以新戊二醇、三氯氧磷为原料, 合成得到5,5-二甲基-1,3-二氧杂己内磷酰氯(II), 化合物II经过水解反应合成新型无卤阻燃剂新戊二醇二焦磷酸酯, 两步反应总产率72%. 采用元素分析、FT-IR、MS、1H NMR及X射线四圆衍射等技术确定了标题化合物的分子结构. 结构分析表明, 该标题化合物属于正交晶系, pbca空间群, 每个结构单元含有2个分子, 晶胞参数为a=0.97690(2) nm, b=1.1283(2) nm, c=2.6506(5) nm, α=90(3)°, β=90(3)°, γ=90(3)°, V=2.9217(10) nm3, Z=38, Dc=1.429 g/cm3, μ=0.322 mm-1, F(000)=1328, 由3327个独立衍射点得到最终偏离因子[I>2σ(I)] R=0.0507, Rw=0.1254. 热失重分析表明该标题化合物具有较高的热稳定性和良好的成炭性.  相似文献

在298.15 K下,根据本结合过程的假设和Langmuir结合理论, 用等温滴定微量热和圆二色谱分析法研究了抗肿瘤药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)与人血清白蛋白(HSA)的相互作用. 研究结果表明, 蛋白质(HSA)与药物配体5-氟尿嘧啶的相互作用存在两类结合位点. 第一类结合, 结合位点数N=71±0.1, 结合常数 K=(1.46±0.016)×105 L•mol-1, 结合焓ΔH=(39.61±0.220) kJ•mol-1, 结合熵ΔS=(231.68±0.025) J•mol-1•K-1, 结合自由能ΔG=(-29.48±0.030) kJ•mol-1. 结合过程为熵驱动过程, 疏水相互作用是过程的主要推动力;第二类结合, 结合位点数N=140±0.2, 结合常数 K=(1.49±0.032)×105 L•mol-1, 结合焓ΔH=(-19.31±0.103) kJ•mol-1, 结合熵ΔS=(34.30±0.055) J•mol-1•K-1, 结合自由能ΔG=(-29.53±0.041) kJ•mol-1, 结合过程为焓-熵协同驱动过程, 氢键和静电相互作用是过程的主要推动力. 圆二色谱分析结果表明, 在两类结合过程中, 药物5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)的作用致使蛋白质(HSA)二级结构单元的相对含量发生了变化.  相似文献

以自组装法制得的双链DNA(ds-DNA)和G-四链体DNA(G4-DNA)修饰的金电极为工作电极, 以 为电活性指示剂, 采用循环伏安法和微分脉冲伏安法研究了RS型2-(5-氟尿嘧啶-1-乙酰基)氨基-1,5-戊二酸二甲酯(简称为(R)-5FUGlu和(S)-5FUGlu)与ds-DNA和G4-DNA相互作用. 实验结果表明: (1)与5-氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)相反, (R)-5FUGlu或(S)-5FUGlu导致 在Au/ds-DNA和Au/G4-DNA修饰电极上的峰电位呈现负移行为|(2)随着5-FU, (R)-或(S)-5FUGlu浓度的增加, 在上述修饰电极上的峰电流均呈现下降现象, 且峰电流的下降值△Ip的倒数与药物浓度的倒数呈现良好的线性关系|(3)运用Langmuir公式计算获得5-FU, (S)-5FUGlu和(R)-5FUGlu与ds-DNA的结合常数分别为6.16×103, 0.42×103和0.58×103 L•mol-1, 而与G4-DNA 的结合常数分别为0.78×103, 2.60×103和5.29×103 L•mol-1|(4) (R)-5FUGlu和(S)-5FUGlu在浓度为10-4, 10-6, 10-8 mol•L-1时对HL-60肿瘤细胞生长的抑制率分别为55.8和2.8, 12.8和1.5以及5.9和0.6, 这与(R)-5FUGlu比(S)-5FUGlu分子具有更强的靶向结合G4-DNA能力相吻合.  相似文献

用液相非稳态共沉淀法制备了Mg-Al 类水滑石(HTlc); Mg-Al HTlc 于450 ℃下焙烧得焙烧类水滑石(CHTlc); 采用结构重建法由CHTlc 制备了十二烷基硫酸根(DS-)插层(改性)类水滑石(DS·HTlc). 研究了邻甲酚在Mg-Al HTlc,CHTlc 和DS·HTlc 上的吸附行为: 邻甲酚在Mg-Al HTlc, CHTlc 和DS·HTlc 上的吸附动力学和等温式均分别符合准二级动力学方程和Freundlich 方程, 且吸附速率和吸附量大小均依次为: DS·HTlc>>CHTlc>HTlc; 在初始pH=5.00~13.00 范围内, 邻甲酚在HTlc 和CHTlc 上的吸附量随pH 值的增加先增加后减小, 随温度的增加而增加, 邻甲酚在DS·HTlc 的吸附量随pH 值和温度的增加而降低; 邻甲酚在HTlc, CHTlc 和DS·HTlc 上的吸附量均随电解质(NaCl)浓度的增加而增加, 探讨了吸附机理. 研究结果表明, DS·HTlc 有望成为一种新型的高效酚类有机污染物处理剂.  相似文献

利用2-氨基-4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶在干燥条件下与硫氰酸钾、氯甲酸甲酯在乙酸乙酯溶液中反应制得4-(4,6-二甲氧基嘧啶-2-基)-3-硫代脲酸甲酯, 在二甲基甲酰胺溶液中培养出单晶, 通过X射线单晶结构分析法测定分子结构和晶体结构, 晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群为C2/m, 晶胞参数为: a=1.6672(3) nm, b=0.66383(12) nm, c=1.1617(2) nm, β=109.275(2)°, V=1.2136(4) nm3, Dc=1.490 g/cm3, μ=0.281 mm-1, F(000)=568, Z=4, R1=0.0341, wR2=0.1042. 运用Gaussian 03程序, 在6-311G的基组水平上, 用HF, MP2以及B3LYP三种计算方法对标题化合物进行了几何全优化, 并对其成键情况及自然键轨道(NBO)进行了分析.  相似文献

树枝形大分子因其高度支化的特殊结构,在传感、载药、催化等众多领域有着广泛的应用潜力.运用高斯链模型推导了溶液体系中树枝形均聚物的自洽场方程组.并在不考虑体积排除作用的条件下,计算了θ溶液中分子的中心链节官能度f0、支化点官能度f、间隔链段的聚合度P、以及总代数G对链节浓度分布及均方回转半径的影响.计算结果显示,链节浓度分布总是符合"dense-core"的模型,即在所有计算参数组合下,链节浓度总是沿径向单调下降,并随f0fG的增加而单调增加.自洽场计算得到的树枝形均聚物的均方回转半径R与Rouse动力学模型的计算结果基本一致,在f0fG的数值较大时,都能够得到<R2>≈GPa2的标度律关系.  相似文献

利用小分子配合物[Cu(2-mpac)2(H2O)]•3H2O (1)作为配合物配体, 以其两侧未配位的羰基氧原子与金属配位合成了一个Cu-Cd异核配位聚合物[Cu(2-mpac)2(H2O)2Cd(H2O)4(NO3)2]n (2) (2-mpac=5-methyl-2-pyrazinecarboxylic acid), 并利用元素分析、红外光谱以及X射线单晶衍射法对标题化合物进行了表征. 晶体学数据: 三斜晶系, P-1空间群, a=0.7654(7) nm, b=0.8903(8) nm, c=0.9745(9) nm, α=116.116(1)°, β=98.408(1)°, γ=90.335(1)°, V=0.5880(9) nm3, Z=1, S=1.053, 最终残差因子[I>2σ(I)] R1=0.0280, wR2=0.0718, 对于全部数据R1=0.0305, wR2=0.0741.  相似文献

采用等温滴定量热法研究植物凝集素(PHA)作用于20%家兔血红细胞(RBC)的凝集反应过程, 以生物热动力学参数表达凝集反应动力学特征. 结果表明, PHA与家兔血红细胞凝集反应的平衡常数K为3.24×105 L•mol-1, 反应焓变( )为-238.548 kJ•mol-1, 反应自由能( )为-32.722 kJ•mol-1, 反应熵变( )为-0.664 kJ•mol-1•K-1. 反应为放热反应(Q>0), 可自发进行(ΔG<0), 反应为焓驱动、熵减过程(ΔH<0, ΔS<0, |ΔH|>|TΔS|), 由化学键合作用、氢键和范德华力推动, 反应体系最终处于稳定有序状态. 所建立的微量量热法可以客观表征凝集反应的热动力学过程, 也为其他抗原抗体类型反应的过程评价方法提供新的技术参考.  相似文献

研究了Mg-Fe类水滑石(HTlc)/高岭土(kaolinite)悬浮体的质量比(R)对其流变性和触变性的影响, 发现控制剪切速率(D)得到的屈服应力(τy)和控制剪切应力(τ)得到的临界剪切应力(τc)皆随R的增大先降低后升高. 小幅振荡剪切实验发现随R的增大, 体系由正触变性转化为复合触变性, 其中用小幅振荡剪切法在线性粘弹区发现复合触变性体系还是首次. 恒剪切速率(DL)实验发现了震荡现象, 即粘度随时间发生周期性升高和降低的变化. 震荡现象与DLR有关, 较高的DLR可使震荡现象消失. 测定粘度随时间变化时采用的低剪切速率(DL)影响体系的触变性类型. 根据HTlc和kaolinite粒子间的相互作用对实验结果的机理进行了探讨.  相似文献

用溶胶-凝胶法以磷钼酸(MPA)的镍盐溶液水解钛酸四丁酯制备了NiPMo/TiO2催化剂.使用ICP、 XRD、 TG-DTA、 IR、 TPD-MS和微反应技术研究了催化剂的化学组成、热稳定性、化学吸附性质和催化反应性能.杂多钼酸盐与TiO2通过O2-在TiO2表面发生了键合.在623 K下,杂多阴离子仍保持原有的Keggin结构.CO2在Lewis酸位Ni(Ⅱ)和Lewis碱位Ni-O-Mo的桥氧协同作用下生成CO2卧式吸附态Ni(Ⅱ)←O-(CO)←(O--Ni).丙烯有多种吸附态在催化剂上吸附.在563 K、 1 MPa和空速1500 h-1的反应条件下,丙烯的摩尔转化率为3.2%,产物MAA选择性为95%.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

N-Heterocyclic carbene-palladacyclic complexes 3 were successfully achieved in a one-pot procedure under mild conditions. An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

The Langevin paramagnetic theory can’t describe the relation between magnetization of ferrofluids and applied magnetic field. The structuralization of ferrofluids, which is considered the main influence factor of the magnetization, is regarded. The part of magnetization works is deposited when the structure is forming. This action influences the magnetization of ferrofluids directly or indirectly. On the base of the “compressing” model, the Langevin function that usually describes the magnetization of ferrofluid is modified, and a well-fitted curve is obtained. An equation of the relation between the equivalent volume fraction after being “compressed” and the intensity of magnetic field is discovered, which approximately describes the process of magnetization. The relation between the approximate initial susceptibility and the volume fraction can be obtained from modified formula.  相似文献

The highly regioselective Buchwald–Hartwig amination at C-2 of the cheap and readily accessible reagent, 2,4-dichloropyridine with a range of anilines and heterocyclic amines is described. This new methodology is robust and provides a facile access to 4-chloro-N-phenylpyridin-2-amines on 0.25 mol scale. These intermediates undergo a further Buchwald–Hartwig amination at higher temperature to enable rapid exploration of the chemical space at C-4 and to provide a library of 2,4-bisaminopyridines.  相似文献

Regiospecific and direct imidation of the methyl C(sp3)–H bond of thioanisoles is realized under mild and metal-free conditions with N-fluorobis(benzenesulfonyl)imide as an oxidant and nitrogen source. Proposed mechanism suggests that thionium ion intermediates and a Pummerer-type reaction are involved. The imidation has advantages such as high step-economy, excellent functionality tolerance, and regiospecificity, giving structurally diverse imidation products.  相似文献
