系统研究了Pr1/3Sr2/3FeO3单相多晶样品在低温下的电荷输运性质和超声特性.电阻测量表明,Pr1/3Sr2/3FeO3在162K发生了电荷有序相变.而超声声速从室温开始就出现了明显的软化,在电荷有序温度附近达到最小值,随后又急剧硬化,同时伴随着一个巨大的衰减峰.分析指出这是由于电-声子相互作用导致的结果,该电-声子耦合可能起源于Fe4 的Jahn-Teller效应.  相似文献

利用固相反应法制备了Ru掺杂La0.7Ca0.2Ba0.1Mn1-xRuxO3(x=0~0.06)的多晶样品,探讨了Ru掺杂对体系结构,输运性质以及磁电阻的影响.多晶X射线衍射证实所有样品均保持简单立方钙钛矿结构.通过零场冷却(ZFC)和加场冷却(FC)下的磁化曲线的测量发现随温度降低样品发生了顺磁(PM)到铁磁(FM)的相变,且样品的居里温度(Tc)随Ru掺杂发生了显著的变化,从x=0.00时的306.7K,下降到x=0.02时的294.3K,紧接着又上升到x=0.04时的302.4K.测得居里温度明显高于La0.7Ca0.2Ba0.1Mn1-xMoxO3体系,而且其磁性也大为增强.由零场和外加磁场H=1T测量得到样品的ρ~T曲线表明随温度降低样品同时发生了从绝缘体到金属的转变,绝缘体-金属转变温度低于相应的居里温度.适量的Ru掺杂降低了样品的电阻率,增强了低温时的磁电阻.  相似文献

系统研究了Nd0.5Ca0.5Mn1-xAlxO3(x=0,0.03)单相多晶样品在低温下的电磁性质和超声特性.电阻和磁化率测量表明,Nd0.5Ca0.5O3体系在TCO-257 K处发生了电荷有序相变.超声声速从室温开始随着温度的降低逐渐减小,并在TCO附近达到最小,之后,随着温度的进一步降低,声速急刷增加,同时伴随着一个尖锐的超声衰减峰出现.TCO附近的超声异常表明体系中存在着强烈的电-声子相互作用,该电-声子耦合来源于Mn3 的Jahn-Teller效应.在低温下,出现了另一个超声衰减峰,它的出现归结为反铁磁相与顺磁相之间的相分离现象.随着Al在Mn位的掺入,超声声速的最低点和衰减峰向低温移动,表明体系中的电荷有序态和反铁磁相均被部分抑制,  相似文献

RbCr3As3是具有[(Cr3As3-]线性链的准一维超导体,超导转变温度约为6.6 K.对RbCr3As3单晶进行了电输运和极低温热输运性质的研究.低温下,拟合了RbCr3As3正常态电阻率随温度的变化,发现其满足费米液体行为.通过拟合超导转变温度随磁场的关系,得到RbCr3As3单晶的上临界场约为25.6 T.对RbCr3As3进行了零场下的极低温热导率测量,得到其剩余线性项为7.5 μW·K-2·cm-1,占正常态热导率值的24%.测量不同磁场下RbCr3As3的热导率,发现与单带s波超导体相比较,RbCr3As3剩余线性项随磁场增加相对较快.这些结果表明RbCr3As3单晶很可能是有节点的非常规超导体.  相似文献

Four probe electrical resistivity measurements between 0.3K and 300K were made on single crystals of the violet-red bronze Li0.9Mo6O17 grown by a temperature gradient flux technique. The temperature variation of the resistivity shows metallic conductivity and highly anisotropic behavior similar to K0.9Mo6O17. The room temperature resistivity, measured in the direction parallel to the plate axis, is 9.5×10-3Ωcm and 2.47Ωcm perpendicular to that axis. A phase transition observed at ~24K is possibly related to the onset of a charge density wave. A transition to the superconducting state is observed at Tc ~ 1.9K.  相似文献

Enhancements of the low-field (LFMR) and high-field magnetoresistance (HFMR) were observed in the manganite system prepared by doping Nb2O5 into La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 powders. The maximum MR ratios at 77 K with H=1 T and 1 kOe are 30% and 20% for the 0.07 molar ratio doped sample, which are 1.7 times and 1.6 times as large as that for LSMO, respectively. An MR effect up to 6.5% was also found for the sample with x=0.03 at room temperature (RT). The spin-dependent tunneling and scattering at the interfaces of grain boundaries are responsible for the LFMR while the HFMR originates from a noncollinear spin structure in the surface layer. With increasing x, the Curie temperature (TC) decreases monotonically from 364 to 154 K while the temperature TP related to the peak resistivity decreases firstly to a minimum of 204 K (x=0.06) and then rises up to 240 K (x=0.1). There is a maximum resistivity ρ for the sample with x=0.06, which is higher than that for LSMO by five orders of magnitude. It is due to the enhancement of spin-dependent and independent scattering and tunneling effects on the interfaces of grain boundaries and inside the grains.  相似文献

Epitaxial Pr0.5Ca0.5MnO3 films have been synthesized on (0 0 1) SrTiO3 substrate using a chemical solution deposition technique and two-step post-annealing process. The zero field resistivity of the films shows semiconducting behavior and a characteristic of charge ordering is observed at 230 K. The resistivity of the 10 nm film did not show any effect with the magnetic field. However, melting of charge ordering was observed for the 120 nm film at an applied magnetic field of 4 T. Large decrease in the resistivity of the 120 nm film (<100 K) resulted in magnetoresistance of nearly −100% at 75 K.  相似文献

We have measured the resistivity of NbSe3 doped with 5% Ta from room temperature down to 0.5K and compared our results with similar measurements on pure NbSe3. The pure sample remains normal to the lowest temperature (0.5K), whereas the doped sample has a sharp transition to the superconducting state with Tc = 1.5 ± 0.2 K. Measurements of the critical magnetic field indicate that the Ta doped samples are homogeneous, anisotropic three dimensional superconductors.  相似文献

The electron-phonon contribution to the ultrasonic attenuation coefficient of a 0.5 μm Nb3Ge film has been measured using 1.2 GHz surface acoustic waves. Analysis of the attenuation data shows that the largest part of the film has a superconducting transition near the bulk transition temperature, 18 K, even though the total film has a high transition temperature, namely 21.5 K. The electron mean free path is calculated from the electron-phonon attenuation data and is found to be an order of magnitude higher than expected for high transition temperature Nb3Ge films.  相似文献

采用传统固相反应法制备钙钛矿型锰氧化物 (La0.8Eu0.2)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7多晶样品, X-射线衍射分析表明, 样品(La0.8Eu0.2)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7结构呈现良好的单相. 通过磁化强度随温度的变化曲线(M-T)、不同温度下磁化强度随磁场的变化曲线(M-H)和电子自旋共振谱发现: 在300 K以下, 随着温度的降低, 样品先后经历了二维短程铁磁有序转变 (TC2D ≈ 282 K)、三维长程铁磁有序转变(TC3D ≈ 259 K)、奈尔转变(TN ≈ 208K)和电荷有序转变(TCO ≈ 35 K); 样品 (La0.8Eu0.2)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7TN以下, 主要处于反铁磁态; 在TC3D达到370 K时, 样品处于铁磁-顺磁共存态, 在370 K以上时样品进入顺磁态. 此外, 分析电阻率随温度的变化曲线(ρ-T)得到: 样品在金属-绝缘转变温度(TP ≈ 80 K)附近出现最大磁电阻值, 其位置远离TC3D, 表现出非本征磁电阻现象, 其磁电阻值约为61%. 在TCO以下, 电阻率出现明显增长, 这是由于温度下降使原本在高温部分巡游的eg电子开始自发局域化增强所致. 通过对 (La0.8Eu0.2)4/3Sr5/3Mn2O7ρ-T 曲线拟合, 发现样品在高温部分的导电方式基本遵循小极化子的导电方式. 关键词: 磁性 电性 金属-绝缘转变温度 电子自旋共振  相似文献

本文测量了沿Nd3Co单晶b轴在不同压力下电阻率随温度的变化,并对Nd3Co的居里温度和磁性转变场随压力的变化规律进行了研究.结果表明:随着压力的增大,样品剩余电阻率逐渐减小,居里温度平均每GPa 升高2.1 K,磁性转变场平均每GPa增大0.9 T.通过对结果的分析,可以认为压力增大使样品中原子间距变小,晶粒间的连接更加紧密,导致电阻率减小;原子间距变小,4f电子和传导电子间的关联增强,导致样品中Nd离子磁矩的转向变得困难,从而磁性转变场增大.  相似文献

A model for the chain-to-plane charge transfer is proposed to account for the two plateaus,at 60 K and at 90 K,of the Tc(x) characteristics of the YBa2Cu3O6+x high-Tc superconductor.It is assumed that the number of holes transferred from a CuO chain of length l to two nearby CuO2 sheets is proportional to l(that is,to the number of oxygen atoms in the chain),if the chain length is greater than,or equal to,a certain critical chain length,lcr,that is required to trigger the charge transfer process.No holes are assumed to have been transferred from chains of length l相似文献

The longitudinal ultrasonic attenuation measurements have been made using pulse echo method at fundamental frequencies of 2, 4, 6 and 8 MHz in 20WO3–(80−x) TeO2xPbO ternary tellurite glasses (x=10, 12.5, 15, 17.5 and 20 mol%) in the temperature range 160–280 K. The results showed the presence of a broad peak which shifts to higher temperature with increasing frequency. The ultrasonic attenuation peaks suggest that the experimental behavior is controlled by thermally activated structural relaxations. The internal friction, acoustic activation energy, deformation potential, relaxation strength, number of loss centers and density of state have been calculated both as a function of temperature and PbO content. The acoustic activation energy was found to decrease from 0.156 to 0.135 eV with the increase of PbO content. The results showed that both the number of loss centers and their activation energy decrease with the atomic ring size. An increase in the density of state is observed with addition of PbO content at the same frequency in the whole range of temperature which is associated with structural units formed when PbO is added.  相似文献

Nanocrystalline CaTiO3 has been synthesized by using soft-chemical route. X-ray diffraction study indicates that as-prepared powders were amorphous in nature and formation of CaTiO3 phase starts at about 773 K. Phase formation saturates at around 1023 K and it remains orthorhombic up to 1400 K. Microstructure analysis by the Rietveld method revealed that the CaTiO3 crystal size varies from 22.9 to 49.3 nm, while the annealing temperature varies from 773 to 1023 K. The variation of DC resistivity with temperature in the range 400–560 K shows a polaronic behavior in this system.  相似文献

为了深入理解纳米Al-Ni合金低温下的电子输运过程,使用自主研发的电磁感应加热-自悬浮定向流法制备出Al,Ni和Al-Ni纳米合金粉末,并采用真空热压设备将纳米粉末压制成纳米晶块体,利用自主搭建的低温热电测量系统研究了Al-Ni纳米合金的电阻率随温度(8~300 K)的变化规律。研究结果表明:Al-Ni纳米合金由于形成有序晶相而仍然与Al,Ni纳米晶一样,电阻率随温度的降低而降低。纳米Ni3Al-Ni和NiAl-Ni在居里温度点附近出现了电阻率随温度变化的极大值点,因为单质Ni的影响,Ni3Al-Ni的居里温度比粗晶Ni3Al提高了20 K。由于磁子-电子散射作用和声子-电子散射作用,纳米Ni3Al-Ni,NiAl-Ni和Ni的电阻率在低温下(8~40 K)与温度呈T2和T4关系。  相似文献

Europium oxide (Eu2O3) substituted compound has been prepared by solid-solid reaction of the powders of Eu2O3, BaCO3 and CuO at 950°C for 16 hours. The thin films have been deposited by high vacuum evaporation technique (vacuum ≈ 10−6 torr). The variation of current (I) with voltage (V) at room temperature (RT) i.e. 294 K and in ice (273 K) are found to be linear. The variation of electrical resistivity (ρ) with temperature (T) by heating the sample above RT has been determined. Resistivity is found to decrease with increase in temperature. Further the variation of electrical resistivity (ρ) with temperature (T) from 77 K, liquid nitrogen temperature (LNT), to 270 K has also been determined. It is observed that resistivity suddenly becomes zero at around 87 K. Thus the prepared material has superconducting properties with superconducting transition temperature, T c at 87 K.   相似文献

The spontaneous magnetization and principal magnetic susceptibilities of TbFeO3 were measured from 4.2 to 300 K. The weak ferromagnetic moment is along the c crystallographic axis in the entire temperature range. The field dependence of the magnetization at 4.2 K was also studied. The magnetic behavior is interpreted in terms of an interaction between the ordered Fe3+ spin system and the electrons occupying the lowest lying “accidental” doublet of the Tb3+ ions. The FeTb interaction and the Tb3+ Van Vl eck susceptibility along the c axis play significant roles in determining the magnetic configuration of the Fe3+ spin system. No indication was found that the TbTb interaction plays a significant role in the magnetic behavior of TbFeO3 at temperature above 4.2 K.  相似文献

Bi-Pb and Bi-Pb-Ag superconducting composites have been prepared by the solid state reaction method. After the usual characterization, ultrasonic longitudinal velocity and attenuation studies have been undertaken over a temperature range 80–300 K by the pulse transmission technique. In contrast to normal solids, the ultrasonic velocities of both the samples in the temperature range 200-100 K are found to decrease with decreasing temperature (softening), followed by a velocity maximum. The samples are also found to exhibit longitudinal attenuation peaks at TEMPERATURES = 260, 160 and 120 K. An attempt has also been made to verify whether the Wachtman's equations can theoretically explain the low-temperature behaviour of the Young's modulus of these materials. A qualitative explanation for both the phenomena of softening of velocity as well as the occurrence of attenuation peaks is given.  相似文献

With respect to single crystals of Nb3S4 the electrical resistivity from 2.8 K to 300 K and the magnetoresistance at 4.2 K were measured. The resistivity is represented as a sum of a temperature independent and an intrinsic temperature dependent component. The temperature dependence of the intrinsic resistivity subjects to T3 form between 7 and 50 K above which it becomes weaker than T3 approaching a T linear from. This behaviour is discussed in terms of the electron-electron Umklapp scattering. The ratio of the resistivities perpendicular and parallel to the c-axis takes about 15 between room temperature and 50 K. The transverse magnetoresistance is proportional to the magnetic field. The longitudinal magnetoresistance is too small to be measured.  相似文献
