退火诱导亚稳态Fe80Cu20合金固溶体的结构相变   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
利用扩展x射线吸收精细结构和x射线衍射研究了机械合金化制备的体心立方(bcc)的亚稳态Fe80Cu20合金固溶体的结构随退火温度的变化特点.结果表明,在300-873 K温度范围内,随着退火温度的升高,bcc结构物相的晶格常数近于线性降低,这主要是由于Cu原子从bcc结构Fe80Cu20合金固溶体中逐渐偏析出来,生成面心立方(fcc)结构的Cu物相所致.经603 K退火后,Cu原子的平均键长RCu-Cu增加了0.003 nm左右,大约有50%的Cu原子从bcc结构的Fe80Cu20合金固溶体中偏析出来.在773 K退火后,bcc结构Fe80Cu20合金固溶体近于完全相分离,生成了bcc结构的α-Fe与fcc结构的Cu物相.  相似文献

 本文利用分子动力学方法研究了KCl晶体在ρ=ρ0时的温度相变。面心立方(fcc)和体心立方(bcc)两种结构的径向分布函数随温度的变化的情况说明,在高压下,发生着bcc结构相fcc结构的转变,bcc结构是不稳定的。为了选取合理的势参数,利用了分子动力学程序在T=0时的性质,计算了NaCl和KCl晶体的零温状态方程,研究了它们在压力作用下发生的多形性相变。计算表明,NaCl和KCl晶体将分别于18.8 GPa和5.9 GPa发生从fcc到bcc的多形性相变,这些值相当接近实验结果。着说明本文选用的势参数势有一定精度的。  相似文献

锆在常态为六角密堆(Hexagonal close-packed,hcp)结构(α相),在高压下转变成六方结构(ω相),温度升高时(1136K以上)转变为体心立方(Body-centered-cubic,bcc)结构(β相),更高温度(2123K)下熔化。锆在较低压力下发生α→β相变,材料强度影响不可忽略,研究表明材料在屈服后发生相变,会对已有的塑性流动起增强作用。本构关系对于研究锆在冲击加载下相变前后、相变期间的物理和力学性质的变化,理解锆的基本动力学特性是必不可少的。  相似文献

在平面波赝势密度泛函理论的框架下,利用广义梯度近似(GGA)计算了体心立方(bcc)和双层密排六方(dhcp)结构的Mo在不同体积下的总能和焓值,算得的等温压缩线与前人的计算结果符合较好。对焓值作差,预测了620GPa压强附近bcc→dhcp的结构相变。根据声子谱的计算结果可知,在高压下,bcc结构可能会向dhcp或9R结构转变。力学稳定性的计算结果进一步显示,在620GPa以上,dhcp-Mo是能够稳定存在的相。结合准谐德拜模型研究了Mo在高压下的热力学性质,计算结果表明,在620GPa附近,bcc和dhcp结构Mo的热力学性质并无显著差异。  相似文献

采用嵌入原子势和分子动力学方法,模拟了单晶铁在一维应变条件下由体心立方(bcc)转变为六角密排(hcp)结构的微观过程. 当应变加载至相变临界值时,hcp相开始均匀形核并沿{011}晶面长大为薄片状体系.弹性常数C31C32在相变前被逐渐硬化,C33则在相变前出现软化行为;当体系完全相变后,上述各弹性常数显示开始随体积压缩而迅速硬化,温度效应对晶格具有软化作用,可削弱C33的硬化和软化过程;样品在压缩过程可出现孪晶结构,孪晶结构使晶格发生剪切变形.混合相中,hcp相势能比bcc相高,最大剪应力方向与bcc相反向;系统的偏应力与hcp相质量分数近似呈线性关系. 关键词: 结构转变 分子动力学 一维应变  相似文献

本文采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法,计算了压力作用下Fe从bcc到hcp结构相变的势能面、相变路径以及相变过程中的磁性相边界.结果表明:与Burgers路径不同,相变过程中bcc结构(110)bcc面的剪切和相对滑移相互耦合,并伴随有(110)bcc面间距的减小;这一相变机制可以解释Fe的静高压实验中在相变初期观察到的hcp结构异常.因此,并不需要像Wang和Ingalls提出的那样,在相变过程中引入一个亚稳定的fcc相来解释这些实验结果.对相变势能面的计算表明剪切对相变的发生有激活作用.此外,分析表明相变过程中涉及复杂的磁性转变,相变过渡态位置正好位于磁性相边界上,并对原子磁性对结构转变影响的物理机制进行了讨论.  相似文献

本文提出了Li9团簇体心立方结构的形成机理,并对此结构的总能量随中心原子到顶点原子间核间距R的变化用芶氏改进的排列通道量子力学方法(MACQM)进行了计算。结果显示曲线在R = 4.77 a0处有一极小值 -67.160922 a.u.,这表明Li9团簇的体心立方结构是可能稳定存在的。在R趋于无穷大时这9个锂原子的总能量为 -66.852240 a.u.,所以形成Li9的总结合能为0.308682 a.u.。因此Li9 团簇的原子平均结合能是0.034298 a.u.或0.933 eV,它大于我们过去计算的Li5团簇正四面体中心结构的原子平均结合能0.632 eV、Li7 团簇正八面体中心结构的原子平均结合能0.674 eV和Li13 团簇正二十面体中心结构的原子平均结合能0.810 eV。故在体心正多面体结构Lin (n= 5 ,7,9,13)中,Li9的体心立方结构有最大的原子平均结合能,这也许是碱金属晶体的晶胞取体心立方结构的一个原因。  相似文献

核磁共振实验表明,LiKSO4在Tc=195K发生结构相变。本文报道了温度低于Tc时,Li位电场梯度张量的温度依赖关系。结合理想离子晶体模型,讨论了该晶体的结构,指出室温相Li的位置并不像Bradley所推测的,在(2/3,1/3,0.849)的位置,而应在(2/3,1/3,0.706)的位置;195K的相变是由于Li离子的位移造成;低温相的空间群可能为R3。 关键词:  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

Our experimental results show that the presence of a proper amount of negative group velocity dispersion is essential to multi-pulse operation of a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser. We demonstrate that the pulse separations and the number of pulses contained within a cavity round trip are strongly dependent on the initial perturbations. The results allow us to get a better understanding on the influences of the convoluted self-phase modulation and intra-cavity dispersions on the stable multi-pulse oscillation in a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser.  相似文献

Based on the Rytov approximation of light propagation in weak turbulent atmosphere,the closed-form expressions of field and average irradiance of each one of the four fundamental families of Helmholtz-Gauss (HzG)beams:cosine-Gauss beams,stationary Mathieu-Gauss beams,stationary parabolic-Gauss beams,and Bessel-Gauss beams,which are propagating in weak turbulent atmosphere,are obtained.The results show that the field and average irradiance can be written as the product of four factors:complex amplitude depending on the z-coordinate only,a Ganssian beam.a factor of complex phase perturbation induced by atmospheric turbulence,and a complex scaled version of the transverse shape of the non-diffracting beam.The effect of weak atmospheric turbulence on irradiance distribution of the HzG beam can be ignored.  相似文献

An effective method for reducing the speckle noise in digital holography is proposed in this paper.Different from the methods based on classical filtering technique,it utilizes the multiple holograms which are generated by rotating the illuminating light continuously.The intensity images reconstructed by a series of holograms generated by rotating the illuminating light possess different speckle patterns.Hence by properly averaging the reconstructed intensity fields,the speckle noises can be reduced greatly.Experimental results show that the proposed method is simple and effective to reduce speckle noise in digital holography.  相似文献

Influence of purity of HfO2 on reflectance of ultraviolet multilayer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The impurities in two kinds of HfO2 materials and in their corresponding single layer thin films were determined through glow discharge mass spectrum technology and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) equipment respectively.It was found that ZrO2 was the main impurity in the two kinds of HfO2 either in the original HfO2 materials or in the electron beam deposited films.In addition,the difference of Zr content in the two kinds of HfO2 single laver films was much laxger than that of the other impurities such as Ti and Fe.which showed that it was just ZrO2 that made the difference between the optical performance of the film products including the two kinds of HfO2.With these two kinds of HfO2 and the same kind of SiO2.we deposited HfO2/SiO2 multilayer reflective coatings at the wavelength of 266 nm.Experimental results showed that the reflectances of these two mirrors were about 99.85% and 99.15% respectively,which agreed well with the designed results what were based on the optical constants obtained from the corresponding single layer thin films.  相似文献

Microphone array-based speech enhancement has great importance for speech communications and speech recognition. To reduce the aperture of the microphone array and to increase the effect of the speech enhancement will greatly broaden the application areas of the microphone array. An array crosstalk resistant adaptive noise cancellation method is therefore presented. And then an improved spectral subtraction algorithm is further cascaded to obtain better enhancement results. Theoretic analysis and experiments indicate that the proposed scheme needs only a very small microphone array while it simultaneously achieves a higher SNR improvement. Besides, the proposed scheme can be used in many noisy environments and is easy for real-time implementation.  相似文献
