The title compound of Cu(C14H9O3)2(C5H5N)2(C2H5OH)2(1) was synthesized via the hy- drothermal reaction of CuCl2·2H2O and 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylic acid(HHF) with pyridine, and characterized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal belongs to triclinic, space group P1 with a = 8.8302(12), b = 10.1625(14), c = 12.2708(17), α = 86.207(2), β = 69.562(2), γ = 64.932(2)o, V = 930.3(2) 3, Z = 1, Mr = 764.30, Dc = 1.364 g/cm3, F(000) = 399, S = 1.059 and μ(MoKα) = 0.644 mm-1. The final R = 0.0459 and wR = 0.1274 for 3414 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The copper atom is six-coordinated by two oxygen atoms from two different 9-hydroxy-fluorene-9-carboxylate ligands, two pyridine nitrogen atoms and two ethanol oxygen atoms, forming a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The extensive O–H···O hydrogen bonding connects the molecules to form a one-dimensional chain structure. Between adjacent one-dimensional chains, a two-dimensional layered structure was formed by fluorene ring π-π packing interaction. Between the layers, a three-dimensional structure was formed through the π-π packing interaction of the pyridine ring. Moreover, the thermal stability and photoluminescent property of the complex has been investigated.  相似文献

Electrocarboxylation of anthrone in the presence of CO2 to anthrance-9-carboxylic acid directly was carried out. The electroreduction behavior of anthrone was examined by cyclic voltammetry in the absence and presence of CO2. Then the influences of the supporting electrolytes, temperature, electrode material and anthrone concentration on the carboxylation yield were investigated. Under the optimized conditions, anthrancene-9-carboxylic acid was obtained in a good yield(96.1%).  相似文献

Acylation of the ethyl ester and anilide of 2-amino-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylic acid gave 2-acetyl(arylsulfonyl)amino derivatives. Methylation of acetylaminothiazole and subsequent deacetylation gave 2-methylamino-4-methylthiazole-5-carboxylic acid, which was then converted into esters. The ethyl ester and anilide of thiazole-2-carboxylic acid were used as starting compounds for the synthesis of 2-dimethylaminoformimino- and 2-chlorobenzenesulfonylureido derivatives.  相似文献

An ecofriendly route has been investigated for the synthesis of 4-(4-nitro-phenyl)-2-phenyl-1,4-dihydro-benzo[4,5]imidazo[1,2-a]pyrimidine-3-carboxylic acid ethyl ester derivatives by one-pot, three-component condensation of ethyl benzoylacetate, aromatic aldehydes, and 2-amino benzimidazole using 260?mol% of citric acid as reaction mediator. Citric acid is an inexpensive, nontoxic, and green medium with smoothly activates the rate of reaction. The synthesized compounds were assessed for in vitro antimycobacterial activity against Mycobacterium tuberculosis H37RV strain using the microplate alamar blue assay (MABA). The results indicate that among all the synthesized compound series, P-4 and P-9 compounds illustrate effective activity with a minimum inhibitory concentration of 25?µg/ml.  相似文献

Unprecedented aromatization was observed during N-alkylation reactions of 1-methyl-3,4-dihydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester, giving rise to 9-alkyl-1-methyl-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid methyl esters. Inverse addition of base during a similar reaction resulted in a chemoselective alkylation to form novel 3-butyl-1-methyl-3,4-dihydro-β-carboline-3-carboxylic acid methyl ester as the major product in good yield.  相似文献

以2-氯吡啶-4-甲酸甲酯(1)和水合肼缩合生成2-氯吡啶-4-甲酰肼(2),2与卤代(F,Cl,Br)对苯甲醛反应得到3种新型双卤代吡啶酰腙[C13H9N3OFCl(3a),C13H9N3OCl2(3b)和C13H9N3OClBr(3c)],其结构经1H NMR,13C NMR,IR和元素分析表征。紫外光谱证实,3a^3c与小牛胸腺DNA(ct-DNA)均产生了插入作用。荧光光谱显示,3a^3c均与牛血清蛋白BSA通过静态猝灭形成了复合物。3a^3c与ct-DNA,BSA的结合常数Kb及KA的关系均为3b>3c>3a。抑菌测试结果表明:3种酰腙化合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌及铜绿假单胞菌等4种细菌的抑菌圈均超过8 mm。其中,3a对4种细菌的最大抑菌圈达10.97 mm。  相似文献

A novel palladium(II) complex [(TMEDA)Pd(anca)2].2DMSO (1, TMEDA = N,N,N',N'-tetramethylethylethylenediamine, anca = anthracene-9-carboxylic acid) was synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, 1H NMR, UV-Vis and fluorescence spectroscopy. The cell belongs to orthorhombic Aba2 space group with a = 19.698(7), b = 21.045(7) c = 9.062(3) A, Z = 4, V= 3757(2) A3, C40H46N206PdS2, Mr = 821.31, D, = 1.452 g/cm3, F(000) = 1704, the final R = 0.0272, wR = 0.0667 and GOOF = 0.999. Complex 1 exhibits an interesting distorted clip-shaped molecular configuration which is stabilized by intramolecular C-H...O hydrogen bonds. The cells are packed into a 3D supramolecular structure based on the intermolecular C-H...zr interactions which further construct the tubular channels serving as guest molecular channels to include the DMSO solvent molecules inside. Furthermore, the spectroscopic properties of 1 were also investigated.  相似文献

A new monoterpenoid indole alkaloid compound (1) and six known monoterpenoid indole alkaloids compounds (27) were isolated from the barks of Voacanga africana Staph. The structures were established by spectral analysis as ibogamine-16-carboxylic acid,17,20-didehydro-5,6-dioxo-10-methoxy-methyl ester (1), voacamine (2), vobasine (3), voacangine (4), voacristine (5), 19-epi-voacristine (6) and 19-epi-heyneanine (7). Compound 1 was confirmed by X-ray crystallographic analysis. All of the isolated compounds were evaluated for cytotoxicity against five cell lines (HEPG-2, A375, MDA-MB-231, SH-SY5Y, CT26). Among them, compounds 2 and 6 displayed significant inhibitory activities, compounds 3, 4 and 5 showed moderate inhibitory activities, while compounds 1 and 7 showed no inhibitory activities against the five cell lines.  相似文献

6-Hydroxythioxanthone-2-carboxylic acid (HTCA) was prepared from commercial dimethylnitroterephthalate via 2-(4'-hydroxythiophenyl) terephthalic acid. HTCA was acetylated and polycondensed in an inert reaction medium at 350 or 400°C. An insoluble and infusible, highly crystalline polyester was obtained, which did not form whisker-like crystals. Furthermore, copolyesters with 4-hydroxybenzoic acid (4-HBA) were synthesized and whiskers were obtained at a molar ratio of 1 : 9 (in favor of 4-HBA). A meltable, nematic copolyester was prepared by cocondensation of silylated 6-acetoxythioxanthone-2-carboxylic acid and silylated 4-acetoxybenzoic acid in bulk. © 1994 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Urokinase-type plasminogen activator (uPA) plays a crucial role in the regulation of plasminogen activation, tumor cell adhesion and migration. The inhibition of uPA activity is a promising mechanism for anti-cancer therapy. Most current uPA inhibitors employ a highly basic group (either amidine or guanidine group) to target the S1 pocket of uPA active site, which leads to poor oral bioavailability. Here we study the possibility of using less basic 2-aminobenzothiazole (ABT) as S1 pocket binding group. We report the crystal structures of uPA complexes with ABT or 2-amino-benzothiazole-6-carboxylic acid ethyl ester (ABTCE). The inhibitory constants of these two inhibitors were measured by a chromogenic competitive assay, and it was found that ABTCE is a better inhibitor for uPA (Ki = 656 μM) than ABT (Ki = 5.03 mM). This work shows that 2-amniobenzothiazole can be used as P1 group which may have better oral bioavailability than the commonly used amidine or guanidine group. We also found the ethyl ester group occupies the characteristic oxyanion hole and contacts to uPA 37- and 60-loops. Such work provides structural information for further improvements of potency and selectivity of this new class of uPA inhibitor.  相似文献

The synthesis of a functionalized 1-oxo-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroisoquinoline-3-carboxylic acid has been performed in 10 steps from the readily available dimedone. Only three purifications by flash chromatography are required through the whole sequence. The key step is the reaction between a dimedone derivative and a chlorotetrolic ester, that gives a tetrasubstituted benzene ring (through a Diels-Alder/retro- Diels-Alder process) bearing the substituents in the suitable positions for further functionalization.  相似文献

The Cu(I)-catalyzed intramolecular cyclization of 1-phenylethynyl-and 1-hexyn-1-yl-anthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid is a 6-endo-dig-addition, whereas the reaction for 1-(3-phenoxypropyn-1-yl)anthraquinone-2-carboxylic acid proceeds in a directionally nonspecific way.
