骨组织内的流体流动不仅为骨细胞的生存提供了充足营养供应及代谢物排放途径,也在骨重建过程中起到关键作用. 为了更精确地阐明骨内液体流动的具体形式,这项研究利用骨陷窝-骨细胞的密度,形态和方向等参数来计算骨单元内液体的流动行为. 首先,计算出不同形状和方向的骨陷窝周围骨小管的数量及分布情况,其次利用算出的参数以及骨组织其他微结构数据来估计骨组织的渗透率和孔隙率等参数,最后根据计算所得的参数建立骨单元的多孔弹性力学有限元模型,并分析了在轴向位移载荷作用下骨陷窝形状和方向对骨单元内液体渗流行为的影响. 结果表明,在所研究的参数范围内不同骨单元模型的相同区域上,骨陷窝形状影响下的骨单元最大压力和流速比最小的分别增加了86%和18%;骨陷窝方向影响下的最大压力和流速比最小的分别增加了125%和56%. 伸长形骨陷窝对单个骨单元局部压力的影响远大于扁平形和圆形骨陷窝. 骨陷窝从0°绕$x$轴旋转到90°过程中压力是逐渐降低的,且30°,45°和60°的模型对骨单元内局部流速有显著影响. 该模型表示骨陷窝的形状和方向以及骨小管的三维分布对骨单元内液体压力和流速幅值及沿不同方向的流动差异有显著的影响. 这项研究将有助于精确量化描述骨内液体的流体行为.   相似文献

In this paper,the nonlinear dynamic behavior of a string-beam coupled system subjected to external,parametric and tuned excitations is presented.The governing equations of motion are obtained for the nonlinear transverse vibrations of the string-beam coupled system which are described by a set of ordinary differential equations with two degrees of freedom.The case of 1:1 internal resonance between the modes of the beam and string,and the primary and combined resonance for the beam is considered.The method of multiple scales is utilized to analyze the nonlinear responses of the string-beam coupled system and obtain approximate solutions up to and including the second-order approximations.All resonance cases are extracted and investigated.Stability of the system is studied using frequency response equations and the phase-plane method.Numerical solutions are carried out and the results are presented graphically and discussed.The effects of the different parameters on both response and stability of the system are investigated.The reported results are compared to the available published work.  相似文献

油--气润滑过程中润滑油液滴受高速气流扰动易形成含气泡油滴,微气泡将对油滴撞击壁面时的运动过程以及壁面油膜 层的形成质量产生重要影响. 基于耦合的水平集--体积分数 方法,对含气泡油滴撞击油膜壁面行为进行数值模拟研究, 考察含气泡油滴撞击油膜壁面时气泡的变形运动过程,探讨气泡破裂的动力学机制,分析气泡大小、碰撞速度和液体黏度等因素对含气 泡油滴撞壁过程中气泡变形特征参数的影响规律. 研究表明:含气泡油滴撞击油膜壁面后气泡会发生变形,并破裂形成膜液滴;气泡随同 液滴运动过程中,气泡内外压力和速度梯度变化是使气泡发生破裂的主要诱因. 气泡大小对气泡破裂方式影响较大,气泡较小时发生单 点破裂,而气泡较大时更容易发生多处破裂. 不同大小气泡受力差异较大,气泡大小与破裂发生时刻没有明显相关性. 碰撞速度和液体 黏度对气泡的变形、破裂和破裂发生时刻都具有一定的影响. 碰撞速度越大,油滴动能越大,更容易产生气泡变形和破裂现象. 液体黏 度增大,在油滴撞壁运动前期促进气泡变形,而在运动后期可以阻延气泡破裂行为发生.   相似文献

在今后相当长一个时期,石油和天然气依然是人类的主要能源.油气井密封是油气开采中最重要的作业之一,在水平钻井、水力压裂等最新的油气开采技术中发挥着重要的作用,促进了页岩气等非常规油气开采的发展.密封质量会直接影响油气井的安全和生产效率,密封元件的失效可造成严重的环境污染和生命财产损失.因此,深入理解密封元件的失效行为,对于油气井安全评估具有重要意义.水泥和可溶胀高弹体密封是两种最主要的密封方式.水泥密封已有百余年历史,溶胀式高弹体密封则是一种相对较新的密封技术.本文介绍这两种油气井密封结构变形与失效行为的国内外最新研究进展.首先,介绍固井水泥环固化过程中的应力演化、生产作业导致的应力、水泥环的失效模式和失效判据方面的研究进展;然后,介绍溶胀式高弹体封隔器的基本原理、力学理论、测试方法、失效模式及失稳等方面的研究进展.   相似文献

An elastomeric gel is a mixture of a polymer network and a solvent.In response to changes in mechanical forces and in the chemical potential of the solvent in the environment,the gel evolves by two concurrent molecular processes:the conformational change of the network,and the migration of the solvent.The two processes result in viscoelasticity and poroelasticity,and are characterized by two material-specific properties:the time of viscoelastic relaxation and the effective diffusivity of the solvent through the network.The two properties define a materialspecific length.The material-specific time and length enable us to discuss macroscopic observations made over different lengths and times,and identify limiting conditions in which viscoelastic and poroelastic relaxations have either completed or yet started.We formulate a model of homogeneous deformation,and use several examples to illustrate viscoelasticity-limited solvent migration,where the migration of the solvent is pronounced,but the size of the gel is so small that the rate of change is limited by viscoelasticity.We further describe a theory that evolves a gel through inhomogeneous states.Both infinitesimal and finite deformation are considered.  相似文献

Bag breakup of nonturbulent liquid jets in crossflow   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
An experimental investigation of the bag breakup of round nonturbulent liquid jets in gaseous crossflow at room temperature and pressure is described. Pulsed photography, pulsed shadowgraphy, and high-speed imaging were used to observe the column and surface waves along the liquid jet and the formation and breakup of bags. Measurements included: wavelengths of column and surface waves, jet velocities, the number of bags along the liquid jet, the number of nodes per bag, droplets sizes and velocities, and trajectories of droplets. Present results show that the column waves of a nonturbulent liquid jet in crossflow within bag breakup regime can be explained based on Rayleigh–Taylor instability. The number of nodes per bag affected the breakup mechanism of the bags. Three distinctive sizes of droplets were produced due the breakup of the bag membrane, the ring strings and the ring nodes. The size of the droplets resulting from the breakup of the bag membrane was constant independent of the crossflow Weber number. Finally different trajectories were observed for the three groups of droplets.  相似文献

This paper investigates the non-linear in-plane buckling of pin-ended shallow circular arches with elastic end rotational restraints under a central concentrated load. A virtual work method is used to establish both the non-linear equilibrium equations and the buckling equilibrium equations. Analytical solutions for the non-linear in-plane symmetric snap-through and antisymmetric bifurcation buckling loads are obtained. It is found that the effects of the stiffness of the end rotational restraints on the buckling loads, and on the buckling and postbuckling behaviour of arches, are significant. The buckling loads increase with an increase of the stiffness of the rotational restraints. The values of the arch slenderness that delineate its snap-through and bifurcation buckling modes, and that define the conditions of buckling and of no buckling for the arch, increase with an increase of the stiffness of the rotational end restraints.  相似文献

探究基座、臂、关节全柔性影响下空间机器人动力学模拟、运动控制及基座、臂、关节三重柔性振动主动抑制的问题, 设计了不基于系统模型信息的运动振动一体化输入受限重复学习控制算法. 将柔性基座与关节等效为线性弹簧与扭转弹簧, 柔性臂视为欧拉-伯努利梁模型, 利用拉格朗日方程与假设模态法建立动力学模型, 然后, 用奇异摄动理论将模型分解为包含刚性变量与臂柔性振动的慢变子系统, 包含基座、关节柔性振动的快变子系统, 并分别设计相应的子控制器, 构成了带关节柔性补偿的一体化控制算法. 针对慢变子系统, 提出输入受限重复学习控制算法, 由双曲正切函数, 饱和函数与重复学习项构成, 双曲正切函数与饱和函数实现输入力矩受限要求, 重复学习项补偿周期性系统误差, 以完成对基座姿态、关节铰周期轨迹的渐进稳定追踪. 然而, 为了同时抑制慢变子系统臂的柔性振动, 运用虚拟力的概念, 构造同时反映臂柔性振动与系统刚性运动的混合轨迹, 提出了基于虚拟力概念的输入受限重复学习控制器, 保证基座、关节轨迹精确追踪的同时, 对臂的柔性振动主动抑制. 针对快变子系统, 采用线性二次最优控制算法抑制基座与关节的柔性振动. 仿真结果表明: 控制器适用于一般柔性非线性系统, 满足输入力矩受限要求, 实现对周期信号的高精度追踪, 有效抑制基座、臂、关节的柔性振动, 证实算法的可行性.   相似文献

土、岩及混凝土是一种内部结构极其复杂的材料,内部细观组成和结构决定了它们在外力作用下内部应力和应变等物理场的分布状态,在很大程度上控制了它们的宏观力学响应和破坏机理和过程。自1995年以来,数字图像处理技术作为一种材料细观空间结构及几何形态的精确量测和数字表述手段快速地被应用于沥青混凝土、水泥混凝土、土和岩体材料细观结构定量分析中来。本文在研究相关文献的基础上,分析和研究了数字图像技术在土、岩及混凝土内部结构定量分析和力学数值计算中的发展过程和研究成果,内容包括:单个骨料颗粒形态特征定量分析;土、岩和混凝土内部结构定量分析;岩体结构定量分析中的应用;基于数字图像处理的土、岩和混凝土细观结构力学计算。在此基础上,本文进一步对数字图像技术在岩土领域中的应用进展及未来的发展趋势进行了探讨,认为数字图像作为一种空间分布测量手段和数字表述方法使得它具有巨大的潜力,特别是在岩土领域的纵深发展过程中,它可能实现考虑细微观结构性的岩土力学和工程分析和预测的、新的方法和理论。  相似文献

An algorithm has been developed for the analysis of asperities of various types of machined surfaces, in order to characterize wear processes in the course of dry friction. Wear experiments and surface roughness measurements were performed to study the microtopographies of worn surfaces. Investigations extended to wear in the case of the non-lubricated ceramic-steel clutch and lubricated camshaft and bushing. A statistical analysis of asperities and scratches was completed with distribution curves to display the results. The peak angle, the rate of the major and minor axis and orientation were analyzed to characterize the shape of asperities and the overall characteristics of the surface.  相似文献

This review article summarizes the advances in the surface stress effect in mechanics of nanostructured elements,including nanoparticles,nanowires,nanobeams,and nanofilms,and heterogeneous materials containing nanoscale inhomogeneities.It begins with the fundamental formulations of surface mechanics of solids,including the definition of surface stress as a surface excess quantity,the surface constitutive relations,and the surface equilibrium equations.Then,it depicts some theoretical and experimental studies of the mechanical properties of nanostructured elements,as well as the static and dynamic behaviour of cantilever sensors caused by the surface stress which is influenced by adsorption.Afterwards,the article gives a summary of the analytical elasto-static and dynamic solutions of a single as well as multiple inhomogeneities embedded in a matrix with the interface stress prevailing.The effect of surface elasticity on the diffraction of elastic waves is elucidated.Due to the difficulties in the analytical solution of inhomogeneities of complex shapes and configurations,finite element approaches have been developed for heterogeneous materials with the surface stress.Surface stress and surface energy are inherently related to crack propagation and the stress field in the vicinity of crack tips.The solutions of crack problems taking into account surface stress effects are also included.Predicting the effective elastic and plastic responses of heterogeneous materials while taking into account surface and interface stresses has received much attention.The advances in this topic are inevitably delineated.Mechanics of rough surfaces appears to deserve special attention due to its theoretical and practical implications.Some most recent work is reviewed.Finally,some challenges are pointed out.They include the characterization of surfaces and interfaces of real nanomaterials,experimental measurements and verification of mechanical parameters of complex surfaces,and the effects of the physical and chemical processes on the surface properties,etc.  相似文献

与石墨烯相比,氧化石墨烯(graphene oxide, GO)的亲水性、分散性和反应活性更好,更易于作为增强材料而研发生成性能超常的复合材料,但另一方面,由于其电子结构较为复杂,致使目前有关力学方面的研究存在一定差异.本文利用分子动力学方法,建立了羟基、羧基和环氧基等官能团随机分布的GO原子模型;通过单向拉伸模拟,分析了其断裂行为,结果表明,远离羟基和羧基的环氧基对断裂具有"诱导"作用,并从化学成键、体系能量和应力分布三个角度对其机理进行了阐释;此外,进一步研究了拉伸应力$\!$-$\!$-$\!$应变曲线、极限强度、极限应变等力学性能与含氧官能团覆盖度间的关系,结果表明,极限强度、极限应变均随含氧官能团覆盖度的增大而呈减小趋势.分析认为,主要原因是官能团的出现对石墨烯面内的sp$^{2}$杂化形式造成了破坏,进而使得原子间键合能弱化,随着含氧官能团的覆盖度的增大,被弱化的键合能的数量和程度将越大,从而使得GO的极限强度、极限应变等越低. 研究结果可为GO的基础研究和工程应用提供参考.   相似文献

This study aims to investigate electrohydrodynamics of two superimposed fluids that are confined between a pair of two-dimensional flat plates and are exposed to a sinusoidal electric field in zero gravity. The goal is to identify the parameters that affect the flow structure and interface deformation using a simple closed form solution. The governing electrohydrodynamic equations are solved analytically for Newtonian and immiscible fluids in the framework of leaky-dielectric theory and in the limit of small electric field and fluid inertia. A detailed analysis of the electric and flow fields is presented and it is shown that the electric field induces sinusoidal electrical stresses at the interface, which lead to periodic convection cells. The parameters affecting the sense of flow circulation and strength are investigated and it is shown that the former depends on the relative magnitude of the electric permittivity and conductivity ratios while the latter is controlled by the relative thicknesses of the fluid layers and the ratio of the electric conductivities and viscosities of the fluids. The maximum flow strength is achieved at a relative thickness that is set by the competition between the electric and hydrodynamic effects. For small deformation, the distortion of the interface is examined using a normal stress balance at the interface, and it is shown that the degree of interface deformation scales with the square of the amplitude of the electric potential nonuniformity, while its wavenumber is twice that of the imposed potential nonuniformity. Furthermore, a zero-deformation curve is found, which delineates the region in the permittivity-conductivity space according to the sense of interface deformation. The results show that for certain ranges of fluid layer thicknesses and permittivity ratios, the interface will remain flat, despite the action of the nonuiform field.  相似文献

We demonstrate how a network model can predict porosity and permeability changes in a porous medium as a result of biofilm buildup in the pore spaces. A biofilm consists of bacteria and extracellular polymeric substances (EPS) bonded together and attached to a surface. In this case, the surface consists of the walls of the porous medium, which we model as a random network of pipes.Our model contains five species. Four of these are bacteria and EPS in both fluid and adsorbed phases. The fifth species is nutrient, which we assume to reside in the fluid phase only. Bacteria and EPS transfer between the adsorbed and fluid phases through adsorption and erosion or sloughing. The adsorbed species influence the effective radii of the pipes in the network, which affect the porosity and permeability.We develop a technique for integrating the coupled system of ordinary and partial differential equations that govern transport of these species in the network. We examine ensemble averages of simulations using different arrays of pipe radii having identical statistics. These averages show how different rate parameters in the biofilm transport processes affect the concentration and permeability profiles.  相似文献

Whirling frequencies and amplitudes due to deviations of generator shape   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Earlier measurements in large synchronous generators indicate the existence of backward whirling motion, and also relatively large deviations of shape in both the rotor and the stator. These non-symmetric geometries produce an attraction force between the rotor and the stator, called unbalanced magnetic pull (UMP). The target of this paper is to analyse the whirling frequencies and amplitude of the response for large synchronous generators with a high number of poles, due to deviations of shape in the rotor and stator. A mathematical model is developed to describe the shapes of the rotor and stator, and the corresponding UMP is obtained by using the law of energy conservation. The UMP is analysed due to different deviations of shape. The result gives the average angular frequency and the magnitude of the UMP for certain deviations of shape. From this result, the whirling frequency and the amplitude of the corresponding response can be approximated. Simulations of the response of a Jeffcott rotor model show good agreement with the theoretical results of the UMP for some generator geometries. The conclusion is that different whirling frequencies, both backward and forward whirling, can occur in these machines due to deviations in shape of the generator. Therefore, the shape of the generator can excite resonance vibrations on several other frequencies than the rotation frequency. During maintenance of hydropower generators the shapes of the rotor and stator are frequently measured. The results from this paper can be used to evaluate such measurements and to explain the existence of complicated whirling motion.  相似文献

We present new examples of exactly averaged multi-dimensional equation of transport of a conservative solute in a time-dependent random flow velocity field. The functional approach and a technique for decoupling the correlations are used. In general, the averaged equation is non-local. We study the special cases where the averaged equation can be localized and reduced to a differential equation of finite-order, where the problem of evolution of the initial plume (Cauchy problem) can be solved exactly. We present in detail the results of the analyses of two cases of exactly averaged problems for Gaussian and telegraph random velocity with an identical exponential correlation function, which are informative and convenient models for continuous and discontinuous random functions. The problems in which the field has sources of solute and boundaries are also examined. We study the behavior of different initial plumes for all times (evolutions and convergence) and show the manner in which they approach the same asymptotic limit for two stochastic distributions of flow-velocity. A comparison between exact solutions and solutions derived by the method of perturbation is also discussed.  相似文献

纳米流体液滴撞击固体壁面的铺展动力学特性是基于液滴沉积实现高效传热传质过程的关键因素,然而由于纳米流体的非牛顿流变特性及液滴内微流动与纳米颗粒的耦合作用,目前对纳米流体液滴撞击固体壁面的铺展动力学行为缺乏足够的认识.本研究利用了两步法分别配制了分散有3种纳米颗粒的均匀稳定纳米流体(碳纳米管、石墨烯、纳米石墨粉),并对流体的流变特性进行了测量分析.利用显微高速数码摄像技术捕捉了液滴撞击固体壁面的动态过程,通过图像处理技术分析铺展过程中液滴的无量纲高度、铺展因子及动态接触角,探究了液滴在韦伯数约为200及800时撞击壁面后铺展沉积形态的演变规律.研究表明,3种不同纳米颗粒的加入均使基液表现出明显的剪切变稀特性,在液滴撞击壁面的铺展过程中,流体的剪切黏度起重要作用,液滴的无量纲高度和铺展因子的变化幅度随着纳米流体剪切黏度的增大而减小.纳米流体液滴撞击疏水表面时能更快的达到平衡状态,液滴的惯性力主导着液滴的初始铺展阶段,液滴的铺展范围和速度随撞击速度的增大而增大.开展该研究能够为基于液滴沉积的增益冷却技术以及微型高导热及导电材料的制造提供理论依据和技术指导.   相似文献

综述了近几十年, 特别是近十几年来铁磁材料的力磁耦合变形与断裂行为的研究概况. 传统铁磁弹性问题的研究已经有较长时间的积累, 文献中已有大量的研究结果发表. 近些年 来, 随着智能材料及结构应用与研究的兴起, 功能铁磁材料如稀土超磁致伸缩材料、铁磁相 变材料以及铁磁复合材料等的力学行为越来越受到重视, 人们在功能铁磁材料的变形与断裂 以及铁磁复合材料的有效性质等方面开展了大量的研究工作. 本文在简单介绍了经典铁磁弹 性和传统铁磁结构的力磁性能的研究背景基础上, 结合作者近年来在铁磁材料变形与断裂方 面所开展的工作, 着重评述了功能软铁磁材料在变形与断裂的实验研究,如实验设备和技术, 以及铁磁复合材料细观力学、软铁磁材料、铁磁功能材料的变形与断裂理论等方面的研究进 展, 并指出了需要进一步研究的方向.  相似文献

开展航天器动力学与控制的研究在航天技术的发展中起到举足轻重的作用, 其目的在于发展有效的方法促使航天器在各阶段平稳可靠地运行. 航天器技术发展迅速, 其形式日趋多样化, 功能与构造日趋复杂,已经向大型空间站、微小卫星、深空探测等方向发展. 航天器结构表现出多耦合、非线性、极端外界环境, 以及大尺度柔性结构等特征, 由此激发起航天器动力学与控制领域各方向的深入研究. 航天器动力学与控制的研究方法覆盖理论分析、数值仿真, 以及实验模拟等诸多方面, 研究内容十分丰富. 本文概括介绍了近年来航天器动力学与控制研究方面的发展状况, 综述了跨航天器动力学与控制、航天器系统级动力学与振动控制、航天器部件级动力学与振动控制等航天领域中的若干基础问题. 内容主要集中于航天领域中不同应用范围、不同层次结构的航天器动力学模型的建立和动力学响应与振动控制的研究方法及已取得的成果. 最后, 提出了该领域中值得进一步考虑的科学问题及未来的发展方向.   相似文献

随着运行速度的提升, 高速动车组受到的外部激扰愈发剧烈. 尤其是动车组通过隧道和在隧道内交会时, 车体外表面产生的剧烈瞬变压力传入车厢内, 会引起司乘人员耳感不适等问题. 为研究动车组运行过程中的气密性能对车内气压波动和乘客乘坐舒适度的影响关系, 本文采用动静态测试结合的分析方法, 结合时间常数模型和当量泄漏面积模型, 通过在不同车辆内外部布置气压波动监测传感器, 对四级修前后的高速动车组进行了线路运行气动载荷测试; 针对不同部位具体结构特征开发了不同型式的气体泄漏量测试工装, 并对不同车辆的静态气密性进行了测试研究. 搭建了动静态气密性能分析模型并获得了动静态气密指数, 总结了隧道条件、运行速度等因素对车内压力波动和动态气密性能的影响规律, 同时针对典型气密部件的泄漏量和泄漏面积进行了分析, 对气密敏感部件进行了影响度排序并提出了优化方案. 本文提出的方法和相关研究数据对于关键部件的设计方案和修程修制优化具有一定的参考意义.   相似文献
