Ni-SDC固体氧化物燃料电池阳极的合成和性质

采用柠檬酸-硝酸盐溶胶-凝胶低温自蔓延燃烧法制备氧化镍（NiO）粉末和Ce0.8Sm0.2O1.9（SDC）粉末，并将NiO与SDC按不同质量比和不同制备工艺制备了固体氧化物燃料电池（SOFC）的阳极前身。再用自组装的还原装置将其在820℃经2．5h还原后，采用四端子法测量其电导率值。分析了阳极片电导率与阳极片微结构、Ni的质量百分数、混合研磨时间及烧结温度之间的关系。结果显示，阳极片的电导率强烈依赖于镍含量和制备工艺。     

Isolation and identification of nondestructive desulfurization bacterium

A nondestructive desulfurization microorganism has been isolated. The metabolism product analyses show that the strain can be a kind of biocatalyst to oxidize dibenzothiophene (DBT) into 2-hydroxydiphenyl (HBP), therefore the sulfur in DBT is removed selectively. The 16SrRNA information, cell wall analysis, physical, biochemical properties and morphological properties suggest that the isolated strain is Rhodococcus erythropolis. The strain can grow in the basal salts medium (BSM) that DBT concentration is no more than 10 mmol/L, and the optimal DBT concentration for growth is 1 mmol/L, however, the optimal DBT concentration for desulfurization is 0.5 mmol/L. The further research shows that the strain can also desulfur some other or-ganosulfur-containing compounds such as thianaphthene, phenyl sulfide and 4,6-dimethyldiben-zothiophene (4,6-DMDBT).     

四川省德阳地区泥炭资源的表征及质量评估

本文报导了对四川省德阳地区八种不同来源的泥炭进行全面分析的结果,并与黑龙江省腐值土及山西褐煤进行比较。结果表明,四川省德阳地区泥炭的腐植酸含量大都在20—30%之间,属于中腐酸泥炭,有机质含量在40—50%之间,属于中有机质炭。对从上述八种泥炭中提取的腐植酸进行表征,平均分子量为327.78,其结构是由C、N、H、O、S等元素组成,含有-COOH、-NH、-OH基的结构比较复杂的芳香有机化合物。     

A microfluidic device using a green organic light emitting diode as an integrated excitation source

A simply fabricated microfluidic device using a green organic light emitting diode (OLED) and thin film interference filter as integrated excitation source is presented and applied to fluorescence detection of proteins. A layer-by-layer compact system consisting of glass/PDMS microchip, pinhole, excitation filter and OLED is designed and equipped with a coaxial optical fiber and for fluorescence detection a 300 microm thick excitation filter is employed for eliminating nearly 80% of the unwanted light emitted by OLEDs which has overlaped with the fluorescence spectrum of the dyes. The distance between OLED illuminant and microchannels is limited to approximately 1 mm for sensitive detection. The achieved fluorescence signal of 300 microM Rhodamine 6G is about 13 times as high as that without the excitation filter and 3.5 times the result of a perpendicular detection structure. This system has been used for fluorescence detection of Rhodamine 6G, Alexa 532 and BSA conjugates in 4% linear polyacrymide (LPA) buffer (in 1 x TBE, pH 8.3) and 1.4 fmol and 35 fmol mass detection limits at 0.7 nl injection volume for Alexa and Rhodamine dye have been obtained, respectively.     

聚砜-尼龙6嵌段共聚物结构的研究

<正> 以金属钠作催化剂合成的聚砜-尼龙6嵌段共聚物对尼龙6的吸水性有一定的改善,而且可以作为聚砜与尼龙共混物的相容剂,但共聚物中聚砜组分的含量都不超过25％。这可能与共聚物的结构有关。近年来的工作表明:反相气相色谱法(IGC)是高聚物结构分析的有用的工具之一。我们试图用反相气相色谱法,通过观察嵌段共聚物     

偏最小二乘法分光光度同时测定复方扑热息痛片中各组分含量

本文介绍了偏最小二乘法(PLS)用于多组分分光光度分析的基本原理和算法.研究了复方扑热患痛片中扑热息痛、阿司匹林和咖啡因的PLS测定方法,各组分的平均回收率分别为99.88±0.33％、99.99±0.14％和99.92±1.24％(置信度95％).     

N-(1-异丙基-2-羧基-4-甲基二环[2.2.2]-5-辛烯-3-羰基)-N′-芳基(硫)脲的合成

在无溶剂绿色化学条件下,将α-萜品烯-马来酸酐加成物(1)与取代苯(硫)脲发生N-酰化反应,合成了4个N-(1-异丙基-2-羧基-4-甲基二环[2.2.2]-5-辛烯-3-羰基)-N′-芳基(硫)脲化合物(3a~3d),并由IR、UV-Vis、MS、1HNMR、13C NMR和元素分析确认了目标产物的结构。生物活性测试表明,其中3个化合物(3a、3b和3c)具有植物激素作用。     

用会聚偏振光测定双轴热拉伸有机玻璃板的双折射值的研究

介绍了用会聚偏振光测定双轴热拉伸定向有机玻璃板双折射值的原理和实验方法,并提出了对Kramer计算公式的简化和改进。测定了双折射值与拉伸度、拉伸温度的关系并分析了干涉图。     

分子识别在纳米材料组装中的应用

分子识别应用于纳米材料组装中的研究正受到人们的广泛关注,并逐渐成为超分子化学研究领域中的一个热点。本文对近年来利用分子识别实现纳米材料的组装及可控组装的研究工作进行了综述,并对该领域的研究前景进行了展望。     

聚电解质与相反电荷表面活性剂的相互作用

通过透光度测定、电导滴定和粘度法考察了阳离子聚电解质聚苯乙烯 4 乙烯基吡啶硫酸甲酯盐与阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠 (SDS)的相互作用。研究表明 ,在表面活性剂未过量时 ,二者之间的静电作用占主导地位 ,并且当二者电荷总量相等时 ,生成的复合物沉淀最多 ;在表面活性剂过量后 ,复合物可部分溶解 ,溶解的原因是疏水相互作用。本文初步阐述了二者的作用机理
