研究了铜印迹螯合树脂与非印迹螯合树脂对金属离子的吸附性能,结果表明:铜印迹树脂对Cu^2 、Ni^2 、Zn^2 的吸附量比非印迹树脂有显著增大,两者对Cu^2 的吸附速率均较快,其表观吸附速率分别为0.044s^-1和0.040s^-1;印迹树脂对Cu^2 的吸附可用Langmuir或Freundlish等温式来描述;其动态吸附曲线与离子的起始浓度相关;用0.5mol/L HCl即可快速洗脱吸附的Cu^2 ,树脂具有较强的再生能力,可以重复使用。  相似文献

A chelating resin based on modified poly (styrene‐alt‐maleic anhydride) with 3‐aminobenzoic acid was synthesized. This modified resin was further reacted by 1,2‐diaminoethane or 1,3‐diaminopropane in the presence of ultrasonic irradiation to prepare tridimensional chelating resin for the removal of heavy metal ions from aqueous solutions. The adsorption behavior of Fe(II), Cu(II), Zn(II) and Pb(II) ions was investigated by synthesized chelating resins in various pH. Among the synthesized resins, CSMA‐AB1 and CSMA‐AB2 demonstrated a high affinity for the selected metal ions compared to SMA‐AB, and the order of removal percentage changes as follow: Fe(II) > Cu(II) > Zn(II) > Pb(II). The adsorption of all metal ions in acidic medium was moderate, and it was favored at the pH value of 6 and 7. Also, the prepared resins were examined for removal of metal ions from industrial wastewater and were shown to have a very efficient adsorption in the case of Cu(II), Fe(II) and Pb(II); however, the adsorption of Zn(II) was lower than others. The resin was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, scanning electron microscopy, X‐ray diffraction analysis and thermogravimetric analysis/derivative thermogravimetry. Macroreticular chelating resins containing mercapto groups were prepared by the reaction of 2,3-epithiopropyl methacrylate/divinylbenzene macroreticular copolymer beads with ethanolic potassium hydrogensulfide solution for 1 h at 50°C. The adsorption capacities of this resin for Ag+, Hg2+, Pb2+ and Cd2+ were determined at various pH values. In the acidic region, the resin shows a high affinity for Ag+ and Hg2+ and high resistance against air oxidation. Cadmium is readily eluted with 1 mol dm?3 hydrochloric acid; silver, mercury and copper ions can be eluted with 1 mol dm?3 hydrochloric acid containing 5% (w/v) thiourea. The proposed resin appears to be useful for the removal of As3+ from aqueous solutions.  相似文献

用离子交换树脂法吸附柠檬酸溶液中的金属离子,苯乙烯系阳离子交换树脂的吸附性能较好,它对镍、铝离子的吸附容量均较大,且吸附前后柠檬酸溶液的浓度变化较小.静态条件下树脂对镍的吸附容量为16.83mg Ni/g干树脂,对铝为21.36mg Al/g干树脂;动态条件下树脂对镍的吸附容量为6.78mg Ni/g干树脂,对铝为31.8mgAl/g干树脂,吸附液流速为1m/h~3m/h.吸附后的柠檬酸溶液可循环使用.当用1mol/L硫酸解吸时,树脂对镍铝的解吸率可达90%以上.当硫酸中Ni2 为1.70mmol/L,Al3 为7.40mmol/L时,树脂的解吸率仍可达80%以上.  相似文献

A macroreticular poly(acrylic acid)-based resin with triazolethiol as the functional group has been synthesized. The stability of the resin in acidic media and the behaviour in sorption and desorption of various metal ions have been investigated and compared with those of the acylthiosemicarbazide resin which is an intermediate in synthesis of the triazolethiol resin. Both resins show high affinity for copper(II) silver, cadmium and mercury(II), and high selectivity for silver and mercury(II) at low pH (1–2), and even at pH 7 if EDTA is present. The triazolethiol resin sorbs metal ions faster than the acylthiosemicarbazide resin does and sorbs mercury(II) from high concentrations of acids and neutral salt solutions. This resin has been applied to the concentration of silver and mercury(II) from sea-water samples by column operation.  相似文献

Chelating resins, two kinds of iminodiacetate derivatives (IDA) of cross-linked chitosan (CCS) were synthesized and investigated for adsorption capacity, matrix elimination and collection/concentration of analytes by a column pretreatment in a multi-element ICP-MS determination method. The adsorption behavior of 54 elements at the 10 ng ml(-1) level on chitosan derivatives in a packed mini-column was systematically examined. Almost 30 kinds of metal ions were recovered quantitatively at pH 5 with CCS-HP/IDA (cross-linked chitosan possessing N-2-hydroxypropyl iminodiacetic acid groups) column. Compared with available chitosan-iminodiacetate resin, CHITOPEARL CI-03, the recovery of the metal ions such as Cu, Pb and La is satisfactory with CCS-IDA (cross-linked chitosan possessing N,N-iminodiacetic acid groups) and CCS-HP/IDA using 2 M nitric acid as an eluent, which may be attributed to the difference of cross-linking and macroporous structure. Compared with Chelex-100, the adsorption efficiency is in the order: Chelex-100 > CCS-IDA > CCS-HP/IDA, especially in the chelating ability for alkaline earth metals. The resin with a longer spacer (CCS-HP/IDA) showed higher adsorption selectivity between heavy metal ions and alkaline earth metals at pH < 7. The separation efficiency of the major matrix cations in seawater (Na. K, Mg, Ca) has also been investigated, and matrix interference was negligible even in a seawater sample at pH 5 with CCS-HP/IDA. The recoveries of Mn at pH 5 with CCS-HP/IDA or Chelex-100 were almost 100%. However, those of Mg with each resin were 4 or 98%, respectively. The adsorption capacities of synthesized CCS-HP/IDA for Cu(II), Pb(II) and La(III) were 0.90, 0.65 and 0.34 mmol g(-1), respectively. Therefore, the chelating chitosan resins developed are applicable to the pretreatment of trace amounts of elements in various kinds of water samples.  相似文献

Two new chelating resins (o-HAP-DDE-HCHO and o-HAP-DDE-FFD), having multiple functional groups are synthesised by condensing the Schiff base of o-hydroxyacetophenone-4,4′-diaminodiphenylether (o-HAP-DDE) with formaldehyde and furfuraldehyde, respectively. The extent of loading of metal ions Cu(II) and Ni(II) was studied in both competitive and non-competitive conditions varying the time of contact, metal ion concentration and the pH of the reaction medium. Both the resins are able to preferentially remove Cu(II) from the mixture of Cu(II) and Ni(II) at a pH 5.89 in the batch operation, maximum % uptake being 76.8 and 84.1, respectively, for o-HAP-DDE-HCHO and o-HAP-DDE-FFD. The furfuraldehyde condensed resin was found to be more effective in removing Cu(II) ions than the formaldehyde condensed resins in batch technique. The resins exhibited little affinity for alkali and alkaline earth metal ions. Further, the furfuraldehyde condensed resin was utilised in column operation for removing Cu(II) ions. Elution study with HCl (>1.0 mol l−1) resulted in removal of nearly 40–50% of loaded Cu(II) from the resin column.  相似文献

Amberlite XAD-2 has been functionalized by coupling it to quinalizarin [1,2,5,8-tetrahydroxyanthraquinone] by means of an -N = N- spacer. Elemental analysis, thermogravimetric analysis, and infrared spectra were used to characterize the resulting new polymer matrix. The matrix has been used to preconcentrate Cu(II), Cd(II), Co(II), Pb(II), Zn(II), and Mn(II) before their determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry (FAAS). UO2(II) has been preconcentrated for fluorimetric determination. The optimum pH values for maximum adsorption of the metals are between 5.0 and 7.0. All these metal ions are desorbed (recovery 91-99%) with 4 mol L(-1) HNO3. The adsorptive capacity of the resin was found to be in the range 0.94-5.28 mg metal g(-1) resin and loading half-life (t1/2) between 5.3 and 15.0 min. The effects of NaF, NaCl, NaNO3, Na2SO4, Na3PO4, Ca(II), and Mg(II) on the adsorption of these metal ions (0.2 microg mL(-1)) are reported. The lower limits of detection for these metal ions are between 1 and 15.0 microg L(-1). After enrichment on this matrix flame AAS has been used to determine these metal ions (except the uranyl ion) in river water samples (RSD < or = 6.5%); fluorimetry was used to determine uranyl ion in well water samples (RSD < or = 6.3%). Cobalt from pharmaceutical vitamin tablets was preconcentrated by use of this chelating resin and estimated by FAAS (RSD approximately 4%).  相似文献

通过正交实验合成了9种大孔弱酸性阳离子交换树脂,筛选出具有最大动态饱和吸附量的FB-1树脂.采用红外光谱和热重分析的方法对其表征,并研究其对奈替米星的吸附及解吸性能,结果表明:该树脂对奈替米星的吸附符合Langrnuir吸附:用氨水做洗脱剂,0.3mol/L和0.4mol/L的氨水解吸率均达95%以上.FB-1与HD-2树脂比较:动态吸附量FB-1为398.0mg/mL湿树脂、HD-2为232.1mg/mL湿树脂;0.3mol/L氨水解吸,前者解吸率较后者高约15%.  相似文献

A new functional resin with a long functional side chain was synthesized by modification of aminated macroporous poly(vinyl chloride) resin with cyanoethylene and ethylenediamine. Traces of Au(III), Pt(IV) and Pd(II) in aqueous solution were quantitatively adsorbed in the acidity range of pH 4 and C(H(+)) 3 M. The rate of equilibration is high; Cu(2+), Fe(3+), Ni(2+), etc. exhibit little interference on the adsorption of the sought noble metals. The saturated adsorption capacities for Au(III), Pt(IV), Pd(II) and Ir(IV) in 2 M HCl were 4.0, 1.57, 2.26, 1.85 mmol g(-1). Adsorbed ions can be quantitatively desorbed by 4% thiourea +0.25 M H(2)SO(4). The resin has good reusability, and can be used for preconcentration and separation of Au(III), Pt(IV) and Pd(II) prior to their determination by ICP-AES with satisfactory results.  相似文献

Resins with monoamides as functional groups have been synthesized and their fundamental adsorption behaviors have been examined for selective recovery of uranium(VI) from nitric acid media. The resins synthesized with porous silica support showed greatly different adsorptions for U(VI) depending on the chemical structures of the functional group. Some resins show little or no adsorption for U(VI) from 0.1 to 6 mol/dm3 HNO3. While, resins consisting of dimethylacrylamide (DMAA) showed an increasing adsorption with an increasing concentration of HNO3 up to 9 to 12 mol/dm3. Other ions were not found to be adsorbed onto Silica-DMAA under similar solution conditions, which means that the resin is selective for U(VI) in HNO3 media.  相似文献

Aiming the selective recovery of palladium from high level radioactive liquid waste (HLW), a chelating thiamide type sorbent, CWP–TU, was prepared by the modification of Japanese cedar wood powder (CWP). Convection oven and microwave heating were separately used for modification purpose and found that microwave heating is more effective over oven heating. CWP–TU was extensively studied for the adsorption of Pd(II) from nitric acid medium. The batch test showed that nitric acid concentration of 3 M or higher is favorable for Pd(II) loading. Consistent adsorption of Pd(II) under gamma irradiation condition demonstrated the feasibility of using CWP–TU in real HLW. Also, Pd(II) only adsorption from simulated HLW solution verified the palladium only selectivity of the sorbent as well as the lack of influence of coexisting metal ions on its affinity toward Pd(II). CWP–TU holds maximum Pd(II) loading capacities of 0.98 mol/kg at 30 °C and 1.04 mol/kg under gamma irradiation. A comparative study using some ion exchange resins revealed that the resins are either ineffective in nitrate medium or lack stability under irradiation.  相似文献

Abstract

The modification of cross‐linked polyacrylamide (CPAAm) and incorporation of methyl thiourea (MeTU) or phenyl thiourea (PhTU) group were utilized in the preparation of two new chelating resins CPAAm‐EDA‐MeTU (resin I) and CPAAM‐EDA‐PhTU (resin II), [EDA=ethylenediamine]. The prepared resins were characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. The sorption behaviors of Cd(II), Pb(II), and Zn(II) ions on the prepared resins were studied and the optimum sorption conditions for the tested metal ions were determined. The optimum pH value for the sorption of Cd(II) and Zn(II) ions on both resins I and II was ranged between 7–8. The prepared new resins show very little affinity towards Pb(II) ion. The maximum experimental sorption capacities of resin I towards Cd(II) and Zn(II) ions were 3.2 and 0.6 mmol g?1, respectively, and that of resin II were and 0.6 mmol g?1 in the same prescribed order. Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm constants and correlation coefficients for the present system were calculated and compared. The thermodynamic parameters (ΔG°, ΔH°, and ΔS°) for cadmium and zinc sorption on the prepared resins were also determined from the temperature dependence.  相似文献

The in situ precipitation of traces of cadmium(II) and zinc(II) ions as hexacyanoferrates from aqueous matrices was studied on conventional polystyrene gel and macroporous cation- and anion-exchange resins. Coprecipitation with each other or with copper(II) ions present in binary cation resins or in solution, and the influence of added nonprecipitating ions of the same charge type such as magnesium(II) were investigated. Microporous (gel) cation exchangers gave reasonable recoveries and macroporous cation exchangers gave very good recoveries; but macroporous anion exchangers performed best, suggesting macroporous hexacyanoferrate(II) resin as an ideal phase for collection/preconcentration of traces of Cu2+, Cd2+, Zn2+, and possibly Co2+, Ni2+, and Pb2+ from waters. As expected, very low yields were obtained with conventional anion exchange resin in the hexacyanoferrate form. Uniform distribution of Cu2+, Zn2+, and Cd2+ over macroporous anion-exchange resin phases were established by means of electron probe scans and taken as evidence for the formation of a uniform, well-developed precipitate layer covering the entire resin particle surface.  相似文献
