对不同产区葛粉保健品中葛根素的含量进行分析,拟建立高效液相色谱法快速测定葛粉保健品中葛根素含量的方法.固定相为Agilent-C18柱(4.6 mm×300 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇一水(70 30,体积比)溶液,流速为1.0 mL·min-1,波长为250 nm,进样量10μL.结果表明:葛根素的质量浓度在10.00~100.00 mg·L-1范围内与峰面积呈线性关系,加标回收率为99.0%~99.8%,检出限(3S/N)为1.0 mg·L-1,相对标准偏差分别为0.57%,0.64%,1.71%.  相似文献

采用三重四极杆质谱和四极杆飞行时间质谱两台仪器建立了具有一定通用性的壮阳类中成药和保健品中12种非法添加化学成分的质谱数据库,并建立了壮阳类中成药和保健品的快速筛查方法。依托质谱数据库中结构类似物的特征碎片离子,能把检测的范围覆盖到经结构修饰改造的类似物。在无对照品的情况下利用质谱数据库的数据资源依然可以对大量的样品进行初步筛查。  相似文献

基于分散固相萃取-高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术(DSPE-HPLC-MS/MS),建立了同时测定保健品片剂中野黄芩素、4'-羟基汉黄芩素、去甲汉黄芩素、黄芩素和汉黄芩素的分析方法。以10 mL丙酮提取保健品片剂中的目标成分,75 mg C18吸附剂进行净化。通过优化提取溶剂、吸附剂的种类和用量,达到了提取和净化的目的。结果表明,5种目标物在各自的线性范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)均大于0.99,检出限为0.5~40 μg/kg,定量限为2.0~120 μg/kg。使用3种保健品片剂基质进行定量限的1倍、5倍、10倍3个添加水平的加标回收试验,5个目标物的平均回收率为83.1%~106.5%,精密度为0.97%~4.52%。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用于保健品片剂中黄芩素类化合物的同时测定。  相似文献

采用固相萃取净化结合超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)测定了螺旋藻保健品中7种微囊藻毒素(MCs)。螺旋藻保健品经70%(体积分数)的甲醇超声提取,冷冻离心沉淀杂质后,经HLB柱净化。在Waters ACQUITY UPLCBEH C18色谱柱上以乙腈和0.2 mmol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱分离,采用电喷雾离子源正离子模式进行多反应离子监测,外标法定量。7种MC在线性范围内线性关系良好(相关系数(r)不小于0.995);检出限为6.7~33.3 μg/kg,定量限为20.0~100.0 μg/kg。各分析物在阴性螺旋藻保健品中的加标回收率在87.5%~97.9%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.6%~6.9%之间。该方法准确可靠,灵敏度高,可用于螺旋藻保健品中MC污染的确证定性、定量检测。  相似文献

Microbial fuel cells (MFCs) are green energy technologies that exploit microbial metabolism to generate electricity. The widespread implementation of MFC technologies has been stymied by their high cost and limited power. MFC arrays in which device configurations or microbial consortia can be screened have generated significant interest because of their potential for defining aspects that will improve performance featuring high throughput characteristics. However, current miniature MFCs and MFC array systems do not support long-term studies that mimic field conditions, and hence, have limitations in fully characterizing and understanding MFC performances in varieties of conditions. Here, we describe an MFC array device that incorporates microfluidic technology to enable continuous long-term analysis of MFC performance at high throughput utilizing periodic anolyte/catholyte replenishment. The system showed 360% higher power output and 700% longer operating time when compared to MFC arrays without catholyte replenishment. We further demonstrate the utility of the system by reporting its successful use in screening microbial consortia collected from geographically diverse environments for communities that support enhanced MFC performance. Taken together, this work demonstrates that anolyte/catholyte replenishment can significantly improve the long-term performance of microfabricated MFC arrays, and support the characterization of diverse microbial consortia.  相似文献

It is shown that mechanical vibrations with subsonic frequencies in water cause the effect of growth in concentration of protons and some other products, including those with a high oxidation potential. Changes in the concentration of solute molecules in a glycerol matrix were studied using mass spectrometry of secondary ions that appeared under the bombardment of a sample-solution by primary ions. The objects of study were several organic dyes and glucose oxidase. The concentration of solute molecules in the surface layer of the matrix was determined by the competition between the destruction of analyte molecules by primary ions and the replenishment of the number of undamaged molecules as a result of diffusion from the bulk.  相似文献

锂离子电池(LIBs)因高能量密度和长循环寿命而被广泛用于储能电子产品、电动汽车等众多领域。然而,在锂离子电池首次充放电过程中,固体电解质界面(SEI)膜的形成会造成电解液发生不可逆分解、初始活性Li+损失(ALL)和不可逆容量损失,会影响电池体系容量和能量密度的发挥,对于硅基负极电池体系而言尤为显著。基于这一问题,亟需开发各种补锂策略来降低活性锂损失,有效提高电池体系的首次库仑效率(ICE),从而实现更高的能量密度和循环稳定性。结合现阶段所做工作,从正负极角度出发,将预锂化补锂策略分为正极预锂化和负极预锂化,主要包括富锂正极材料、富锂预锂化试剂、惰性锂金属粉、含锂有机溶液等一系列预锂化补锂措施。通过系统的分类、比较与总结后,对预锂化以实现电池的高能量密度和长循环寿命提出建议,有助于为预锂化策略走向商业化提供启示。  相似文献

Using COMSOL multiphysics software and a previously validated 3D numerical model, performances of a novel air-breathing microfluidic fuel cell (MFFC) are discussed. The microfluidic fuel cell employs a simple structure composed of a flow channel with sloped upper wall, a gas diffusion cathode and a finny anode. Furthermore it can reduce the losses related to mixing in fuel-electrolyte interface and also promote the replenishment of the depletion layer on anode surfaces. Thus, high fuel utilization can be achieved. Numerical simulations show that the fuel utilization can be up to 70%.  相似文献

Abstract— Isocaloric feeding of diets varying in lipid content to albino hairless mice has shown that their susceptibility to skin tumorigenesis induced by simulated solar UV light was not affected by the level of polyunsaturated fat, 5% or 20%. However a qualitative effect of dietary lipid was demonstrated. Mice fed 20% saturated fat were almost completely protected from UV tumorigenesis when compared with mice fed 20% polyunsaturated fat. Multiple latent tumours were detected in the saturated fat-fed mice by subsequent dietary replenishment, suggesting that a requirement for dietary unsaturated fat exists for the promotion stage of UV-induced skin carcinogenesis.  相似文献

以华清村幼儿园225名儿童为对象进行了膳食供给情况调查和头发中锌、铁、钙、碘元素含量的测定。结果显示,膳食中钙元素的供给不足RDA的50%,头发检测钙、锌、碘、铁四元素分别为76%、60%、37.8%、34.7%的儿童达不到正常参考值标准,故除应加强膳食管理,为儿童提供科学、合理的平衡膳食外,还必须补充适量吸收好、利用率高的钙制剂,同时在监测下有针对性地补充铁、锌、碘元素。  相似文献
