The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of 4-tert-butyl-5-(1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)-2-aminothiazole with propionic anhydride, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the orthorhombic system, space group Pbca with a = 18.441(2), b = 8.3284(9), c = 19.257(2) , Z = 8, V = 2957.5(5) 3, Mr = 279.37, Dc = 1.255 mg/m3, S = 1.033, μ = 0.219 mm-1, F(000) = 1184, the final R = 0.0349 and wR = 0.0876 for 2629 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). X-ray crystal structure presents the intermolecular N–H···N hydrogen bond, which plays an important role in stabilizing the crystal structure. The preliminary bioassay indicates that the title compound exhibits potent fungicidal activity against R. Solani(25 mg/L) with inhibition rate of 80.0%.  相似文献

The title compound,(Z)-methyl-3-methoxy-2-{2-[(4-(E-3-p-tolylacryloyl)phenoxy)-methyl]phenyl}acrylate,was synthesized and determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 8.0157(8),b = 12.5748(13),c = 13.3768(14) ,α = 64.770(2),β = 75.720 (2),γ = 89.784(2)°,μ = 0.085 mm-1,Mr = 442.49,V = 1174.1(2) 3,Z = 2,Dc = 1.252 g/cm3,F(000) = 468,T = 294(2) K,R = 0.0603 and wR = 0.1498 for 2644 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the single crystal contains strong non-classical hydrogen bonds. The preliminary bioassay showed that the title compound exhibits inhibitory activity against the Pseudoperoniospora cubensis and Rhizoctonia solani at the test concentration of 200 mg/L.  相似文献

The title compound N-(2,6-difluorobenzoyl)-N'-[5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazol-2-yl]urea(C17H9F5N4O2S,Mr = 428.34) has been synthesized by the reaction of 2-amino-5-(4-trifluoromethylphenyl)-1,3,4-thiadiazole with 2,6-difluorobenzoyl isocyanate,and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal belongs to monoclinic,space group P21/n with a = 10.7316(13),b = 10.5617(13),c = 16.037(2) ,β = 106.408(2)°,V = 1743.6(4) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.632 g/cm3,μ = 0.260 mm-1,F(000) = 864,the final R = 0.0599 and wR = 0.1420 for 3467 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).The urea group,which adopts a planar configuration mediated by the intramolecular N-H...O hydrogen bond,is nearly coplanar with the thiadiazole and 4-trifluoromethylbenzene rings.The title compound was found to exhibit good fungicidal activity against Rhizoctonia solani and Botrytis cinerea.  相似文献

The title compound was synthesized by the reaction of 4-tert-butyl-5-(4-chlorobenzyl)-2-aminothiazole with 2,6-difluorobenzoic acid. The crystal structure of the title compound, C21H19ClF2N2OS, was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the triclinic system, space group Pbca with a = 12.6479(13), b = 13.1204(13), c = 14.1341(15), Z = 4, V = 2011.5(4)3, Mr = 420.89, Dc = 1.390 g/cm3, S = 1.023, μ = 0.326 mm-1, F(000) = 872, the final R = 0.0365 and wR = 0.0880 for 6101 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)), and R = 0.0507, wR = 0.0978 for 7779 independent reflections. X-ray crystal structure displays that the hydrogen bonding interactions observed link the molecules to form a dimeric unit. The preliminary biological test of the title compound shows good antitumor activity, with IC50 of 0.046 μmol/mL against the Hela cell line.  相似文献

The title compound, (2R,3R)-3,5,7-trihydroxyflavanone 3-acetate, is a flavanonol derivative which was first isolated from Myoporum bontioides A. Gray and characterized by MS, NMR and CD spectra. In addition, the structure was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the triclinic lattice, space group P21 with a = 10.686(3), b = 6.862(2), c = 11.267(3) , β = 107.46(1), V = 788.3(4) 3, Z = 2, C17H16O7, Mr = 332.30, Dc = 1.400 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.110 mm-1, F(000) = 348, the final R = 0.0283 and wR = 0.0826 for 3428 independent reflections (Rint = 0.017) and 1500 observed ones (I > 2σ(I)). The structure consists of one flavone and one water molecule. The flavone molecules form a 1D column by the p…π stacking interactions and C–H…O hydrogen bonds. The weak intermolecular/intermolecular O–H…O hydrogen bonds observed in the crystal give further rise to a complicated network structure. Primary bioassay showed that the title compound has high inhibitory activity against Magnaporthe grisea with the EC50 values of 199.41 μg/mL.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of 3,3-dimethyl-1-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)butan-2-one oxime with 2-chlorobenzyl chloride, and then treated with 65~68% HNO3. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 14.5481(8), b = 9.3351(5), c = 13.1911(7) , β = 98.9450(10)°, Z = 4, V = 1769.67(17) 3, Mr = 369.81, Dc = 1.388 g/cm3, S = 1.06, μ = 0.247 mm-1, F(000) = 776, the final R = 0.0352 and wR = 0.0960 for 3069 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray crystal structure presents the intramolecular N–H…O hydrogen bond. The packing is nearly parallel without π-π stacking interactions between two adjacent phenyl rings and stabilized by Van der Waals force. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound possesses fungicidal activity against Gibberella zeae at the dosage of 25 mg/L.  相似文献

The title compound ethyl 1-(2-bromoethyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate 1 has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic(C15H17BrN2O3,Mr = 353.22),space group C21 with a = 24.691(7),b = 6.7678(17),c = 17.884(5) ,β = 97.184(5)o,V = 2965.1(13) 3,Z = 8,Dc = 1.583 g.cm-3,F(000) = 1440,μ = 2.784 mm-1,the final R = 0.0260 and wR = 0.0596 for 2684 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).All the carbon atoms in the molecule are nearly coplanar except C(15),with a large conjugated system among the carbonyl group,pyrazole ring and the benzene ring.Three non-classical intermolecular hydrogen bonds help to stabilize the crystal lattice.The regioselectivity was rationalized based on the coordination of potassium ion with the N-anion and the carbonyl oxygen atom.  相似文献

The new title compound 2-methoxy-benzoic acid 2-oxo-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-4-yl ester(3,C25H26O5) has been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-hydroxy-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-2-one(2) with 2-methoxylben-zoyl chloride,and characterized by 1H NMR and MS spectra.Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 10.6945(7),b = 12.8176(7),c = 16.4223(10) ,β = 103.5665(17)o,V = 2188.3(2) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.234 g/cm3,F(000) = 864.000,μ = 0.085 mm-1,the final R = 0.0520 and wR = 0.1132 for 2732 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).In the crystal structure,the C(1)-C(2)(1.478 ) bond is significantly shorter than the normal single C-C bond(1.53 ),suggesting that the carbonyl group on C(1) has formed a conjugated system with a double bond on C(2) and C(12).  相似文献

The new title compound (2E,6E)-2,6-bis(2,3-dimethoxybenzylidene)cyclohexanone (C 24 H 26 O 5,M r=394.45) has been synthesized,and its crystal structure was studied.The title compound crystallizes in the orthorhombic system,space group Pca2 1 with a=17.536(2),b=14.8515(16),c=8.0512(9),V=2096.8(4) 3,Z=4,D c=1.250 g/cm 3,λ=0.71073,μ=0.087 mm-1 and F(000)=840.The structure was solved by direct methods and refined to R=0.0533 and wR=0.1248 from 2727 observed reflections (I > 2σ(Ⅰ)).The title molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds to generate a 3-D supramolecule.The preliminary biological tests showed definitely biological activity for the title compound.  相似文献

With an aim to discover novel AHAS inhibitors,the title compound (S)-ethyl-2(2-methoxy-phenylsulfenamido)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)propanoate (C 21 H 22 N 2 O 4 S,M r=398.47) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal belongs to orthorhombic,space group P2 1 2 1 2 1 with a=8.078(2),b=12.824(4),c=18.788(6),V=1946.2(10) 3,Z=4,F(000)=840,D c=1.360 mg/m 3,μ=0.197 mm-1,the final R=0.0433 and wR=0.1035 for 3075 observed reflections with I > 2σ(Ⅰ).The absolute structure Flack parameter X of this compound is 0.00(8).A total of 14375 reflections were collected,of which 3431 were independent (R int=0.0437).X-ray analysis reveals that the crystal structure involves two intermolecular N-H···O and one N-H···S intermolecular hydrogen bonds with the neighboring molecules.The crystal structure was compared with our previously reported (S)-methyl 2-(4-R-phenylsulfonamido)-3-(1H-indol-3-yl)propanoate (R=H(1) and Cl(2)),which provided some useful information of these compounds.  相似文献

It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 47.87(2), b = 10.222(4), c = 9.612(4) , β = 92.401(9)o, V = 4699(3) 3, Z = 8, C28H32N2, Mr = 396.56, Dc = 1.121 g/cm3, F(000) = 1712 and μ(MoKa) = 0.065 mm-1. The final R and wR are 0.0793 and 0.1983, respectively for 3524 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). In the title compound, the bond lengths are normal, and the crystal is stabilized by Van der Waals’ forces.  相似文献

Intermolecular C–H...π interactions and π-π stacking interactions stabilize the crystal structure. The crystal belongs to triclinic system, space group P with a = 5.8550(8), b = 7.5668(10), c = 16.416(2) , α = 78.364(2), β = 81.204(2), γ = 84.749(2)°, V = 702.58(16) 3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.568 g/cm3, μ = 0.429 mm-1, F(000) = 340, the final R = 0.0442 and wR = 0.1092 for 2001 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title molecule is nearly planar. In the crystal structure, the molecules are linked by strong intermolecular N-H…N hydrogen bonds together with weak nonclassical intermolecular (C-H…Y, Y = N, O and Cl) hydrogen bonds and stacked through π-π interactions. The preliminary bioassay shows that the title compound exhibits good fungicidal activities against Rhizoctonia solani, Botrytis cinerea and Dothiorella gregaria.  相似文献
