提出了基于互相关的多普勒OCT(correlated Doppler optical coherence tomography, CD-OCT)方法, 能够有效的抑制噪声, 实现低信噪比条件下的流速探测. 对CD-OCT算法进行了详细的推导, 分析了噪声的相关性对该算法结果的影响, 最后基于谱域和时域联合探测方法(joint spectral and time domain optical coherence tomography, STD-OCT)以及CD-OCT算法的对比实验证明了该算法能够进一步实现信噪比的提高, 使测量的结果更为稳定.  相似文献

光学多普勒成像(Optical Doppler tomography,ODT)是一种结合了光学相干层析成像技术(Opticalcoherence tomography,OCT)和多普勒流速仪的非侵入、非接触的成像技术,能够实现对高散介质组织内部的血管分布和血液流速的探测。阐述了基于数字希尔伯特变换的相位分离多普勒光学相干层析成像技术的工作原理,并且通过对玻璃毛细管和生物芯片微通道管中聚苯乙烯溶液流速的实验测量,准确测量管内微粒缓慢移动时的多普勒频移量,获得了玻璃管内和生物芯片微通道管中流速分布曲线,证实了所提方法的可行性。获取的多普勒图像具有较高的空间分辨力和速度分辨力,在未来的临床应用中有潜在的应用价值。  相似文献

Real-time distance measurement of a moving object with high accuracy and high resolution using an ultrasonic wave is difficult due to the influence of the Doppler effect or the limit of the calculation cost of signal processing. An over-sampling signal processing method using a pair of LPM signals has been proposed for ultrasonic distance and velocity measurement of moving objects with high accuracy and high resolution. The proposed method consists of cross correlation by single-bit signal processing, high-resolution Doppler velocity estimation with wide measurement range and low-calculation-cost Doppler-shift compensation. The over-sampling cross-correlation function is obtained from cross correlation by single-bit signal processing with low calculation cost. The Doppler velocity and distance of the object are determined from the peak interval and peak form in the cross-correlation function by the proposed method of Doppler velocity estimation and Doppler-shift compensation. In this paper, the proposed method of Doppler-shift compensation is improved. Accuracy of the determined distance was improved from approximately within ±140 μm in the previous method to approximately within ±10 μm in computer simulations. Then, the proposed method of Doppler velocity estimation is evaluated. In computer simulations, accuracy of the determined Doppler velocity and distance were demonstrated within ±8.471 mm/s and ±13.87 μm. In experiments, Doppler velocities of the motorized stage could be determined within ±27.9 mm/s.  相似文献

Ultrasound Doppler is widely used for low measurement in both medicine and industry, having the advantages of being non-invasive and comparatively simple and therefore inexpensive. The technique has not however been used for capillary blood flow measurement, because of the relatively low velocities encountered and because of the presence of strong interfering signals from the encompassing tissue. An ultrasound Doppler system capable of measuring flow velocities of one millimetre per second in the presence of one thousand times stronger interfering signals is described, as well as test results using both thread and flow phantoms.  相似文献

We study the feasibility of endoscopic optical Doppler tomography with a micro-electro-mechanical system(MEMS) mirror based probe. The additional phase shifts introduced by the probe are tracked and formulated.The suppression method of the probe phase shifts is proposed and validated by fluid flow detection experiments.In vivo blood flow detection is also implemented on a hairless mouse. The velocities of the blood flow in two directions are obtained to be-8.1 mm/s and 6.6 mm/s, respectively.  相似文献

恒星的视向速度对于研究银河系的演化结构和动力学有很重要的意义,同时也是寻找变源和特殊天体的一种手段。不同的研究对其测量精度有不一样的要求。使用模板匹配的方法计算不同类型的低分辨率可见光波段恒星光谱的视向速度精度,从而为不同方面的科学研究提供有效可靠的参考。分别选取不同光谱型高信噪比的美国斯隆巡天恒星光谱,并加以噪声来模拟不同信噪比条件下的恒星光谱。通过分别计算这些恒星样本的视向速度,定量分析了各种类型的恒星在不同信噪比条件下能达到的视向速度测量精度。同时,还就白矮星的视向速度测量精度进行了分析。结果显示,对于相同信噪比的早型恒星的视向速度测量精度远没有晚型恒星的测量精度高,尤其是A型星的视向速度测量标准误差是K型星和M型星的5~8倍。分析其原因,主要是由于不同类型恒星的具有不同宽度的谱线所导致的。因此对于具有更宽谱线的白矮星光谱的视向速度测量误差更大,可达50 km·s-1。以上结论将为恒星科学研究提供很好的参考。  相似文献

Monitoring blood flow velocity could have great value for biomedical research and clinical diagnostics. One of current restrictions to determine flow velocity by the use of Doppler optical coherence tomography (Doppler OCT) is that the Doppler angle should be predefined. However, from a practical point of view, it is not easy to predetermine Doppler angle for a flow beneath the tissue surface. In this work, a novel method for measuring both flow velocity and Doppler angle simultaneously by the use of Doppler OCT is proposed and demonstrated. Based on Doppler spectrum analysis, this technique measures both longitudinal and transverse components of flow velocity by detecting its Doppler shift and Doppler bandwidth to determine velocity and Doppler angle simultaneously. Such a technique extends flow velocity measurement into a broadening practical use of Doppler OCT where Doppler angle would not need to be predefined, for example, blood flow beneath the tissue surface. Therefore, with this technique, Doppler OCT could be applied to more practical diagnoses of microcirculation.  相似文献

脉冲电子束荧光测速技术是一种直接测量稀薄流场速度的非接触手段,以Φ0.3 m高超声速低密度风洞Ma=12型面喷管为对象,在总压2 MPa、总温650 K的状态下,测量了喷管出口150 mm截面的径向速度分布,各点的7次测量结果表明重复性偏差约为10%,最大相对不确定度为4%,中心位置的速度与Pitot管测压技术、Rayleigh散射测速技术、N-S/DSMC数值模拟获得的速度相比较,偏差为1%,表明脉冲电子束荧光技术获得流场速度的方法是可靠的.   相似文献

阐述了多普勒非对称空间外差光谱仪用于被动式多普勒测速的基本原理,通过综合考虑干涉条纹对比度和仪器测速灵敏度等关键因素,建立了效率函数,分别针对高斯线型和洛伦兹线型发射谱线,从理论上推导了最优单臂偏置量的选择依据,并以高斯线型目标谱线为例进行了仿真验证.同时,提出了一种基于部分干涉条纹反演多普勒速度的数据处理方法,简化了多谱线目标源的数据处理过程.结合自适应频率跟踪算法对单谱线目标源和多谱线目标源进行了仿真比较,仿真结果表明,在不考虑噪声的情况下,该方法针对多谱线目标源的多普勒测速最大绝对误差在0.004 m/s以内,与针对单谱线目标源的处理精度相当,可以满足实际应用的精度要求.  相似文献

Time domain Doppler Optical Coherence Tomography (DOCT) technique was applied to measure flow velocity profiles in highly scattering media. We analyzed the distortions of the measured velocity profiles of the 1% Intralipid solution flow embedded into the scattering medium at different embedding depths. For this purpose a tissue phantom consisting of a plain glass capillary (inner diameter 0.3 mm) embedded into a slab of Intralipid solution mimicking human skin was designed. The measured flow velocity profiles and behavior of distortions caused by multiple scattering are shown.  相似文献

为了克服噪声对信号的影响,提出一种利用最大信噪比和相关法测量两相流速度的方法.基于最大信噪比的信号分离方法是一种盲源信号分离方法,该算法利用统计独立信号完全分离时信噪比最大作为分离准则,它具有非常低的计算复杂度.这里首先利用盲源信号分离方法分别提取出上游和下游两相流信号,并据此求出两相流信号的相关函数曲线,由此求出信号的渡越时间,最后给出仿真实验的处理结果.实验结果表明该方法能够满足两相流速度的测量要求.  相似文献

全光纤光子多普勒速度测量(PDV)系统是一种新型的激光测速系统,可广泛用于冲击波、爆轰波以及其他短时高速运动物体的速度测量。多点测量可以获得靶面不同位置的速度,以测量靶面的形变。为提高测量的空间分辨率,提出使用裸光纤束为PDV系统的探头,并在实验上实现了空间分辨率为375μm的双点速度测量。裸光纤探头的间距较小,一个探头的测量结果可能受到另一个探头反射光的干扰。理论和实验的研究结果表明,当靶面各点速度相同时,测量结果不受干扰光的影响;当各点速度不同时,其测速误差不但与两被测点的速度差有关,还与传感光和干扰光的光强和相位有关。  相似文献

Single-beam laser Doppler measurements of flow velocity are only sensitive to the velocity component parallel to the optical axis. We describe a simple modification to a standard Doppler optical coherence tomography (OCT) system using a single sample beam that provides velocity information from multiple angles within the beam. By introducing a glass plate midway into the OCT beam path, the sample beam is divided into several components, each with a different group delay and each providing a separate interferogram with its own effective Doppler angle. By combining the Doppler shift measured in each of these component interferograms, the flow velocity vector is fully determined.  相似文献

An algorithm is developed and computer simulation of wind sensing by means of micropulse coherent Doppler lidars (CDLs) in the atmospheric boundary layer is conducted for low values of the signalto- noise (SNR) ratio. The accuracy of lidar wind measurements is studied numerically for parameters of micropulse Stream Line CDLs. Optimal parameters of the measurements and processing data obtained at low SNR, which allow reconstructing vertical profiles of the wind velocity vector with required accuracy within an entire atmospheric boundary layer, are determined.  相似文献

光学多普勒层析术(ODT)是一种高分辨、非侵入的生物医学成像手段,能同时得到组织的结构信息和组织内血管的流速信息.提出了一种新型的基于相位分辨技术的ODT三维矢量测速方法.在ODT系统样品臂的准直镜和聚焦透镜之间加入窄带相位片,形成三个不同的相位延迟,通过计算多普勒频移和不同相位延迟下的多普勒展宽,可得到毛细管内的三维矢量流场分布.对已知浓度的聚苯乙烯溶液进行了一系列不同角度和不同流速的实验,结果证明这种新型的ODT矢量测速方法可以较精确的实现三维矢量流速的测量.  相似文献

Nearfield acoustic holography in a moving medium is a technique which is typically suitable for sound sources identification in a flow.In the process of sound field reconstruction,sound pressure is usually used as the input,but it may contain considerable background noise due to the interactions between microphones and flow moving at a high velocity.To avoid this problem,particle velocity is an alternative input,which can be obtained by using laser Doppler velocimetry in a non-intrusive way.However,there is a singular problem in the conventional propagator relating the particle velocity to the pressure,and it could lead to significant errors or even false results.In view of this,in this paper,nonsingular propagators are deduced to realize accurate reconstruction in both cases that the hologram is parallel to and perpendicular to the flow direction.The advantages of the proposed method are analyzed,and simulations are conducted to verify the validation.The results show that the method can overcome the singular problem effectively,and the reconstruction errors are at a low level for different flow velocities,frequencies,and signal-to-noise ratios.  相似文献

海面的起伏和多普勒效应使得接收信号的载波相位发生跳变以及水声信道的多途扩展使得接收信号波形发生畸变,这严重影响循环移位扩频系统的性能.本文提出循环移位能量检测器算法,通过检测循环移位匹配滤波器的输出能量对系统进行解码,可有效解决载波相位跳变对循环移位扩频系统的影响;将时间反转镜技术与循环移位能量检测器相结合,进一步提出时反镜能量检测器算法,利用已检测到的符号对信道进行实时估计并进行时反处理,抑制了水声信道多途扩展的影响,保证了循环移位扩频系统可在低信噪比条件下工作.通过大连海上试验以及莲花湖湖上试验验证,在复杂水声信道多途扩展、载波相位跳变和低信噪比条件下实现了低误码水声通信.  相似文献

Accurate estimation of flow velocity requires measurement of Doppler angle, which is not available in general clinical applications. We describe a novel method of direct Doppler angle and flow velocity mapping that uses a conventional single-beam optical Doppler tomography system. The Doppler angle is estimated by combination of Doppler shift and Doppler bandwidth measurements, and flow velocity is calculated from the Doppler shift and the estimated Doppler angle. In vivo study of lip microvascularization demonstrates that this method is capable of providing both flow speed and flow direction information.  相似文献

This paper reports on a method for measuring the velocity gradient using a laser Doppler phenomenon. The velocity gradient is determined from the velocity difference between two different points of the probing object and is actually obtained from the optical heterodyning of two differently Doppler-shifted scattered light fields from two points of the object having different velocities. The properties of output beat signals are theoretically investigated from their spectral broadening including the effect of the detecting aperture. The preliminary experiment was performed by using a rotating glass disk whose velocity is different from its center to the outside. The experimental results shows the usefulness of the present method for measurements of the velocity gradient.  相似文献

本文提出了一种多普勒振镜正弦调制多光束激光外差测量玻璃厚度的新方法. 基于激光外差技术和多普勒效应, 通过做简谐振动的多普勒振镜对不同时刻入射光的频率进行正弦调制, 把待测厚度信息加载到外差信号的频率差中, 通过快速傅里叶变换对外差信号解调后可以同时得到多个待测玻璃厚度值, 经加权平均处理可以提高待测厚度的测量精度. 利用这种新方法, 通过MATLAB仿真测量了不同玻璃厚度值, 结果表明:该测量结果的最大相对误差小于0.008%.  相似文献
