聚酰亚胺作为一种高性能的功能材料在各个领域应用广泛,但较低的折射率限制了其在光学领域的应用。为了有效提高聚酰亚胺的折射率,许多学者研究了多种方法。本文介绍了国内外的研究团队制备高折射率聚酰亚胺的最新研究进展,总结了提高聚酰亚胺折射率的方法主要分为以下几种:在聚酰亚胺的主链引入硫原子;掺杂无机粒子进行杂化改性;开创新的合成工艺,通过详细论述上述几种方法的合成路线以及所得产物的性能,指出了合成高折射率聚酰亚胺的总趋势。  相似文献

近年来,超支化聚合物在化学、材料以及生物等领域引起了广泛的关注。超支化聚酰亚胺(HBPI)是由超支化大分子和线性聚酰亚胺结合形成的一种新型聚合物,它有独特的三维体型分子结构,高度支化的分子链分布,以及高分布密度的表面端基官能团。其独特的结构、优异的理化性能和合成及改性方法上的多样性使HBPI在许多领域具有潜在的应用。本文综述了自1999年出现超支化聚酰亚胺以来国内外在HBPI应用领域的研究进展,包括在气体分离膜、质子交换膜、光敏、光波导、荧光、介电、复合材料领域的应用研究进展,总结概述了HBPI在上述各领域的应用机理,并对HBPI的应用发展前景进行了展望。  相似文献

手性聚酰亚胺逐渐成为手性高分子研究的一个重要方面,在分子识别、对映体选择性分离、不对称催化等领域有潜在的应用,日益受到研究者的重视。本文综述了近二十年手性聚酰亚胺的研究进展,将手性聚酰亚胺按照手性结构的引入方式分为侧链手性、主链中心手性和主链轴手性三种类型,并分别加以总结和阐述,介绍了具有代表性的光活性聚酰亚胺的结构、合成和性能,特别关注了手性聚酰亚胺的高次结构的形成以及与其手性光活性相关的性能与应用。最后,本文阐述了手性聚酰亚胺研究面对的挑战与未来发展前景,探索手性聚酰亚胺的合成、性质和应用,建立合理的模型和分析手段,深入探讨手性聚酰亚胺的高次结构仍然是值得深入研究的重点方向。  相似文献

聚酰亚胺是一类重要的高性能高分子材料,具有优异的热性能、机械性能、电学性能和尺寸稳定性等,同时具有良好的结构可设计性,已逐渐成为有机光电领域的研究热点.然而,传统聚酰亚胺材料一般不发光,文献中有关发光聚酰亚胺的研究并不多.同时,所报道的荧光量子产率普遍较低,极大地限制了其作为发光功能层在有机光电器件领域的应用.为了更好地了解聚酰亚胺发光的规律,拓展高性能聚酰亚胺材料在有机发光器件中的应用领域,本文介绍了聚酰亚胺光致发光的机理,综述了国内外有关光致发光聚酰亚胺的研究进展,总结了提高聚酰亚胺荧光量子产率的方法,并对未来高性能高效发光聚酰亚胺材料的研究方向做了展望.  相似文献

Organosoluble polyimides were synthesized with the alicyclic dianhydride 1,8‐dimethylbicyclo[2,2,2]oct‐7‐ene‐2,3,5,6‐tetracarboxylic dianhydride and aromatic diamines. The polyimides possessed good solubility both in strong dipolar solvents and in common solvents; the thermal decomposition temperature of the polyimides exceeded 420 °C. Strong and flexible films of the polyimides, with the cutoff of ultraviolet–visible absorption lower than 310–320 nm, exhibited good features as the alignment layers for nematic liquid crystals with pretilt angles of 1.5–2.9°. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A series of soluble and highly transparent semi‐alicyclic polyimides (PIs) with designed flexible linkages have been synthesized derived from an alicyclic aromatic dianhydride (1,2,3,4‐cyclobutanetetracarboxylic dianhydride, CBDA) and various aromatic ether‐bridged diamines. The semi‐alicyclic PIs were evaluated as the photo‐alignment layers of liquid crystal (LC) molecules in liquid crystal display (LCD). Experimental results indicate that the photo‐alignment characteristics of LC molecules induced by the photo‐aligned PI layers and the electro‐optical (EO) properties of the LC cell devices are closely related with PI backbone structures. The retardation of the photo‐aligned PI layers is correlated with the ultraviolet (UV) absorption intensity of PI at 220 to approximately 330 nm. The higher UV absorption intensity PI has, the higher retardation and lower pre‐tilt angle the photo‐aligned PI layer exhibits. The defect‐free and photo‐aligned PI layer could result into the uniform LC texture, which is highly desired for in‐plane switching (IPS) mode LCD devices. In comparison, PI layer containing trifluoromethyl moiety shows poor photo‐aligning performance because of the strong electronic withdrawing effect of the fluorinated linkage.  相似文献

Photosensitive polyimides with alicyclic diamines and benzophenone moiety were prepared by reactions of 3,3′,4,4′-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) with diamines in aprotic solvents, followed by thermal or chemical imidizations. Among them the polyimide from BTDA and bis(4-amino-3-methylcyclohexyl) methane (DMDHM) can be dissolved in several organic solvents such as dichloromethane, tetrachloroethane, and N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP). In order to compare properties of the polyimides with alicyclic diamines with those of corresponding aromatic polyimides, the UV absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra of these polyimides and their model compounds were investigated. No occurrence of charge transfer at photoexcited states was ascertained for the polyimides with alicyclic diamines. The hydrogen abstraction and crosslinking during photoirradiation have been studied to learn the influence of the elimination of charge transfer process in these photosensitive polyimides. The quantum yield of hydrogen abstraction for the model compound of alicyclic polyimides is 0.56 in THF measured with HPLC. The quantum yield for the photocrosslinking reaction of the solvent-soluble polyimide with alicyclic diamine, PI(BTDA/DMDHM), was determined to be 0.004 in air from gel permeation chromatography (GPC) measurement, which is four times higher than that for photosensitive polyimides with aromatic diamines. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

液晶取向膜是液晶显示器中的关键材料,为了制得性能优良的液晶取向膜,我们通过铃木偶联反应制备了3种含有不同末端基团的3,5-二氨基联苯,将制得的3种二胺单体分别与环丁烷四甲酸二酐聚合得到3种新型的聚酰亚胺。 利用核磁氢谱对单体和聚合物的结构进行了表征,测试了聚合物的溶解性、热稳定性以及用作液晶取向膜的性能。 结果表明,所得的聚酰亚胺具有良好的溶解性和热稳定性,经过机械摩擦后,末端带有甲氧基的聚酰亚胺能使液晶分子平行于摩擦方向取向,末端带有苯氧羰基和联苯氧羰基的聚酰亚胺能使液晶分子垂直于摩擦方向取向。 此类可溶性的聚酰亚胺液晶取向膜将简化制备工艺并在柔性显示器件中具有较大的应用价值。  相似文献

The polyaddition reactions of alicyclic diamines such as 1,4-diaminocyclohexane (1,4-CHDA) or 4,4′-diaminodicyclohexylmethane (DCHM) and configurational isomers of 1,4-CHDA or DCHM with tetracarboxylic aromatic anhydrides in aprotic solvents were carried out to prepare high molecular weight poly(amic acid)s. Through the thermal imidization of poly(amic acid)s, several flexible polyimide films were prepared. Because of the stiffness of the alicyclic moieties in diamines, the resulting polyimides exhibit high glass transition temperatures (220–340°C) almost similar to those for corresponding aromatic polyimides which have phenylene groups in place of cyclohexyl groups, and show good thermal stability. The partial crystallization was observed for polyimides with trans-cyclohexyl moiety during the heating in differential scanning calorimetry and ascertained by wide-angle x-ray diffraction. Thus, the inhibition of the occurrence of charge transfer in polyimides is accomplished by introducing alicyclic diamines in place of aromatic diamines without reducing their thermal stability. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

We have explored the change in alignment of a nematic liquid crystal, 4'-pentyl-4-cyanobiphenyl (5CB) with three types of photosensitive polyimide as the alignment layer by photoirradiation at 366 nm. The photosensitive polyimide alignment layer induced a reversible change in alignment of 5CB. It was observed that the 5CB molecules became aligned from homogeneous alignment to homeotropic on photoirradiation with a d.c. electric field as a bias, and reversed to the homogeneous state when photoirradiation was ceased. This result indicates that optical switching could be repeated by on and off switching of the excitation light at 366 nm. The optical switching of the nematic liquid crystal might be mainly due to a photophysical change in the polyimide surface which is affected by the chemical structures of the polyimides at the temperature at which 5CB exhibits a nematic phase. The optical switching of nematic liquid crystals with photosensitive polyimides as the alignment layer is a novel driving method for nematic liquid crystals.  相似文献

A series of novel polyimides based on N,N‐di(4‐aminophenyl)‐1‐aminopyrene and aromatic or alicyclic tetracarboxylic dianhydrides were synthesized. The polymers exhibited good solubility in many polar organic solvents and could afford robust films via solution casting. The polyimides derived from aromatic dianhydrides exhibited high thermal stability and high glass‐transition temperatures (333–364 °C). Cyclic voltammetry studies of the polymer films showed that these polyimides are both p and n dopable and have multicolored electrochromic states. For the polyimides derived from alicyclic dianhydrides, they revealed a strong blue‐light emission with high fluorescence quantum yields (?PL > 45%) and a marked solvatochromic behavior. © 2011 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 27 alkyl-aromatic polyimides have been synthesized and tested as alignment layers for surface stabilized ferroelectric liquid crystals with a number of room temperature ferroelectric mixtures. The cone angles are used as a quantitative measure of the bistability obtained in these cells. The effect of the structure of the polyimides on the cone angles obtained and the stability of the alignment is discussed.  相似文献
