摘    要:在光纤端面中心有一点光源的假设下,求出了阶跃光纤中TM模式和TE模式的电场和磁场,进而求得了各模式在纤芯和包层中的传输功率,并分析了各模式功率以及模式间功率比的频率特性.

Abstract:By the assuming that there is a point optical source at the center of end surface of a fiber,the electromagnetic fields of axis symmetricl guided modes propagating in the half infinite optical fiber are obtained.The frequency properties of the light power of these modes are obtained.The result shows that there is a maximum value of power in cladding for every mode,and that the lower order mode shares the more power.
