In order to study the effects of different extraction methods on the molar mass distribution and chain conformation of Fortunella margarita(Lour.) Swingle polysaccharides(FP), we used extraction by hot water(WFP), ultrasonic-assisted treatment(UFP), microwave-assisted treatment(MFP) and ultrasonic/microwave-assisted treatment(UMFP), and then Fourier transform infrared(FT-IR) spectroscopy as well as 1H and 13 C nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) spectroscopy to characterize the structural properties of FP extracted. The molar weight(Mw), polydispersity index(Mw/Mn), root-mean-square(RMS) turning radius(Rg), molar mass distribution and chain conformation of FP were studied systematically using size-exclusion chromatography(SEC), multi-angle laser light-scattering(MALLS) and refractive index(RI). WFP, UFP, MFP and UMFP are all typical carbohydrates according to 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and FT-IR measurements. The type of glycosidic linkage is mainly a β-glycosidic bond with a small amount of α-glycosidic bond. The results obtained by the SEC-MALLS-RI system showed the molar masses of WFP and UMFP were distributed mainly in the range of 5.0×106~1.0×107 g·mol–1 and they accounted for 57.80% and 56.84% of total FP, respectively. The molar masses of UFP and MFP were distributed mainly in the 1.0×106~5.0×106 g·mol–1 range, which accounted for 38.24% and 52.39% of FP, respectively. WFP and UMFP in water were uniform spherical polymers; UFP and MFP were typical highly branched polymers and the degree of branching for MFP was higher compared to UFP. These results indicated the ultrasonic- and microwave-assisted extraction methods caused a significant decrease of the molar mass of FP but the ultrasonic/microwave synergistic extraction method had no effect.  相似文献

The compositional homogeneity of a poly (ethylene terephthalate)-poly (tetramethylene ether) multiblock copolymer sample with low content of hard segment was examined by GPC, TLC, and solubility method. The copolymer sample was found to have a uniform composition as a function of elution volume over the major portion of sample from GPC method. However within one elution fraction, the copolymer chains, although having the same hydrodynamic volume, may have some difference in composition. Two fractions with different composition were obtained by precipitation in ethanol. Some low molar mass copolymers were also separated by a TLC technique from the copolymer sample.  相似文献

An unsymmetric 2,6-bis(imino)pyridine iron(II) complex 1' was synthesized. The relationship between catalyststructure and its activity in ethylene polymerization is discussed. The kinetic behavior of ethylene polymerization and theeffects of polymerization conditions such as temperature, aluminum/iron molar ratio on the activity of catalyst and thecharacteristics of polyethylene were reported. The unsymmetric catalyst 1' has a good catalytic performance of 3.47×10~6 gPE·mol~(-1)·Fe·h~(-1) at 40℃ with aluminum/iron molar ratio = 2500. A dependence of catalyst activity on themethylaluminoxane (MAO) concentration and reaction temperature was found. The molecular weight (MW) of polyethylenewith broad dispersity is about 10~4-10~5 g/mol. The melting temperature and branching of polyethylenes vary with changingreaction temperature and aluminum/iron molar ratio.  相似文献

A hydrodynamic-thermodynamic equation set was set up to reflect the formational mechanism and evolution of the Northern Yellow (Huanghai) Sea cold water mass (NYSCWM) and its density circulation. Appropriate mathematical physical models were established by using some physical postulations. An approximate analytic solution to expound the distributions of temperature and three-dimensional current velocity, which can be used to expound the formational mechanism of the NYSCWM and its density circulation is obtained by using the theory of boundary layer and perturbational analyses.  相似文献

A high-quality polyene can be obtained by exensive dehydrochlorination of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) in aliquid/solid two-phase system. The liquid phase is a tetrahydrofuran solution of PVC containing a small amount ofpoly(ethylene glycol) with molar mass of 400 g as a phase transfer catalys. The solid phase is potassium hydroxide particles.The structure of the polyene is polyacetylene-like and has a long conjugated C=C sequence and a narrow dispersity ofpolyene sequences according to its FT-infrared and Raman spectra. The environmental stability of the polyene was alsostudied by IR, Raman spectra and elemental analysis. Experimental results demonstrated that the polyene was susceptible toair and could be changed into a material containing high concentrations of hydroxyl and carbonyl groups. The polyenesequences were shortened and its dispersity became broader due to the effect of dioxygen.  相似文献

The response surface method (RSM) was applied to study the liquid phase alkylation of benzene with 1-decene catalyzed by means of silica supported Preyssler heteropoly acid. A three step experimental design was developed based on the central composite design (CCD). Catalyst loading, catalyst mass percent, and benzene to 1-decene molar ratio were used to optimize 1-decene conversion and linear alkylbenzene (LAB) yield. The results indicated that the quadratic model was significant for these two responses. The experimental results revealed that all variables had positive effect on 1-decene conversion. While increasing the catalyst loading tends to decrease LAB yield. Benzene to 1-decene molar ratio was found to be the most important factor that influenced LAB yield with a positive effect. Design expert software suggested several optimized solutions, among them the best choice was to use 31% catalyst loading, benzene to 1-decene molar ratio of 13, and catalyst percent of 3.6 wt% for obtaining 100% conversion and 88% LAB production yield.  相似文献

In this paper, the mathematical theory of Fuzzy probability is used to solve the problems of rock mass mechanics due to excavation, especially the mining of ore. A mathematical model is developed for the movements and deformations of rock masses. The model is based on the assumption that the displacement and deformation of rock mass is a Fuzzy event, and from this model theoretical formulas are derived to calculate the displacement of rock mass due to excavation, especially the mining of ore.  相似文献

(α-Diimine)nickel(Ⅱ) {[C6H5 -N = C(CH3)-C(CH3) = N -C6H5]NiBr2}-TiCl4 abbreviated as NiL-TiCl4 combined catalyst which is supported on MgCl2-SiO2 carrier has been prepared, by using alkyl aluminum (AIR3) as the cocatalyst in place of methylaluminoxane (MAO) to catalyze ethylene oligomerization and copolymerization in situ. The influences of procedure for supporting NiL-TiCI4, the molar ratio of NiL to TiCI4, cocatalyst type and polymerization temperature on the catalytic performance were studied. The degree of branching and the composition of the branched chain of polymers produced have been investigated by IR and ^13C-NMR spectra. The results show that the combined catalyst can synthesize the branched polyethylene with various banched chains .The polymerization reaction was monitored by gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The results show that this catalyst promotes the oligomerization and copolymerization in situ for ethylene.  相似文献

Epichlorohydrin (ECH) was polymerized with a rare earth catalytic system: Nd (i-OPr)_3-Al (i-Bu)_3. The effects of Al/Nd molar ratio, solvents, the polymerization time and temperature,the aging time and temperature of the catalyst preparation were studied. The results showed thatat a low Al/Nd molar ratio (4) of the Nd(i-OPr)_3-Al(i-Bu)_3 system ECH polymerized at a lowtemperature (248K) with a high conversion. Isoamyl salicylate was synthesized by using germanotungtic acid as catalyst.The effects of the amaunt of catalyst,the molar ratio of salicycic acid of isoamy l alcohol,the reaction temperature and the reaction time on the yield of ester w ere studied.The optimum reaction conditions were 1.3∶100 (mass ratio) of cataly st to reactants,1∶2.5 (molar ratio) of acid to alcohol,135~153℃ being satisfa ctary reaction temperature and reaction time suitable being 3h.Under such condit ion,the yield of ester was up to 94%.Germanotungtic acid catalyst can be used re peatedly.  相似文献

This paper is concerned with the rockbursting characteristics and the structural effectsof the rock masses in the diversion tunnel of Tianshengqiao Hydropower Station. The control-ling effect of rock mass structure on the occurrence and intensity of the rockburst is demon-strated. At the same time the theory of rock mass structural effect on rockbursting has beenadvanced with rock mechanical tests carried out by the author. It laid the foundation of thecorrect selection of the underground project sites where occurs no rockburst, and it also laidthe foundation of adjusting the tunnel axes to reduce the rockburst intensity and predictingthe rockburst under the construction of underground projects.  相似文献

The concentration dependence of the reduced viscosity of dilute polymer solution is interpreted in the light of anew concept of the self-association of polymer chains in dilute solution. The apparent self-association constant is defined asthe molar association constant divided by the molar mass of individual polymer chain and is numerically interconvertiblewith the Huggins coefficient. The molar association constant is directly proportional to the effective hydrodynamic volume ofthe polymer chain in solution and is irrespective of the chain architecture. The effective hydrodynamic volume accounts forthe non-spherical conformation of a short polymer chain in solution and is a product of a shape factor and hydrodynamicvolume. The observed enhancement of Huggins coefficient for short chain and branched polymer is satisfactorily interpretedby the concept of self-association. The concept of self-association allows us to predict the existence of a boundaryconcentration C_s (dynamic contact concentration) which divides the dilute polymer solution into two regions.  相似文献

The densities (ρ), viscosities (η), refractive indices (nD), and speeds of sound (u), of binary mixtures of pyridine with 1-hexanol, 1-heptanol, 1-octanol and 1-decanol, including those of pure liquids, were measured over the entire composition range at 303.15 K and atmospheric pressure. From these experimental data, the values of excess molar volumes (VE), deviations in isentropic compressibilities (Δks), viscosities (Δh), molar refractions (ΔRm), apparent and partial molar volumes (Vf,2 and ), apparent and partial molar compressibilities (Kf,2 and ), of alkanols in pyridine and their corresponding deviations (ΔV and ΔK) were calculated. The variations of these parameters with composition of the mixtures suggest that the strength of interactions in these mixtures follow the order: 1-hexanol>1-heptanol>1-octanol>1-decanol. All the excess and deviation functions were fitted to Redlich-Kister polynomial equation to determine the fitting coefficients and the standard deviations.  相似文献

In an attempt to clarify issues related to the molecular weight dependence of the phase transition of poly(N-isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAM) in water,we prepared a library of PNIPAM samples of well-controlled molecular weight (7000 to 45000 g/mol) bearing identical groups on each chain end.The polymers were synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAM) with a bifunctional chain tranfer agent and further end group modification.The effects of the end group chemical structure,hydroxyethyl (HE),propargyl (Pr),chloroethyl (CE),n-butyl (nBu),n-hexyl (nHe),and isobutylsulfanylthiosulfanyl (IBS) on the phase transition temperature of aqueous PNIPAM solutions were investigated by high-sensitivity differential scanning calorimetry (HS-DSC),yielding the enthalpy ΔH and the endotherm maximum temperature (T M),and turbidimetry,providing the cloud point (T CP) of each solution.The T CP and T M of the PNIPAM sample of lowest molar mass (M n 7,000 g/mol,0.5 g/L) ranged,respectively,from 38.8 to 22.5 °C and 42.2 to 26.0 °C,depending on the structure of the end-group,whereas H showed no strong end-group dependence.The phase transition of all polymers,except,-di(n-butyl-PNIPAM),exhibited a marked dependence on the polymer molar mass.  相似文献
