We investigate the phthalocyanine derivative organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) using a novel para - quaterphenyl (p-4p) as the inducing layer. Compared to the devices without the p-4p inducing layer, the performances of p-type (copper phthalocyanine) and n-type (fluorinated copper phthaloeyanine) OFETs with optimized thickness of p-4p thin films are greatly enhanced. Both the field-effect mobility and the on/off ratio of the two-type devices are improved by one order of magnitude compared to those of the control devices. This re- markable improvement is attributed to the introduction of p-4p, which can form a highly oriented and continuous phthalocyanine derivative film with the molecular π - π stack direction parallel to the substrate.  相似文献

利用吩噻嗪单体的空穴传输能力、吩噻嗪衍生物单体的拉电子特性和它们分子结构的非共面性,制备了高效的含吩噻嗪及其衍生物结构单元的对苯撑乙烯聚合物有机电致发光材料P1。同时在单体中引入了烷氧基和长链烷基,使得合成的聚合物在四氢呋喃、氯仿、二氯甲烷、甲苯等溶剂中有较好的溶解性。研究吩噻嗪衍生物单体的拉电子特性对聚合物P1的电子传输性能的影响,合成不含吩噻嗪衍生物的同一类型聚合物P2。制备以聚合物P1和P2为发光层的单层OLED器件,经测量,聚合物P1的器件外量子效率是聚合物P2器件的3.5倍。  相似文献

Naphthalimide derivatives, N-ethyl-4-acetylamino-l ,8-naphthalimide (EAAN) and polymer with N-propyl-4-acetylamino-l,8-naphthalimide (PAAN) side-chain (P-PAAN) were successfully synthesized. Electroluminescent devices of ITO/PVK(120nm)/EAAN(50nm)/Al(150nm) (Ⅰ) and ITO/PVK P-PAAN( 10:1) (50nm)/Al(150nm) (Ⅱ) constructed with EAAN and P-PAAN as the emitting layer were investigated, whereas the single-layer devices of ITO/EAAN or P-PAAN(50nm)/Al(l50nm) (Ⅲ) were not observed to have any e-mission light. The emission results revealed that the exciton recombination formed by positive and negative charge carriers injected from electrodes of devices Ⅰ and Ⅱ was much more balanced than that of devices Ⅲ, which implied that naphthalimide derivatives are a new type of electron-transporting materials with high performance. The electron-transporting properties of naphthalimide derivatives were also elucidated by investigation of the electroluminescent behaviors from both devices of ITO/PPV (80nm)/Al and ITO/P  相似文献

The methacrylate monomers bearing mesogenic group and heterocyclicazo dye have been synthesized. The monomeric dye was copolymerized with the mesogenicmonomer using a free radical initiator to produce polymers useful for nonlinear optics. Themonomers and polymers were characterized by IR, ~1H-NMR, and UV-Vis spectra. Theaverage molecular weight (M_w and M_n) of the polymers were determined by gel permeationchromatography. The thermal properties of the polymers such as thermal stability andphase transition behavior were studied by thermogravimetric analysis, differential thermalanalysis, polarizing optical microscope and X-ray diffractometer. The results demonstratethat the synthesized polymers are crystalline polymers at room temperature and no liquidcrystalline phases were observed for all of them.  相似文献

Organic bulk heterojunction fullerence (C60) doped 5, 6, 11, 12-tetraphenylnaphthacene (rubrene) as the high quality charge generation layer (CGL) with high transparency and superior charge generating capability for tandem organic light emitting diodes (OLEDs) is developed. This CGL shows excellent optical transparency about 90%, which can reduce the optical interference effect formed in tandem OLEDs. There is a stable white light emission including 468 nm and 500 nm peaks from the blue emitting layer and 620 nm peak from the red emitting layer in tandem white OLEDs. A high efficiency of about 17.4 cd/A and CIE coordinates of (0.40, 0.35) at 100 cd/m2 and (0.36, 0.34) at 1000 cd/m2 have been demonstrated by employing the developed CGL, respectively.  相似文献

We investigate the vortex structures excited by Ioffe-Pritchard magnetic field and Dresselhaus-type spin-orbit coupling in F=2 ferromagnetic Bose-Einstein condensates. In the weakly interatomic interacting regime, an external magnetic field can generate a polar-core vortex in which the canonical particle current is zero. With the combined effect of spin-orbit coupling and magnetic field, the ground state experiences a transition from polar-core vortex to Mermin-Ho vortex, in which the canonical particle current is anticlockwise. For fixed spin-orbit coupling strengths, the evolution of phase winding, magnetization, and degree of phase separation with magnetic field are studied. Additionally, with further increasing spin-orbit coupling strength, the condensate exhibits symmetrical density domains separated by radial vortex arrays. Our work paves the way to explore exotic topological excitations in high-spin systems.  相似文献

分别制备了以苯甲酸锂、碳酸铯和聚氧化乙烯为阴极修饰层的基于P3HT∶PCBM体系的本体异质结有机光伏电池。比较了3种阴极修饰层对器件性能及稳定性的影响。结果表明:选择合适的阴极修饰层材料是提高光电转换效率、延长电池使用寿命的可行性途径之一。纯无机阴极修饰层不能有效地阻挡氧气和水进入活性层,对于减缓器件的性能衰退效果不如有机阴极修饰层材料。有机聚合物材料可以减小漏电流的产生,开路电压和填充因子都得到很大提高,有利于提高器件的性能及稳定性。合成可溶液加工的具有极性基团的共轭聚合物材料是未来阴极修饰层的发展方向。  相似文献
