利用热重研究了两种中国西北典型低阶煤半焦的燃烧特性。探究了不同气氛(O2/CO2、O2/N2和O2/Ar)和不同氧气浓度对其燃烧特性的影响。实验结果表明,无论是反应气氛还是氧气浓度都会对低阶煤半焦的燃烧产生影响。相比于N2和Ar,CO2明显有利于燃烧反应进行:当反应气氛由O2/CO2变为O2/Ar时,两种不同低阶煤半焦的燃尽温度分别升高了63.7和68.8℃;而当反应气氛由O2/CO2变为O2/N2时,两种不同低阶煤半焦的燃尽温度分别升高了135.9和129.6℃。在研究范围内,氧气浓度的提高也能明显提高半焦的燃烧性能。与此同时,半焦燃烧特性的动力学分析表明,随着氧气浓度提高,两种半焦燃烧反应的表观活化能E和指前因子A均呈增大趋势。通过对E和A两者关系的分析结果表明,半焦富氧燃烧的活化能和指前因子存在动力学补偿效应。  相似文献

Layered P2–Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O_2 is a promising cathode material. It exhibits a high capacity and suitable operating voltage and undergoes a phase transition from P2 to O2 during charge/discharge.Researchers have used Ti substitution to improve the cathode, yet the chemical principles that underpin elemental substitution and functional improvement remain unclear. To clarify these principles, we used in situ Raman spectroscopy to monitor chemical changes in P2–Na2/3 Ni1/3 Mn1/3 Ti1/3 O2 and P2–Na2/3Ni1/3Mn2/3O_2 during charge/discharge. Based on the change in the A1g and E_g peaks during charge/discharge, we concluded that Ti substitution compressed the transition metal layer and expanded the planar oxygen layer in the unit cell. Titanium stabilized the P2 phase structure, which improved the cycling stability of P2–NaNMT. Our results provide clear theoretical support for future research on modifying electrodes by elemental substitution.  相似文献

研究了苯对Pt/Ga2O3/WO3/ZrO2(PtGWZ)和Pd/Al2O3/WO3/ZrO2(PdAWZ)催化剂上正己烷异构化反应的影响.结果表明,苯可影响PtGWZ和PdAWZ上正己烷异构化反应性能,苯含量越高影响越显著.与PdAWZ相比较,苯对PtGWZ上正己烷异构化反应的影响相对较小;苯对PtGWZ上正己烷异构化反应活性的影响是可逆的,撤除苯后PtGWZ对正己烷异构化的催化性能可完全恢复;苯对PtGWZ上正己烷异构化反应的稳定性没有影响.苯对PdAWZ上正己烷异构化反应活性的影响足不可逆的,PdAWZ用于含苯正己烷异构化反应催化剂会逐渐失活.热失重法积炭分析结果表明,相同条件下,含苯正己烷异构化反应后,PtGWZ上的积炭量较PdAWZ上的积炭量少.分析讨论了苯对PtGWZ和PdAWZ上正己烷异构化反应影响差异性的原因.  相似文献

采用改性的TiCl4水解法制备出三种不同表面性质的TiO2-X(X=5,10,20,X表示加入NaOH的浓度,单位为mo·lL-1)样品.利用(1,10-邻菲咯啉)2-2-(2-吡啶基)苯咪唑钌混配配合物(Rup2P)作为敏化剂,制备出Rup2P/TiO2-5/ITO(铟锡金属氧化物)、Rup2P/TiO2-10/ITO和Rup2P/TiO2-20/ITO表面敏化薄膜电极.测试结果表明三种薄膜电极的光电转换效率Rup2P/TiO2-10/ITO最高,Rup2P/TiO2-20/ITO次之,Rup2P/TiO2-5/ITO最低.利用吸收光谱、表面光电压(SP)谱、荧光光谱和表面光电流作用谱等分析了Rup2P和三种TiO2的能带结构和表面性质;利用光致循环伏安和表面光电流作用谱研究了三种Rup2P/TiO2-X/ITO薄膜电极的光致界面电荷转移过程.结果表明,在光致界面电荷转移过程中,TiO2层表面氧空位对Rup2P/TiO2-X/ITO薄膜电极光致电荷转移产生重要影响.并进一步讨论了Rup2P/TiO2-X/ITO薄膜电极的光电流产生机理.  相似文献

采用溶胶 -凝胶法制备了 Ti O2 / Si O2 和不同浓度 Fe3 掺杂的 Fe3 / Ti O2 / Si O2 复合纳米粉末 ,并利用XRD、BET、UV-vis等手段研究了 Ti O2 / Si O2 及掺铁形成的 Fe3 / Ti O2 / Si O2 复合微粒的表面结构形态变化 ,以及对污染物 NO- 2 光催化降解的影响 .结果表明 ,Fe3 / Ti O2 / Si O2 (ω( Fe3 ) =1 .5 % ,m( Ti)∶ m( Si) =2∶ 1 )具有最佳活性 ,样品呈晶化度较低的锐钛矿结构 .Fe3 掺杂导致晶粒的增大 ,稳定性降低 ,大大提高了半导体的光催化活性 ,有利于对低浓度 NO- 2 的光催化降解  相似文献

以锐钛矿相TiO2溶胶为基底,采用沉淀法和液相沉积法制备了TiO2/Cu2O/Pt复合空心微球,通过改变n(Ti4+)∶nCu2+和H2Pt Cl6·6H2O溶液的加入量对TiO2的形貌和结构进行调控,采用不同的方法对不同样品的物相及结构、微观形貌和光学性能进行了对比分析。分析结果表明,复合材料中Pt与Cu2O的引入产生协同效应,不仅在一定程度上阻止了电子-空穴的复合,还降低了禁带宽度,在可见光区域光吸收明显增强。与TiO2、Cu2O和TiO2/Cu2O光催化剂相比较,TiO2/Cu2O/Pt降解有机污染物的能力显著增强,首次光照120 min可降解93%的甲基橙(MO)溶液,4次循环后降解率为71%,具有良好的光催化...  相似文献

研究了Pt/Al2O3和Pt/CeO2/Al2O3对甲烷部分氧化制合成气反应的催化活性,发现Pt/CeO2/Al2O3显示了更高的甲烷转化率和合成气选择性.用H2-TPR、H2-TPD、SEM-EDX和XRD等技术对催化剂进行了表征.CeO2和Pt相互作用促进Pt在催化剂表面的分散,抑制Pt在催化剂表面的迁移;降低了催化剂的燃烧活性,提高了催化剂的部分氧化活性和选择性,可避免因催化剂床层局部温度过高而导致催化剂活性下降或失活,提高了催化剂的稳定性.同时,CeO2通过促进水汽变换反应使反应体系迅速达到平衡,提高了催化剂对H2的选择性.  相似文献

以硝酸银、钛酸四丁酯、无水氯化锌、六水氯化铁为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法与溶剂热相结合的方法制备了ZnFe2O4/Ag/TiO2复合材料,通过扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析仪、X射线粉末衍射仪、X射线光电子能谱仪、振动样品磁强计、紫外可见分光光度计对样品进行表征及测试。结果表明:ZnFe2O4/Ag/TiO2-10具有最佳的光催化效果,在紫外和可见光下对染料的降解率都能达到90%以上,具有优异的紫外可见光光催化活性。ZnFe2O4/Ag/TiO2具有独特的磁性,能在外部磁场作用下进行回收利用,这使其在实际应用中成为可能。通过磁分离技术重复回收利用5次后仍然保持优良的光催化性能,说明ZnFe2O4/Ag/TiO2-10具有优异的磁性及较高的光催化循环稳定性。  相似文献

采用共沉淀法制备了CuO/ZnO/CeO2/ZrO2甲醇水蒸气重整催化剂,探讨了陈化时间对催化剂性能的影响.结果发现,延长陈化时间能增加催化剂的表面铜原子数和改善催化剂的还原性能,但与此同时也降低了催化剂的储放氧性能.延长陈化时间,CuO/ZnO/CeO2/ZrO2催化剂的氢产率随表面铜原子数的增加而成线性增长.另一方面,重整尾气中的CO含量也随着储放氧能力的下降而增加.综合考虑产氢率和重整尾气中CO含量,最佳陈化时间为2h,此时,CuO/ZnO/CeO2/ZrO2催化剂表现出了最佳性能.  相似文献

MMe5(dmpe) (M = Nb or Ta, dmpe = Me2PCH2CH2PMe2) reacts with H2 (500 atm) and dmpe in THF at 60°C to give MH5(dmpe)2? NbH5(dmpe)2 readily reacts with two mol of CO or ethylene (L) to give NbHL2(dmpe)2. phase diagrams of KCl-KBO2-K2CO3, K2MoO4-KBO2-K2CO3, and K2WO4-KBO2-K2CO3 ternary systems were studied by a calculation-experimental method and differential thermal analysis (DTA). The coordinates of ternary eutectics were determined to be E 1: 622°C, 8.5 mol % KBO2, 56.5 mol % KCl, and 35 mol % K2CO3; E 2: 710°C, 23 mol % KBO2, 43 mol % K2CO3, and 34 mol % K2MoO4; E 3: 710°C, 23 mol % KBO2, 43 mol % K2CO3, and 34 mol % K2WO4. Glasses with the compositions 50.9 SiO2 · 20.8 Al2O3 · (20.8 ? x) MgO· × ZnO · 3.7 TiO2 · 3.7 ZrO2 with x = 0, 2.3, 4.6 and 9.3 were annealed at temperatures in the range from 850 to 1100 °C. Depending on temperature, high- or low-quartz solid solutions, magnesium aluminosilicate, mullit and spinel precipitated. These glass–ceramics exhibit excellent mechanical properties and are potential candidates for applications in micromechanics or as hard disc substrate.The larger the ZnO concentration, the lower is the glass transition temperature. Also microhardnesses and Young’s moduli increased with increasing ZnO concentration. The nucleation temperature was of minor importance. To achieve good mechanical properties, the initially formed high-quartz phase must transform to the corresponding low-quartz phase. This occurs if the quartz phase contains only minor MgO or ZnO concentrations, which can be achieved by increasing the annealing times or temperature. Then MgO, ZnO and Al2O3 occur as separate spinel or gahnite phase.  相似文献

Solubility in the Na2Cr2O7-(NH4)2Cr2O7-K2Cr2O7-H2O four-component water-salt system at 25, 50, and 75°C was studied for the first time. Phase field boundaries for individual salts and potassium and ammonium dichromate solid solutions, monovariant lines, and invariant points were determined. In this paper, continuing previous work, we report on experiments carried out to investigate the removal of NO from simulated flue gas in nonthermal plasmas. The plasma-induced decomposition of small concentrations of NO in N2 used as the carrier gas and O2 and CH4 as minority components has been studied in a surface wave discharge induced with a surfatron launcher. The reaction products and efficiency have been monitored by mass spectrometry as a function of the composition of the mixture. NO is effectively decomposed into N2 and O2 even in the presence of O2, provided always that enough CH4 is also present in the mixture. Other majority products of the plasma reactions under these conditions are NH3, CO, and H2. In the absence of O2, decomposition of NO also occurs, although in that case HCN accompanies the other reaction products as a majority component. The plasma for the different reaction mixtures has been characterized by optical emission spectroscopy. Intermediate excited species of NO*, C*, CN*, NH*, and CH* have been monitored depending on the gas mixture. The type of species detected and their evolution with the gas composition are in agreement with the reaction products detected in each case. The observations by mass spectrometry and optical emission spectroscopy are in agreement with the kinetic reaction models available in literature for simple plasma reactions in simple reaction mixtures.  相似文献

An experimental study on the conversion of NO in the NO/N2, NO/O2/N2, NO/C2H4/N2 and NO/C2H4/O2/N2 systems has been carried out using dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasmas at atmospheric pressure. In the NO/N2 system, NO decomposition to N2 and O2 is the dominating reaction; NO conversion to NO2 is less significant. O2 produced from NO decomposition was detected by an on-line mass spectrometer. With the increase of NO initial concentration, the concentration of O2 produced decreases at 298 K, but slightly increases at 523 K. In the NO/O2/N2 system, NO is mainly oxidized to NO2, but NO conversion becomes very low at 523 K and over 1.6% of O2. In the NO/C2H4/N2 system, NO is reduced to N2 with about the same NO conversion as that in the NO/N2 system but without NO2 formation. In the NO/C2H4/O2/N2 system, the oxidation of NO to NO2 is dramatically promoted. At 523 K, with the increase of the energy density, NO conversion increases rapidly first, and then almost stabilizes at 93–91% of NO conversion with 61–55% of NO2 selectivity in the energy density range of 317–550 J L−1. It finally decreases gradually at high energy density. A negligible amount of N2O is formed in the above four systems. Of the four systems studied, NO conversion and NO2 selectivity of the NO/C2H4/O2/N2 system are the highest, and NO/O2/C2H4/N2 system has the lowest electrical energy consumption per NO molecule converted.  相似文献

The lithium-ion-conducting inorganic solid electrolytes in the oxide systems Li2O-SiO2-P2O5 and Li2O-TiO2-SiO2-P2O5 were prepared by the solid-state reaction, and the electrolyte pellet made by cold-pressing method had diameter of 13 mm and was about 1 mm thick. Phase identification and surface morphology of the products were carried out by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Ionic conductivity of the pellets was investigated through ac impedance. The results show that the adding of other cations can improve the ionic conductivity of the solid electrolyte, and the sintering temperature and duration can influence the ionic conductivity. 本文利用一种具有H_2O_2催化活性的Cu-MOF[Cu_3(BTC)_2(H_2O)_3,简称HKUST-1],构建了以邻苯二胺(OPD)为颜色指示分子的比色传感体系,实现了对H_2O_2和多巴胺(DA)的快速灵敏检测。HKUST-1起到催化H_2O_2氧化OPD的作用,反应体系能够呈现出显著的颜色变化。在优化条件下,415nm处的吸收峰强度与H_2O_2浓度呈双线性关系,线性范围分别为10~50 mmol/L和50~100 mmol/L,相对标准偏差分别为0.9947和0.9995,最低检出限为1.29mmol/L。由于DA能抑制H_2O_2氧化OPD,因此比色传感体系还可以用于快速检测DA,线性范围分别为0.25~5μmol/L和2.5~25μmol/L,相对标准偏差分别为0.9783和0.9705,最低检出限为0.262μmol/L。该项工作拓展了Cu-MOFs材料在生物分子催化和生物传感方面的应用。  相似文献
