A Two-Dimensional Photonic Crystal Slab Mirror with Silicon on Insulator for Wavelength 1.3μm

A concrete two-dimensional photonic crystal slab with triangular lattice used as a mirror for the light at wavelength 1.3μm with a silicon-on-insulator （SOI） substrate is designed by the three-dimensional plane wave expansion method. For TE-like modes, the bandgap in the Г-K direction is from 1087nm to 1559nm. The central wavelength in the bandgap is about 1.3μm, hence the incident light at wavelength 1.3μm will be strongly reflected. Experimentally, such a photonic crystal slab is fabricated on an SOI substrate by the combination of EBL and ICP etching. The measurement of its transmission characteristics shows the bandgap edge in a longer wavelength is about 1540 nm. The little discrepancy between the experimental data and the theoretical values is mainly due to the size discrepancy of the fabricated air holes.     

Multiple-State Storage Capability of Stacked Chalcogenide Films （Si16Sb33Te51/Si4Sb45Te51/Si11Sb39Te50） for Phase Change Memory

The multiple-state storage capability of phase change memory （PCM） is confirmed by using stacked chalcogenide films as the storage medium. The current-voltage characteristics and the resistance-current characteristics of the PCM clearly indicate that four states can be stored in this stacked film structure. Qualitative analysis indicates that the multiple-state storage capability of this stacked film structure is due to successive crystallizations in different Si-Sb-Te layers triggered by different amplitude currents.     

多子阵子空间拟合波达方向估计

提出了考虑阵元互耦的子空间拟合波达方向估计方法。用一带状、对称Toeplitz矩阵对均匀线阵的互耦矩阵建模。根据互耦矩阵自由度,去除部分两边阵元,研究了子空间拟合算法中ESPRIT算法的理论性能。在大快拍的情况下,均匀线阵的MCLS-ESPRIT算法的角度估计误差是一个零均值的联合高斯分布,同时给出了分布的协方差表达式。由方差的数值计算可知,在阵元数和信源数确定的情况下,存在估计标准差最小的子阵;与不存在互耦的理想情况相比,除了估计标准差少许增加外,性能接近。本文的方法已应用于高分辨率测深侧扫声呐,获得了好结果。在声呐阵阵元数增加的条件下,用本文的方法,能抑制均匀线阵的互耦的影响。     

氢化物原子荧光法(HG-AFS)测定鸡蛋中的硒

本文建立了一种HG－AFS法测定食疗蛋中硒的方法，该方法简单，快速，同时也提高了分析的灵敏度。方法的检出限为0.3μg/L，食疗蛋中硒的样品测定的相对标准偏差＜10％，回收率在90％以上。     

HL—1装置SiC涂层辐照实验的表面分析

本文应用表面分析技术研究HL-1装置中SiC涂层的等离子体辐照性能。结果表明,SiC材料应用于孔栏和壁涂层有利于减少杂质和提高等离子体品质。     

In situ Synthesis of Oligonucleotides on Plasma Treated Polypropylene Microporous Membrane

Polypropylene microporous membranes were treated with plasma in a mixture of N2 and H2 (1:2 in volume). Attenuated total reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (ATR-FTIR), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and ultra-violet (UV) spectra demonstrated the success of grafting amino groups. The density of the polar amino groups on the membrane surface is about 0.59 μmol/cm^2. The as-treated membranes were successively applied to the in situ synthesis of oligonucleotides and an average coupling yield was more than 98%. The surface feature of the treated membrane is suggested to be responsible for its advantage over a glass slide.     

两类记录值之和的中心极限定理

该文给出了Ｌｏｇｉｓｔｉｃ分布纪录值序列部分和的中心极限定理；对于Ｐａｒｅｔｏ分布纪录值序列的部分和T_n，获得了ｌｎT_n的中心极限定理．这一工作不仅具有概率论的极限理论方面的研究价值，而且在金融、保险等领域也具有相当重要的应用前景．     

基于CT算法的束团横向相空间测量

精确测量束团的发射度和横向相空间, 在高亮度电子束的产生和应用中具有重要意义. 传统测量方法在测量发射度时需要对束团在相空间内分布进行初始假设, 且只能给出相椭圆的twiss参数;基于CT(computerized tomography)算法的束团横向相空间测量方法无需先验假设, 能给出粒子在相空间内的真实分布, 测量结果更为精确. 介绍了基于CT算法的束团横向相空间测量的原理和初步实验结果, 并与四极透镜扫描法测量的结果进行了比较.     

乌骨鸡磷脂侧链脂肪酸的GC-MS分析

用氯仿:甲醇(2:1)超声提取乌骨鸡总磷脂,丙酮脱油精制后,经皂化、甲酯化处理,应用GC-MS联用技术对其侧链脂肪酸组成进行分析,并以面积归一法,计算各脂肪酸的相对百分含量.结果显示,乌骨鸡总磷脂中含有硬脂酸27.46%、花生四烯酸21.39%、油酸18.22%、亚油酸16.67%、棕榈酸12.13%、二十二碳六烯酸(DHA) 2.26%、二十碳三烯酸1.71%、棕榈油酸0.16%.不饱和脂肪酸和多不饱和脂肪酸的含量分别为60.41%和42.03%.乌骨鸡磷脂侧链脂肪酸中高比例的多不饱和脂肪酸和花生四烯酸含量是乌骨鸡磷脂的显著特征.
