Selective Oxidation of Methane to Methanol Using Molecular Oxygen on MoOx／（LaCoO3＋Co3O4） Catalysts

Comparatively high CH3OH selectivity (60.0%) and yield (6.7%) were obtained on MoOx/(LaCoO3 Co3O4) catalysts in selective oxidation of methane to methanol using molecular oxygen as oxidant. The interaction between MoOx and La-Co-oxide modified the molecular structure of molybdenum oxide and the ratio of O^-/O^2- on the catalyst surface, which controlled the catalytic performance of MoOx/(LaCoO3 Co3O4) catalysts.     

Synthesis and Insulin—sensitizing Activity of a Series of 2—Benzyl—1,3—dicarbonyl Derivatives

A series of 2-benzyl-1,3-dicabonyl derivatives was synthesized.Their insulin-sensitizing activity was evaluated in 3T3-L1 preadipocyte cells.Compounds3,26 and 27 were found to possess strong insulin-sensitizing activity in vitro and were selected for further hypoglycemic evaluation in vivo.     

Dependence of Elution Curve and Adsorption Isotherms of Insulin on composition of Mobile Phase of Frontal Analysis in Reversed Phase Liquid Chromatography

With frontal analysis(FA),the dependence of adsorption isotherms of insulin on the composition of mobile phase in reversed phase liquid chromatography (RPLC) has been investigated,This is also a good example to employ the stoichiometric displacement theory (SDT) for ivestigating solute adsorption in physical chemistry.Six kinds of mobile phase in RPLC were employed to study the effects on the elution curves and adsorption isotherms of insulin.the key points of this paper are:(1) the stability of insulin due to delay time after preparing,the organic solvent concentration,the kind and the concentration of ion-pairing agent in mobile phase were found to affect both elution curve and adsorption isotherm very seriously.(2)To obtain a valid and comparable result,the composition of the mobile phase employed in FA must be as same as possible to that in usual RPLC of either analytical scale or preparative purpose.(3)Langmuir Equation and the SDT were employed to imitate these obtained adsorption isotherms.The expression for solute adsorption from solution of the SDT was found to have a better elucidation to the insulin adsorption from mobile phase in RPLC.     

Oxidation of Stereo‐regular Poly(styrene‐co‐4‐methylstyrene) by Cobalt(II) Acetate Tetrahydrate/Sodium Bromide Catalyst

Chemical modification on the stereo‐regular poly(styrene‐co‐4‐methylstyrene) (sPS‐PMS) was attempted in this study. Metallocene copolymerization of styrene (St) and 4‐methylstyrene (MSt) was performed by using η⁵‐pentamethylcyclopentadienyl‐titanium(IV)tributoxide (Cp*Ti(OBu)₃)/methylaluminoxane (MAO)/tri‐iso‐butylaluminum (TIBA) catalyst in the bulk state. Cobalt(II) catalyst was then applied to oxidize the benzylic methyl group on the MSt units of the resulting sPS‐PMS copolymer. Both aldehyde and carboxylic acid in the oxidized products were resolved by the FTIR and ¹H NMR. The oxidized sPS‐PMSs exhibit a low and a high‐temperature T_g and T_m corresponding to the transitions in the amorphous and the crystalline regions. Hydrogen‐bond and polar interactions between the aldehyde and carboxylic acids tend to interrupt the regular chain packing of the oxidized sPS‐PMS, resulting in the lowering of T_m with oxidation level. The oxidized sPS‐PMS showed better adhesion to glass fiber than pure sPS‐PMS copolymer as evaluated from the respective SEM fractured micrographs.     

苯乙烯-4-甲基丙烯酰氧-2.2.6.6-四甲基哌啶共聚物的250兆赫~1H-核磁共振研究

本文用250兆赫~1H-核磁共振技术研究了苯乙烯(S)-4-甲基丙烯酰氧-2、2.6.6-四甲基哌啶(M)自由基引发聚合的共聚物的组分比和微结构,定量测定了以M为中心的三元组分布。由此确认该共聚体系属于一级马尔可夫链模型,并确定了单体竞聚率常数,r_M=0.32,r_S=0.60。对苯乙烯含量较多的共聚物还定量估计了以S为中心的三元组分布,与理论上计算结果有很好的一致性。     

An efficient synthesis of α-aryl β-(N-tosyl)amino phosphonate derivatives from α-diazophosphonate

The α-diazophosphonate was added to aryl (N-tosyl)imine to give β-aryl β-(N-tosyl)amino α-diazophosphonates, which were further subjected to TsOH-catalyzed diazo decomposition to yield α-aryl β-(N-tosyl)enaminophosphonates through 1,2 aryl migration. The α-aryl β-(N-tosyl)enamino phosphonates were hydrogenated to give α-aryl β-(N-tosyl)amino phosphonates.

Inorganic—Organic Hybrid 18—Molybdodiphosphate Nanoparticles Bullk—modified Carbon Paste Electrode and Its Electrocatalysis

A kind of inorganic‐organic hybrid 18‐molybdodiphosphate nanoparticles ([(C₄H₉)₄N]₆P₂Mo₁₈Q₆₂·4H₂O) was firstly used as a bulk‐modifier to fabricate a three‐dimensional chemically modified carbon paste electrode (CPE) by direct mixing. The electrochemical behavior of the solid nanoparticles dispersed in the CPE in acidic aqueous solution was characterized by cyclic and square‐wave voltammetry. The hybrid 18‐molybdodiphosphate nanoparticles bulk‐modified CPE (MNP‐CPE) displayed a high electrocatalytic activity towards the reduction of nitrite, bromate and hydrogen peroxide. The remarkable advantages of the MNP‐CPE over the traditional polyoxometalates‐modified electrodes are their excellent reproducibility of surface‐renewal and high stability owing to the insolubility of the hybrid 18‐molybdodiphosphate nanoparticles.

The title compound, C₁₆H₁₇N₅S, is in the thione form and crystallizes with two independent mol­ecules in the asymmetric unit. In both mol­ecules, the penta­methyl­ene­imine five‐membered ring adopts an envelope conformation, and in one of the molecules this ring shows positional disorder. The thione S and hydrazine N atoms are in the Z configuration with respect to the C—N bond.
