Effects of Base for the Efficient Synthesis of 4-Formylcoumarins and 4-Formylcarbostyrils

The first efficient transformation of 4-bromomethylcoumarins and 4-bromomethylcarbostyrils to 4-formylcoumarins and 4-formylcarbostyril under aqueous conditions has been achieved by modifying the Kornblum method, resulting in excellent yield. The experimental method is very simple and economical; no further purification is required and the experimental conditions have been optimized. All the isolated compounds were characterized by infrared, NMR, and mass spectroscopy, and some of the compounds have been analyzed by single-crystal x-ray analysis.

以苯胺和对硝基氯苯为原料,K2CO3作催化剂,合成出了中间产物4,4'-二硝基三苯胺(DNTPA).将中间产物用10%(质量分数)的Pd/C催化剂加氢催化还原,得到纯度为96.6%的目标产物4,4'-二氨基三苯胺(DATPA),合成总产率为38%.与其它方法相比,该方法原料便宜易得,纯度很高,产物可作为反应的单体原料.

The novel reaction of ketones with o-oxazoline-substituted anilines

A variety of ketones react with o-oxazoline-substituted anilines in the presence of catalytic amount of p-toluenesulfonic acid in dry n-butanol to form 4-amino-substituted quinolines or 4-quinolones in fair to good yields.     

Synthesis of New Multibranch Chromophores with Strong Light-emitting in Solution and in PMMA Film

Three new chromophores with triphenylamine as molecular focal point bearing one,two, or three 4-(n-butyloxystyryl) group(s) at the periphery respectively, (named as T1, T2, and T3) have been synthesized and characterized. It is interesting to find that the fluorescence quantum yield increases from T1 (0.489), to T3 (0.535), and to T2 (0.628) in cyclohexane, meanwhile the lifetime for T3 is shorter than T1 and T2, which is an important characteristic for applications in light emitting diode. Also PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) film doped with T3 gives stronger fluorescence than T1, and T2. Cyclic voltammetry showed that T3 exhibited lowest oxidation potential of-0.52 V vs SCE, suggesting its better hole-transport property.     

Synthesis and Properties of Polyetherketones Containing Sulfide and Phthalazinone

High molecular weight copoly(ether ketone)s (PEK) based on 4-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-1-phthalazinone (DHPZ)/4,4′-thiobisphenol (TBP)/4,4′-diflourodiphenylketone (DFK) were prepared by nucleophilic substitution polycondensation. The copolymers were characterized by FT- and ^1H-NMR. Thermal properties and solubility of copolymers were studied.     

酪氨酸酶催化对位取代苯酚和芳香胺的反应及其意义

用固定化酪氨酸酶催化4－取代烷基或烷氧基单酚类化合物的氧化反应得到相 应的4-取代邻苯醌，这类邻苯醌能和芳香胺发生迈克尔加成反应，烷基或烷氧基从 醌环4位上脱落，得到三取代胺的化合物。将抗炎药布洛芬引入到单酚的苯环4位上 ，在酪氨酸酶和芳香胺同时存在的条件下，也得到脱布洛芬的加成取代产物，显示 4－羟基布洛芬苯酚酯可作为布洛芬药物载体。     

电解还原法生产的对氨基苯酚纯度及杂质的高效液相色谱分析

研究了用高效液相色谱法对电化学生产的对氨基苯酚及杂质４，４＇－二氨基二苯醚和联苯胺含量的测定。方法简单、重现性好，适合工业生产中的快速控制分析，对氨基苯酚产品的相对标准偏差小于１．５％，４，４＇－二氨基二苯醚和联苯胺的相对标准偏差分别小于２．５％和３．０％。     

Reaction of Dimethyl Sulfoxide with 4-Acyloxycoumarins

Dimethyl sulfoxide converts 4-acetoxycoumarin (1) exclusively to 2-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)-2-[(methylthio)methyl]-2,3-dihydro-4 H-furo[3,2-c]chromen-4-one (3) at 180°C under a nitrogen atmosphere, but in the absence of nitrogen, the products obtained are dicoumarol and its dehydrative cyclization products 7 H-bis[1]benzopyrano[4,3-b: 3′,4′-c]pyran-6,8-dione (9) and (3). Under similar conditions, 4-benzoyloxycoumarin (1a) affords benzoic acid, 4-hydroxy-3-({2-[(methylthio)methyl]-3-oxo-2,3-dihydro-1-benzofuran-2-yl}methyl)-2H-chromen-2-one (7), and 3-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)-3,4-dihydro-2H,5H-pyrano[2,3-b] chromen-5-one (8).     

葡萄汁酵母SW-58不对称还原4，4，4-三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯的研究

对实验室保藏菌种进行筛选,得到一株葡萄汁酵母Saccharoinyces uvarum SW-58,能够催化还原4,4,4-三氟乙酰乙酸乙酯生成(R)-4,4,4-三氟-3-羟基丁酸乙酯。在优化条件下,摩尔转化率达到77.0%,产物的对映体纯度88.9%e.e.,产物浓度达到15.7 g/L,产物浓度得到了显著的提高,达到优化前的3.3倍。     

微波辐射法合成4-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺

以4-硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺为原料,通过微波辐射合成了4-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺。结果表明:选择铁粉作为催化剂,乙酸乙酯为萃取剂,在4-硝基邻苯二甲酰亚胺/氯化铵/铁粉的摩尔比为1.0∶1.0∶3.5,微波辐射时间100 s,微波辐射功率480 W的条件下,4-氨基邻苯二甲酰亚胺的收率最高,达到93.4%。     

4-乙酰基-2-硝基苯甲醛的简便合成

从4-乙酰基-2-硝基甲苯出发, 经溴化、羟化、氧化以88.5%的总收率制备得到4-乙酰基-2-硝基苯甲醛.

SO2-4/SnO2催化剂的制备及其对苯硝化反应的催化活性

采用(NH4)2SO4溶液浸渍法制备了一系列SO2-4/SnO2催化剂(Cat-n,n=5,10,15,20),其结构经IR表征.以Cat-10(焙烧温度500℃)催化苯液相硝化反应的研究结果表明,引入SO2-4后催化剂的活性显著增加,硝基苯产率63.8%.     

超临界CO2中合成4,4′-二苯甲烷二氨基甲酸乙酯

本文报道4,4′,4″,4′″-四磺酸酞普钼的一种新的固相合成法及其荧光特性。初步研究证明其量子产率高于四磺酸酞菁锌,在已知过渡金属酞菁配合物中最高。     

A simple and efficient synthesis of optically pure 4-alkylisoxazolidin-4-ols

The reaction between N-hydroxyphthalimide and optically pure epichlorohydrin followed by addition of methanol represents a straightforward procedure for the synthesis of isoxazolidin-4-ols in high enantiomeric purity. Under the same conditions, the reaction of glycidyl arenesulfonates can lead to different products depending on the nature of the sulfonate. This property allowed the synthesis of both enantiomers of 4-methylisoxazolidin-4-ol from the same chiral epoxide starting material.     

2-烷硫基-5-苯基亚甲基-4H-咪唑啉-4-酮的合成与表征

用2-硫代-3-正丁基-5-苯基亚甲基4-咪唑啉二酮的-S-烷基化反应合成了2-烷硫基-3-正丁基-5-苯基亚甲基-4H-咪唑啉-4-酮衍生物。探讨了S-烷基化反应的反应条件和所合成化合物的波谱性质。目标产物均为新的化合物，其结构经元素分析，IR，1H NMR和MS确正。     

1H NMR Study on the Isomerization of 2,4,6-Triphenyl-4H-Seleno(Thio)Pyrans

It is shown using ¹H NMR spectroscopy that 2,4,6-triphenyl-4H-seleno(thio)pyrans can be isomerized into 2H-isomers by the action of lithium perchlorate or lithium chloride in DMF or only by DMF. The reaction time is found to depend on the Lewis acidity of used salt. It is supposed that isomerization in presence of Lewis acids proceeds as endocyclic 1,3-proton transfer or as a series of two 1,2-hydride shifts.
