 以一种拟原子的方式处理多氯代二苯并呋喃 (PCDFs)异构体中的苯环 ,将PCDFs异构体中的原子或基团分为 3类 ,即 :氯原子 (Cl) (记为“1”) ,氧原子 (O) (记为“2”)及拟原子 (B) (记为“3”)。在烷烃分子距边矢量的基础上 ,提出一种以基团为基准的分子距离边数矢量 (μ矢量 ) ,借助多元线性回归方法分别建立了多氯代二苯并呋喃在不同色谱柱上的色谱保留指数与表征其结构的 μ矢量间的定量结构 色谱保留关系 (QSRR)相关模型。各样本总体所建模型的相关系数均在 0 98以上。  相似文献

The development of new RP stationary phases containing polar groups has provided the chromatographer with a variety of stationary phase choices with differing selectivities. Polar endcapped and polar embedded group stationary phases have found use in solving a wide variety of separation problems, especially for the efficient separation of organic bases as well as separations necessitating the use of highly aqueous mobile phases. In this report, the retention thermodynamics of small, nonpolar solutes on traditional alkyl, polar endcapped, and polar embedded group stationary phases are compared. It is found that the nonpolar (methylene) transfer enthalpy is less favorable when polar embedded group phases are used, when compared to traditional or polar endcapped phases. In contrast, the transfer enthalpy of a phenyl group is found to be more favorable when a polar endcapped phase is used. In addition, the retention characteristics of these phases are compared using a set of solutes with differing solvatochromic parameters. Hydrogen-bond acids appear to have enhanced retention on polar embedded group phases, while hydrogen-bond bases have enhanced retention on polar endcapped phases.  相似文献

Advantages of the relative analysis of the retention characteristics for pairs of substances under conditions of reversed-phase chromatography were demonstrated. When plotted in the logarithmic coordinates, the corresponding experimental correlations were found to be nearly linear. Pairs of moderately polar substances yield a single correlation irrespective of changes in the compositions of the mobile and stationary phases. Possible complications and approaches to overcoming them were discussed. The proposed method is intended for studying retention-molecular structure correlations; it can be used for the standardization of chromatographic systems.  相似文献

A comparative study was undertaken to test the ability of several different topological indices to predict the retention indices of chlorinated benzenes on polar and non-polar stationary phases using both correlation coefficients and correctly predicted elution sequences as criteria of fit. The test was performed on three topological indices: connectivity indices, Wiener numbers, and Balaban indices. The regression analyses showed that the molecular connectivity model predicted the retention indices of chlorinated benzenes more successfully than either Wiener numbers or Balaban indices. The results also demonstrated that the major structural property controlling chromatographic behavior was the size of the chlorinated benzene. In addition, the use of the new non-empirical heteroatom parameterization scheme in the calculation of Wiener numbers and Balaban indices was successfully tested for the first time.  相似文献

The solvation parameter model is used to characterize the retention properties of a 3-aminopropylsiloxane-bonded (Alltima amino), three 3-cyanopropylsiloxane-bonded (Ultrasphere CN, Ultremex-CN and Zorbax SB-CN), a spacer bonded propanediol (LiChrospher DIOL) and a multifunctional macrocyclic glycopeptide (Chirobiotic T) silica-based stationary phases with mobile phases containing 10 and 20% (v/v) methanol-water. The low retention on the polar chemically bonded stationary phases compared with alkylsiloxane-bonded silica stationary phases arises from the higher cohesion of the polar chemically bonded phases and an unfavorable phase ratio. The solvated polar chemically bonded stationary phases are considerably more hydrogen-bond acidic and dipolar/polarizable than solvated alkylsiloxane-bonded silica stationary phases. Selectivity differences are not as great among the polar chemically bonded stationary phases as they are between the polar chemically bonded phases and alkylsiloxane-bonded silica stationary phases.  相似文献

烃类化合物在不同色谱柱上的定量结构-保留相关性研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
运用量子化学中的AMI方法计算烃类化合物的分子结构描述参数,借助逐步回归法建立了烃类化合物在不同极性色谱柱上的QSRR模型。结果表明:烷烃、烯烃、二烯烃类化合物在不同极性的色谱柱上的色谱保留与其分子结构描述参数之间具有较好的线性关系,烃类化合物在不同极性固定相上的保留主要与溶质分子的MR有关,即与溶质分子的色散力有关。随着溶质分子的不饱和度的增加,或固定相极性的增强,溶质分子与固定相之间的电荷传递作用随之增强。而且,烃类化合物在不同极性固定相上的色谱保留的QSRR模型均可用量化参数HOMO、LUMO、EICE以及MR参数来描述。所建立的在不同极性色谱柱上的烃类化合物的色谱保留QSRR模型预测烃类化合物的色谱保留值时具有较好的稳定性和准确性。  相似文献

A database of system constants for 32 open-tubular columns at 100 degrees C is used to identify stationary phases for obtaining a wide selectivity space in comprehensive GC. Three parameters based on the Euclidean distance (D-parameter) or vectors (d-parameter and costheta) in hyperspace are used to establish the chemical similarity and retention correlation as an inverse scale of selectivity differences. It is shown that the poly(methyloctylsiloxane) stationary phase is the best candidate for a low-selectivity stationary phase and affords a wider selectivity space when combined with a selective polar stationary phase than poly(dimethylsiloxanes). The most suitable polar stationary phases are poly(ethylene glycols) or bis(cyanopropylsiloxane-co-silarylenes and to a lesser extent poly(methyltrifluoropropylsiloxanes). No systems are truly orthogonal but angles between individual stationary phase vectors of about 75 degrees are possible by choosing the correct combination of stationary phases.  相似文献

It was demonstrated that the characteristics of stationary phases for reversed-phase chromatography can be compared by analyzing the retention of several compounds belonging to a homologous series during elution with one and the same composition of mobile phase or the retention of a nonpolar compound during elution with several mobile phases of different compositions. The slope of the corresponding linear correlations can be used to characterize the hydrophobicity of the columns (stationary phases) under study. To analyze the polar interactions between the sorbate and the stationary phase it is advantageous to study the retention of a polar substance in several (at least in two) mobile phases of different compositions. The degree of displacement of the linear correlation relative to that for nonpolar substances can be considered a measure of the influence of residual silanol groups on the total retention characteristics.  相似文献

Retention and separation of achiral compounds in supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) depend on numerous parameters: some of these parameters are identical to those encountered in HPLC, such as the mobile phase polarity, while others are specific to SFC, as the density changes of the fluid, due to temperature and/or pressure variations. Additional effects are also related to the fluid compressibility, leading to unusual retention changes in SFC, for instance when flow rate or column length is varied. These additional effects can be minimised by working at lower temperatures in the subcritical domain, simplifying the understanding of retention behaviours. In these subcritical conditions, varied modifiers can be mixed to carbon dioxide, from hexane to methanol, allowing tuning the mobile phase polarity. With nonpolar modifiers, polar stationary phases are classically used. These chromatographic conditions are close to the ones of normal-phase LC. The addition of polar modifiers such as methanol or ACN increases the mobile phase polarity, allowing working with less polar stationary phases. In this case, despite the absence of water, retention behaviours generally follow the rules of RP LC. Moreover, because identical mobile phases can be used with all stationary phase types, from polar silica to nonpolar C18-bonded silica, the classical domains, RP and normal-phase, are easily brought together in SFC. A unified classification method based on the solvation parameter model is proposed to compare the stationary phase properties used with the same subcritical mobile phase.  相似文献
