建立了分离和测定荆花胃康原料药和胶丸中的主要成分对-异丙基甲苯(ρ-cymene)和α-萜品烯(α-Terpinene)的反相高效液相色谱梯度洗脱的方法.采用Spherisorb ODS1分析柱;甲醇-水梯度洗脱:0~15 min(V(甲醇):V(水)=75:25),15~22 min(V(甲醇):V(水)=85:15),22~28 min(V(甲醇):V(水)=75:25);紫外检测波长220 nm.对-异丙基甲苯在2.0~6.0 mg/mL,α-萜品烯在4.0~12.0 mg/mL范围内,峰面积与其质量浓度呈良好的线性关系;平均加样回收率对-异丙基甲苯为99.6%(RSD=1.3%),α-萜品烯为98.2%(RSD=1.1%).该方法灵敏度高,重现性好,结果稳定,可用于同时测定荆花胃康原料药及胶丸中的对-异丙基甲苯和α-萜品烯.  相似文献

反相高效液相色谱法测定糠酸、糠醇和糠醛   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
提出了反相高效液相色谱法(HPLC)同时测定糠酸、糠醇和糠醛的新方法,采用C18色谱柱,流动相为V(乙腈):V(水)=50:50,流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为220 nm;柱温为25℃.在4 min内可以将3种组分完全分离.糠酸、糠醇、糠醛检出限(S/N=3)分别为:0.101、0.042、0.406 mg/L.平均回收率分别为101.4%、98.5%、95.3%.相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.87%、0.66%、0.43%.  相似文献

建立了反相高效液相色谱法测定银杏外种皮中银杏酸含量的方法,色谱柱为Inertsil ODS-2,流动相为甲醇-3%Hac溶液(92:8,V/V),流速1.0mL/min;柱温40℃;紫外检测波长310nm;线性范围:0.572-10.30цg(相关系数R=0.9999);检测限5.2ng(3a)。银杏外种皮提取物经一步硅胶柱层析预处理。实验测得银杏外种皮中银杏酸含量为5.46%;平均回收率为97.5%,RSD为1.9%(n=6)。该方法简便、准确、线性范围宽。  相似文献

介绍了用反相高效波相色谱(RP-HPLC)测定食品中香豆素含量的方法。样品用无水乙醚萃取,在40℃水浴上用氮气吹干,残留物用V(甲醇):V(水)=9:1反萃取,用RP-HPLC定量分析。方法最小检出限为0.015mg/L,在2~10mg/L范围内有良好的线性关系,测定准确、重现性好,回收率为97.6%~100.8%,方法可行。  相似文献

用十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,以V(水):V(甲醇):V(H3PO4)=950:50:1为流动相,检测波长为210 nm,采用反相高效液相色谱法分离测定了两种复合维生素片剂中的泛酸钙,实验回收率在99.2%~103.4%之间,相对标准偏差RSD为0.6%~1.0%(n=5),检出限为41 ng.已用于复合维生素片剂中泛酸钙的测定.  相似文献

研究了非水介质毛细管电泳-安培检测(NACE-AD)罗红霉素的方法,着重探讨了非水介质、支持电解质、酸碱度和电极电位对分离测定的影响;以铂丝为检测电极,电极电位为0.93V,在以甲酰胺-甲醇(体积比1:1)为有机溶剂,10mmol/L乙酸铵-2mmol/L乙酸为缓冲液的非水体系中,并用样条小波最小二乘法进行数据处理,罗红霉素的检出限为0.1mg/L,在5-100mg/L范围内的线性回归方程为:S=80.1+73.1ρ,r=0.9994;用该法检测罗红霉素制剂,回收率为94%-96%,结果令人满意。  相似文献

建立了反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)定量检测离子液体溴化1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑-水体系中青蒿素含量的方法.检测条件为:室温(25±1)℃,C18反向柱(250 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm),以V(甲醇): V(0.01 mol/L HAc-NaAc溶液,pH=5.9)=60: 40混合溶液为流动相,流速0.5 mL/min,检测波长为260 nm.青蒿素浓度在5~30 mg/L之间线性回归方程为y=2.20326×107x-30928.7,相关系数r=0.9990.本方法回收率为100 2%;相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.42%.  相似文献

建立了油茶枯饼中两种主要黄酮苷:山奈酚3-0-[2-O-β-D-木糖-6-0-α-L-鼠李糖]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅰ)和山奈酚3-0-[2-O-β-D-半乳糖-6-0-α-L-鼠李糖]-β-D-葡萄糖苷(Ⅱ)的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用C18 Column(BDS,Hypersil,250mm×4.6 mm),流动相为V(乙腈)∶V(0.1%H3PO4)=20∶80,流速1 mL/min;检测波长266 nm。结果表明,黄酮苷Ⅰ的线性范围为60-2000 mg/L(R=0.9993,n=6),平均回收率99.5%,RSD为1.6%;黄酮苷Ⅱ的线性范围为30-1200mg/L(R=0.9995,n=6),平均回收率100.7%,RSD为1.2%。该方法可用于检测油茶枯饼及其提取物中两种主要黄酮苷。  相似文献

建立了快速分析无紫外光吸收的吡咯烷离子液体阳离子的离子对色谱-间接紫外检测法。采用反相硅胶整体柱,以(背景紫外吸收试剂-离子对试剂)水溶液-有机溶剂为流动相,分别讨论了背景紫外吸收试剂、检测波长、离子对试剂、有机溶剂、柱温及流速对分离测定吡咯烷阳离子的影响。最佳色谱条件为:以80%(V/V)(0.5 mmol/L对氨基苯酚盐酸盐-0.1 mmol/L庚烷磺酸钠)水溶液-20%(V/V)甲醇为流动相,检测波长230 nm,柱温30℃,流速2.0 mL/min。在此条件下,N-甲基,乙基吡咯烷阳离子、N-甲基,丙基吡咯烷阳离子和N-甲基,丁基吡咯烷阳离子在1.6 min之内基线分离,检出限(S/N=3)分别为0.02,0.03和0.07 mg/L,相对标准偏差(n=5)小于0.4%。将此方法用于分析实验室合成的离子液体样品,加标回收率在97.4%~98.0%之间。本方法快速、简单、准确、可靠,具有良好的实用性。  相似文献

以辛酸亚锡为引发剂,聚乙二醇大分子为共引发剂进行现交酯开环聚合,制备了系列聚乳酸(PLA)-聚乙二醇(PEG)-聚乳酸(PLA)三嵌段共聚物。从共聚物在生理盐水 中降解时特性粘度[η],质量和热行为的变化,考察了PEG分子量和丙交酯/PEG(摩尔比)对共聚物降解行为的影响,结果表明,PEG嵌段对共聚物的降解速率有重要影响,丙交酯/PEG一定时,PEG分子量越大,共聚物越容易降解,PEG嵌段长度一定时,丙交酯/PEG越大,共聚物降解速率越小。  相似文献

Summary.  We report major results concerning polyfunctional two- (2D) and three- (3D) dimensional oxalate bridged bimetallic magnets. As a consequence of their specific organisation they are composed of an anionic sub-lattice and a cationic counter-part. These bimetallic polymers can accommodate various counter-cations possessing specific physical properties in addition to the magnetic ones resulting from the interactions between the metallic ions in the anionic sub-lattice. Thus, molecular magnets possessing paramagnetic, conductive and optical properties are presented in this review. Corresponding author. Temperature dependences of the heat capacity of G-3(D4) and G-6(D4) carbosilanecyclosiloxane dendrimers are studied for the first time by precision adiabatic vacuum and differential scanning calorimetry in the range of 6 to 350–450 K. Physical transformations in the investigated temperature range are observed and their standard thermodynamic characteristics are determined and discussed. Standard thermodynamic functions for a mole unit are calculated from the experimental data: C p (T), H (T), ? H (0), S (T) ? S (0), and G (T) ? H (0) in the range of T → 0 to (350–449) K and standard entropies of formation at 298.15 K. Low-temperature (T ≤ 50 K) heat capacity is analyzed using the Debye theory of heat capacity of solids and the multifractal model. The values of fractal dimensionality D are determined and some conclusions on the topology of the investigated structures are drawn. The corresponding thermodynamic properties of the investigated carbosilanecyclosiloxane dendrimers under study are compared.  相似文献

用有机合成或酶促合成的AGDCGG为受体,以过量的pDAGp为供体,应用T_4RNA连接酶,成功地合成了酵母丙氨酸转移核糖核酸(tRNA_y~(Ala))的双氢尿核苷(D)环区九核苷九磷酸AGDCGGDAGp.在脱去3’-端磷酸基团后,得九核苷八磷酸.产物经序列分析证明,与AGDCGGDAG完全符合.本文也进行了相应于D环区九核苷酸的组成片段AG,AGDC,GG,GGp和DAG的5’-磷酸化和它们之间连接的条件探索,发现了3’-DMP和DAG的5’-磷酸化需在5~10℃下进行,可获近定量的产率. AGDCGGDAGp已用于tRNA_y~(Ala)的全分子合成.  相似文献

如今在能源紧缺和“双碳”背景下, 能源清洁高效利用显得异常重要. 沸石催化剂是在能源加工过程中提高产出和品质的重要手段, 现已成为该领域的研究热点. 随着对沸石研究的进一步深入, 它们的性质和结构逐渐清晰, 广泛应用于催化、吸附、分离等行业. 独特晶体结构的二维沸石, 它们的片层结构在降低分子传输路径的同时, 可增大活性位点的可及性, 降低了积碳率, 具有较大应用潜力. 此外, 通过改变结构导向剂的结构可以拓宽二维沸石的种类, 符合工业上适应范围广的特点. 在此, 综述了两种维度分子筛的发展过程, 阐明了它们在不同领域中催化转化的构-效关系, 以及二维沸石的制备路径. 整理了合成机理并分析了二维沸石在比表面积和活性位点可及性上的优势, 为二维沸石分子筛在工业中的应用提供借鉴.  相似文献

Highly energetic translational energy distributions are reported for hydrogen and deuterium molecules desorbing associatively from the atomic chemisorption states on highly oriented pyrolytic graphite (HOPG). Laser assisted associative desorption is used to measure the time of flight of molecules desorbing from a hydrogen (deuterium) saturated HOPG surface produced by atomic exposure from a thermal atom source at around 2100 K. The translational energy distributions normal to the surface are very broad, from approximately 0.5 to approximately 3 eV, with a peak at approximately 1.3 eV. The highest translational energy measured is close to the theoretically predicted barrier height. The angular distribution of the desorbing molecules is sharply peaked along the surface normal and is consistent with thermal broadening contributing to energy release parallel to the surface. All results are in qualitative agreement with recent density functional theory calculations suggesting a lowest energy para-type dimer recombination path.  相似文献

Summary: The aims of the present work were to prepare and characterize nanocapsules containing antitumoral agent methotrexate (MTX) from poly(D ,L -lactide) (PLA) and poly(D ,L -lactide)-poly(ethylene glycol) diblock copolymer (PLA-PEG) with the purpose of administrating this drug by topical ocular route for primary ocular lymphoma treatment. Nanocapsules were prepared by the interfacial deposition of preformed polymer. The influences of the initial amount of MTX on the encapsulation efficiency, drug recovery and drug content, as well as the physicochemical properties of the particles were evaluated. The particle mean diameters were 246 and 146 nm, and zeta potential values were −38.8 and −33.6 mV, for the MTX-loaded nanocapsules prepared from PLA and PLA-PEG, respectively. The methotrexate content in the particles increased with the increasing in the drug amount added to the formulations, but the drug recovery decreased significantly. After 4 h of in vitro release, 28 and 86% of MTX was released from PLA and PLA-PEG nanocapsules, respectively.  相似文献

The emission spectrum of the D(2) molecule has been studied at high resolution in the vacuum ultraviolet region 78.5-102.7 nm. A detailed analysis of the two D (1)Pi(u)-->X (1)Sigma(g) (+) and D(') (1)Pi(u) (-)-->X (1)Sigma(g) (+) electronic band systems is reported. New and improved values of the level energies of the two upper states have been derived with the help of the program IDEN [V. I. Azarov, Phys. Scr. 44, 528 (1991); 48, 656 (1993)], originally developed for atomic spectral analysis. A detailed comparison is made between the observed energy levels and solutions of coupled equations using the newest ab initio potentials by Wolniewicz and co-workers [J. Chem. Phys. 103, 1792 (1995); 99, 1851 (1993); J. Mol. Spectros. 212, 208 (2002); 220, 45 (2003)] taking into account the nonadiabatic coupling terms for the D (1)Pi(u) state with the lowest electronic states B (1)Sigma(u) (+), C (1)Pi(u), and B(') (1)Sigma(u) (+). A satisfactory agreement has been found for most of the level energies belonging to the D and D(') states. The remaining differences between observation and theory are probably due to nonadiabatic couplings with other higher electronic states which were neglected in the calculations.  相似文献
