色谱分离的核心是色谱柱,色谱柱的灵魂是色谱分离材料,色谱分离材料的种类和性质直接决定色谱的分离模式和分离性能。碳点作为一类新型的零维碳纳米材料,自2004年被首次报道以来,凭借其广泛的原料来源、低毒性、易于功能化、优异的生物相容性和抗光漂白性等独特性能,已广泛应用于生物成像、发光二极管、传感、催化等领域,并呈现出蓬勃的生机。同时,碳点还具有设计性强、粒径大小适中等优势,将其引入色谱分离新材料中开发高选择性的色谱固定相具有重要意义。本文首先简要回顾了碳点的分类、合成策略、发展历程,然后聚焦于色谱分离材料领域,系统综述了近年来碳点在液相色谱固定相(含亲水色谱、反相色谱、混合色谱、手性色谱等)、气相色谱固定相和毛细管电色谱固定相方面的最新研究进展,特别强调了各类固定相的制备方法及其应用,并对碳点在色谱分离材料领域的发展前景和未来努力方向进行了分析和展望,期望为基于碳点的色谱分离新材料的理性设计及应用提供一些参考。 相似文献

随着纳米材料、膜材料、有机功能材料、离子液体,以及光电技术、计算机科学的发展,分析化学在色谱、质谱、光谱、电分析等各分支领域都取得了重要进展。当然,分析化学的发展也有力地推动了我国的生命科学、材料科学、医学、生态与环境化学、矿产、食品安全等许多领域和学科的发展和进步。近年来,我国分析化学学科在与生命科学的学科交叉研究十分活跃,主要集中在蛋白质组学、代谢组学、金属组学中的新分析方法和新分析技术,例如纳米生物技术、生物传感器、微流控系统与芯片技术等,取得了一大批重要的研究成果。此外,针对食品安全、生态环境监测、药品检测、流行疾病应急响应等人们关注的热点开发了许多新的实用技术与方法;在大中型分析仪器的研发方面也取得喜人的进步。共引用97篇参考文献。 相似文献

Particularly-shaped silver nanostructures are successfully applied in many scientific fields, such as nanotechnology, catalysis, (nano)engineering, optoelectronics, and sensing. In recent years, the production of shape-controlled silver-based nanostructures and the knowledge around this topic has grown significantly. Hence, on the basis of the most recent results reported in the literature, a critical analysis around the driving forces behind the synthesis of such nanostructures are proposed herein, pointing out the important role of surface-regulating agents in driving crystalline growth by favoring (or opposing) development along specific directions. Here we report the effect of microwave treatment on a silica–carbon (SiO2 /C) filler derived from rice husk and the function of the microwave‐treated filler in an epoxy matrix for electronic packaging applications. Thermogravimetric analysis revealed improved thermal stability of the SiO2 /C filler upon microwave treatment. X‐ray diffraction analysis indicated partial SiC formation after the microwave treatment. For packaging applications, compared to that of the pure epoxy polymer, the thermal conductivity of the epoxy–SiO2 /C composite was improved by 178% at 40 wt % content of the microwave‐treated SiO2 /C filler. Furthermore, an improvement of 149% in storage modulus and 17.6°C in glass transition temperature of the epoxy–SiO2 /C composites was realized. The improvement in thermal stability of SiO2 /C filler could be achieved via a simple microwave treatment, which in turn enhanced the thermal stability, thermal conduction, and thermomechanical strength of the electronic packaging materials. 相似文献

CuBiSe2 (CBSe) thin film was prepared by vacuum evaporation. The deposited film was characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), energy dispersive X‐ray (EDX), UV–visible specroscopy, and I–V analysis. XRD analysis indicates the formation of cubic CBSe thin film, and the corresponding EDX spectrum confirms the stoichiometry composition of CBSe. In the AFM images, the majority of the particles are granular, and the surface roughness is 8.86 nm. The optical absorption coefficient is >104 in the visible region and the bandgap energy is calculated to be 1.84 eV. The photosensitivity of the film is 181%. 相似文献

High‐resolution magic angle spinning (HRMAS) NMR spectroscopic data of smoked Atlantic salmon (Salmo salar) were fully assigned by combination of one‐ and two‐dimensional‐HRMAS experiments. Complete representative spectra, obtained after few minutes of analysis time, revealed a large number of minor and major compounds in the sample. The methodology is limited by the low sensitivity of NMR, and therefore HRMAS only enables the determination of the most relevant components. These were fatty acids (FAs), carbohydrates, nucleoside derivatives, osmolytes, amino acids, dipeptides and organic acids. For the first time, spectra were resolved sufficiently to allow semiquantitative determination in intact muscle of the highly polyunsaturated FA 22:6 ω‐3. Additionally, the feasibility of 1H‐HRMAS NMR metabolite profiling was tested to identify some bioactive compounds during storage. This profiling was carried out by the non‐destructive and direct analysis (i.e. without requiring sample preparation and multiple step procedures) of intact salmon muscle. The proposed procedure can be applied to a large number of samples with high throughput due to the short time of analysis and quick evaluation of the data.
