Concentration of gold nanoparticles in the QCM sensitive film as a factor of adsorption properties controlling

The adsorption properties of sensitive films formed by gold nanoparticles, dropped from solutions with different nanoparticles content are investigated using mass-sensitive (QCM) sensors. The dependence of surface adsorption capacity on nanoparticles concentration is shown. The decrease of surface concentration of nanoparticles leads to the increase of sensors sensitivity to different alcohols and water. The adsorption character of water (response amplitude and kinetics) substantially differs form that of alcohols. The sensitivity of gold nanoparticles layers to water is more then one order higher then to alcohols. The kinetics of water adsorption runs in two stages.     

Study of the Elastoplastic Axisymmetric Stress–Strain State of Irradiated Laminated Shells with a Loading History

A technique is proposed to determine the axisymmetric state of laminated shells under thermoradiation loading. The deformation is assumed simple. The axisymmetric elastoplastic stress–strain state of a two-layered continuous plate under a distributed load and a neutron flux incident on one of the plate surfaces is studied within the framework of the Kirchhoff–Love hypothesis for a layer stack. The results obtained with and without regard for the loading history are presented. An important role of the loading history in a stress analysis is confirmed     

The nonaxisymmetric elastoplastic state of isotropic and cylindrically orthotropic solids of revolution under nonisothermal loading

A technique for numerical analysis of the nonaxisymmetric elastoplastic stress-strain state of laminated isotropic and cylindrically orthotropic bodies of revolution under nonisothermal loading with allowance for its history is stated. The strain of isotropic materials is described by the equations of the theory of strain along small-curvature trajectories, while Hooke's law is used to describe the strain of orthotropic materials. The necessity of accounting for the loading history is shown by an example of a nonaxisymmetrically heated sandwich solid of revolution. S. P. Methods and results of studies of the three-dimensional viscoplastic stress–strain state of engineering structures under thermomechanical loading are presented. The following classes of thermoviscoplastic problems are considered: axisymmetric problems, nonaxisymmetric problems for bodies of revolution, three-dimensional problems for bodies of arbitrary shapes, and three-dimensional problems for anisotropic bodies of revolution     

Analysis of autooscillations during co oxidation on a non-uniform surface consisting of two types of sites coupled by coads diffusion

Areas of occurrence and character of autooscillations during CO oxidation on a non-uniform surface consisting of different sites M₁ and M₂, the reaction on which is kinetically connected by the diffusion of adsorbed CO (CO_ads), has been analyzed using numerical integration of an independent system and search of stationary solutions by the homotopy method.
