利用电子束引发预辐射接枝技术,在聚全氟乙丙烯(FEP)薄膜上接枝丙烯酸(AA)和对苯乙烯磺酸钠(SSS),制备一种含羧酸基团和磺酸基团的阳离子交换膜,详细研究了反应温度、单体总浓度、pH值变化、辐照气氛及添加剂对接枝率的影响规律,明确了实验条件与接枝率的对应关系。FTIR测试证明了接枝产物是全氟乙丙烯和丙烯酸、对苯乙烯磺酸钠的接枝共聚物。  相似文献

以二苯甲酮(BP)为紫外引发剂,将聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PEGMA)接枝在聚砜超滤膜表面以提高膜的抗污染性能.在二苯甲酮存在的条件下,波长较长(λ300nm)的紫外光(UV)辐射下发生提氢反应,可以有效防止聚砜分子主链的剪切,保持改性膜的分离性能.考察了PEGMA浓度、UV辐射时间和BP浓度对改性超滤膜接枝度、亲水性和抗污染性能的影响.用表面全反射红外光谱(ATR/FTIR)表征改性前后膜表面化学组成的变化.表面改性膜的纯水通量略有降低而牛血清白蛋白(BSA)截留率有所提高.随着接枝度的提高,PEGMA接枝改性膜的抗污染性能增加.  相似文献

丙烯酸β-羟丙酯与聚氯乙烯膜的紫外光接枝改性   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
采用液相接枝方法 ,在紫外线辐照下 ,合成了一系列丙烯酸 β-羟丙酯 (β -HPAT) /聚氯乙烯接枝膜。讨论了引发剂浓度、单体浓度、光照时间、光照强度对接枝率的影响。结果表明 ,引发剂浓度为 6 .5 1× 10 -3 mol/L ,单体浓度 2 .0mol/L ,光照时间为 2 .0h ,且光照强度越强时 ,接枝率最大。接枝膜的结构特征通过FT -IR光谱进行了确证 ,最后 ,对接枝膜进行TGA分析 ,结果表明聚氯乙烯经过表面改性后 ,表面极性增大 ,热稳定性大大提高。  相似文献

微波法合成淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐类高吸水性树脂的研究   总被引:18,自引:0,他引:18  
以N,N′-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为交联剂、过硫酸铵为引发剂、在微波辐照下对淀粉接枝丙烯酸盐共聚进行了系统的研究,确定了最佳的反应条件,合成了粉末状的高吸水性树脂。并用FTIR和固体NMR等方法探讨了淀粉一丙烯酸盐接枝共聚物的结构特征。实验结果表明,利用微波技术合成淀粉一丙烯酸盐接枝共聚物可实现一次合成、干燥,简化合成工艺。淀粉与丙烯酸盐质量比为40/100左右时产物的接枝率最大,且吸水速率明显高于化学法合成的高吸水树脂。  相似文献

采用紫外光引发接枝表面改性的方法,以芴酮(FL)为引发剂,在低密度聚乙烯(LDPE)薄膜表面上接枝丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸(MAA)、丙烯酸甲酯(MA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、丙烯酰胺(AM)等单体,以赋予薄膜表面新的化学性质.考察了引发剂浓度、紫外光的辐照时间、辐照强度、单体种类对LDPE薄膜接枝程度的影响.结果表明,在一定范围内,增加芴酮浓度,可以提高单体的接枝率,但当芴酮浓度达到5%时,接枝率反而下降.延长辐照时间至4 min和提高紫外光的辐照强度达100 W/m2,均有利于接枝反应的进行.不同单体在LDPE膜上的接枝能力与单体的活性、单体与基材的相容性等因素有关.接枝后,LDPE与水的接触角下降程度不仅与单体在膜上的接枝量有关,还与接枝单体的亲水性能密切相关.  相似文献

本文采用接枝量测定、ATRIR和ESCA研究了电晕放电引发丙烯酸表面接枝LDPE薄膜,实验结果表明:电晕放电能有效地引发丙烯酸在LDPE薄膜表面的接枝聚合反应,随反应时间延长、反应温度提高和丙烯酸单体浓度增大,表面接枝量增大。当丙烯酸浓度为20%、聚合温度为70℃、反应15小时时,经电晕放电处理72秒后的LDPE薄膜表面接枝量高达22055μgcm2。  相似文献

本文研究了以Fe~(2+)—H_2O_2为引发剂引发甘蔗髓与丙烯腈的接枝共聚反应。研究了亚铁含量,H_2O_2浓度,单体量,反应液比、温度和时间对接枝反应的影响;探讨了接枝共聚物碱水解条件,如碱浓度和用量、水解温度和时间、接枝增量等因素对水解产物吸水性能的影响。结果表明,在一定的条件下可获得较高接枝增量的接枝共聚物,降低反应液比或增加单体量均可明显提高接枝增量,接枝增量对水解产物吸水性能的影响不大。  相似文献

The synthesis and the characterization of graft copolymers prepared from ozonized high density polyethylene (HDPE) are described. The powder of HDPE was treated with ozone in well defined conditions and then copolymerized with monomers, such as, acrylic acid (AA), N,N-dimethylamino-2 ethylmethacrylate (MADAME) and vinyl phosphonic acid (VPA). Cationic exchange membranes were prepared from the grafted copolymers of AA and VPA and anionic exchange membrane from the grafted copolymer of MADAME. The obtained copolymers were characterized by the grafting rate, FTIR spectroscopy, scaning electronic microscopy, thickness, exchange capacity and electrical resistance.  相似文献

Post-irradiation grafting of sodium styrene sulfonate (SSS) in the presence of acrylic acid (AA) has been investigated on polyethylene (PE) pre-exposed to gamma radiation at room temperature in the air. Special attention was paid to the effect of low molecular weight salt additives on the kinetics of graft copolymerization of SSS and AA. The presence of SSS links in the grafted PE copolymers was detected by the methods of UV and FTIR spectroscopy. Based on the FITR spectroscopy and element analysis data, a mechanism was proposed for graft copolymerization of SSS and AA onto PE. The mechanical properties of the graft copolymers were studied. It was established that PE copolymers grafted with sulfonic acid and carboxyl groups have higher strength characteristics (16.3 MPa) compared to the samples containing only carboxyl groups (11 MPa).  相似文献

Abstract

This paper reports the preparation of chelating copolymers via grafting of acrylic acid, and/or acrylamide onto polyester microfiber (PETMF) fabrics using a γ‐radiation technique. The effect of monomer concentration on the grafting process at irradiation dose 20?kGy was studied. The prepared graft chains (PETMF‐g‐AA), (PETMF‐g‐AAm), and (PETMF‐g‐PAAc/PAAm) acted as chelating sites for some selected transition metal ions. The effect of grafting on mechanical properties of PETMF and its copolymer–metal complexes was investigated. The prepared chelating copolymers and their metal complexes were characterized using x‐ray (energy dispersive x‐ray, EDX), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), color parameters, and electrical conductivity measurements. The possibility of practical uses for such prepared graft copolymer–metal complexes was discussed and determined. The observed results showed that the electrical conductivity of the grafted copolymers and their metal complexes are thermally activated. Moreover, the degree of grafting enhanced the conductivity values of the grafted and non‐complexed copolymer up to three orders of magnitude, on the other hand, the conductivity of the copolymer–metal complexes slightly increased.  相似文献

Radiation-induced graft copolymerization of N-isopropylacrylamide (NIPAAm) and acrylic acid (AA) mixture was carried out on polypropylene nonwoven fabric to develop a thermosensitive material and has been found to affect the thermal and physical characteristics of fabric. The grafted fabrics with different monomer ratios were characterized by thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), X-ray diffraction (XRD), contact angle and atomic force microscopy (AFM). Results of FTIR clearly indicated that poly(acrylic acid) and poly(N-isopropyl acrylamide) were successfully grafted onto the membrane surface. TGA results showed that the thermal stability of PP fabric increased after grafting of NIPAAm/AA. The crystallinity values from DSC and XRD were found to decrease with increase in degree of grafting because of the addition of grafted chains within the noncrystalline region. The decrease in contact angles of the grafted fabric with an increase of the degree of grafting shows that PNIPAAm/PAA exists as the hydrophilic component. The increase in surface roughness after grafting was observed by AFM.  相似文献

A study has been made on the graft copolymers obtained by radiation-induced grafting of acrylic acid onto poly(tetrafluoroethylene-ethylene) (ET) films. The conversion of the graft copolymer into metal acrylate copolymer complex was carried out by treatment with different metal salts. Such a prepared graft copolymer–metal complex was confirmed by different methods: IR, UV spectrometry, degree of coloration, and x-ray fluorescence. Some selected properties of the graft copolymer–metal complexes such as electrical conductivity, swelling behavior, and mechanical properties were investigated. The influence of metal complexes in the graft copolymers was determined and compared with the grafted films. The possibility of the practical uses for such prepared graft copolymer–metal complexes was discussed and determined. It was assumed that such materials may be of great interest in the field of semiconducting materials in addition to their applicability as cation-exchange membranes. © 1993 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

After one atmospheric pressure plasma treatment of poly(ethylene terephthalate) (PET) film, acrylic acid (AAc) in aqueous solution was successfully graft‐copolymerized onto PET films. The effects of reaction time, AAc monomer concentration and reaction temperature on grafting behavior of AAc were systematically studied. Possible reaction kinetics of plasma‐induced graft copolymerization, starting from initial hydroperoxide decomposition, were proposed. Through the Arrhenius analysis about graft copolymerization kinetics of AAc monomers on PET surface, it was revealed that the activation energies of decomposition, propagation and termination were 98.4, 63.5, and 17.5 kJ/mol, respectively. The temperature around 80 °C was favorable not only for the formation of oxide radicals through the thermal decomposition of hydroperoxide on PET surface but also for the extension of graft copolymer chain through direct polymer grafting. Poly(acrylic acid) (PAAc) grains grafted onto PET surfaces possessed relatively uniform size and both PAAc grain size and surface roughness increased with increasing the grafting degree of AAc. The increase of grain size with increasing grafting degree results from the possibility of forming long chain graft copolymers and their shielding of reactive sites. © 2008 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A number of poly(acrylic acid)-co-nylon graft copolymers were prepared. Two approaches were used. The first involved the direct, radiation-induced grafting of acrylic acid onto the nylon, while the second involved the hydrolysis of polyacrylonitrile-co-nylon graft copolymers. All the resulting poly(acrylic acid)-co-nylon graft copolymers coupled large amounts of protein when the carbodimides CMC and EDAC were used as coupling agents. However, when the enzymes β-galactosidase and trypsin were immobilized, the retention of activity was relatively low. A number of reasons for this effect can be postulated, some of which were investigated. From the evidence, it would appear that the major reason is that the carboxylic acid groups are fixed to a “rigid” backbone, which allows them to interact with the enzyme after the establishment of an initial covalent attachment. Additionally, with acid phosphatase, it was observed that the enzyme interacted with immobilized carboxylic acid groups before coupling occurred.  相似文献

Graft copolymers of low-density polyethylene film and acrylic acid have been prepared by the direct grafting technique. The properties of 27.4, 33.9, 41.2, and 46.4 wt-% poly(acrylic acid) graft copolymer films have been compared. Measurements include degree and uniformity of grafting, gel water content, degree of swelling on wetting, tensile strength, elongation, ion-exchange capacity, water-vapor transmission, and water flux and solute rejection under reverse osmosis conditions. These properties were found to vary as the composition of the graft copolymer changed; most properties were found to be a linear function of the degree of grafting.  相似文献

In this paper, the capabilities of grafting acrylonitrile (AN) onto starch initiatedby Fe(III)-TU, V(V)-TU, Cr(VI)-TU, Mn(VII)-TU redox systems were compared in thepresence of sulfuric acid of different concentrations. It was shown that the grafting capabili-ty of Mn(VII)-TU is the highest in these initiating systems. Using Mn (VII-TU as initia-tor, the effects of various acids (HClO_4, H_2SO_4, HNO_3, HCl) on the graft copolymerizationof acrylonitrile onto starch were discussed, and the capabilities of graft copolymerizationof methyl methacrylate (MMA), acrylamide (AM), acrylic acid (AA) onto starch wereinvestigated. The experimental results show that the order of the influences of differentacids is HClO_4>H_2SO_4>HNO_3>HCl, and the order of grafting capabilities of differentmonomers grafted onto starch is MMA>AN>AM>AA. The structure and morphology ofgraft copolymers were studied with infrared spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The size, shape and roughness of surface of the grafted starch granules are changed aftergrafting.  相似文献

A novel radical grafting copolymerization process has been designed for water-soluble polymers which avoids the problems of conducting grafting reactions in highly viscous polymerization media. A variety of water-soluble graft copolymers having starch or dextran as the backbone chain with grafted side chains of polyacrylamide (—AM—), poly (acrylic acid ) (—AA—), poly (acrylamide-co-acrylic acid) (—AM—NH_4AA—) or poly ( acrylamide-co-2-acryiamido-2-methyl-l-propanesulphinic acid) (—AM—AMPS—) have been synthesized in gel droplets using aceric sulphate redox initiator, and their properties compared. The reaction conditions were optimized taking into account reaction kinetic data and the observed properties of the products produced under different reaction conditions. The effects of the ratios of [backbone]/[graft monomer], [ AM]/[ AA]/[AMPS] , [Ce~(4+)]/[ S_2O_8=] and pH value on the reaction rate , conversion, grafting degree, grafted chain length and the product molecular weight have been investigated.  相似文献
