建立离子色谱法测定核电站一回路冷却剂中痕量氟离子F~-,氯离子Cl~-,硫酸根离子SO_4~(2-)的方法。采用80 mmol/L硼酸溶液配合氢氧化钾淋洗液发生器在线生成淋洗液,梯度洗脱,淋洗液流量为1.2 mL/min,在选定的分析条件下,NO_2~-,NO_3~-,PO_4~(3-)和CO_3~(2-)不干扰F~-,Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)的测定。F~-,Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)的质量浓度与其色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数分别为0.999 8,0.999 5,0.999 7,线性范围分别为0.85~30.0,2.65~30.0,2.00~30.0μg/L。F~-,Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为0.56%~1.58%,0.85%~3.62%,1.21%~4.60%(n=7)。F~-,Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)的加标回收率分别为98%~104%,98%~108%,93%~108%。该方法快速、准确,满足核电站一回路冷却剂中痕量F~-,Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)的检测要求。  相似文献

本实验采用单柱离子色谱系统,在SeO_4~(2-)、SeO_3~(2-)与F~-、Cl~-、NO_3~-、SO_4~(2-)离子共存时,以1.0mmol/L邻苯二甲酸氢钾为淋洗液测定了SeO_4~(2-),以1.0mmol/LKNO_3为淋洗液测定了SeO_3~(2-)。SeO_4~(1-)和SeO_3~(2-)的最低检出浓度分别为0.3μg/mL和0.7μg/mL,线性范围分别为0.8~80μg/mL和1.4~150μg/mL,相对标准偏差分别为2.01%和1.85%。并应用本方法测定了加SeO_4~(2-)和SeO_3~(2-)的自来水样,SeO_4~(2-)和SeO_3~(2-)的回收率分别为96%和98%。  相似文献

建立在线超滤–离子色谱法测定降水中4种阴离子。采用在线超滤技术,以Metrosep A Supp 5–150色谱柱为分析柱,3.2 mmol/L Na_2CO_3–1.0 mmol/LNaHCO_3溶液为淋洗液,流量为0.7 mL/min,0.5%H_2SO_4为抑制器再生液,用离子色谱法对降水中4种阴离子进行测定。氟离子、氯离子、硝酸根离子、硫酸根离子质量浓度在各自范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,方法检出限为0.005~0.015 mg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.7%~2.2%(n=6),样品加标回收率为97.0%~103.0%。该法操作简单、成本低,适于大气降水中阴离子的测定。  相似文献

采用超声提取的方式,以离子色谱法测定土壤易溶盐中的氯离子和硫酸根离子。对实验条件进行了优化,色谱柱为NJ–SA–4A柱(250 mm×2 mm),保护柱为SI–92G柱(50 mm×4 mm),淋洗液为1.8 mmol/L Na_2CO_3–1.7mmol/L NaHCO_3,流量为1.0 m L/min;在40℃下,对土壤样品提取10 min。Cl~–和SO_4~(2–)在检测范围内均线性良好,线性相关系数为0.999 8,加标回收率分别为95.0%~99.0%,96.0%~101.0%,测定结果的相对标准偏差分别为1.4%,1.0%(n=4)。与传统的方法相比,该法试剂用量少,操作简单,可用于土壤易溶盐样品的测定。  相似文献

建立一种在线固相萃取-离子色谱测定4种芳环磺酸盐中硫酸根离子含量的新方法。将自装填的多孔石墨化碳固相萃取柱应用于离子色谱系统,对样品进行在线前处理。样品经过多孔石墨化碳固相萃取柱基体消除后进入收集环,通过阀切换方式使待测硫酸根离子转入阴离子分析柱和检测系统。固相萃取流路用1.5 mmol/L碳酸钠以0.8 mL/min的流速对基体在线富集,进样量为20μL,分析柱为SH-AC-3(250 mm×4.0 mm)+SH-AG-3(50 mm×4.0 mm)色谱柱,柱温为35℃,在6 mmol/L碳酸钠-4 mmol/L碳酸氢钠条件下等度洗脱,流速为0.8 mL/min。结果表明:硫酸根离子在0.50~20.00 mg/L范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.998 3,保留时间、峰高和峰面积的相对标准偏差均在0.28%~2.86%之间,方法检出限为0.010 6 mg/L,回收率为91.01%~109.3%,具有良好的线性关系和重复性。整个在线分析过程在25 min之内完成。该方法进样量少、快速、高效。  相似文献

用碳酸钠将硫酸钙样品中的钙沉淀为碳酸钙,释放出硫酸根,用阴离子型离子色谱仪,在40℃柱温下,以6.3 mmol/L Na HCO3–1.7 mmol/L Na2CO3缓冲盐为淋洗液,采用电导检测器测定其中硫酸根的浓度,以间接得到硫酸钙含量。实验结果表明,该法与经典的沉淀重量法测定结果相吻合,两者之间的相对误差为0.29%。样品加标回收率在96.0%~105.3%之间,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.26%(n=6)。该方法精密度与准确度高,可快速、稳定、可靠地分析脱硫灰渣及石膏样品中的硫酸根含量。  相似文献

采用氧弹燃烧法对垃圾样品干燥基进行前处理,用碳酸钠(24 mmol/L)和碳酸氢钠(30 mmol/L)以及过氧化氢(2.5%)为吸收液,并用离子色谱法对其处理后吸收液中氯离子和硫酸根含量进行测定,最后换算为样品中氯和硫的含量。氯和硫酸根质量浓度分别在1~50 mg/L与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性相关,其线性相关系数都大于0.999。样品中氯的加标回收率为96.5%~99.1%,硫酸根的加标回收率为92.5%~101%,测定结果中样品的相对平均标准偏差均小于3%(n=5),并用质控样品对方法进行了验证,结果表明样品的前处理方法简单、样品损失少、准确度高,适合于垃圾样品可燃组分中氯和硫含量的测定。  相似文献

建立一种管式炉燃烧–离子色谱法测定车用柴油中硫含量的方法。分别对取样量、涂布形状、管式炉的加热温度和加热速率、吸收液等影响因素进行了分析。样品经管式炉燃烧,在吸收液中转化成硫酸根离子,选用Dionex IonPac AS_(18)阴离子分析柱,以10 mmol/L NaOH溶液作为淋洗液,流量为1.0 mL/min,进样体积为20μL,以抑制电导检测器测定硫酸根离子的含量。硫酸根离子的质量浓度在0.01~5.00 mg/L范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.999 8,方法检出限(S/N=3)为0.003 6 mg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差小于5%(n=6),样品的平均加标回收率为96.63%~99.33%。该方法操作简便、快速,可用于车用柴油产品中总硫含量的测定。  相似文献

在研究消除水负峰的基础上,建立离子色谱法测定水中F–,Cl–,NO2–,H2PO4–,Br–,NO3–,SO42–7种阴离子的方法。经实验确定淋洗液为4.5 mmol/L NaHCO3–4.0 mmol/L Na2CO3,淋洗液流量为1.0 mL/min,柱箱温度为35℃。在底液中加入与淋洗液同浓度的Na2CO3–NaHCO3可有效消除水负峰。该方法对7种阴离子的检出限为0.004~0.034 mg/L,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.69%~3.57%(n=6),加标回收率为95%~105%。该法能有效消除水负峰及其对F–测定的影响,操作简便、测定结果准确可靠,适用于水中F–、Cl–等7种阴离子的测定。  相似文献

建立了氧弹燃烧-离子色谱测定煤中氯含量的方法.在加有(NH4)2CO3溶液和过量氧气的氧弹中燃烧煤样,释放的氯被(NH4)2CO3溶液吸收,过滤溶液后, 采用离子色谱外标法测定滤液中氯的浓度,最后计算出煤中氯的含量.色谱工作条件:淋洗液为1.8 mmol/L Na2CO3与1.7 mmol/L NaHCO3混合液,流速1 mL/min;再生液为40 mmol/L H2SO4,流速0.5 mL/min;进样量20 μL.色谱标准工作曲线线性相关系数0.9996;10次测定1 mg/L Cl-标准溶液的均值为1.0012 mg/L,相对标准偏差为1.34%;8个煤样加标回收率为90.7%~104.3%;测定标准物质GBW11119 及GBW11120的相对误差分别为1.75%和1.36%;对比研究显示,氧弹燃烧-离子色谱测定8个煤样(除两个煤样外)氯含量结果远高于艾士卡剂混合熔样-离子色谱测定结果,表明艾士卡剂混合熔样过程由于煤样未处于完全密闭状态导致部分氯的散失.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

用正丁胺作为碳源,采用射频辉光放电制备碳膜,选用激光染料R6G和聚乙二醇混合液作为蒸气源,采用单源热蒸发,在蒸发室与染料同时沉积得到混合膜,用拉曼光谱和红外光谱分析了碳膜的结构和键合方式,分析表明:碳膜中存在胺基团和氢原子.混合膜的荧光谱测量结果表明,认为正丁胺对染料荧光谱的影响是因为胺基和氢原子的存在.  相似文献

A series of 20 CuAIAC reactions between eight 4-acylamino substituted pyrazolidine-3-one-1-azomethine imines and four terminal ynones were performed using Cu0 as catalyst. The corresponding fluorescent cycloadducts were obtained in very high yields upon simple workup. Thus, Cu-metal turned out to be a better catalyst than CuI in terms of yield and ease of isolation. Availability of azomethine imines, mild reaction conditions, and simple workup enable a “click” access to libraries of densely substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-ones. Reactivity of differently substituted dipoles was evaluated experimentally and by quantum chemical methods (DFT).  相似文献

(E)-4-(Fullerenopyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methylbut-2-enoic acid and its corresponding succinimidyl ester, readily obtained through Prato-type modification of C60, were used for the selective N-acylation of polyamines. The thus obtained conjugates were evaluated for their antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activity and their cytotoxicity was determined. Members of this family of compounds showed interesting anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-lipoxygenase and anti-inflammatory activity and comparable cytocompatibility to spermidine.  相似文献
