The new title compound 2-methoxy-benzoic acid 2-oxo-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-4-yl ester(3,C25H26O5) has been synthesized by the condensation reaction of 4-hydroxy-3-(2,4,6-trimethyl-phenyl)-1-oxa-spiro[4.4]non-3-en-2-one(2) with 2-methoxylben-zoyl chloride,and characterized by 1H NMR and MS spectra.Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic,space group P21/c with a = 10.6945(7),b = 12.8176(7),c = 16.4223(10) ,β = 103.5665(17)o,V = 2188.3(2) 3,Z = 4,Dc = 1.234 g/cm3,F(000) = 864.000,μ = 0.085 mm-1,the final R = 0.0520 and wR = 0.1132 for 2732 observed reflections with I 2σ(I).In the crystal structure,the C(1)-C(2)(1.478 ) bond is significantly shorter than the normal single C-C bond(1.53 ),suggesting that the carbonyl group on C(1) has formed a conjugated system with a double bond on C(2) and C(12).  相似文献

The title compound ethyl 1-(2-bromoethyl)-3-(4-methoxyphenyl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxylate 1 has been synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.The crystal is of monoclinic(C15H17BrN2O3,Mr = 353.22),space group C21 with a = 24.691(7),b = 6.7678(17),c = 17.884(5) ,β = 97.184(5)o,V = 2965.1(13) 3,Z = 8,Dc = 1.583 g.cm-3,F(000) = 1440,μ = 2.784 mm-1,the final R = 0.0260 and wR = 0.0596 for 2684 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).All the carbon atoms in the molecule are nearly coplanar except C(15),with a large conjugated system among the carbonyl group,pyrazole ring and the benzene ring.Three non-classical intermolecular hydrogen bonds help to stabilize the crystal lattice.The regioselectivity was rationalized based on the coordination of potassium ion with the N-anion and the carbonyl oxygen atom.  相似文献

Two new 1,3-oxazin derivatives, C22H24N2O5(3I) and C19H16N2O5(3II), have been synthesized via an unusual cascade reaction. The attractive aspect of this cascade reaction is that the novel construction of 1,3-oxazine and the direct C-N bond formation from C-C bond can be easily achieved via pyridine-mediated acylation in a one-pot operation. Both compounds have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, NMR spectra and X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Compound 3I crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 16.282(4), b = 7.4117(18), c = 17.256(5) , β = 103.193(9)°, V = 2027.4(9) 3, Mr = 396.43, Z = 4, Dc = 1.299 g/cm3, F(000) = 840, MoKa radiation(λ = 0.71073 ), the final R = 0.0771 and wR = 0.1582 for 3662 were observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Compound 3II crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1 with a = 7.1265(9), b = 10.1071(13), c = 23.529(3), α = 97.463(9), β = 96.981(9), γ = 94.345(9)°, V = 1600.5(4) 3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.409 g/cm3, F(000) = 736, CuKa radiation(λ = 1.54186 ), the final R = 0.0515 and wR = 0.1241 for 4920 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The preliminary antibacterial activities of 2 and 3 against E. coli and S. aureus were investigated. The results showed that the inhibiting effect of 3 was higher than that of 2.  相似文献

The title compound 2-(5-(4-chlorophenyl)-1-phenyl-4,5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)- pyridine(C20H16ClN3, Mr = 333.81) has been synthesized and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal belongs to monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 10.9925(12), b = 11.0378(12), c = 14.2751(18) , β = 98.074(11)°, V = 1714.9(3)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.293 g/cm3, μ(MoKα) = 0.228 mm-1, F(000) = 696, the final R = 0.0521 and wR = 0.1349 for 3495 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Intermolecular C–H...π interactions and π-π stacking interactions stabilize the crystal structure. The binding study by fluorescence spectroscope titration showed that the title compound can selectively recognize Fe3+ in THF solution with fluorescence quenching.  相似文献

The title complex has been obtained by the reaction of copper nitrate tri-hydrate with 4-abaH (4-abaH=4-aminobenzonic acid) and phenanthroline in ethanol solution,and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data: monoclinic,space group C2/c,Mr=1266.13,Cu2C52H54N10O20,a=25.884(5),b=10.205(2),c=20.849(4) ,β=106.34(3)°,Z=4,V=5284.7(18) 3,F(000)=2616,Dc=1.591 g/cm3,μ=0.896 mm-1,the final R=0.0441 and wR=0.1148 for 4200 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). In the molecule of the title complex,the asymmetric unit contains one half molecule. The Cu(Ⅱ) atom is five-coordinated by a terminal water molecule,a bidentate phenanthroline and two monodentate 4-aminobenzoate ligands forming a square pyramidal coordination environment. The two bridging 4-aminobenzoate ligands result in a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) cluster with a short Cu–Cu distance (3.048 ) and a π-π stacking between the adjacent phenanthroline rings (2.96 ).  相似文献

The title compound was synthesized from 3-(2-methylphenyl)-2-thioxo-2,3-dihy- droquinazolin-4(1H)-one (4) which was prepared from 2-methylaniline in two steps. Reactions of two new tripodal ligands 1,3,5-tris(1-imidazolyl)benzene (4) and 1,3-bis(1-imidazolyl)-5-(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene (5) with metal [Ag(I), Cu(II), Zn(II), Ni(II)] salts lead to the formation of novel two-dimensional (2D) metal-organic frameworks [Ag(2)(4)(2)][p-C(6)H(4)(COO)(2)].H(2)O (6), [Ag(4)]ClO(4) (7), [Cu(4)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](CH(3)COO)(2).2H(2)O (8), [Zn(4)(2)(H(2)O)(2)](NO(3))(2) (9), [Ni(4)(2)(N(3))(2)].2H(2)O (10), and [Ag(5)]ClO(4) (11). All the structures were established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Crystal data for 6: monoclinic, C2/c, a = 23.766(3) A, b = 12.0475(10) A, c = 13.5160(13) A, beta = 117.827(3) degrees, Z = 4. For compound 7: orthorhombic, P2(1)2(1)2(1), a = 7.2495(4) A, b = 12.0763(7) A, c = 19.2196(13) A, Z = 4. For compound 8: monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 8.2969(5) A, b = 12.2834(5) A, c = 17.4667(12) A, beta = 96.5740(10) degrees, Z = 2. For compound 9: monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a =10.5699(3) A, b = 11.5037(3) A, c = 13.5194(4) A, beta = 110.2779(10) degrees, Z = 2. For compound 10: monoclinic, P2(1)/n, a = 9.8033(3) A, b = 12.1369(5) A, c = 13.5215(5) A, beta = 107.3280(10) degrees, Z = 2. For compound 11: monoclinic C2/c, a = 18.947(2) A, b = 9.7593(10) A, c = 19.761(2) A, beta = 97.967(2) degrees, Z = 8. Both complexes 6 and 7 are noninterpenetrating frameworks based on the (6, 3) nets, and 8, 9 and 10 are based on the (4, 4) nets while complex 11 has a twofold parallel interpenetrated network with 4.8(2) topology. It is interesting that, in complexes 6,7, and 11 with three-coordinated planar silver(I) atoms, each ligand 4 or 5 connects three metal atoms, while in the case of complexes 8, 9, and 10 with six-coordinated octahedral metal atoms, each ligand 4 only links two metal atoms, and another imidazole nitrogen atom of 4 did not participate in the coordination with the metal atoms in these complexes. The results show that the nature of organic ligand and geometric needs of metal atoms have great influence on the structure of metal-organic frameworks.  相似文献
