A new Schiff base compound, 2-hydroxybenzoic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxy- phenyl) methylidene]hydrazide methanol (C14H10Br2N2O3·CH3OH), has been synthesized by the condensation of equimolar 3,5-dibromosalicylaldehyde and 2-hydroxybenzoic acid hydrazide in a methanol solution. The compound was characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra, and single- crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound consists of a Schiff base moiety 2-hydroxybenzoic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl)methylidene]hydrazide and a lattice methanol molecule. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 7.183(1), b = 15.673(2), c = 15.001(2) , β = 98.345(2)o, Z = 4, V = 1670.9(4) 3, Dc = 1.773 g/cm3, Mr = 446.10, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ = 4.872 mm-1, F(000) = 880, R = 0.0458 and wR = 0.0963. A total of 3445 unique reflections were collected, of which 2236 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. As expected, the molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The two benzene rings are nearly coplanar (mean deviation from the combined plane is 0.061(4) ), with the dihedral angle of 7.9(3)o. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has moderate antibacterial activities.  相似文献

The self-assembly reactions of MIICl2 (M = Ni, Co) with the flexible bix ligand [bix = 1,4-bis(imidazole-1-ylmethyl)benzene] yielded a 2D network [NiII(bix)2Cl2]n 1 and a 1D chain [CoII(bix)Cl2]n 2. Their crystal structures have been determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. Complex 1 characters a two-dimensional grid-type structure and crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 7.7231(7), b = 12.7787(9), c = 13.9374(13) , β = 105.419(4)o, C28H28Cl2N8Ni, Mr = 606.19, Ζ = 2, V = 1326.0(2) 3, Dc = 1.518 g/cm3, μ = 0.969 mm-1, F(000) = 628, R = 0.0429 and wR = 0.0783 for 2503 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Compound 2 is a one-dimensional chain and crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group Pbca with a = 11.3696(6), b = 10.2128(6), c = 14.4943(9) , C14H14Cl2CoN4, Mr = 368.12, Z = 4, V = 1683.01(17) 3, Dc = 1.453 g/cm3, μ = 1.334 mm-1, F(000) = 748, R = 0.0317 and wR = 0.0800 for 1778 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Magnetic properties of the title complexes were also investigated.  相似文献

The title complex has been obtained by the reaction of copper nitrate tri-hydrate with 4-abaH (4-abaH=4-aminobenzonic acid) and phenanthroline in ethanol solution,and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data: monoclinic,space group C2/c,Mr=1266.13,Cu2C52H54N10O20,a=25.884(5),b=10.205(2),c=20.849(4) ,β=106.34(3)°,Z=4,V=5284.7(18) 3,F(000)=2616,Dc=1.591 g/cm3,μ=0.896 mm-1,the final R=0.0441 and wR=0.1148 for 4200 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the molecule of the title complex,the asymmetric unit contains one half molecule. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated by a terminal water molecule,a bidentate phenanthroline and two monodentate 4-aminobenzoate ligands forming a square pyramidal coordination environment. The two bridging 4-aminobenzoate ligands result in a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) cluster with a short Cu–Cu distance (3.048 ) and a π-π stacking between the adjacent phenanthroline rings (2.96 ).  相似文献

The new title compound 2-methoxy-benzoic acid 2-oxo-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-4-yl ester(3,C25H26O5) has been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-hydroxy-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-2-one(2) with 2-methoxylben-zoyl chloride,and characterized by 1H NMR and MS spectra.Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 10.6945(7),b = 12.8176(7),c = 16.4223(10) ,β = 103.5665(17)o,V = 2188.3(2) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.234 g/cm3,F(000) = 864.000,μ = 0.085 mm-1,the final R = 0.0520 and wR = 0.1132 for 2732 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).In the crystal structure,the C(1)-C(2)(1.478 ) bond is significantly shorter than the normal single C-C bond(1.53 ),suggesting that the carbonyl group on C(1) has formed a conjugated system with a double bond on C(2) and C(12).  相似文献

The compound comprises a Schiff base moiety isonicotinic acid [1-(3,5-dibromo-2-hydroxyphenyl) methylidene]hydrazide and a methanol molecule. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 8.464(1), b = 9.511(2), c = 10.901(2) , α = 92.940(2), β = 110.456(2), γ = 96.040(2)o, Z = 2, V = 814.0(2) 3, Dc = 1.759 g/cm3, Mr = 431.09, λ(MoKα) = 0.71073 , μ = 4.994 mm-1, F(000) = 424, R = 0.0440 and wR = 0.1061. A total of 3284 unique reflections were collected, of which 2197 with I > 2σ(I) were observed. The molecule adopts a trans configuration about the C=N double bond. The dihedral angle between the benzene and pyridine rings is 22.0(4)o. The crystal structure is stabilized by intermolecular O-H···N and C-H···O hydrogen bonds, forming layers parallel to the ac plane. The preliminary biological tests show that the compound has potential antibacterial activities.  相似文献

Starting from(5S)-(L-menthyloxy)-3,4-dibromo-5H-furan-2-one and L-leucine,the title compound N-[(2S)-4-bromo-2-(L-menthyloxy)-5-oxo-2,5-dihydro-3-furyl]-L-leucine 5(C20H32BrNO5,Mr = 446.37) was obtained in one-pot process via the tandem Michael addition-elimination reaction in the presence of potassium hydroxide.The chemical structure and absolute configuration of the title compound were confirmed via rotation,UV-Vis,FT-IR,1H NMR,13C NMR,MS and elemental analysis,especially by the X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The crystal crystallizes in an orthorhombic system,space group P212121 with a = 12.5249(16),b = 19.005(3),c = 19.719(3) ,V = 4693.7(10) 3,Z = 8,Dc = 1.263 g/m3,μ = 1.778 mm-1,F(000) = 1872,the final R = 0.0617 and wR = 0.1576 for 3967 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).X-ray analysis reveals that the title compound has two independent molecules in the asymmetric part of the unit cell with the two five-membered furanones being almost planar.The essential part of the electron delocalization is concentrated in the N(1),C(3),C(1),C(37) and O(7) region and N(2),C(28),C(27),C(30) and O(4) region in the other molecule respectively,but does not take place at the expense of delocalization within the ester function.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction analysis reveals the fused rings of benzo[4,5]furo[3,2-d]-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a] pyrimidin-5(1H) -one system are nearly coplanar. The crystal packing is mainly stabilized by weak intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bond and π-π interactions.  相似文献

A new series of quinoxalinophenazine derivatives were synthesized in good yields by the reaction of 2,3-dibromonaphthalene-1,4-dione with different aryl-1,2-diamines in DMF as solvent at 120~130℃ or under reflux conditions. 3,12-dimethylbenzo[a]quinoxalino[2,3-c] phenazine with bidentate character reacts with mercury(II) bromide to give suitable crystals. All products were confirmed by IR, 1H and 13 C NMR, and the metal complex by single-crystal X-ray method. The crystal(C24H16Br2HgN4, Mr = 720.82) belongs to the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.186(6), b = 10.421(6), c = 11.470(7) , α = 98.670(7), β = 95.069(7), γ = 109.831(7)o, V = 1119.4(12) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.139 Mg/m3, μ = 10.46 mm-1, F(000) = 676, R = 0.043 and wR = 0.115 for 3982 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).  相似文献

Two novel energetic coordination compounds Zn2(DAT)5(H2O)3(TNR)2 and Co2(DAT)5(H2O)3(TNR)2 were synthesized and their structures were characterized by elemental analysis and FT-IR spectroscopy.The crystal structures were determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The results reveal that the compounds have similar molecular structures and the crystals belong to the triclinic system,space group P with a = 11.491(3),b = 13.564(3),c = 15.496(3) ,V = 2180.4(8) 3,C17H28 Zn2N36O19,Mr = 1203.02 g·mol-1,Dc = 1.832 g·cm-3,μ(MoKα) = 1.221 mm-1,F(000) = 1223,Z = 2,R = 0.0596 and wR = 0.1514 for 11289 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)) for Zn2(DAT)5(H2O)3(TNR)2 and a = 11.5291(13),b = 13.4894(15),c = 15.4852(17) ,V = 2164.8(4) 3,C17H28Co2N36O19,Mr = 1190.14 g·mol-1,Dc = 1.826 g·cm-3,μ(MoKα) = 0.888 mm-1,F(000) = 1211,Z = 2,R = 0.0576 and wR = 0.1431 for 11218 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)) for Co2(DAT)5(H2O)3(TNR)2,respectively.The thermal decomposition characteristics of the com-pounds were investigated using differential scanning calorimetry and thermal gravimetry-diffediffer-rential thermal gravimetry.The results of thermal decomposition processes were similar for the two compounds.Both undergo four-step decomposition after the loss of coordinated H2O molecules.The final solid residues for the two DAT complexes were the corresponding metal oxides.The kinetic parameter of the first exothermic process of the compounds was studied by applying the Kissinger and Ozawa-Doyle methods.The thermodynamic parameters of the activation could be calculated.Sensitivity tests revealed that Co2(DAT)5(H2O)3(TNR)2 was more sensitive than Zn2(DAT)5(H2O)3(TNR)2.  相似文献

The crystal structure of the title compound(C19H15F3N2O2,Mr = 360.33) was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to triclinic,space group P1,with a = 6.5604(7),b = 13.9614(16),c = 18.1790(18) ,α = 102.749(7),β = 97.542(6),γ = 94.355(4)°,V = 1600.5(3) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.495 g/cm3,λ(MoKα) = 0.71070,F(000) = 744,μ(MoKα) = 0.122 mm-1,R = 0.0434 and wR = 0.1051.A total of 7590 unique reflections were collected,of which 5429 with |F|2 ≥ 2σ|F|2 were observed.The two cyclohexene rings in the molecule adopt boat-boat conformations with the deviations of ring atoms C(9) and C10 from the C(5)/C(6)/C(7)/C(8) plane(Ⅰ) by 1.1204(0.0023) and 1.1132(0.0023) ,respectively,whereas from the C(2)/C(3)/C(5)/C(8) plane(Ⅱ) by 1.1627(0.0022) and 1.1818(0.0021) ,respectively.In the cyclopropane and lactam rings,atoms C(11) and N(1) point towards the double bond of C(9)-C(10) and the dihedral angle between the ring plane(Ⅲ) containing C(1),C(2),C(3) and C(4) and plane(IV) consisting of C(6),C(7) and C(11) is 55.76(0.07)°.The dihedral angles between planes Ⅳ and Ⅰ and Ⅱ and Ⅲare 63.58(0.07)° and 58.10(0.06)°,respectively.The dihedral angle between the benzene ring C(13)~ C(18) and plane Ⅳ is 42.41(0.06)°.  相似文献

The title compound {4-[2-(9-hexyl-9H-carbazol-3-yl)vinyl]phenyl} dimethylamine has been synthesized by the well known Wittig reaction, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 47.87(2), b = 10.222(4), c = 9.612(4) , β = 92.401(9)o, V = 4699(3) 3, Z = 8, C28H32N2, Mr = 396.56, Dc = 1.121 g/cm3, F(000) = 1712 and μ(MoKa) = 0.065 mm-1. The final R and wR are 0.0793 and 0.1983, respectively for 3524 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the title compound, the bond lengths are normal, and the crystal is stabilized by Van der Waals’ forces.  相似文献

Three novel metal-organic complexes with formulas [Ni(C9N2O2H7)2(CH3OH)2](1),[Zn(C9N2O2H7)2(H2O)2](2) and [Cd(C9N2O2H7)2(CH3OH)2](3) were synthesized by the reactions of Ni,Zn and Cd salts with ethyl 2-benzimidazolylacetate under hydrothermal conditions or layering technique,and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis,IR spec-troscopy,solid-state luminescent properties and thermogravimetric(TG) analysis.The crystal data for these three complexes are as follows:for 1,monoclinic,space group P21/c,a = 9.384(3),b = 9.634(3),c = 11.292(3) ,β = 95.787(5)°,V = 1015.7(5) 3,Z = 2,F(000) = 492,Dc = 1.547 Kg/m3,μ = 1.002 mm-1,the final R = 0.0451 and wR = 0.0900 for 1833 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ);for 2,orthorhombic,space group Pbca,a = 10.031(4),b = 10.379(4),c = 17.525(7),V = 1824.6(12) 3,Z = 4,F(000) = 928,Dc = 1.645 Kg/m3,μ = 1.392 mm-1,the final R = 0.0452 and wR = 0.0996 for 1661 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ);for 3,monoclinic,space group P21/c,a = 9.9114(13),b =10.4852(15),c = 10.4120(14) ,β = 108.453(5)°,V = 1026.4(2) 3,Z = 2,F(000) = 532,Dc = 1.705 Kg/m3,μ = 1.110 mm-1,the final R = 0.0322 and wR = 0.0805 for 1822 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ).In the three complexes,the ethyl 2-benzimidazolylacetate shows the same chelating mode,and the adjacent units are interlinked into a two-dimensional layer through hydrogen-bonds(O-H···O,N-H···O).  相似文献

A new 5,5'-bisdiazo-dipyrromethane compound 3 has been synthesized and cha- racterized. The crystal of 3 is of orthorhombic, space group Iba2 with a = 19.1914(17), b = 9.8396(8), c = 13.7643(12) , V = 2599.2(4)3, Z = 4, C29H34N6O2, Mr = 498.62, Dc = 1.274 g/cm3 , F(000) = 1064, μ(MoKα) = 0.083 mm-1, the final R = 0.0302 and wR = 0.0786 for 6361 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I), and R = 0.0320 and wR = 0.08006 for all data. It reveals that the molecules of compound 3 assemble into grid structures through a R22(7) type hydrogen bonding motif between azopyrrole and hydroxyl group. The grids interpenetrate each other with the assistance of C-H···π interaction.  相似文献

The title compound 3,9-bis(pyridin-2-yl)-2,4,8,10-tetraoxaspiro[5.5]undecane 4(C17H18N2O4) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2,2-bis(hydroxymethyl)propane-1,3-diol with pyridine-2-carbaldehyde in the presence of p-toluenesulfonic acid,and characterized by IR,1H-NMR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 25.133(2),b = 5.7219(5),c = 21.942(2) ,β = 99.145(2)°,V = 3115.3(5)3,Z = 8,Dc = 1.340 g/cm3,Mr = 314.33,F(000) = 1328,μ = 0.097 mm-1,MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073),R = 0.0352 and wR = 0.1022 for 2486 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).X-ray analysis reveals that the two 1,3-dioxane rings passing through the central spiro-C atom both adopt chair conformation.Intermolecular C-H…π,C-H…O and C-H…N weak interactions link the molecules to form a three-dimensional samdwich,which are effective in the stabilization of the crystal structure.  相似文献
