为了获得更加精确的外啮合齿轮泵内泄漏数学模型,将不确定性理论引入齿轮泵传统内泄漏模型中进行研究。将齿轮泵的轴向间隙、径向间隙、液压油温度、工作压力和输入转速作为随机变量,运用随机因子法和代数综合法建立齿轮泵随机内泄漏模型,进而获得在不确定性下的齿轮泵容积效率。将随机内泄漏模型研究结果和传统模型的计算结果分别与实验结果进行比较,证明随机内泄漏模型的正确性和优越性。  相似文献

在输入信息不完整状态下,为了获得更多输出信息和更加接近工程实际的车辆悬架动力学模型,将未确知理论引入车辆传统悬架振动模型中进行研究。将质量、刚度、阻尼作为未确知量,运用未确知理论、振动状态方程理论、矩阵迭代法建立悬架未确知动力学模型,进而获得动力响应规律。分别将悬架未确知动力学模型研究结果和传统模型计算结果与蒙特卡罗法模拟结果进行比较。结果表明:未确知动力学模型振动位移方差期望值与蒙特卡罗法获得期望值之间的最大差值为0.5385mm~2;未确知动力学模型位移方差期望值与蒙特卡罗法获得期望值之间的相对差值比传统模型位移方差期望值与蒙特卡罗法获得期望值之间的相对差值总体上小0.36%~14.50%。本文结果证明未确知理论的引入可行且未确知动力学模型比传统模型更加优越。  相似文献

基于非线性钢丝绳隔振器的静态力学特性,引入了频率软化系数,建立了非线性动力学隔振模型.基于该模型研究了钢丝绳隔振器对冲击激励与随机激励的动态响应,对结果进行了讨论.理论分析与数值模拟表明:引入频率软化系数的隔振模型比传统的线性动力学模型具有更好的隔振效果,更加符合实际情况.  相似文献

由于装配制造公差、磨损等情况,挖掘机的铰接处存有间隙,因间隙产生的碰撞力与液压缸相互作用,会影响到液压挖掘机的动力特性。为了获得间隙对挖掘机机臂动力学响应的影响,本文利用拉格朗日法建立挖掘机使用液压锤时,含有五个自由度的机臂模型,以液压锤的冲击力作为输入,将液压缸顶端间隙、液压锤旋转铰接间隙考虑进挖掘机的理想动力学模型进行研究。最后将理想模型与含间隙模型动力学响应求解结果进行对比分析,结果表明,间隙变大会导致液压缸活塞杆的振动加大、碰撞力加大,同时会使小臂与液压锤的铰接间隙副的轴销轨迹偏向一边。因此,考虑间隙的液压挖掘机动力学模型比传统动力学模型能够获得更详细的动力学响应变化规律,更加符合工程实际。  相似文献

已有文献的车辆悬架控制臂液压衬套动刚度模型仅能给出动刚度变化理想曲线,不能给出动刚度的上下变化曲线。为了解决这个问题,将流体惯性系数和流量阻尼系数定义为区间变量,运用区间不确定性理论建立了液压衬套的动刚度模型。将初始区间动刚度模型获得的仿真结果与已有的实验结果对比,吻合较好,验证了该模型的正确性。采用子区间组合法,在一定的区间精度下获得优化的区间动刚度模型,进而获得优化的动刚度上下限变化曲线。区间动刚度模型为动刚度的全面描述提供了一种方法,对文献的动刚度模型进行了改进。  相似文献

针对现有的非定常气动力建模方法对气动弹性预测的准确性和效率问题,将随机森林算法引入非定常气动力建模研究领域,构建了基于随机森林算法的非定常气动力降阶模型。将所得模型用于预测气动弹性,选择二维NACA0012翼型进行颤振边界的预测,选用NACA64A010翼型预测LCO特性,并说明了该降阶模型建模的详细过程,将其计算结果与CFD/CSD耦合计算结果及试验结果进行了对比。研究结果表明,该模型可行、高效且精确,可以快速准确地预测飞行器气动弹性特性。  相似文献

CFRP加固RC结构可靠度的不确定性,不仅要考虑随机性,也要考虑模糊性.本文根据模糊数学与可靠性理论,研编了引入模糊示性函数的Monte Carlo计算程序,通过试验讨论模糊示性函数的确定方法.利用Matlab软件,直接产生随机变量数组,解决Monte Carlo 抽样困难.CFRP加固梁破坏试验获得全部随机变量的统计参量.编制基于Matlab的Monte Carlo计算程序,完成了对CFRP加固RC梁抗弯模糊随机可靠度数值模拟,模拟计算结果得到传统FOSM法验证.  相似文献

In vehicle dynamics shock absorbers are used for the optimization of driving comfort and driving safety. Therefore, it is necessary to identify characteristics of shock absorbers under real conditions. This paper introduces the use of hardware-in-the-loop simulations for the identification of shock absorbers involving stochastic models of the road roughness. For this purpose a dynamic hydraulic test stand is used replacing the classical mechanical test stands which allow only sinusoidal excitation. For the Monte Carlo simulation with a real shock absorber in the loop, the random excitation of ground roughness is generated using a modified spectral representation method based on the famous contributions of Shinozuka. Motion and force of the shock absorber are measured and fed back to the Monte Carlo simulation of a car model in real time. The characteristic of the shock absorber is identified using the classical least squares method and a correlation-based method. A piecewise linear model for the characteristic relating the damping force and the velocity of the piston is applied for the shock absorber identification.  相似文献

为分析孔隙率不确定性对多孔介质方腔内自然对流换热的影响,发展了一种基于KL(Karhunen-Loeve展开)-蒙特卡罗随机有限元算法的随机多孔介质内自然对流不确定性分析数理模型及有限元数值模拟程序框架。通过K-L展开及基于拉丁抽样法生成多孔介质孔隙率随机实现,并耦合多孔介质自然对流有限元程序,进行随机多孔介质内自然对流传热数值模拟,得出了多孔介质内流场与温度场平均值与标准偏差,并分析了孔隙率不确定性条件下Da数对Nu数的影响。结果表明,孔隙率不确定性对多孔介质方腔内自然对流有重要影响。随机多孔介质内流场及温度场与确定性条件下的流场及温度场存在一定偏差,Nu数标准偏差随着Da的增大先增大后减小。  相似文献

Basically on the multi-body system dynamics, the virtual prototype of the hydraulic shock absorber for the bench test is developed in the ADAMS environment. Dynamic behaviors of the absorber are studied by both computer simulation and real test. Numerical predictions of dynamic responses are produced by the established virtual prototype of the absorber and compared with experimental results. It has been shown from the comparison that the vibration behaviors of the prototype with hysteretic damping characteristics are considered to be more identical with the bench test results than those of the same prototype with piecewise linear damping properties are. The current virtual prototype of the shock absorber is correct and can be a developing terrace for the optimizing design of the absorber and matching capability of the whole car.  相似文献

汽车模拟碰撞(台车试验)用缓冲装置是汽车零部件安全试验中一个非常关键的设备。应用孔口节流理论,建立了汽车模拟碰撞用液压缓冲器的力学模型,同时对主要参数对模型的影响进行了具体的讨论。试验证明,进行参数优化后,计算曲线能够很好地模拟试验曲线。该仿真过程可以为类似液压缓冲器的理论建模和调试提供依据。  相似文献

The possible intermittent impacts of a two-stage isolation system with rigid limiters have been investigated. The isolation system is under periodic external excitation disturbed by small stationary Gaussian white noise after shock. The maximal impact Poincare map is proposed based on the multi-body dynamics with unilateral constrains. Then in the period after shock, the zero order approximate stochastic discrete model and the first order approximate stochastic model are developed. The real isolation system of an MTU diesel engine is used to evaluate the established model. After calculating of the numerical example, the effects of noise excitation on the isolation system are discussed. The results show that the property of the system is complicated due to intermittent impact. The difference between zero order model and the first order model may be great. The effect of small noise is obvious. The results may be expected useful to the naval designers.  相似文献

The paper presents a new concept of absorbing car body vibrations, which consists in a modification of the construction of the classical mono-tube hydraulic shock absorber by the introduction of an additional inner cylinder with an auxiliary piston. By making an appropriate selection of the system parameters, one may obtain the damping force characteristics dependent on the excitation amplitude and frequency. In the case of driving on a good-quality road surface, the shock absorber displays the soft characteristics which are desired as far as the driving comfort is concerned. In the case of worse-quality roads or while overcoming large obstacles, the hard characteristics ensure a higher level of safety and protect the shock absorber from getting damaged. The developed nonlinear model makes it possible to effectively analyse the system responses to harmonic, impulse and random excitations. On the basis of the analysis of the impact of harmonic excitations on the driving comfort and safety indexes, one may estimate the optimal values of the shock absorber construction parameters. Impulse and random excitations are applied in order to finally verify the effectiveness of the operation of the proposed shock absorber.

The spatial distribution of hydrogeological properties is essentially heterogeneous. Heterogeneity can be characterized quantitatively using geostatistics, which conventionally assumes that the stochastic process is stationary. However, growing evidence indicates that the spatial variability has the multiscale self-similarity characteristics and can be better characterized using non-stationary model but with statistically homogeneous increments. A general framework is developed in this work to conduct the uncertainty quantification analysis by using truncated power variogram model, which can explicitly account for measurement scale, observation scale, and window scale. The effect of the multiscale characteristics of the hydrogeological properties on the uncertainty and the consequential risk associated with the groundwater flow process is investigated. A synthetic two-dimensional saturated steady-state groundwater flow problem is used to evaluate the performance to predict the flow field distribution. For comparative purposes, the evaluation is based on both the truncated power and the traditional variogram models when the underlying porous medium is a random fractal field. The results show that the truncated power variogram model can perform the uncertainty quantification more accurately, and the adoption of traditional variogram model tends to result in a smoother estimation on the flow field and underestimate the uncertainty associated with the hydraulic head prediction. Upscaling is generally inevitable to avoid predictive uncertainty underestimation when the underlying random field exhibits multiscale characteristics.
