以L-苯丙氨酸或L-亮氨酸为起始原料,经过氨基保护和羧基酯化得到N-苄氧羰基-L-广苯丙氨酸-对硝基苯酯(4a)或N-苄氧羰基-L-亮氨酸-对硝基苯酯(4b);4在三乙胺作用下与L-组氨酸甲酯盐酸盐缩合得到直链二肽N-苄氧羰基-L-苯丙氨酸-L-组氨酸甲酯(5a)或N-苄氧羰基-L-亮氨酸-L-组氨酸甲酯(5b);Pd/C催化5脱掉保护基后在微波辐射下,经环化反应合成了手性催化剂环二肽(6a或6b),其结构经1H NMR和IR表征.重点考察了由5合成6的反应条件.结果表明,以甲醇为溶剂,于65 W辐射120 min,6a和6b的产率分别达到90%和68%.  相似文献

采用N,N’-二环已基酰二胺(DCC)和吡啶, 以及DCC和4-(N,N-二甲氨基)吡啶(DMAP)分别形成的脱水缩合体系, N-苄氧甲酰基氨基酸和酚发生缩合反应生成了一系列结构新颖的N-苄氧甲酰基(苯)丙氨酸取代苯基酯. 在DCC/DMAP体系中的反应产率大于在DCC/吡啶中的产率. 用1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR, MS和元素分析对目标化合物的结构进行了表征. 对合成的目标化合物进行了初步的生物活性测试, 结果表明目标化合物具有一定的杀菌活性和杀虫活性, 杀菌活性高于杀虫活性. DL-丙氨酸芳基酯比相应的L-丙氨酸芳基酯的杀蚜虫活性要高.  相似文献

报道了用硫代硫酸钠脱去侧链保护氨基酸铜络合物中铜离子的新方法,该方法适用于合成Nδ-苄氧羰基鸟氨酸、Nδ-叔丁氧羰基鸟氨酸、Nδ-芴甲氧羰基鸟氨酸、Nδ-乙酰基鸟氨酸、Nδ-邻苯二甲酰基鸟氨酸、Nε-苄氧羰基赖氨酸、Nε-叔丁氧羰基赖氨酸、Nε-芴甲氧羰基赖氨酸、Nε-乙酰基赖氨酸、Nε-邻苯二甲酰基赖氨酸、γ-苄基谷氨酸、β-苄基天门冬氨酸.产物用元素分析法与1H NMR法进行了表征.探讨了反应温度、时间、投料比例、溶剂对脱铜反应的影响.实验结果表明,以硫代硫酸钠作为脱铜试剂,侧链保护氨基酸铜络合物与硫代硫酸钠的物质的量比为1∶1或1∶2,60℃反应1.5~2.0h,收率与产物纯度均较高.该方法简便、高效、环境友好.  相似文献

通过对5种氨基酸酯化和氨基保护得到苄氧羰基氨基酸甲酯, 经肼解制备苄氧羰基氨基酸酰肼, 然后分别与3种不同的糖基异硫氰酸酯反应, 制备了相应的目标化合物15个, 且产率均在60%以上. 所有新化合物均经元素分析, IR, MS和1H NMR确证. 同时探索了苄氧羰基氨基酸甲酯肼解的最佳反应条件.  相似文献

The compositions of the neutral diterpenoids of the oleoresins of five species of conifers growing in the Transcarpathia have been studied. It has been found that the oleoresins ofAbies alba M.,Larix decidua M., andPicea excelsa L. contain more than 50% of neutral diterpenoids. The group and qualitative compositions of the oxygen-containing diterpenoids have been determined. In the oleoresins ofAbies alba,Picea excelsa, andPicea abies tertiary alcohols — cis-abienol and isocembrol — predominate, while inLarix decidua the main component is the hydroxy ester larixyl acetate. Primary alcohols related to the resin acids have been found in all the oleoresins investigated. Features of the distribution of diterpenoids according to the species of conifers have been revealed. 非那雄胺能抑制5α-还原酶的活性,明显降低二氢睾酮水平,是一种治疗良性前列腺增生的有效药品。该合成工艺以甾烯酮酸为原料,将其与氯化亚砜反应,无须分离即与叔丁胺反应得17β-酰胺化合物,再氧化开环,环合,氢化,脱氢合成了非那雄胺。经元素分析、IR、1HNMR、13CNMR、MS分析表征了其结构。该法无须使用昂贵的2,2-二吡啶二硫化物和剧毒药品苯亚硒酸酐,且以乙酸铵代替氨气,降低了对设备的要求和腐蚀,更适用于工业生产。  相似文献

Sets of hydrogen molecule equivalents have been developed which permit the calculation of hydrogenation of different types of carbon-carbon bonds from ab initio total energies (3-21G and 6-31G* basis sets, and, to a more limited extent, for MP2/6-31G* data) of reactants and products. The calculated enthalpies of hydrogenation are in good agreement with experiment for unstrained molecules, with average errors on the order of 2 kcal/mol. The 6-31G* equivalents allow the enthalpies for strained molecules to be calculated accurately, but the 3-21G equivalents do not. The equivalents for both basis sets have been tested by calculating the enthalpies of hydrogenation of carbon-carbon bonds in nitrogen- and oxygen-containing organic molecules, free radicals, and classical carbocations. The results are in good agreement with experiment in most cases.  相似文献

The oxygen quenching rate constants for singlet and triplet excited states of the dimethyl ester of mesoporphyrin IX increase with decreasing viscosity of the medium and reach a maximum at a viscosity of approximately 0.4 mPa·sec, after which the rate constants begin to decrease. The drop in rate constant with increasing fluidity of the medium may be related to a nonequilibrium character of the elementary act in the interaction of the reactants in the solvent cage. In viscous media such as isopropyl alcohol, isobutyl alcohol, and isoamyl alcohol, the reaction radius is greater than the sum of the radii of the reacting particles.
