We also introduce a solution concept that is essentially similar to the notion of Pareto optimal solution in the multiobjective programming problems by imposing a partial ordering on the set of all fuzzy numbers. We then prove the weak and strong duality theorems for fuzzy linear programming problems with fuzzy coefficients.     

A NOTE OF THE SPECTRUM OF HOMOGENEOUS COMPACT OPERATORS

In this paper, we present some counterexamples which show that there is no theory on the spectrum of homogeneous compact operators which parallels the Riesz-Schauder theory on the spectrum of linear compact operators. These counterexamples also illustrate that it is impossible to study in a unified setting the Fucik spectrum of the Laplacian: -△w = au+ - bu- inΩand u = 0 on (?)Ω, as well as the spectrum of the p-Laplacian: -div(|(?)u| p-2(?)u) = λ|u|p-2u and u = 0 on (?)Ω.     

Optical characterization of bromo-alkoxyl-substituted copper phthalocyanine derivative thin films

A series of thin films of copper phthalocyanine derivatives with bromine and alkoxyl substituents [CuPc(OC₈H₁₇)₄Br_m, m=0,1,2,4] were prepared on single-crystal silicon substrates by spin coating. The ellipsometric spectra of the films have been studied on a rotating analyzer–polarizer type of scanning ellipsometer. The optical, dielectric constants and absorption coefficients of the films in 500–800 nm wavelength region were obtained. The results show that the complex refractive index, dielectric constants and absorption coefficient of these thin films are influenced regularly by bromine substituent on conjugated macrocycle. It was found that there are approximately linear relationships between the resonance absorption wavelengths of the films and the average number of bromine atoms substituted on the phthalocyanine ring.     

A new regioselective synthesis and bioactivity of 1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidin‐4(5H)‐one derivatives

A series of new 1H‐pyrazolo[3,4‐d]pyrimidin‐4(5H)‐one Derivatives 5 has been designed and regio‐selectively synthesized via a tandem aza‐Wittig reaction. The structures of all compounds prepared have been confirmed by ¹H NMR, IR, EI‐MS spectroscopy and elemental analyses. The results of preliminary bioassay indicate that most compounds 5 possess an inhibition effect against Botrytis cinereapers and Pyricularia oryzae at the concentration of 50 mg/L.
