Defect-free zeolite NaA membranes were coated onto the surface of spherical Pt/Al2O3 particles using a two-step hydrothermal method. The structure and morphology of the synthesized composite catalysts were characterized using XRD and SEM techniques, respectively. The results indicated a layer of compact and uniform NaA molecular sieve membrane with a thickness of about 20 滋m was coated on the spherical Pt/Al2O3 particles after the two-step hydrothermal synthesis. The prepared NaA membrane coated catalysts were used in the oxidation of a mixture of CO and C2H4 to study the reactant selectivity over the coated zeolite NaA membranes. Under the optimized conditions, the oxidation selectivity for CO over C2H4 on the composite catalyst was as high as 96%. The feasible application of this composite membrane coated catalyst to the selective removal of CO in the presence of C2H4 was anticipated.  相似文献

The use of zeolite membranes in separation or combined reaction and separation processes is very attractive. Advantages of using such a type of membranes include their ability to discriminate molecules based on the molecular size and their stability[1]. In the past ten years, most efforts were involved in the synthesis and permeation studies of MFI zeolite membrane[2, 3]. Recently, NaA zeolite membrane has attracted much attention because of its high potential in the dehydration of organic liquids[4]. However, few gas permeation results were reported[5]. Furthermore, most of the NaA zeolite membrane was synthesized from gel[4]. In this letter, the synthesis of NaA zeolite membrane from clear solution and its gas permeation properties are reported.  相似文献

Novel NaA/carbon nanocomposite thin films were successfully prepared on a porous a-Al2O3 substrate by incorporatingnanosized NaA zeolite into novolak-type phenolic resin.The prepared films were characterized by XRD,SEM and single gaspermeation tests.The NaA zeolite/carbon nanocomposite thin films exhibited that the ideal separation factor of CO2/CH4 was 28.4and the carbon dioxide flux was 3.39*10-7mol/(Pa m2s)at room temperature and under a pressure difference of 100 kPa,whichwas two orders of magnitude higher than that of pure carbon membrane prepared at the same procedures and conditions as those ofcomposite films.From the SEM images,the films were continuous and highly intergrown.Compared with carbon membranes,thethickness of nanocomposite films was drastically decreased,which was helpful to reduce the diffusion resistance and increase theflux of gas permeance.  相似文献

The paper presented novel synthesis of NaA zeolite membrane with good performance using microwave heating. The method involved two steps, prior seeding 120 nm of LTA crystals on substrate and then employing a secondary hydrothermal synthesis. Effects of seeding times, synthesis time and synthesis times were investigated in this work. The quality evaluation of membranes respectively used single component gases (HE and N2) and H2/N2 (equivalent volume) mixture. The ideal H2,/N2 selectivity increased from 1.90 of the substrate to 6.37 of the three-stage synthesized membrane, which was distinctly higher than the corresponding Knudsen diffusion selectivity of 3.74. However, the real H2/N2 selectivity of the three-stage synthesis was much lower than the corresponding ideal selectivity and close to the corresponding Knudsen diffusion selectivity of 3.74.  相似文献

A continuous and dense NaA zeolite membrane was synthesized by microwave heating method while employing a multi-step seeding LTA zeolite with the average size of 120 rim. The gas H2/N2 mixture separating results indicated that the mixture selectivity increased with increasing of synthesis times. In addition, selectivity of the three-step synthesis was higher than the value(3.74) expected from Kundsen diffusion.  相似文献

用水热法在氧化铝陶瓷膜管上原位合成丝光沸石膜   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
The mordenite membrane was prepared on a α-Al 2O 3 tube by in situ hydrothermal synthesis. The crystallization was carried out at 443 K for 2~4 days. Silica sol and sodium aluminate were used as the sources of silica and alumina, respectively, and tetraethylammonium bromide (TEABr) as the template. The molar composition of the parent solution was 11 4Na 2O∶1 0Al 2O 3∶40SiO 2∶2500H 2O∶1 5TEABr. SEM and XRD were used to characterize the powder product and the composite membrane. The synthesized mordenite membrane proved to be in a full coverage and an excellent intergrowth. The mordenite crystals were about 20~30 μm and the thickness of the mordenite membrane was 30~40 μm. Based on the SEM pictures of the membrane in the early stage of hydrothermal synthesis, a growth model for the mordenite membrane was assumed. At first a gel layer was formed on the surface of the alumina tube. Nucleation took place in the gel layer but not at the interface of the gel layer and bulk solution. The gel layer provided the nutrients for the growth of zeolite crystals. After the gel layer was consumed completely, the zeolite crystals or membrane were exposed to the bulk solution. The membrane separation test on the mordenite membrane showed that the permeances of pure H 2 and N 2 at 298 K were 6 92×10 -7 and 1 81×10 -7 mol/(m 2·s·Pa), respectively. The ideal selectivity of H 2/N 2 was 3 82, which is higher than that of Knudsen mechanism. It suggested that the mordenite membrane had the ability of molecular sieving.  相似文献

The process of nucleation and crystal growth of NaY zeolite over a temperature rangeof 55°--100℃ in the presence of "crystal direction agent " are studied. The apparent ac-tivation energy for nucleation and that for crystal growth are evaluated. The mechanism ofthe recrystallization of NaA into NaY is investigated by adding NaA zeolite to the reactionmixture in which the crystallization of NaY zeolite is proceeding. The recrystallization ofNaA zeolite does not occur until the NaY crystallization from the reaction mixture is com-pleted. Thus the process of recrystallization of NaA into NaY might be shown as follows: Amorphous aluminosilicate gel→NaY NaA→NaY NaA Scanning electron microscopic observations and the recrystallization curves show that therecrystallization of NaA into NaY is getting n with a degradation and dissolution of surfacecrystals on the NaA zeolite and that the nucleation and crystal growth of NaY take placeimmediately at the surface of NaA crystals.  相似文献

The effects of NaA1H4, TiF3 and NaA1H4-TiF3 co-additive on dehydriding reaction of Mg(A1H4)2 are systematically investigated. The on- set dehydrogenation temperature of the co-doped Mg(A1H4)2 composites decreased to 74 ℃, which is about 59 ℃ lower than that of pure Mg(A1H4)2. The dehydrogenation kinetics of NaA1H4-TiF3 co-doped Mg(A1H4)2 sample was also improved, which released about 94% hydrogen within 48 min, but no visible hydrogen was released from pure Mg(A1H4)2 under the same conditions. The activation energy of co-doped Mg(A1H4)2 was 85.6 kJ.mol-t, which was significantly lower than that of additive-free Mg(A1H4)2 sample. The synergetic effects of NaA1H4 and TiF3 on the dehydrogenation performance of Mg(A1H4)2 were confirmed. In addition, a possible catalytic mechanism is discussed, regarding the different roles of NaA1H4 and TiF3 on Mg(A1H4)2.  相似文献

In this paper, methylmethacrylate-acrylic acid MMA-AA hydrophilic and hydrophobic copolymerswere prepared by copolymerization for preparing membrane materials. The composite membrane of celluloseacetate (CA) blended with MMA-AA hydrophobic copolymer was used for the separation of methanol frompentane-methanol mixture. When the methanol concentration was only 1 wt% ,the permeate flux stillmaintained at 350 g/m~2h and separation factor was as big as 800. The composite membrane of PVA(polyvinyl alcohol) blended with MMA-AA hydrophilic copolymer was used for the separation of ethanol-water mixture. The permeate flux was increased to 975 g/m~2h at 74℃ and the separation factor reached 3000at 25℃. The PVA/MMA-AA blended membrane surface modified by ammonia plasma was also investigatedfor separating ethanol-water mixture. Both permeate flux and separation factor of the membrane wasimproved. However, there was no obvious difference of plasma treatment time in the interval of 20~40 min.  相似文献

A Pd-Ag (24 wt%) alloy composite membrane was prepared by the magnetron sputtering. A γ-Al_2O_3 membrane was synthesized by the sol-gel method and used as substrate of the Pd-Ag alloy film. The process parameters of the magnetron sputtering were optimized as a function of the compactness of the Pd-Ag alloy film. The best membrane with a thickness of 1 μm was produced with a sputtering pressure of 2.7 Pa and a substrate temperature of 400℃. The membrane had an H_2/N_2 permselectivity of 51.5--1000 and an H_2 permeation rate of 0.036--1.17×10~(-5)cm~3/cm~2·s· Pa, depending on operating conditions.  相似文献

通过浸渍3-氨丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷(ADMS)对α-Al2O3中空纤维载体进行有机功能化改性, 使载体表面带正电, 利用NaA分子筛晶种负电性与功能化载体之间的静电吸附机理进行预涂晶种, 采用微波加热-二次生长法于载体表面合成了NaA分子筛膜. 采用X射线衍射(XRD)、zeta 电位、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等分析手段和气体渗透实验对NaA分子筛膜进行了表征. 考察了未改性NaA分子筛膜与改性NaA分子筛膜的形貌、结构和气体渗透性能差异. XRD结果表明载体表面只有NaA分子筛生成; zeta 电位分析表明NaA分子筛晶种及分子筛前驱体与有机功能化载体电位相反, 存在静电吸附作用; SEM结果显示改性NaA分子筛膜表面颗粒相互联结呈孪生态, 膜厚约5 μm, 膜层致密、均匀、平整; 在不同温度下对H2、O2、N2和C3H8进行气体渗透测试,35 °C条件下改性NaA分子筛膜对H2的渗透率仅为3.6×10-7 mol·m-2·s-1·Pa-1, 较未改性NaA分子筛膜的渗透率(4.0×10-7 mol·m-2·s-1·Pa-1)低, 而改性NaA分子筛膜的H2/C3H8理想分离系数则高达11.25, 远大于未改性NaA分子筛膜的H2/C3H8理想分离系数(5.06).  相似文献

用晶种涂层二次生长成膜法研究了在含水量不同的澄清溶液合成体系中NaA型沸石膜的生长及沸石膜厚度的控制合成.用SEM,TEM和XRD表征手段分析了沸石膜的形成过程和微结构.在载体表面不涂晶种而直接合成则不易形成连续沸石膜;用晶种涂层二次法可以很容易形成均匀的连续膜.合成液中水量的高低强烈影响沸石膜的生长速率、形成结构和膜的厚度.在高水量(水硅摩尔比为2000)的合成体系中沸石生长速率慢,膜主要通过晶种层中的晶粒长大,交织成膜,且膜只有一层结构;而在低水量(水硅摩尔比为750)的合成体系中沸石生长速率快,膜则通过晶种层表面晶粒向外生长、交织成膜,而膜具有两层结构.通过调变合成液的水量可有效地控制沸石膜层的厚度,并能制得非常均匀、连续的膜.  相似文献

在自制的片状多孔陶瓷载体上,通过多次原位水热晶化合成出NaA型分子筛膜,通过扫描电子显微镜观测,发现在某些区域,小颗粒的NaA型分子筛以非常紧密的形式畸晶孪生在一起,其致密度远好于由分子筛晶粒松散无规律堆积而形成的膜排列经类膜生长形式可能是获得取致密无缺陷型分子筛膜的一种途径,单组分及双组分气体渗透测试结果表明,在所合成的分子筛膜上,晶粒间隙孔可能是主要的膜扩散通道,可凝聚气体异丁烷因发生毛细管凝  相似文献

介绍一个研究型综合实验——二次生长法NaA沸石分子筛膜的合成与表征。实验预先利用热浸渍法在α-Al_2O_3多孔载体管外表面引入NaA沸石分子筛晶种,再通过二次生长法合成NaA沸石分子筛膜。用扫描电子显微镜和X射线衍射仪表征载体管和NaA沸石分子筛及膜的形貌和结构,并利用渗透蒸发乙醇脱水膜分离装置测试膜的分离性能。通过本实验使学生了解膜分离技术这一科学前沿领域,激发学生对科学研究的兴趣,培养学生的科研探究能力。本实验涵盖合成、表征及性能测试,知识要点多、学科覆盖面广,有利于提升学生的实践操作能力、创新意识和综合运用知识的能力。  相似文献

Gamma‐ray (γ‐ray) irradiation was introduced into zeolite synthesis. The crystallization process of zeolite NaA, NaY, Silicalite‐1, and ZSM‐5 were greatly accelerated. The crystallization time of NaA zeolite was significantly decreased to 18 h under γ‐ray irradiation at 20 °C, while more than 102 h was needed for the conventional process. Unexpectedly, more mesopores were created during this process, and thus the adsorption capacity of CO2 increased by 6‐fold compared to the NaA prepared without γ‐ray irradiation. Solid experimental evidence and density function theory (DFT) calculations demonstrated that hydroxyl free radicals (OH*) generated by γ‐rays accelerated the crystallization of zeolite NaA. Besides NaA, mesoporous ZSM‐5 with MFI topology was also successfully synthesized under γ‐ray irradiation, which possessed excellent catalytic performance for methanol conversion, suggesting the universality of this new synthetic strategy for various zeolites.  相似文献
