F/Cl与Eu^2+:BaFcl中F色心的浓度和光激励截面的关系 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
研究了Eu^2+:BaFxCl2-x在紫外线辐照下的光激励发光。通过改变激励方式激励光的扫描方向,给出了Eu^2+:BaFxCl2-x光激励发光过程中,两种F色心的浓度比值与光激励截面比值的测定方法。利用这种测定方法,进一步研究了两种F色心的浓度比值和光激励截面比值与F/Cl比值的关系。 相似文献

用单脉冲激波管研究了有少量CF3Cl参予下的CF4与H2的混合在高温下的反应动力学,发现主要产物为C2F4和CF3H。对实验结果的分析表明,反应过程为一个双中心链反应。始发反应为CF3Cl的C-Cl键的断裂,继之以由H2和CF4为媒介的双中心链传递,最后测得温度由1000至1080K,压力为0.1MPa下的CF4表观分解速率常数为keff=10^13.7exp(-55000/RT)l^1/2mol 相似文献

系统研究了γ射线辐照和电子束轰击着色的氯化钠晶体的光致变色特性及其形成机理,在448K,着色晶体经几个激光脉冲照射就能有效地产生F→C转换,产生的胶体心尺度随着色剂量增加而增大,在着色氯化钠晶体中观测到吸收带位于625nm的新胶体心。在523K,可有效地产生C→F转换,实现了F和C心的可逆转换,在F带激光照射下,F→C转换主要通过F和F心光致电离后产生的可动缺陷来实现的,并从机理上提出简明的物理解 相似文献

测量了有机超导体κ(BEDTTTF)2Cu(SCN)2单晶的X射线衍射和强磁场下磁阻.样品沿垂直于传导面的晶格常数为1.49nm.在1.2K温度,磁场垂直于传导面的位形下,在6T以上观测到磁阻振荡,即ShubnikovdeHas效应.由FFT(FastFouierTransformation)谱图,我们发现了对应于κ(BEDTTTF)2Cu(SCN)2单晶Fermi面闭合轨道Fα频率和开放轨道磁突破频率Fβ的存在,Fα=620±30T,Fβ=4100±200T. 相似文献

When a mass-spring system vibrates it does so with frequencies characteristic of the system. If the system as a whole now undergoes a rotational motion then these characteristic frequencies will change from their non-rotational values. It is the purpose of this paper to show how these changes may be calculated for a specified system and, in particular, to investigate the role in these changes of both the system and the rotational parameters. A system of N masses linked sequentially by springs in tension is allowed to vibrate about an equilibrium configuration both radially and transversely upon a smooth turntable. If the turntable is stationary then the radial and transverse vibrations are independent of each other, provided the amplitudes of vibration are sufficiently small. There are then N natural frequencies of vibration for each mode. However, when the turntable rotates then the Coriolis effects give rise to an interaction between the two modes of vibration, and there are now 2 N natural frequencies for the combined vibrations. If the rate of rotation is “small” then the two modes are almost separated and it is possible to discuss the “essentially radial” or “essentially transverse” mode of vibration each of which has N natural frequencies. It is these natural frequencies which are considered in this work, in particular their dependence upon the rotation rate and upon the tension in the springs (when in the static configuration). In a previous paper, it was shown that if only radial vibrations are allowed (by admitting say a guide rail) then all the natural frequencies decrease, with increasing rotation rate, from their static values. It is shown that the opposite is the case here in that the “essentially radial” natural frequencies increase with increasing rotation rate. This is due to the Coriolis interaction with the transverse vibrations. The “essentially transverse” frequencies are also found and the nature of their dependence discussed. Also included in the analysis is the effect on the frequencies of the (weak) coupling between the motion of the masses and the rotation of the turntable as a consequence of the conservation of angular momentum. In addition to treating N being finite the limiting case of an infinite number of masses is considered to determine the natural frequencies of vibration of a continuous stretched string undergoing rotation. 相似文献

在本文中,我们从磁-弹性耦合的宏观表达式,通过经典场论的方法,求得弹性振动和磁振璗的耦合方程,用来分析了伴随波长约等于铁氧体样品的线度的声振动而存在的磁振璗(磁声模)。文中指出,Spencer和LeCraw所发现的磁声效应是磁声模和静磁模在注入场的激发下产生的参量振璗现象(也可以说是热声子的电磁讯号的放大)。我们引用Berk等人在讨论一种半静磁操作放大器的文章中给出的公式,算出Spencer-LeCraw实验所需要的功率,其结果与记录的数据相接近。我们提出了使任一静磁模配合磁声模产生振璗的调谐条件以及降低激发功率和观测几十到几百兆赫的声频的办法。通过磁声模和静磁模的交变场向量的空间对称性的分析,我们推导出磁声参量振璗的选择定则:对于球体三个主要弹性振动模(旋转模、向径模和椭球模),(1)静磁模(n,m,r)的Walker指标n是偶数者不产生磁声效应;(2)指标m是奇数者不与旋转模产生磁声效应,m是偶数者不与向径模或椭球模产生磁声效应。我们也举出第一类本征振动中有只可能和n是偶数、m是奇数的静磁模产生参量振璗的例子。Spencer-LeCraw局限于使静磁场调谐在(110)模上,所观察到的现象仅仅是本文所给出理论预见的一个特殊情况。他们发现了椭球模和向径模的频率显著地出现,但并无旋转模的频率,这是上述的选择定则的具体验证。最后,我们指出,热声子的参量放大可形成铁氧体微波放大器的噪声的来源。 相似文献

The influences of the stiffness and the mass that constitutes a coupler between two substructures of the periodic structures on mode localization are studied theoretically, and the results are confirmed by numerical examples. The results of this study show that the mass as well as the stiffness of the coupler has significant influences on the mode localization and weak coupling conditions. The mass of the coupler makes a periodic structure sensitive to mode localization especially in higher modes while the stiffness does in all modes. By introducing the large mass and the large stiffness into the coupler, an interesting phenomenon of delocalization can be observed in some modes for which mode localization does not occur or is very weak although structural disturbances are severe. A simple structure consisting of two substructures, each with a lumped mass and two stiffnesses, and a coupler is analysed theoretically. For example, structures for numerical analysis, simply supported continuous two-and three-span beams with couplers having a rotational stiffness and a rotational mass are considered. 相似文献
