Two new coordination polymers,[Co(BYBA)2(4,4'-bpy)(H2O)2]·H2O (1) and [Zn(BYBA)2(4,4'-bpy)] (2) (4,4'-bpy=4,4'-bipyridine,BYBAH= 2-benzoylbenzoic acid),have been synthesized by hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,elemental analyses,IR spectra and fluorescence spectrum.Crystal data for 1:C38H32CoN2O9,Mr= 719.59,monoclinic,space group P2/c,a=22.981(2),b=11.4438(11),c=12.9327(12),β=94.642(1)°,V=3390.0(5)3,Z=4,Dc=1.410 g/cm3,F(000)=1492,R=0.0488 and wR=0.1201;and those for 2:C38H26ZnN2O6,Mr=672.00,triclinic,space group P1,a=8.7032(10),b=11.4882(13),c=16.872(2),α=107.146(1),β=99.055(1),γ=90.851(2)°,V=1588.5(3)3,Z= 2,Dc=1.405 g/cm3,F(000)=692,R=0.0409 and wR=0.0894.Complex 1 exhibits 1D polymeric chains which are linked into a 2D sheet by π···π interactions.Complex 2 is composed by 1D zigzag chains connected through C-H···π stacking interactions to generate a 2D layer.  相似文献

A novel compound, {[Cu2(nbdc)2(4,4'-bpy)2(H2O)2]·2H2O}n(H2nbdc = 4-nitrobenzene-1,2-dicarboxylic acid, 4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine), was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermogravimetric analysis(TGA), and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex is of orthorhombic system, space group Pbcn with a = 32.222(7), b = 7.8503(16), c = 28.389(6), V = 7181(3)3, Dc = 1.720 g/cm3, Mr = 929.74, Z = 8, F(000) = 3792, μ = 1.273 mm-1, the final R = 0.0591 and wR = 0.1378 for 4548 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The compound exhibits a 3D self-penetrating framework with bcu net topology, in which the(46·48)-networks are joined by the H2nbdc and 4,4'-bpy linkers.  相似文献

One new zinc coordination polymer,[Zn(NAA)2(4,4'-bpy)]n(1,HNAA = 1-naphthaleneacetic acid,4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine),has been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectroscopy,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.Coordination polymer 1 is of monoclinic system,space group Cc with a = 9.8720(6),b = 16.7397(9),c = 17.0371(12) ,β = 104.8080(10)°,V = 2721.9(3)3,C34H26N2O4Zn,Z = 4,Mr = 591.94,Dc = 1.444 g/cm3,μ(MoKα) = 0.946 mm-1,F(000) = 1224,the final R = 0.0282 and wR = 0.0720 for 3300 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).1 exhibits an interesting one-dimensional chain structure.Furthermore,the luminescent property of 1 has also been investigated.  相似文献

A new Zn(II) coordination polymer [Zn3(BTC)2(4,4'-bpy)(CO)2]n(1, H3 BTC =1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid, 4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) has been prepared through urothermal reaction of zinc nitrate hexahydrate with 1,3,5-benzenetricarboxylic acid and 4,4'-bipyridine, and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA and powder XRD, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c, with a = 10.262(3), b = 18.838(5), c =15.083(4) A, β = 99.203(4)o, V = 2878.3(14) A3, C30H14Zn3N2O14, Mr = 822.54, Z = 4, Dc = 1.898g/cm3, μ = 2.561 mm-1, F(000) = 1640, R = 0.0363 and w R = 0.0932 for 2828 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis shows that the asymmetric unit of the title compound contains two crystallographically unique Zn(II) atoms which are connected by BTC3- ligands and 4,4'-bpy coligands to form a 3D framework with 1D channels. The solid luminescence of ligand and the title complex was also studied at room temperature.  相似文献

A one-dimensional zinc-containing coordination polymer,[Zn2(NBA)2(4,4'-bipy)]n(NBA = 3-nitrobenzoic acid,4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyrindine),has been solvothermally synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR and elemental analysis.The crystal structure is of monoclinic,space group C2/c with a = 24.6478(2),b = 14.0964(3),c = 11.4275(2),β =108.7870(10)°,V = 3758.89(11)3,C38H20N6O16Zn2,Mr = 947.34,Z = 4,Dc = 1.674 g/cm3,μ = 1.363 mm-1,F(000) = 1912,R = 0.0720 and wR = 0.2277 for 2841 observed reflections(I > 2σ(I)).In this compound,NBA in syn-syn coordination mode bridges zinc centers into dimeric-zinctetracarboxylate [Zn2(COO)4] secondary building units(SBUs) which are linked through μ-4,4'-bpy affording 1D alternating chains.These adjacent chains are further stacked through intermolecular π···π interactions to form a 3D framework.  相似文献

Two novel compounds, {[Co2(epda)2(4,4-bpy)(H2O)2]·3H2O}n1 and {[Co2(epda)2(bpe)(H2O)2]3H2O}n2(H2epda=5-ethyl-pyridine-2,3-dicarboxylic acid, 4,4’-bpy=4,4’-bipyridine and bpe=1,2-di(4-pyridyl)ethylene) were solvothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, therm ogravimetric analysis (TGA), and singlecrystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is of monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=13.344(5), b=14.724(5), c=8.267(3), β=105.840(4)°, V=1562.5(10)3, Dc=1.480 g/cm3, Mr=375.19, Z=4, F(000)=712, μ=1.121 mm-1, the final R=0.0512 and wR=0.1260 for 2890 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). 2 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a=14.224(4), b=14.726(4), c=8.287(2), β=99.696(4)°, V=1711.1(9)3 , Dc=1.402g/cm3, Mr=388.21, Z=4, F(000)=740, μ=1.027 mm-1 , the final R=0.0354 and wR=0.0862 for 12237 observed reflections with I>2σ(I). Both complexes present intimately related structures featuring infinite Co-carboxylate layers of [CoⅡ(epda)(H2O)]n pillared by 4,4’-bpy (or bpe) molecule to produce the microporous frameworks, unambiguously indicating that pore dimensions of the framework are regulated by the N,N’-donor pillars.  相似文献

A new compound [Zn3(C7NO4H3)3Cl4]·[C6NO2H6]4·4H2O (I) has been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group C2/c with a=16.9018(14),b=12.6902(10),c=25.1170(2),β=90.54°,V=5387.0(8)3,Z=4,Zn3C45H41Cl4N7O24,Mr=1401.76,Dc=1.728 g/cm3,F(000)=2840,μ(MoKa)=1.615 mm-1,the R= 0.0758 and wR=0.2060 for 3468 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)).Analysis of single-crystal X-ray diffraction data shows that compound I displays an interesting example of 3D supramolecular networks with perfect neutral and ionic hydrogen bonding array.  相似文献

(E)-2,6-Dimethyl-4-styrylpyridine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid (H2mspda) is firstly employed in coordination chemistry.Two isostructural two-dimensional (2-D) 4-connected metal-organic coordination polymers with a general formula of {M2[(mspda)2(bpy)(H2O)2]}n (M=Zn(1) and Co(2)) are assembled from H2mspda,4,4'-bipyridyl (bpy),zinc and cobalt ions under hydrothermal conditions,and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses.Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=14.551(4),b=10.941(3),c=14.945(4),β=98.817(4)o,V=2351.3(1)3,Dc=1.511 g/cm3,μ(MoKα)=1.090 mm-1,F(000)=1104,Z=4,the final R=0.0335 and wR=0.0485 for 3296 observed reflections (I 2σ(I)).In compound 1,mspda2-spacers are only arrayed in a head-to-tail fashion which corresponds to a 2-D coordination polymer.Solid-state H2mspda and complex 1 have expected photoluminescence (λem=475~496 nm) at room temperature.  相似文献

One novel entangled cobalt compound,{[Co 3 (nbta) 2 (4,4-bpy) 2 (H 2 O) 2 ](H 2 O) 2 } n (1,H 3 nbta=5-nitro-1,2,3-benzenetricarboxylic acid,4,4-bpy=4,4-bipyridyl),was prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction,magnetism,elemental analysis,XPS,TGA and IR spectroscopy.The crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic,space group Pc with a=13.0717(16),b=11.4167(14),c=15.9342(19),β=90.5190(10)o,V=2377.9(5)3,Z=2,C 48 H 36 Co 3 N 8 O 20,M r=1221.64,D c=1.706 g/cm 3,F(000)=1242 and μ(MoKα)=1.128 mm-1.The final R=0.0497 and wR=0.1461 for 4185 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) and R=0.0721 and wR=0.1619 for all data.X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that Co(1) is linked by the nbta 3-ligands to form the ladder shape along the c axis,which is further extended into two-dimensional networks via the joint of Co(2) along the a axis.Moreover,these two dimensional motifs are interconnected by the 4,4-bpy bridges to form a complicated 3-D polymeric framework.Magnetic measurements revealed that compound 1 shows strong antiferromagnetic property.  相似文献

A novel NiII complex [{Ni(IBG)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2}·3H2O]n 1 (H2IBG = isophthaloylbisglycine and 4,4'-bipy = 4,4'-bipyridine) has been synthesized and characterized by singlecrystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectra and thermogravimetric analysis. It crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2/c with a = 15.5420(7), b = 22.4344(1), c = 8.3455(5), β = 101.538(3)o, V = 2670.1(7)3, Z = 4, C22H32N4NiO13, Mr = 619.23, Dc = 1.443 g/cm3, F(000) = 1296.0, μ(MoKα) = 0.750 mm-1, the final R = 0.0570 and wR = 0.1445 for 2296 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). In the structure, the NiII metal center is coordinated in an octahedral environment arranged by two water molecules, two carboxylate oxygen atoms and two nitrogen atoms from two 4,4'-bipy ligands. Thermal decomposition and powder X-ray diffraction results indicate that the transformation from the crystal form, [{Ni(IBG)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2}·3H2O]n, to the amorphous powder, Ni(IBG)(4,4'-bipy)(H2O)2, is reversible, so the latter form may be utilized as an absorbing agent for water and water vapor.  相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of Cd(OAc)2·2H2O, 4,4'-bpy and cyclohexane-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylic acid (H4L) yields a three-dimensional (3D) coordination porous framework [Cd2LI(4,4'-bpy)1.5(H2O)2]n·2nH2O, which was characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction (MoKα radiation, λ = 0.71073), elemental analysis and IR. This complex crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 25.951(3), b = 11.6618(12), c = 20.046(2) , β = 114.863(2)o, V = 5504.4(10) 3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.900 g/cm3, Mr = 787.30, μ = 1.615 mm-1, F(000) = 3128, the final R = 0.0978 and wR = 0.1780. The structure of the complex is a 3D coordination Cd-carboxylate framework consisting of 1D hexagonal channels along the c-axis filled with the bridging 4,4'-bpy ligands. The 4,4'-bpy ligands with two kinds of conformations are located alternately in the channels through coordination and hydrogen interactions to support the whole porous framework, in which the conformation-flexible cyclohexane-1,2,4,5-tetracarboxylate ligand adopts the I (e,a,a,e) conformation and acts as a pentadentate ligand to connect five Cd(Ⅱ) atoms via the carboxylate groups in different coordination modes.  相似文献

The title compound,[Zn(5-hydroxynicotinate) 2 2H 2 O] n,has been synthesized by reacting zinc sulfate vitriol with 5-hydroxynicotinic acid under hydrothermal conditions,and its structure was determined by X-ray crystallography with the following data:monoclinic,space group C2/c,C 12 H 12 N 2 O 8 Zn,M r=377.61,a=10.223(3),b=10.319(3),c=13.613(4),β=105.922(6)°,Z=4,V=1380.9(8)3,F(000)=768,D c=1.816 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=1.826 mm-1,the final R=0.0401 and wR=0.1380 for 1157 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).In the structure of the title compound,the Zn II ion located in an inversion center lies in a distorted tetrahedral environment at a N 2 O 2 coordination mode,and the 5-hydroxynicotinic acid ligand links symmetry-related Zn II ions at a μ 2-N,O bridging way forming a two-dimensional covalent structure.In the crystal,solvent water molecules form intermolecular O-H O hydrogen bonds and pyridine rings of adjacent layers form π-π stacking (3.346),which connect adjacent two-dimensional sheets into a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

Two new coordination polymers {[Zn2L1(2,2'-bpy)2(H2O)2]·4H2O}n(1) and [Zn2L2(2,2'-bpy)2(H2O)2]n(2)(H4L1 = terphenyl-2,2',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, H4L2 = quarterphenyl-2,2',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, and 2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray single-crystal diffraction studies. Complex 1 displays 2D wavelike networks, which are further joined together through O–H···O hydrogen bonds to give a 3D supramolecular network. Complex 2 exhibits 1D ladder-like chains, and they are further joined together by π-π stacking and O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions to form a 3D supramolecular network. The results indicate that the backbone of carboxylate ligands has significant effects on the formation and structure of the resulting functional coordination polymers. Additionally, thermal stability and photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 are also investigated in detail.  相似文献

The title compound, {[Ag2(bipy)2(H2O)2]·pydc·2H2O}n (bipy=4,4'-bipyridine, pydc= pyridine-3,5-dicarboxylate), has been synthesized by the reaction of Ag2O with pydc and bipy in CH3OH solution. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a=21.419(8), b=7.515(3), c=18.070(7), β=108.273(6)°, Mr=765.27, V=2761.9(17)3, Z=4, Dc=1.840 g/cm3, F(000)= 1528, μ=1.478 mm-1, the final R=0.0307 and wR=0.0681. The structure determined demonstrated that the Ag(I) is three-coordinated by two nitrogen atoms from bipy and one water molecule, forming a one-dimensional coordination polymer [Ag2(bipy)2(H2O)2]n2n+, which is further linked to generate a two-dimensional layer structure via Ag…Ag attractions.  相似文献

A novel zinc coordination polymer,[Zn 2 (bptc)(bpe)(H 2 O)] n (1,H 4 bptc=3,3,4,4-benzophenonetetracarboxylate,bpe=1,2-bis(4-pyridyl) ethane),has been prepared under hydrother-mal conditions.The crystal structure is of monoclinic,space group C/2c with a=27.50(2),b=6.207(4),c=16.233(11),β=107.522(14)°,V=2642 (3)3,C 29 H 22 N 2 O 11 Zn 2,M r=705.27,Z=4,D c=1.773 g/cm 3,F(000)=1432,μ=1.887 mm-1,R=0.0421 and wR=0.1049 for 2594 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis shows that 1 features two-dimensional [Zn 2 (bptc)(H 2 O)] layers,which are further linked by the bpe ligands to give rise to a three-dimensional pillar-layered structure.According to the topology analysis,this framework can be simplified into a (4,6)-connected (4 4 ·6 2)(4 4 ·6 10 ·8) network.  相似文献

Three new inorganic-organic composite polyoxotungstates [Cu(2,2'- bpy)2]5[α- PW11.5Cu0.5O40]·2H2O 1, [Co(2,2'-bp3)2(N3)2]4H3[α-PW12O40]·3H2O 2 and [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2(4,4'- bpy)]2[α-GeW12O40].4H2O 3 (2,2'-bpy = 2,2'-bipyridine, 4,4'-bpy = 4,4'-bipyridine) have been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized. 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombie space group Pna21 with α = 27.847(3), b = 21.597(2), c = 20.1179(19) A, V = 12099(2) A3, Z = 4, GOF= 1.038, R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1035; 2 belongs to the triclinic space group P1 with a= 12.31150(10), b = 16.1954(4), c = 19.36290(10) A, α = 99.366(11), β=105.168(8),γ = 111.836(8)°, V = 3309.98(9) A3, Z = 1, GOF = 1.024, R = 0.0739 and wR = 0.2216; and 3 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21/n with a = 12.858(4), b = 20.943(6), c = 15.598(5) A, β = 102.338(5)°, V = 4103(2) A3, Z = 2, GOF = 1.026, R = 0.0557 and wR = 0.1316. The common structural features of 1~3 are that their molecular structures all consist of a saturated a-Keggin polyoxoanion and several discrete metal-organic moieties. Intriguingly, 2 and 3 are composed of metal-organic coordination moieties with two mixed ligands.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer [Zn(isop)(bps)]n 1(H2isop=benzene-1,3-dicer-boxylic acid,bps=4,4'-dipyridyl sulfide) has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction method.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=12.1936(11),b=10.7720(9),c=13.0685(11),V=1709.0(3)3,C18H12N2O4SZn,Mr=417.76,Z=4,Dc=1.624g/cm3,S=1.046,F(000)=848,the final R=0.0305 and wR=0.0858 for 3085 independent reflections with Rint=0.0147.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that 1 is a 4-fold interpenetrating diamondoid network.The zinc(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of two bps and two carboxylate oxygen atoms of isop ligands,resulting in a tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献
