We report the achievement of transport critical currents in Sr0.6K0.4Fe2As2 wires and tapes with a Tc = 34 K. The wires and tapes were fabricated through an in situ powder-in-tube process. Silver was used as a chemical addition as well as a sheath material. All the wire and tape samples have shown the ability to transport superconducting current. Critical current density Jc was enhanced upon silver addition, and at 4.2 K, a largest Jc of ~1200 A/cm2 (Ic = 9 A) was achieved for 20% silver added tapes, which is the highest in iron-based wires and tapes so far. The Jc is almost field independent between 1 T and 10 T, exhibiting a strong vortex pinning. Such a high transport critical current density is attributed to the weak reaction between the silver sheath and the superconducting core, as well as an improved connectivity between grains. We also identify a weak-link behavior from the apparent drop of Jc at low fields and a hysteretic phenomenon. Finally, we found that compared to Fe, Ta and Nb tubes, Ag was the best sheath material for the fabrication of high-performance 122 type pnictide wires and tapes. 相似文献

对超临界水在临界区域进行合理的判定和区域划分,对于深入理解超临界水在临界过渡区域的流动和换热相关特征具有重要的作用。本文分析了超临界水从拟液态区向拟汽态区过渡的过程中,其导热系数、动力粘度、定压比热和膨胀系数等相关参数的变化规律特征,并归纳了已有超临界水在临界区域的划分判定模型。分析结果表明,在临界过渡区域,超临界水的流动特征参数和换热特征参数均会发生一系列连续剧烈的变化;只有同时考虑超临界水的膨胀特性和最大比热特性,才能更加合理地对临界区域进行划分。在此分析基础上,本工作完善了超临界水的三区分析判定模型,得到了新的超临界水在临界区域的判定划分数据,并由此拟合得到了新的超临界水分区边界计算关系式。新的计算关系式的误差范围在±0. 3℃之内,满足计算分析的要求。 相似文献

In the antibiotics arsenal, vancomycin is a last resort for the treatment of intractable infections. However, this situation is under threat because of the increasing appearance of vancomycin‐resistant bacteria (VRB). Herein, we report a series of novel vancomycin derivatives carrying a sulfonium moiety. The sulfonium–vancomycin derivatives exhibited enhanced antibacterial activity against VRB both in vitro and in vivo. These derivatives also exhibited activity against some Gram‐negative bacteria. The sulfonium modification enhanced the interaction of vancomycin with the bacterial cell membrane and disrupts membrane integrity. Furthermore, the in vivo pharmacokinetic profile, stability, and toxicity of these derivatives demonstrated good druggability of the sulfonium–vancomycin analogues. This work provides a promising strategy for combating drug‐resistant bacterial infection, and advances the knowledge on sulfonium derivatives for structural optimization and drug development. 相似文献

A novel capacitor with high dielectric constant (ε) has been developed by blending poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) with polyamide (PA11). The blends show high dielectric constants (εblend = 40), which give better frequency stability (1 MHz), and excellent mechanical properties. Based on certain volume fractions, the measured dielectric constants (ε blend ) were found to exceed those of the corresponding polymers, in contrasted to conventional composites, where εpolymerA < εcomposite < εpolymerB. SEM investigations suggest that the enhanced dielectric behavior originates from significant interfacial polymer‐polymer interactions. DSC and XRD demonstrate that blending PA11 with PVDF affects the crystalline behavior of each component. However, the PA11/PVDF blends exhibit a slightly high dielectric loss (tanδ ≈ 0.17), which is a great disadvantage to a capacitor. Adding a copolymer of styrene and maleic anhydride decreased the dielectric loss (tanδ ≈ 0.057) and increased the dielectric constant (εblend = 60). Our findings suggest that the high‐ε polymeric blends created represent a novel type of material that is flexible and easy to process, of relatively high dielectric constant, of high breakdown strength and, moreover, is suited to applications in flexible electronics.

In this article, a novel zwitterionic conjugated polyelectrolyte containing tetraphenylethene unit was synthesized via Pd‐catalyzed Sonogashira reaction. The resulting polymer (P2), which exhibited typical aggregation‐induced emission (AIE) properties, was weakly fluorescent in dilute DMSO solution and showed bright fluorescence emissions when aggregated in DMSO/water mixtures or fabricated into conjugated polymer nanoparticles (CPNs). The nanoparticles from P2 could be prepared by reprecipitation method with an average diameter around 23 nm. Notably, the cell‐staining efficiencies of lipid‐P2 nanoparticles could be enhanced with lipid encapsulation and these nanoparticles were endocytosed via caveolae‐mediated and clathrin‐mediated endocytosis pathways. Furthermore, the lipid‐P2 nanoparticles with low cytotoxicity, high photostability and efficient cell staining ability could be employed for in vitro detection of Fe3+ ions in A549 cells. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. An ultrahigh-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry method was developed and validated for the simultaneous determination of sterigmatocystin, verruculogen, enniatin A, fusarenon-X, fumonisins B1, B2, B3, aflatoxins B1, B2, G1, G2, ochratoxin A, deoxynivalenol, 3-acetyldeoxynivalenol, 5-acetyldeoxynivalenol, and zearalenone. The mycotoxins were extracted and cleaned up using a multitoxin column, separated on a C18 column, and then detected on a triple-quadrupole mass spectrometer. The limits of detection and quantification ranged within 0.2–2?µg/kg and 1–10?µg/kg, respectively. The recoveries ranged from 70.8 to 118.4%, with relative standard deviations below 15%. The method was used to analyze 80 samples obtained from Shandong Province in China. Fifty-eight samples were contaminated with 10 mycotoxins at concentrations ranging from 1.4 to 6566.1?µg/kg. Some samples exceeded the maximum limits in China and in European regulations for mycotoxins in unprocessed maize. 相似文献
