单壁碳纳米管具有优异的电子学特性,是制备新一代高性能集成电路的重要材料.碳纳米管芯片之路存在诸多挑战,包括直径和手性的控制生长方法、金属性和半导体性单壁碳纳米管的分离方法、器件加工与集成方法等.这些课题从本质上讲大多属于化学问题,因此碳纳米管芯片研究为化学家们提供了新的机遇与挑战.过去10年来,我们围绕单壁碳纳米管的轴向能带工程这一研究思路,开展了一系列碳纳米管芯片的基础探索工作,发展了若干有效的单壁碳纳米管局域能带的调控方法,包括温度阶跃生长法、脉冲供料生长法、基底调控法以及形变调控法等.本文系统地阐述了这些局域能带调控方法,为使读者对该领域的研究进展有一个较为全面的了解,文中对其他课题组开展的代表性工作也给予了综述性介绍.  相似文献

不同结构碳纳米管的电磁波吸收性能研究   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
研究了单壁、多壁碳纳米管(聚团状、阵列状)以及未纯化与纯化后碳纳米管在2~18 GHz范围内的电磁波吸收性能. 通过测定不同结构碳纳米管粉体的介电常数以及磁导率, 得到损耗因子及衰减常数大小顺序为: 阵列状多壁碳纳米管>原生聚团状多壁碳纳米管>纯化聚团状多壁碳纳米管>原生单壁碳纳米管>纯化后单壁碳纳米管. 相比多壁碳纳米管, 单壁碳纳米管衰减常数随频率变化较小, 且具有较宽的吸收峰. 模拟计算和实验测试结果都表明, 碳纳米管/聚合物复合材料具有优良的电磁吸波性能.  相似文献

单壁碳纳米管在原子尺度的结构变化即可导致其电学、光学方面等性质的多样性和非连续的变化——如电学性质上可呈现半导体性或金属性。然而,在单壁碳纳米管表现出诸多优异性能的同时,如何实现碳纳米管的结构控制制备仍面临严峻的挑战。本文以单壁碳纳米管的管径、导电属性和手性控制为目标,介绍单壁碳纳米管的结构控制生长方法,主要包括温度扰动法、金属催化剂结构设计法、生长气氛调控法、外场辅助法、基底诱导法、非金属粒子催化法和sp2碳结构模板法等。并在此基础上总结了单壁碳纳米管结构控制生长的基本思路及实现途径,以期为后续单壁碳纳米管的规模化应用奠定基础。  相似文献

用硝酸和硫酸的混合物对单壁碳纳米管进行切割,然后用SOCl2将切割后碳纳米管上的羧基转变为酰氯,以LiAIH4作为还原剂,对单壁碳纳米管进行了还原,并用FT-IR,Raman,XPS对还原后的单壁碳纳米管进行了结构表征.  相似文献

采用直流电弧法制备单壁碳纳米管样品,用457.5和632.8nm两种不同的激发光分别测得单壁碳纳米管的正常拉曼光谱和共振拉曼光谱.通过理论分析得到了单壁碳纳米管的直径分布,进一步推测了其类型及结构参数;对单壁碳纳米管的正切拉伸模的成分进行了归属.在632.8nm激发波长下得到了IG/ID值随激光功率变化的曲线,认为在2.5mW时,单壁碳纳米管缺陷的结构可能发生了改变.在用457.5nm波长激发的单壁碳纳米管的拉曼光谱中,首次发现了1421cm-1的拉曼谱峰.  相似文献

采用分子动力学方法对端口接枝不同数量羧基的扶手椅型和锯齿型单壁碳纳米管弹性模量进行了模拟研究. 结果表明, 扶手椅型(5, 5)、(10, 10)管和锯齿型(9, 0)、(18, 0)管在未接枝状态下杨氏模量分别为948、901GPa和804、860 GPa. 在接枝2-8个羧基情况下, 扶手椅型单壁碳纳米管拉伸杨氏模量基本不随接枝数量的增加而发生变化, 而锯齿型单壁碳纳米管则不同, 接枝状态下的弹性模量比未接枝状态小很多, 但随接枝数量的增加又呈略增趋势. 分别从接枝后碳纳米管变形电子密度等值线结构变化、键长变化和系统势能变化规律等方面, 对单壁碳纳米管弹性模量的接枝效应进行了分析.  相似文献

A new and simple synthesis of novel N-protected methyl 5-substituted-4-hydroxypyrrole-3-carboxylates, which exist in equilibrium with their 4-oxo tautomers, has been developed in two steps starting from N-protected α-amino acids. The key intermediates are enaminones, which can also be isolated, characterized, and used for the construction of other functionalized heterocycles, before they spontaneously decompose to pyrrole products. 4-Hydroxypyrroles are prone to partial aerial oxidation but can be efficiently alkylated or reduced to stable polysubstituted pyrrolidine derivatives.  相似文献

The chemoselectivity in the intramolecular CH insertion of various diazosulfonamides has been experimentally studied. The results reveal that the aliphatic 1,4-, 1,5-, or 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions of diazosulfonamides are not accessible, while the aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion can be realized specifically by adjusting the diazo-adjacent group. In addition, the general chemoselectivities in the intramolecular CH insertions of diazosulfonyl compounds are summarized. Generally, diazosulfones undergo both aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H and aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions, while diazosulfonates undergo aliphatic 1,5- and 1,6-C(sp3)?H insertions. However, diazosulfonamides only undergo aromatic 1,5-C(sp2)?H insertion.  相似文献

An efficient iodine-mediated oxidative Pictet-Spengler reaction in dimethyl sulphoxide (DMSO) using terminal alkynes as the 2-oxoaldehyde surrogate for the synthesis of aryl (9H-pyrido[3,4-b]indol-1-yl)methanones is described. The scope of the protocol includes the total synthesis of Fascaplysin, Eudistomins Y1 and Y2. The methodology is extended for preparing pyrrolo[1,2-a]-quinoxaline and indolo[1,5-a]quinoxaline derivatives. The utility of 1-aroyl-β-carbolines was demonstrated by performing palladium-catalyzed β-carboline directed ortho-C(sp2)-H functionalization of the phenyl ring with thiomethyl (SMe) group using DMSO as source and for accessing 4-aryl-canthin-6-ones.  相似文献

In this Letter, we described a facile method for constructing fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-one ring system. We employed various methylene-containing carboxylic acids as the substrates and proved that the pyrazolone ring closure requires activated methylene group in intermediate II. Accordingly, a series of structurally diversified, fused bicyclic 1-arylpyrazol-5-ones was prepared in moderate to high yields using the requisite substrates.  相似文献

用正丁胺作为碳源,采用射频辉光放电制备碳膜,选用激光染料R6G和聚乙二醇混合液作为蒸气源,采用单源热蒸发,在蒸发室与染料同时沉积得到混合膜,用拉曼光谱和红外光谱分析了碳膜的结构和键合方式,分析表明:碳膜中存在胺基团和氢原子.混合膜的荧光谱测量结果表明,认为正丁胺对染料荧光谱的影响是因为胺基和氢原子的存在.  相似文献

A series of 20 CuAIAC reactions between eight 4-acylamino substituted pyrazolidine-3-one-1-azomethine imines and four terminal ynones were performed using Cu0 as catalyst. The corresponding fluorescent cycloadducts were obtained in very high yields upon simple workup. Thus, Cu-metal turned out to be a better catalyst than CuI in terms of yield and ease of isolation. Availability of azomethine imines, mild reaction conditions, and simple workup enable a “click” access to libraries of densely substituted 2,3-dihydro-1H,5H-pyrazolo[1,2-a]pyrazol-1-ones. Reactivity of differently substituted dipoles was evaluated experimentally and by quantum chemical methods (DFT).  相似文献

(E)-4-(Fullerenopyrrolidin-1-yl)-3-methylbut-2-enoic acid and its corresponding succinimidyl ester, readily obtained through Prato-type modification of C60, were used for the selective N-acylation of polyamines. The thus obtained conjugates were evaluated for their antioxidative and anti-inflammatory activity and their cytotoxicity was determined. Members of this family of compounds showed interesting anti-lipid peroxidation, anti-lipoxygenase and anti-inflammatory activity and comparable cytocompatibility to spermidine.  相似文献
