The modification of HZSM-5 zeolite with phosphorus and steam has been studied. Results show that 1% phosphorus and steam modified HZSM-5 has the highest catalytic activity for n-heptane. Physicochemical and catalytic properties of 1% phosphorus and steam modified HZSM-5 zeolites have been investigated. The X-ray diffraction (XRD) results exhibit that there is considerable variation in the relative intensity of the individual diffraction peaks. The acidity of the samples decreases with an increase in the steaming temperature, which is determined by the IR of adsorbed pyridine and temperature programmed desorption (TPD) of ammonia. The oxidation state of phosphorus shown by XPS is +5, and a model for surface structure modification is proposed. The nitrogen adsorption isotherm for all samples is a combination of type I and type IV, all hysteresis loops resemble the H4-type. The density functional and cluster model methods have been invoked to select the phosphorus grafting model, and it was found that the phosphorus grafting model were more probable in the form of the terminal oxygen coordinating with aluminum.  相似文献

HZSM-5 zeolites modified by Si(CH3)3 Cl were studied by TPD, IKand 27Al NMR to characterize their surface properties and bycatalytic reaction of toluene disproportionation.It was found that the concentration of the stronger Bronsted acid sites were decreased and the stronger Lewis acid sites were increased after modifieation with Si(CH3),Cl. The TPD peaks of NH3, presumally attributed to stronger acid sites (peak Ⅱ ) were decreased by the deposition of Si(CH3)3 Cl on the surface of the zeolites.The selectivity to the para xylene can be attained not only by controlling the pore opening and channels of the zeolite, hut also by changing the concentration of the stronger acid sites and the acidic type on the surface of the zeolite.  相似文献

A series of P/HZSM-5 catalysts prepared by impregnation method were used for ethanol conversion to lower olefins. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), NH3-temperature-programmed desorption (NH3-TPD) and N2 adsorption-desorption measurements. It was found that the P/HZSM-5 catalysts showed high activity and selectivity toward light olefins. The selectivities of propylene and butylene can be improved with the introduction of phosphorus (P). When the content of P reached 3.0 wt%, more than 18.9% propylene in the gaseous products was obtained over the P/HZSM-5 catalyst at 450 ?C. The introduction of P modified the strong Br?nsted acid sites of the original HZSM-5 catalysts and P/HZSM-5 catalysts could resist coke formation and showed good stability.  相似文献

A facile approach was developed for the preparation of nano-sized HZSM-5 with a hierarchical mesoporous structure by adding imidazole into conventional zeolite synthesis precursor solution. The physicochemical properties of modified HZSM-5 were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), N_2 adsorption–desorption isotherms, scanning electron microscopy(SEM), NH_3-temperature-programmed desorption(NH_3-TPD) and pyridine adsorption infrared spectroscopy(Py-IR). The coke in spent catalysts was characterized by thermogravimetry(TG). The results showed that hierarchical HZSM-5 zeolites with excellent textural properties, such as abundant porous structure, uniform particle size and suitable acidity, could be synthesized by the recipe of one-pot synthesis routes. Moreover, the obtained HZSM-5 exhibited higher selectivity of total aromatics as well as longer lifetime in the catalytic conversion of methanol to aromatics, comparing with conventional HZSM-5. It is expected that the synthesis approach demonstrated here will be applicable to other zeolites with particular textural properties and controllable particle sizes, facilitating the emergence of new-type porous materials and their related applications in catalysis and separation.  相似文献

X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM), X-ray fluorescence(XRF) and temperature-programmed desorption of ammonia(NH3-TPD) were used to characterize these samples. The samples were tested with toluene methylation reaction. The modified sample composed of spherical particles with 3 μm crystal particles on the surface had a para-xylene selectivity of 95% and maintained 79% of the initial conversion after running the reaction for 50 h. A series of Fe/HZSM-5 catalysts with different iron loadings were prepared by impregnation method.Characterization was performed by N2 adsorption-desorption,X-ray diffraction(XRD),NH3 temperature-programmed desorption(NH3-TPD),temperature-programmed reduction (TPR),temperature-programmed oxidation(TPO)and thermogravimetry(TG)analysis.Iron content in the synthesized samples varied from 1.1 wt%to 20 wt%.The obtained samples have been used for ethanol conversion into light olefins.It was found that the amount of strong acidity at 300 -5 50-C on Fe-modified samples was decreased,going with another new acid site appearance at 550- 600-C and that Fe/HZSM-5 catalysts were highly selective towards light olefins,especially the 9FZ sample.In addition,Fe-modified catalysts suppressed the conversion of ethanol to aromatics and paraffins and enhanced their anti-carbon deposit ability.  相似文献

The roles of acidity and micropore structure of zeolite were studied in the hydrolysis of the model oligosaccharide of cellulose–cellobiose. HZSM-5, HY, HMOR and Hβ zeolites were selected as model catalysts for the hydrolysis of cellobiose. The effect of acidity of zeolite, including the strength, type and location, on its catalytic activity was investigated. The strong Br?nsted acid sites located in micropores are the active sites for the hydrolysis of cellobiose to glucose. Meanwhile, the catalytic performance of zeolite is also dependent on the micropore size of zeolite.  相似文献

Esterification of acrylic acid(AA) to produce AA esters has widespread application in the chemical industry. A series of water tolerant solid acid catalysts was prepared, and characterized by XRD, nitrogen adsorption, TGA-DTA, XPS, and ammonia adsorption FTIR. The effects of Si/Al ratio, zirconium sulfate(ZS) loading on HZSM-5 and calcination temperature on the esterification were investigated. When 20%(mass fraction) ZS is loaded on HZSM-5, the conversion of AA reaches 100%. XRD analysis indicates that ZS is highly dispersed on HZSM-5 because no crystalline structure assigned to ZS is found. Catalytic activity and hydrophobicity of ZS supported on HZSM-5 are higher compared with those of parent ZS or HZSM-5. Results show that this kind of novel catalysts is an efficient water tolerant solid acid catalyst for esterification reactions.  相似文献

The external surface of HZSM-5 zeolite was passivated by liquid siliceous deposition and by acidic sites poisoning with lepidine, respectively. Then methanol-to-hydrocarbons (MTH) reaction was investigated over the above as-prepared catalysts and the dissoluble coke on these used catalysts was analyzed by GC-MS, to study the role of the external surface of HZSM-5 in the catalytic reaction. Comparison with the experi- mental results based on parent ZSM-5 showed that the product distribution of MTH reaction was obviously influenced by the external surface. Evidences were listed as follows: (1) the final product on parent HZSM-5 showed higher aromatic selectivity, lower olefin selectivity, lower ra- tio of C2/C3+ aliphatics and higher ratio of C3/C4+ aliphatics than the reaction mixture produced by the sole catalysis of acidic sites in HZSM-5 channel; (2) a little of pentamethylbenzene and hexamethylbenzene in the product on parent HZSM-5, was produced via multi-methylation of methylbenzene on the external surface. The above conclusion may also be suitable for MTH reaction over other zeolites with 10-ring channel.  相似文献

采用XRD表征了水蒸气和磷联合改性的HZSM-5沸石分子筛的结构.通过NH3-TPD和N2吸附脱附研究了样品的酸性和比表面.采用正庚烷的裂化反应研究了样品的裂化活性,研究结果表明,磷改性样品与母体样品相比,经过水蒸气处理后显示出较高的酸量和正庚烷裂化活性.上述结果首次用模型簇和计算量子化学方法进行了解释.采用Gaussian94软件包和PM3半经验量子化学方法对模型簇进行了全优化和频率分析.计算结果显示磷改性后样品的脱铝补硅反应热大于母体样品脱铝补硅反应热,从而显示出磷对骨架的稳定化作用.  相似文献

研究了磷和水蒸气联合改性HZSM-5样品的物化和催化性能。XRD和IR研究表明,没有新的晶相出现。NH3-TPD研究样品的酸性表明,经过磷改性后的样品的酸量明显下降。经过水热处理的样品的BET比表面明显降低,这可能归因于磷物种和铝物种对孔道的堵塞。氮吸附-脱附等温线研究表明,等温线为I型和IV型的复合型,滞后环为H4型。联合改性样品的正庚烷裂化转化率高于仅仅由水蒸气改性样品的正庚烷裂化转化率,从而显示出磷物种对沸石分子筛高温水蒸气脱铝的抑制作用。  相似文献

对商用HZSM-5分子筛进行高温热处理,利用X射线衍射(XRD)、核磁共振波谱法(27Al-MAS NMR)低温氮吸附、电感耦和等离子体放射光谱(ICP-AES)、氨-程序升温脱附(NH3-TPD)和吡啶吸附傅里叶变换红外(FT-IR)光谱等技术对高温热处理改性前后样品进行了表征,并考察了高温热处理对分子筛的结构、酸性及催化乙醇脱水制乙烯反应性能的影响。结果表明,热处理改性后的HZSM-5分子筛发生骨架脱铝,B酸减少,L酸增多,孔容增大,出现新的介孔;适中的酸性位和复合型的介-微双孔道结构使其减少了反应中的副反应,乙烯的选择性得到提高,催化剂寿命显著提高。  相似文献

研究了炼厂混合C_4烃在Zn、Ga、Cr、La改性的HZSM-5分子筛催化剂上的芳构化反应,采用TPD和IR测定了催化剂的表面酸性质。结果表明,用Zn(3%)和Zn(2%)Ga(1%)改性的HZSM-5分子筛具有较好的芳构化性能;各改性HZSM-5分子筛催化剂芳构化性能变化与表面酸性有关,总酸量下降,芳构化活性下降,强B酸中心减少,深度裂解反应减少;Zn的单组分和双组分改性的HZSM-5分子筛催化剂芳构化活性的增高与表面强L酸浓度增加和吡啶吸附IR谱中的1615cm~(-1)吸收峰出现有关。  相似文献

以P/HZSM-5分子筛为基础, 通过浸渍法制备了Cr、Co、Cu、Zn等金属改性的M-P/HZSM-5分子筛. 采用X射线衍射(XRD), 比表面积(BET)和氨气程序升温(NH3-TPD)等方法对其进行了表征, 并考察了其催化乙醇芳构化的活性. 结果表明, 改性后的ZSM-5分子筛保持原有的骨架结构, 但比表面积降低, 酸性分布发生变化; Cu-P/HZSM-5分子筛有较高催化活性. P和Cu的负载量分别为3%和5%, 先浸渍P再浸渍Cu, 反应温度400 °C, 质量空速(WHSV)为1.0 h-1时轻质芳烃(BTX)收率可达到57.6%.  相似文献

采用X射线粉末衍射(XRD)、魔角旋转固体核磁共振(MAS NMR)、程序升温脱附(TPD)以及吡啶-傅里叶变换红外(Py-FTIR)光谱等方法研究了稀土离子对Y型分子筛结构稳定性和酸性的影响.结果表明:稀土离子的引入不仅显著增强了Y型分子筛的结构稳定性,而且调变了分子筛酸性,使分子筛中等强度酸中心数量增多,强酸中心数量减少.结合密度泛函理论(DFT)计算结果,从理论上阐述了这种机制:进入分子筛β笼l′位的稀土离子与骨架O原子相互作用,增加了Al-O作用力,提高了分子筛的结构稳定性,从而避免了骨架Al的脱除和非骨架Al物种的生成,进而导致稀土氧Y(REHY)分子筛的Br(o)nsted (B)酸强度较USY分子筛的弱;但与HY分子筛相比,稀土离子的引入使骨架O1负电荷减弱,Al-O1键长变短,O1-H作用力减弱,导致REHY分子筛的B酸强度较HY分子筛的强;在酸中心数量方面,REHY分子筛的B酸中心数量比USY分子筛的多,但比HY分子筛的少.  相似文献

考察了不同正丁胺(NBA)模板剂用量合成ZSM-5沸石的物化特性和催化性能。采用XRD、SEM、NH3-TPD和BET等手段对合成样品的物化特性进行了表征。结果表明,模板剂与SiO2摩尔比在0.67~0.22时合成的ZSM-5沸石结晶度高于90%;随着模板剂用量的减少,ZSM-5沸石的平均粒径减小,强酸量也存在相同的趋势。丙烯齐聚反应评价结果显示,模板剂用量对合成ZSM-5沸石的催化活性有显著影响,模板剂与SiO2摩尔比在0.67~0.45之间合成的沸石催化性能较好。  相似文献

 在比较了纳米和微米 HZSM-5 分子筛催化甲醇制丙烯反应性能的基础上, 对纳米 HZSM-5 分子筛进行了氟改性. 利用透射电镜、N2 吸附、X 射线衍射、氨程序升温脱附和吡啶吸附-红外光谱技术对改性前后的样品进行了表征, 并在常压、500 oC 和甲醇空速 (WHSV) 为 1.0 h–1 的反应条件下, 在连续流动固定床微型反应器上考察了其催化甲醇制丙烯的性能. 结果表明, 当氟含量<10% 时, 随氟含量的增加, 改性纳米 HZSM-5 分子筛的酸量减少, 酸强度降低, 从而使丙烯选择性和催化剂稳定性不断提高. 但过量 (15%) 氟的改性使纳米 HZSM-5 分子筛的酸量、比表面积和孔容均明显减小, 致使其稳定性反而降低. 在适量 (10%) 氟改性的纳米 HZSM-5 分子筛上, 丙烯选择性和维持甲醇完全转化的反应时间分别由原来的 30.1% 和 75 h 增加到 46.7% 和 145 h.  相似文献

吡啶、吡咯、苯、甲苯、乙苯作为探针分子,在Li+, Na+, K+, Cs+改性的Y型分子筛上进行吸附,用TPD及IR方法系统地研究了不同碱金属离子改性的Y型分子筛的酸碱性能和吸附性能的变化. 结果表明,按Li、Na、K、Cs的顺序, 随着碱金属离子半径的增大, 其L酸酸强度依次减弱,L碱的强度逐渐增强.由于改性Y型分子筛所含碱金属离子的不同,其对芳烃的吸附的强弱及吸附量的大小亦不同.随着骨架外的阳离子的半径逐渐增大,碱的强度逐渐增强,与芳烃的作用愈强烈,导致TPD脱附峰温增高及芳烃和侧链上的C-H伸缩振动谱带向低波数位移愈多.由于位阻的原因,对含同一种碱金属离子的分子筛来说,随着芳烃侧链C数的增加,芳烃的吸附量逐渐减小.  相似文献
