本文提出了动态光弹性、动态焦散线实验方法同边界元法结合的混合法,并用这种方法解决了动态光弹性主应力分离的问题,首先对现有的多火花高速摄影系统进行了改造,在动态实验过程中,成功地得到了不同瞬时的清晰的动态光弹性的等差线条纹和动态焦散线系列图像,这样,便可提取不同瞬时的边界应力值、全场主应力差值及边界上的外载。继而提出用Laplace变换域上的边界元法来求解在冲击载荷作用下二维弹性模型全场的主应力和。最后,以受冲击载荷作用的圆盘为例,进行实验及边界元法计算,得到了分离的主应力场。  相似文献

本文将等差载波位相调制原理与夹层全息术结合形成的混合光载波法,可同时获得等差载波条纹图与混合载波条纹图.对混合载波纹图进行光学付里叶变换,利用空间滤波技术可将等和载波条纹从中分离出来.利用图象处理技术实现了对两种载波条纹图从预处理到应力计算的自动化处理.将混合光载波法应用于动态全息光弹性,分离了动态主应力. 文中还提出了一个经济实用的大尺寸载波片制作技术.  相似文献

This paper discusses the exploratory application of holography to photoelasticity. It is shown that the two-beam holographic method may be used to record the birefringent pattern of a standard two-dimensional photoelastic specimen. A special type of polariscope is required. A discussion is presented of the various arrangements required to produce isochromatic, isoclinic, isopachic and combined isopachic and isochromatic fringe patterns. The three-dimensional nature of the holograph is utilized to separate the principal stresses by means of oblique incidence. Both normal- and oblique-incidence fringe patterns are recorded on a single hologram. A brief discussion of the extension to the dynamic case is presented.  相似文献

A new method of resolving transient stresses in dynamic holophotoelasticity   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A method which allows the simultaneous separation of the isochromatic and isopachic fringes for transient plane-stress problems is presented. A double pulsed ruby laser and a terbium glass Faraday rotator is employed to resolve the transient isochromatic and isopachic patterns. Separated fringe patterns for a structural component are recorded at nine different instants after impact loading. The dynamic material-fringe values of isochromatics and isopachics are obtained within the experiment. Finally, dynamic stresses distributed along a section at different time intervals are resolved.  相似文献

A new instrument has been developed for the photoelastic analysis of transient events. The instrument is based on the Phase-Stepped Images Obtained Simultaneously (PSIOS) system developed by Patterson and Wang, which enables four phase-stepped photoelastic images to be collected simultaneously. Where the new instrument differs is that the original instrument requires four cameras to collect the four images, whereas the new instrument requires only one camera. This makes the use of phase-stepping viable for events, in which the fringe order varies with time. Three examples are given of the use of the instrument in static and dynamic photoelasticity to generate full field maps of isochromatic fringes. The instrument has been found to work well and significantly increases the potential for the use of photoelasticity to study transient and possibly dynamic events. J.W. Dynamic fracture behaviour of crack curving in bent beams has been investigated. In order to understand the propagation mechanism of such cracks under impact, an experimental method is used that combines dynamic photoelasticity with dynamic caustics to study the interaction of the flexural waves and the crack. From the state change of the transient stresses in polymer specimen, the curving fracture in the impulsively loaded beams is analyzed. The dynamic responses of crack tips are evaluated by the stress intensity factors for the cracks running in varying curvature paths under bending stress wave. 结合光弹性四步彩色相移法,提出改进的六步相移法来计算全场剪应力,对径压缩圆盘实验证实了该方法的正确性,并进一步研究了同质材料连接结构在压缩剪切测试中的层间剪切行为。实验结果表明:全场等色线条纹级数和剪应力连续分布且随载荷而增加;中线附近剪应力趋于零,而条纹级数为峰谷。在连接界面上的条纹级数和剪应力出现峰值,特别是在连接界面端部为最高,在最大载荷下可分别达3.5级和2.4MPa,是导致连接界面脱粘开裂的危险区域。连接结构通过层间剪应力进行应力传递,在连接界面上剪应力与外载基本保持平衡。  相似文献

A shortcoming of the conventional holographic interferometer used in photoelasticity is that, for the double-exposure cases, the resulting fringe patterns are a complex combination of conventional isochromatic and isopachic fringes. This paper describes a holographic interferometer that may be used to obtain separate but simultaneous isochromatic- and isopachic-fringe patterns for photoelastic models in states of plane stress. The method requires a model with a partially reflecting front surface. Isopachics, which are proportional to the thickness change, are recorded using holographic interferometry from the transmitted light. The isochromatics are obtained from the transmitted light by conventional means. General equations relating the surface displacement of the specimen to the observed fringe patterns are developed, and examples of static and dynamic loadings are shown.  相似文献

Isochromatic patterns in the vicinity of frictional contacts furnish vital clues for characterizing friction. Though friction effects are evident in a diametrally loaded circular disk, three-point loading provides better results towards highlighting friction. In this paper, a new method of characterizing friction at loading contacts using photoelastic isochromatics patterns is presented. Location of isotropic points (IPs) formed in three-point and four-point loadings of circular disk is used as a main tool to quantify the friction component using theoretical analysis. Bifurcation of isochromatic fringe loops near the distributed loads is explained by the presence of anti-symmetric Hertzian shear traction in addition to Hertzian normal traction. The classical solution by Flamant for point load at the edge of half plane is used to derive stresses in circular disk for all required loading configurations. A semicircualr ring under three-point loading is examined using photoelasticity to understand the isochromatics pattern theoretically by considering normal and shear traction components at loaded regions.  相似文献

本文采用动光弹方法,分析了对带边裂纹的拱形三点弯曲试件在抢击加载条件下的瞬态反应。从多火花动光弹仪记录下来的16幅断裂过程的照片和微机输出的电火花光信号图上,得到了各时刻的等差线图形和裂纹长度。使用运动裂纹尖端附近的应力场解,去计算动应力强度因子。对环氧树脂材料,测定了动态应力强度因子与裂纹扩展速度之间的关系,并给出了当裂纹扩展速度达到410m/s时,为裂纹产生分叉的条件。  相似文献

The polarization-optical method is used to study stresses and to measure the optical quantities (the isochromatic fringe orders and the isoclinic parameters) and the mechanical quantities (stresses and strains). The dependencies between these quantities are considered. The problem of disk compression along its diameter is solved exactly. These dependencies are analyzed on the basis of this exact solution and the experimental data. The most preferred form to express the basic relations of photoelasticity is discussed.  相似文献

全息光弹性中等和线是获得断裂力学中应力强度因子的一种有效方法之一。但用传统的全息光弹性方法获取等和线需暗房,要经过显影定影及再现,而且不能直接数字化使其应用受到限制。本文提出一种将全息光弹性与相移电子散斑干涉(Electric Speckle Pattern Interferometry,简称ESPI)有机结合的方法,不但克服传统全息光弹性的不足,而且使全息光弹性实现了数字化。文中将这一方法成功应用于有预制裂纹的三点弯曲试件上,定量求得其应力强度因子(Stress Intensity Factor,简称SIF)K1,而且实验值和理论值具有相一致的结果。  相似文献

In holographic interferometry with a photoelastic model, two families of fringes are generated simultaneously when the model is stressed. One family represents the isochromatic-fringe pattern normally associated with photoelasticity which yields the difference between the principal stresses. The other family represents the isopachic-fringe pattern associated with interferometry which yields the sum of the principal stresses. From these complementary patterns, the magnitudes of the principal stresses can readily be determined throughout the field of observation. Unfortunately, these fringe patterns are not completely independent but interact in such a way as to make interpretation difficult in critical regions of the model. A new system has been developed which readily permits simultaneous acquisition of these fringe patterns without their undesirable mutual interaction, as well as providing increased sensitivity. This new interferometer uses a double-pass object beam and an optical rotator to eliminate the isochromatic-fringe pattern and its effect from the isopachic interferogram. Such a system has considerable value in experimental mechanics for applications to both static and dynamic model studies and to materials investigation.  相似文献

A method for separating principal stresses in photoelasticity is presented. This method is based upon the series solution of Laplace's equation and the determination of the unknown coefficients arising in this series by a least-squares numerical technique. By selecting an adequate number of terms in the series, the representation of the boundary values of the first stress invariant can be established as accurately as the initial photoelastic data. This form of representation of the first stress invariant at interior points in the region is moe accurate than the boundary values employed.  相似文献

基于弹性材料的动态基本方程,结合广义Betti-Rayleigh互易等式与时域下的边界积分方程,推导得到时域下的超奇异积分方程组。引入Laplace域下的动态基本解,将经过主部分析的积分核函数分解为静态和动态部分,其中动态积分核不具有奇异性。在裂纹前沿附近单元,采用与理论分析一致的平方根位移模型。结合Lubich时间卷积实现拉氏变换,采用配置点法计算超奇异积分,获得问题的数值解。并针对椭圆裂纹算例编写Fortran程序,得到冲击荷载作用下张开型裂纹的动态应力强度因子变化规律,数值结果稳定且收敛速度快。  相似文献

研究两半无限大黏弹性体界面Griffith裂纹在反平面剪切突出载荷下,裂纹尖端动应力强度因子的时间响应,首先,运用积分变换方法将黏弹性混合黑社会问题化成变换域上的对偶积分方程,通过引入裂纹位错密度函数进一步化成Cauchy型奇异积分方程,运用分片连续函数法数值求解奇异积分方程,得到变换域内的动应力强度因子,再用Laplace积分变换数值反演方法,将变换域的解反演到时间域内,最终求得动应力强度因子的时间响应,并对黏弹性参数的影响进行分析。  相似文献

本文提出了一种能快速、简便、直观地分析了应力波传播状况的方法。该方法利用可视化计算并绘制流前图,而后将其与动光弹条纹图相比较,进而利用所推导的应力波迭加分析式判断出物体边界或其内部的应力波迭加效果。文中对圆盘中的几个典型区域进行了实例分析。  相似文献
