微区Raman光谱在TiO_2高压结构相变研究中的应用   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
本文以金红石单晶TiO2和锐钛矿多晶TiO2为研究对象,应用金刚石小压机和原位拉曼光谱测量技术,系统研究了室温高压下TiO2的结构相变。原位拉曼测量表明,金红石单晶TiO2在压力达到12.91GPa时开始发生由金红石结构向斜锆石结构(MI)的相变,当压力达到14.16 GPa时,相变完成;继续加压到21.65 GPa,没有发现进一步的相变;卸压时由斜锆石结构转变为PbO2结构,相变发生在大约7.11 GPa处。锐钛矿多晶TiO2在压力达到4.26 GPa时开始向PbO2结构转变,当压力达到8.34 GPa时相变完成;继续加压到12.94 GPa,样品开始发生由PbO2结构向斜锆石结构的相变,当压力达到18.74 GPa时相变完成;继续加压到21.39 GPa,没有发现进一步的相变;卸压时也由斜锆石结构转变为PbO2结构,起始相变压力点应高于8 GPa。  相似文献

以Ar作压力介质,在准静水压力条件下,利用激光加热DAC技术和显微Raman光谱原位测试技术,在0~35 GPa压力范围开展金红石的高温高压相变研究。在室温条件下,金红石结构TiO2于13.4 GPa开始转变成斜锆石相,于21 GPa时转变完全,并直到35 GPa时斜锆石相稳定存在。在压力分别为29.4和35.0 GPa时,用YAG激光器发出的波长为1.064 μm的红外激光束扫描加热样品,TiO2斜锆石高压相转变成另一Pbca结构高压相。卸压时,Pbca相于26.3 GPa时转变成斜锆石相。斜锆石相转变成Pbca相需要加热才能发生,而卸压时却在较小的压力区间即迅速转变完全,两相转变压力边界在28 GPa左右。进一步卸压,斜锆石相直到11 GPa仍稳定,在7.6 GPa时斜锆石相与α-PbO2相两相共存,5 GPa时完全转变成α-PbO2相,并直到常压该相以亚稳定态存在。  相似文献

对金刚烷(C_(10)H_(16))进行了常温原位高压拉曼光谱研究,最高压力为25 GPa。通过分析高压拉曼光谱,结合拉曼频移随压力的变化情况,得出在实验压力范围内C_(10)H_(16)发生了多次相变。0.6 GPa时,C_(10)H_(16)由常温常压下的无序相(α相)转变为有序相(β相);继续加压至1.7 GPa时,第2次结构相变开始,直至3.2 GPa,第2次相变完全结束;第3次相变开始于6.3 GPa,结束于7.7 GPa;22.9 GPa时发生了第4次结构相变。另外,首次在拉曼光谱上探测到第3次相变过程中晶格振动峰的变化,说明第3次相变并非前人报道的等结构相变。  相似文献

 以Ar作压力介质,在0~23 GPa压力范围内,利用金刚石压腔装置(DAC)和激光加温技术,采用显微拉曼光谱进行原位测试,对处于准静水压力条件下的斜锆石开展高温高压相变研究。研究结果表明:室温下斜锆石ZrO2于3.4 GPa时开始发生相变,到10.4 GPa时其明显转变成一个空间群为Pbca的斜方相。此新相随着压力升高,直到15.3 GPa,仍稳定存在。通过研究,首次获得了Pbca相的拉曼谱图。随后在15.3 GPa压力下进行了激光加温后淬火,结果发现,加热前的Pbca相又转变成了空间群为Pnam的PbCl2结构类型的高压相,该相直到实验最高压力23 GPa仍稳定存在。  相似文献

在室温条件下,利用金刚石对顶砧高压技术,对叠氮化钡进行了原位高压拉曼光谱研究,采用红宝石荧光压标测压,实验的最高压力为10 GPa。实验压力范围内拉曼光谱随压力增加发生了丰富的变化。由于多处拉曼峰的出现和消失并伴随频移有拐点,我们判断叠氮化钡在3 GPa左右时发生了第一次结构相变;随着压力继续增加,在3.5~6.5 GPa范围内拉曼光谱仍不断变化,我们判断可能是相变或者是N=N=N键角和两个键长的非对称压缩导致的;压力继续增加,在8 GPa左右,多处新峰出现和峰的劈裂表明又发生了一次结构相变,并且判断叠氮化钡向着更复杂的结构转变。通过实验可以确定,实验压力范围内N=N=N离子并未被破坏。其实验结果有待高压同步辐射实验的进一步确认。  相似文献

因稳定的分子结构和物理化学性质,近年来SnO2在光、电、磁等方面应用日益广泛。为拓宽SnO2应用范围,对高压条件下纯SnO2和Pb掺杂SnO2结构的相变行为和拉曼光谱活性振动模的变化进行了探究。实验采用水热法制备了纯SnO2和Pb掺杂量为10%的SnO2样品。扫描电子显微镜(SEM)图表明,上述制备样品由多个纳米棒从中心发散排列而成,整体成类花状。X射线衍射图谱表明,样品在常温常压下晶体结构为四方金红石型SnO2(空间群P 42)。采用Mao-Bell型金刚石压腔结合原位拉曼光谱探究了金红石型SnO2和Pb掺杂SnO2两种材料的高压相变过程。研究结果显示,两种材料加压至26 GPa过程中,纯SnO2和Pb掺杂的SnO2的活性拉曼振动模(B 1g,E g,A2g,B2g)均向高频移动。在14 GPa时,纯SnO2的E g峰分裂,563 cm-1处出现新峰,表明SnO2从常压四方金红石型结构向CaCl2型结构相变。Pb掺杂SnO2在常压拉曼谱图中出现了577 cm-1的拉曼峰。当加压至13 GPa时,B1g振动模向A g模转变,材料发生一级相变。上述对比表明Pb掺杂的SnO2具有更低的一级相变压力点13 GPa,结果归因于SnO2晶胞中Pb离子代替Sn离子,原子之间间距变小,离子大小不同造成掺杂后价态差异表面缺陷,导致SnO2结构稳定性降低,进而降低了相变压力。此外Pb掺杂SnO2在压力12 GPa时,晶体的对称性降低,577cm-1和639cm-1处特征峰宽化开始合并成包状峰,表明有部分晶体表面原子无序性程度增加,出现晶体向非晶的转变过程。继续加压至26 GPa,两种材料特征峰渐渐消失,并未观测到其他特征峰的出现。非静水压对相变压力也存在一定程度影响。非静水压条件下部分晶体更易趋向于非晶,晶界处存在较大的应力使纳米晶体在晶界处极易形成高压相成核点,导致相变发生,进而降低相变压力。本文研究不同条件下SnO2的相变行为,丰富了极端条件下SnO2的物理化学性质的多样性研究。  相似文献

锗化镁是一种窄带半导体,压力作用可以使锗化镁导带底与价带顶的能隙变小.本文基于第一性原理计算了锗化镁在高压下的能带结构以及反萤石相(常压稳定相)和反氯铅矿相(高压相)的焓值,发现在7.5 GPa时反萤石结构锗化镁导带底与价带顶的能隙闭合,预示着半导体相转变为金属相,计算结果还预测在11.0 GPa时锗化镁发生从反萤石结构到反氯铅矿结构的相变.实验研究方面,本文采用长条形压砧在连续加压条件下测量了锗化镁高压下的电阻变化,采用金刚石对顶压砧测量了锗化镁的高压原位拉曼光谱,发现在8.7 GPa锗化镁的电阻出现不连续变化,9.8 GPa以上锗化镁的拉曼振动峰消失.由于金属相的自由电子浓度高会阻碍激发光进入样品,进而引起拉曼振动峰消失,因此我们推测锗化镁在9.8 GPa转变为金属相.  相似文献

在室温条件下,利用金刚石对顶砧高压技术对叠氮化钠进行了原位高压拉曼光谱研究,采用红宝石荧光压标测压,实验的最高压力为37.7GPa。实验压力范围内拉曼光谱随压力增加发生了丰富的变化。由于多处拉曼峰的出现和消失并伴随频移有拐点,我们判断叠氮化钠在0~0.4GPa时发生了第一次结构相变,在相变过程中叠氮根的天平振动模式(Eg)出现了振动模式分裂为Ag和Bg,并且伴随着叠氮根离子之间的电荷转移。随着压力继续增加,在14.1GPa和27.3GPa分别发生了第二次和第三次结构相变。压致相变的路径为β-NaN_3→α-NaN_3→γ-NaN_3→δ-NaN_3。我们的拉曼散射研究,证实了此前的XRD研究。此外,结合计算,我们对常压下β-NaN_3的拉曼振动进行了指认。  相似文献

利用高压原位拉曼光谱技术研究了非静水条件对CeO2纳米八面体高压结构相变的重压影响。研究表明:在非静水条件下(无传压介质),当压力达到26 GPa时,CeO2纳米八面体发生由立方萤石型结构到正交α-PbCl2型结构的可逆结构相变,相变压力低于相应的体材料(30 GPa)。相反,在准静水压条件下,CeO2纳米八面体的相变压力为33 GPa,高于其体材料。研究表明,实验条件对CeO2纳米八面体结构稳定性具有重要影响。  相似文献

 基于密度泛函理论(DFT),用完全势能线性缀加平面波方法(FPLAPW)计算模拟了MnO2的同质多相变体(金红石型结构、CaCl2型结构、黄铁矿型结构),通过计算,预测了β-MnO2在5 GPa时从金红石型结构转变为CaCl2型结构,在20 GPa时进一步转变为黄铁矿型结构。另外,还总结和比较了几种金红石型结构二氧化物的压致相变特点,得出第Ⅳ主族元素的金红石型结构氧化物有很好的规律性,发生的相变序列基本一致;并随着金属阳离子半径的增大,发生相变的压力值也相应地递减,各氧化物的体积模量值相应地减小。  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

Our experimental results show that the presence of a proper amount of negative group velocity dispersion is essential to multi-pulse operation of a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser. We demonstrate that the pulse separations and the number of pulses contained within a cavity round trip are strongly dependent on the initial perturbations. The results allow us to get a better understanding on the influences of the convoluted self-phase modulation and intra-cavity dispersions on the stable multi-pulse oscillation in a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser.  相似文献

Based on the Rytov approximation of light propagation in weak turbulent atmosphere,the closed-form expressions of field and average irradiance of each one of the four fundamental families of Helmholtz-Gauss (HzG)beams:cosine-Gauss beams,stationary Mathieu-Gauss beams,stationary parabolic-Gauss beams,and Bessel-Gauss beams,which are propagating in weak turbulent atmosphere,are obtained.The results show that the field and average irradiance can be written as the product of four factors:complex amplitude depending on the z-coordinate only,a Ganssian beam.a factor of complex phase perturbation induced by atmospheric turbulence,and a complex scaled version of the transverse shape of the non-diffracting beam.The effect of weak atmospheric turbulence on irradiance distribution of the HzG beam can be ignored.  相似文献

An effective method for reducing the speckle noise in digital holography is proposed in this paper.Different from the methods based on classical filtering technique,it utilizes the multiple holograms which are generated by rotating the illuminating light continuously.The intensity images reconstructed by a series of holograms generated by rotating the illuminating light possess different speckle patterns.Hence by properly averaging the reconstructed intensity fields,the speckle noises can be reduced greatly.Experimental results show that the proposed method is simple and effective to reduce speckle noise in digital holography.  相似文献

Influence of purity of HfO2 on reflectance of ultraviolet multilayer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The impurities in two kinds of HfO2 materials and in their corresponding single layer thin films were determined through glow discharge mass spectrum technology and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) equipment respectively.It was found that ZrO2 was the main impurity in the two kinds of HfO2 either in the original HfO2 materials or in the electron beam deposited films.In addition,the difference of Zr content in the two kinds of HfO2 single laver films was much laxger than that of the other impurities such as Ti and Fe.which showed that it was just ZrO2 that made the difference between the optical performance of the film products including the two kinds of HfO2.With these two kinds of HfO2 and the same kind of SiO2.we deposited HfO2/SiO2 multilayer reflective coatings at the wavelength of 266 nm.Experimental results showed that the reflectances of these two mirrors were about 99.85% and 99.15% respectively,which agreed well with the designed results what were based on the optical constants obtained from the corresponding single layer thin films.  相似文献

Microphone array-based speech enhancement has great importance for speech communications and speech recognition. To reduce the aperture of the microphone array and to increase the effect of the speech enhancement will greatly broaden the application areas of the microphone array. An array crosstalk resistant adaptive noise cancellation method is therefore presented. And then an improved spectral subtraction algorithm is further cascaded to obtain better enhancement results. Theoretic analysis and experiments indicate that the proposed scheme needs only a very small microphone array while it simultaneously achieves a higher SNR improvement. Besides, the proposed scheme can be used in many noisy environments and is easy for real-time implementation.  相似文献
