在分析正交异性钢桥面板构造特点的基础上,将轮载影响范围内的桥面板简化为弹性支撑的平面框架,建立了正交异性钢桥面轮载横向效应的解析分析模型,推导了纵肋弹性支撑刚度和车轮荷载集度等效计算方法,提出了桥面板与U肋交接位置处横向弯曲应力的解析公式,讨论并明确了影响桥面板横向弯曲应力峰值的关键敏感影响因素,并以某钢箱梁为例证明了本文算法的合理性。研究发现,本文方法计算得到桥面板与U肋相交位置的横向应力值与有限元结果相差不超过10%,证实了本文算法的正确性,也为正交异性钢桥面的初步设计提供了极大的方便;正交异性钢桥面板的横向轮载应力随U肋厚度和高度增加而增大,但随顶板厚度和横隔板间距增大而减小;相对而言,顶板内横向拉应力受顶板厚度的影响最为显著,对腹板倾角和U肋腹板厚度的变化并不敏感。 相似文献

利用大尺寸Hopkinson压杆对新型混凝土桥面铺装材料钢纤维增强聚合物改性混凝土(steel fiber reinforced and polymer modified concrete,SFRPMC)进行了冲击实验,并且在相同基准配合比下,与普通混凝土、钢纤维混凝土的冲击性能进行了对比。观察了不同打击速度下三种材料的破坏形态,得到了在不同应变率下的应力应变关系,比较了三种材料的应变率敏感性,最后从机理上分析了掺加钢纤维和聚合物对混凝土材料冲击力学性能的影响。结果表明,钢纤维增强聚合物改性混凝土材料具有良好的冲击韧性,是一种理想的混凝土桥面铺装材料。 相似文献

混凝土结构在受到动载荷作用之前,通常已承受着初始静载荷的作用.大量关于混凝土应变率效应的研究均没有考虑初始静载荷对动强度的影响,会导致过高地估计混凝土的动强度,使混凝土结构设计偏于危险.本文通过分析混凝土材料在静动组合载荷下的率效应机理,给出了初始静载荷的定义.在此基础上,推导了混凝土材料参数与初始静载荷和应变率的表达式,提出了建立静动组合强度准则的一般方法.通过材料参数反映初始静载荷与应变率的联合影响,给出了由初始有效静载荷、动态黏聚强度和摩擦强度共同组成的混凝土动态强度,将广义非线性强度准则发展为静动组合多轴强度准则.建立的强度面在相同初始静载荷下随应变率的增大向外扩张,在相同应变率下随初始静载荷的增大向里收缩,即混凝土的强度在相同初始静载荷下随应变率的增大而增大,在相同应变率下随初始静载荷的增大而减小.此外,当初始静载荷和应变率不变时,加载路径对混凝土材料的应变率效应无影响,但会影响混凝土材料的静水压力效应,即当初始静载荷和应变率固定不变时,静动组合强度面的位置和大小即可确定,不同加载路径下强度的不同是由于静水压力效应导致的.最后利用多组混凝土材料静动组合强度试验对建立的静动组合强度准则进行了验证. 相似文献

In this paper we describe an optical-based technique, called strain sensitive skin (S3), for measuring in-plane strain data on structural members under static load. The technique employs a coating consisting
of a luminescent dye and polymer binder that is applied to the surface of a test part via conventional aerosol techniques.
Proper illumination stimulates the dye, which in turn emits higher wavelength luminescence. The excitation and emission intensities
have different wavelengths; therefore, enabling optical filtering to separate the two signals. The optical strain response
is intensity based. A network of randomized microcracks within the binder scatters the waveguided luminescence from the excited
dye molecules. The amount of scattered luminescence is related to the changes in the microcrack openings and orientations
via mechanical strain. Various calibration tests show the optical strain response to be proportional to the sum of in-plane
principal strains. With this new experimental testing tool, full-field high-resolution strain measurements can be acquired.
The optical strain response of this new sensor is minimally dependent on viewing and lighting directions, rendering the technique
viable to imaging and determining strain fields for three-dimensional complex geometries. 相似文献

钢质套筒被动围压下混凝土材料的冲击动态力学性能 总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2
为了研究混凝土材料在钢质套筒侧限约束下的动态力学性能参数和破坏规律,采用分离式大直径(75 mm)SHPB实验技术,测试了钢质套筒侧限约束下不同混凝土试件在不同载荷作用下轴向或径向的应力、应变峰值,平均应变率,计算了混凝土材料的损伤值,描述了加载破坏现象,对实验结果进行了分析。结果表明:混凝土材料在被动围压下,延性、抗破坏能力得到加强,具有明显的增强效应。被动围压下SHPB实验中混凝土材料的破坏应变为典型SHPB实验中破坏应变的1.8~2.8倍;破坏应力达到150 MPa以上,为静力学无围压条件下的2~5倍。 相似文献

针对新型连续窄幅钢箱梁-混凝土组合桥梁,研究了该桥型桥梁的桥面板拉应力控制方法与措施.将该桥型组合桥梁等效为可变刚度的Euler梁,给出任意横向荷载作用下变刚度梁的静力弯曲解析通解,并得到三跨连续阶梯型变刚度梁变形及其内力分布特征.在此基础上,以三跨连续窄幅钢箱梁-混凝土组合桥梁为研究对象,考虑下部钢箱梁与上部混凝土桥面板完全剪力连接,通过改变负弯矩区钢箱梁壁厚、内部充填混凝土的强度、长度与高度等参数,分析得到可有效控制桥面板拉应力的关键因素.结果显示:在负弯矩区段内的钢箱梁内部充填混凝土对控制该区域混凝土桥面板拉应力效果明显,但混凝土强度影响较弱.混凝土桥面板开裂区域随钢箱梁中充填混凝土长度的增加而减少,但桥面板顶部拉应力会随混凝土充填高度的增加呈现先减小后增大的趋势,在充填高度为箱梁内部净高的20 %~30 %左右时效果较为显著,此时经济效益最佳. 相似文献

In Florida, pre-stressed concrete bridges with a hybrid structural configuration, consisting of simply supported girders and
continuous deck units providing composite action, are prevalent. In this study, an actual bridge with this configuration is
instrumented with embedded vibrating wire strain gages during construction. The axial strain data are utilized to determine
the time-dependent pre-stress loss variation and distribution in the pre-tensioned concrete girders used for the bridge. In
this paper, however, we discuss the bridge instrumentation and monitoring technique used, and the deduced pre-stress losses
obtained from field-measured strains up to 150 days, before placement of the composite slab. A comparison of the measured
loss with the estimates of the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI) and the American Association of State Highway
and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) indicates that the field-measured pre-stress loss is non-uniform across the girder depth,
opposed to a uniform distribution implicitly assumed in most codes. The measured pre-stress variation is used in computing
the concrete stress distribution in the girder at different depths within the given cross-section. When compared to the concrete
stress from using the PCI and AASHTO suggested losses, the stress distribution resulting fron using the field-measured loss
is found to be non-linear, and in most cases higher. 相似文献

提出一种新的应变率相关的混凝土非线性弹塑性损伤模型。采用此模型对混凝土拱坝的非线性地震响应作了分析。在综合考虑坝-地基-库水动力相互作用和坝缝非线性接触的基础上,着重研究了混凝土应交率相关效应及加载历史对混凝土极限强度等重要参数及拱坝响应的影响,并与采用不考虑应交率影响的混凝土损伤模型计算结果进行了对比分析。结果表明,拱坝考虑横缝作用后的坝面应变率分布不同于整体拱坝。应交率分布形态不仅可以很好地表征拱坝的振动形态,而且对于高拱坝的动力响应的影响也不可忽略。 相似文献

分析了Kagome格栅的等效刚度和屈服面. 其屈服面奇异,由4段直线围成. 利用该屈服面,
估算了Kagome具有I型、II型半无限大裂纹的裂尖塑性区,有限元计算验证了解析预测的
准确性. 与奇异屈服面相比,由Mises光滑屈服面给出的塑性区误差较大. 因此只有弹性情
况,可以将Kagome等效为各向同性;若材料塑性,或应力场奇异性较强,Kagome的强度依

Wheel-rail rolling contact at railhead edge, such as a gap in an insulated rail joint, is a complex problem; there are only limited analytical, numerical and experimental studies available on this problem in the academic literature. This paper describes experimental and numerical investigations of railhead strains in the vicinity of the edge under the contact of a loaded wheel. A full-scale test rig was developed to cyclically apply wheel/rail rolling contact load to the edge zone of the railhead. An image analysis technique was employed to determine the railhead vertical, lateral and shear strain components. The vertical strains determined using the image analysis method have been validated with the strain gauge measurements and used for the calibration of a 3D nonlinear Finite Element Model (FEM) that simulates the wheel/rail contact at the railhead edge and use suitable boundary conditions commensurate to the experimental setup. The FEM was then used to determine other states of strains. 相似文献

This paper deals with circumferential strain measurement for concrete in uniaxial compression by using a fiber optic sensing
system. A fiber optic sensing system was employed to measure the elongation of the optical fiber for a cylindrical concrete
specimen in uniaxial compression by using white light interferometry. A theoretical model describing the relationship between
the elongation of the fiber glass and the circumferential strain of cylindrical concrete specimen in uniaxial compression
is proposed. Some tests were performed to verify the measurement method. The results indicate that the proposed method is

Prediction of wheel performance by analysis of normal stress distribution under the wheel-soil interface was reported by one of our research members. In this study analysis of both normal and tangential stress distributions are included for the prediction of wheel performance. A visco-elastic soil model based on a three-element Maxwell model is used to evaluate normal stress distribution under a wheel running on soft ground. The values of the parameters characterizing the visco-elastic behavior of the soil can be derived from plate penetration tests. A rigid wheel-soil interface model is used to evaluate the tangential stress distribution under the wheel-soil interface. Shear deformation modulus, cohesion and angle of internal shearing resistance of the soil are derived from shear-displacement tests. Test results indicate that both maximum normal and shear stress occur in front of the wheel axle, and the location of peak normal stress shifts backwards towards the wheel axle while that of tangential stress shifts forwards when slippage is increased from a low value. Increasing slippage also causes a decrease in normal stress and an increase in tangential stress. Coefficients of traction and tractive efficiency are low at low slippage, increase with an increase in slippage, and level off at higher slippage. 相似文献

本文对聚碳酸酯(PC)和丙烯腈丁二烯苯乙烯(ABS)的合金(PC/ABS)高分子材料不同环境温度下的拉伸性能进行了试验研究。根据图像相关分析法编制了图像法位移测量分析软件,并对该分析软件的适用性进行了分析。系统研究了PC/ABS高分子材料拉伸试验时三个方向的位移场和应变场。根据测得的位移场研究了该高分子材料拉伸过程中应变和应变率的变化以及应力应变变化规律,并对试验结果进行了详细分析。结果表明,文中采用的图像法位移测量系统具有较高的测试精度;拉伸过程中,试件厚度方向的收缩变形大于宽度方向的收缩变形;颈缩过程区具有非常高的应变率,颈缩后的平直颈缩区的应变率快速下降到一个很低的应变率继续缓慢变形;尽管载荷位移曲线出现了较大的载荷下降现象,PC/ABS拉伸时的真应力应变曲线没有明显的应力下降现象出现,因此,载荷下降现象主要由颈缩时的截面减小引起;高分子材料PC/ABS的屈服应力随环境温度的升高而降低。 相似文献
