在二甲亚砜(DMSO)中, 以MnCl2.2H2O和K3[Cr(Ox)3].3H2O为原料, 合成了离子型配合物[Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2[Cr(OX)3][HOCH2CH2O].4H2O。晶体结构测定表明, 该晶体属单斜晶系, P2/c空间群。晶体学参数: a=1.0602(3),b=1.3515(3), c=2.1508(3)nm, β=102.57(2)°, V=3.008(1)nm^3, Z=2,Dc=1.49g/cm^3, F(000)=1392。最后的偏差因子R=0.067。测定了化合物的UV-Vis-NIR, IR, XPS, ESR光谱和变温磁化率, 讨论了相应的性质。  相似文献

The novel amino-acid-containing polyoxometalate K6[Cu(Ala)2(H2O)2]2[Cu4(H2O)2\5(AsW9O34)2]*16H2O was synthesized from the rea ction of K10[Cu4(H2O)2(AsW9O34)2]*20H2O with β-alanine. Its structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1, with a=1.196 3(2) nm, b=1.536 5(3) nm, c=1.591 4(3) nm, α=93.97(3)°, β=110.88(3)°, γ=101.07(3)°, V=2.651 8(9) nm3 and Z=1. Least-squares refinement of the structure leads to R and Rw factors of 0.067 3 and 0.162 8, respectively. An unusual structural feature of the compound is that the polyanion [Cu4(H2O)2(AsW9O34)2]10- is linked with the amino-acid complex of Cu2+ by a μ-oxygen atom.  相似文献

One novel polyoxometalate compound connected via trivalent cerium cation as bridge H2{[K(H2O)2]2[Ce(H2O)5]2(H2Mo1.16W10.84O42)}·8H2O 1 was designed and synthesized in aqueous solution. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the structure of 1 is a three-dimensional framework assembled from the arrangement of H2Mo1.16W10.84O42 (named paradodecmetalate-B) and Ce(H2O)53 containing two planes, which are constructed through the unification of H2Mo1.16W10.84O4210- and Ce(H2O)53 along the [100] and [001] directions. 在水溶液中,以邻菲咯啉、丁二酸与硝酸钴为原料合成了一个新的超分子化合物[Co(Phen)2(H2O)2].(HL).(NO3).3H2O,并经元素分析、IR、X射线单晶衍射分析进行了结构表征.结构分析表明,晶体属三斜晶系,P1-空间群,a=0.968 0(2)nm,b=1.370(3)nm,c=1.394 9(3)nm,α=61.714(3)°,β=71.495(4)°,γ=79.575(4)°,V=1.543 7 nm3,Z=2,ρ=1.481 g/cm3,C28H31CoN5O12,Mr=688.51,F(000)=714 andμ=0.627 mm-1,7 754个独立衍射点中,5 428个可观察点满足I≥2σ(I),R1=0.074 5,wR2=0.210 7.晶体中[Co(Phen)2(H2O)2]2+通过π-π相互作用堆积成二维层状结构,层间通过氢键作用构成三维超分子.  相似文献

合成了[La(Phen)2(NO3)2(H2O)2]ClO4·2Phen·H2O(1,化学式为C48H38ClN10O13La,Mr=1137.24,Phen=邻菲咯啉),经X-射线单晶衍射测定其晶体结构属于三斜晶系,Pī空间群,a=11.250(4),b=13.364(4),c=16.327(5)(。A),α=103.042(6),β=90.327(6),γ=99.567(6)°,V =2355.8(12)(。A)3,Z = 2,Dc =1.603g·cm-3,F(000)=1148,μ=1.042mm-1,R=0.0569,wR= 0.1064.1由 [La(Phen)2(NO3)2(H2O)2]+ 阳离子,ClO-4阴离子,两个共结晶的Phen分子和1个H2O分子构成.内界的中心金属La(III)离子为十配位的变形的双帽四方反棱柱体,其配位环境分别被6个来自两个双齿配位硝基和两个H2O分子的氧原子和4个来自两个Phen配体的氮原子所包围,形成单核+1价阳离子,外界有1个水分子,1个ClO-4阴离子和两个Phen分子构成.整个分子通过分子间氢键形成3D网络结构.  相似文献

将SrCO3与3-硝基-1, 2, 4-三唑-5-酮(NTO)分散于蒸馏水中,加热搅拌制备出NTO锶溶液,再与碳酰肼(CHZ)水溶液反应合成了新型配合物:{[Sr(CHZ)2(H2O)]?NTO)2?.5H2O}n。 其化学式为 C6H23N16O12.5Sr,Mr=606.97),并对其进行了元素分析和红外表征,利用单晶分析测定了晶体结构。晶体属于单斜晶系,空间群为C2/c,晶体学数据如下:a=24.587(5), b=12.689(2), c=16.481(4) ? =121.15(1)埃琕=4400.4(2) ?,Z=8,Dc=1.833 g/cm3,?= 0.255 cm-1, F(000) = 2472,R=0.0989,wR=0.0750。  相似文献

Mn(O2CMe)2·4H2O、咪唑、苯甲酸和N(n-Bu)4MnO4在无水乙醇溶剂中反应,制备得到锰的三核μ3-O桥联配位化合物[Mn3O(O2CC6H5)6(C3H4N2)3]·C6H5CO2·0.5H2O.该配位化合物的X射线单晶衍射表明,其属于单斜晶系,空间群P21/C,晶胞参数:a=1.52832(19)nm,b=1.9722(2)nm,c=2.1023(3)nm,β=92.597(3)°,Z=4.变温磁化率(5~280K)研究表明,该配位化合物中3个锰离子在低温下存在弱的反铁磁性耦合,交换积分J=-2.34cm^-1。  相似文献

The novel mixed-ligand neutral compound [Mo3O4(C2O4)2·bipy(H2O)3]·EtOH·2H2O (bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been prepared by the reaction of oxalic acid elution of Mo(Ⅳ) and bipy, and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis and IR. The crystal is of triclinic, space groups P1 with a = 9.5520(2), b = 10.3730(1), c = 13.5722(2) (A), α = 74.940(12), β = 80.772(14), γ = 69.898(11)°, V = 1215.73(11) (A)3, Z = 2, C16H24Mo3N2O18, Mr = 820.19, Dc = 2.241 g/cm3, μ = 1.616 mm-1, F(000) = 808, T= 293(2) K, the final R = 0.0424 and wR = 0.0939 for 4119 observed reflections with Ⅰ> 2σ(Ⅰ). The trinuclear unit is coordinated by mixed ligands of oxalate and bipy. The intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions among adjacent [Mo3O4(C2O4)2·bipy(H2O)3] extend the compound into a therr-dimensional supramolecular framework. The uncoordinated water molecules and ethal molecules act as space-fillers and consolidate the whole architecture through hydrogen bonding interactions.  相似文献

在pH=4.5的水溶液中,Na27[NaAs4W40O140]·60H2O与NiCl2·6H2O, NaVO3·4H2O和NH4Cl反应得到了不同过渡金属离子占据S2位的新型杂多钨酸盐(NH4)21[{Na2(H2O)3}Ni(H2O)VOAs4W40O140]·53H2O,用X射线单晶衍射法和元素分析确定了其结构.晶胞参数为a=2.3305(14) nm, b=2.9467(19) nm, c=1.2671(16) nm, V=8.701(9) nm3, Z=2,空间群Pmmn.在杂多阴离子[{Na2(H2O)3}Ni(H2O)VOAs4W40O140]21-中,配体{As4W40}的1个中心位和4个S2位可以选择性地被不同的金属离子所占据,其中相对的2个S2位被Ni2+和V5+统计性地占据,每种离子占据的概率为50%;{As4W40}中的另2个S2位分别被2个Na+占据,2个Na+间通过一配位水分子桥连.讨论了标题化合物的IR, TG和磁学性质.  相似文献

利用水热法首次合成了具有两种配位环境Cd原子的新型杂多蓝化合物[NH3(CH2)2NH3]5[Cd(H2O)][CdMoV12O30(HPO4)6(H2PO4)2]·5H2O.通过元素分析、ICP、TG和X射线单晶衍射确定了其组成,使用IR和EPR进行了结构表征.通过N2吸附脱附测定了比表面积和孔径,为催化研究提供了基础数据.结果表明:该晶体为三斜晶系,P-1空间群;晶胞参数a=1.200 2(2)nm,b=1.465 1(3)nm,c=2.119 2(4)nm,V=3.5642(12)nm3,β=83.01(3)°,Z=2,F(000)=293 2,R1=0.0300,wR3=0.071 6.  相似文献

A transition metal substituted polyoxotungstate,[Cu(en)2(H2O)]2{PW11.5Cu0.5O40 [Cu(en)2]}·2H2O1 based on Keggin frameworks ,has been hydrothermally synthesized and charac-terized by IR,TGA and single-crystal X-ray structural analysis.It is interesting to find that the structure unit contains two different valence cations,namely,one[Cu(1)(en)2(H2O)] and one [Cu(2)(en)2(H2O)]2 .Data for the crystal:orthorhombic system,space group Pbca,a=21.585(2),b=20.695(2),c=26.137(3)(A),V=11675(2)(A)3,Z=8,Mr=3428.23,Dc=3.901 g/cm3,F(000)=12156,μ(MoKα)=23.932mm-1,the final R=0.0468 and wR=0.0969 for 6927 observed reflections(Ⅰ>2σ(Ⅰ)).  相似文献

An organic-inorganic compound [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2][{Cu(2,2'-bpy)2}2W12O4o(H2)]·4H2O (Mr = 4048.00) was prepared from the hydrothermal reaction of Na2WO4·2H2O, CuCl2·2H2O,2,2'-bipyridine (2,2'-bpy) and H2O at 160 ℃ for 4 days. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 18.9196(8), b = 20.4212(8), c = 21.8129(9)(A), β=96.992(3)°, V= 8365.0(6) (A)3, Dc= 3.214 g/cm3, Z = 4,μ(MoKα) = 17.269 mm-1 and F(000) = 7324.Of the 119837 total reflections, 17315 were unique (Rint = 0.0489). The final R = 0.0385 and wR =0.0770 for 11142 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that the structure is composed of [{Cu(2,2'-bpy)2}2W12O40(H2)]2- anions, discrete [Cu(2,2'-bpy)2]2 cations and lattice water molecules, and the anion is made up of a {W12O40(H2)}6- α-Keggin core decorated with two {Cu(2,2'-bpy)2}2 groups through bridging oxygen atoms.  相似文献

以V2O5, Na2B4O7·0H2O, NaH2PO4·2H2O, 乙二胺和H2O为原料, 按物质的量比0.5∶1∶1∶2.24∶111在180 ℃条件下晶化, 得到棕色晶体Na2[(VO)12O6B18O39(OH)3]·(11H3O)*4H2O. 单晶结构分析结果表明该化合物属单斜晶系, P21/n空间群, 晶胞参数 a=1.389 70(8) nm, b=1.661 59(9) nm, c=1.427 48(8) nm, β=95.691 0(10)°. Z=4, R=0.054 9. 该化合物的结构主要由阴离子簇[(VO)12O6B18O39(OH)3]13-构成. 该阴离子簇由B18O39(OH)3十八元环夹在两个以共边方式交替相连形成的V6O15簇中间, 通过共用氧原子形成三明治式结构新颖的硼-钒-氧阴离子簇, 结构中Na+以离子键方式将阴离子簇相互连接, 形成二维层状结构. 层与层之间通过分子间氢键相互作用. 价态计算结果表明, 结构中n(VⅣ)∶n(VⅤ)=5∶1.  相似文献

A novel complex [Zn(FcCOO)2(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]2·H2O (Fc = (η5-C5H5)Fe(η5-C5H4), 2,2′-bipy = 2,2′-bipyridine) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR and X-ray diffraction. It crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 6.8187(4), b = 21.7155(13), c = 19.7411(12) (A), α = 90, β = 97.7420(10), γ = 90°, C64H58Fe4Zn2N4O11, Mr = 1413.28, V = 2896.4(3) (A)3, Dc = 1.620 g/cm3, Z = 2, F(000) = 1444, μ(MoKα) = 1.857 mm-1, R = 0.0523 and wR = 0.0982 for 3219 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)). Structural analysis shows that the zinc atom is coordinated with three oxygen atoms from two ferrocenemonocarboxylates and one water molecule together with two nitrogen atoms from 2,2′-bipyridine, giving a distorted square-pyramidal coordination geometry. The complex molecules are linked to form an infinite one-dimensional chain by both intermolecular hydrogen bonds and π-π stacking interactions of the bipyridine rings.  相似文献
