用高温固相法合成了Sr3B2O6:Tb^3+,Li^+绿色荧光粉,并研究粉体的发光性质。发射光谱由位于黄绿区的4个主要荧光发射峰组成,峰值分别位于495,548,598,625nm,对应了Tb^3+的^5D4→^7F6,^5D4→^7F5,^5D4→^7和^5D4→^7F3特征跃迁发射,548nm的发射最强。激发光谱表现从200—400nm的宽带,可以被近紫外光辐射二极管(near-ultraviolet light-emitting diodes,UVLED)管芯产生的350-410nm辐射有效激发。研究了Tb^3+掺杂和电荷补偿剂对样品发光亮度的影响。Sr3B2O6:Tb^3+,Li^+是一种适用于白光LED的绿色荧光粉。  相似文献

以键合方式制备了键合型稀土聚合物-铽-丙烯酸聚合物,通过三维荧光光谱确定了铽在丙烯酸聚合物中的最佳激发波长为306nm,最强发射波长为544nm,Tb-丙烯酸聚合物薄膜在306nm光激发下,产生Tb^3 的特征发射,归属于^5D4-^7FJ跃迁(J=6,5,4,3),其最大发射位于544nm,归属于Tb^3 的^5D4-^7F5跃迁,呈现强的绿色发射,说明丙烯酸的聚合没有影响Tb^3 的发光性质,而Tb^3 的参入也没有影响丙烯酸的透明性。通过发射光谱、激发光谱、中红外光谱、远红外光谱和拉曼光谱,研究了铽-丙烯酸聚合物薄膜的荧光性质和谱学性质。  相似文献

用二次熔融法制备了CaTiO3:Pr^3+红色长余辉玻璃。测量了样品的发射光谱,其发射光谱峰值为611.7,614.5nm,对应于Pr^3+的4f-4f(^1D2→^3H4)跃迁,与CaTiO3:Pr^3+晶态长余辉发光粉的发射光谱峰值相一致。玻璃粉与发光粉的质量配比在95:5~80:20时,都可以形成玻璃态并得到红色长余辉发光。研究了气氛和熔融温度对发光性能的影响,在空气环境下,800℃即可得到性能良好的样品。  相似文献

采用溶胶-凝胶法合成了Eu^3 和Tb^3掺杂的Y2SiO5基发光材料,通过测量它们的激发光谱和发射光谱,研究了它们的发光特性,探讨了材料中Tb^3和Eu^3 两种发光中心间的能量关系。结果表明,Eu^3+在其中的特征发射以^5D0→^7F2电偶极跃迁为,Eu^3处于非反演对称中心格位;Tb^3在其中的发射为^5D4→^7FJ(J=4-6)跃迁发射。当Eu^3和Tb^3共存于Y2SiO5基质中时Eu^3的发射增强,Tb^3的发射减弱,存在Tb^3→Eu^3能量传递,Tb^3对Eu^3具有敏化作用。  相似文献

硼酸掺量对SrAl2O4长余辉发光材料的发光性能影响   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
用燃烧法制备了Eu2 ,Dy3 共掺杂SrAl2O4长余辉发光材料,研究了不同硼酸掺量对Eu2 ,Dy3 共掺杂SrAl2O4长余辉发光材料发光性能的影响。为了分析B2O3在材料制备中的作用,用XRD对所合成材料进行物相分析,用荧光光谱仪记录其发射光谱,并在暗室里拍摄紫外激发下的发光照片。结果表明:硼酸掺量为0.8的样品的发光光谱,其发射峰峰值位于518 nm,是典型的Eu2 的4f5d→4f的特征发射,为一宽谱带发光光谱。硼酸掺量为2的样品的发光光谱,其在518 nm位置的峰十分弱,而在487 nm处同时出现了一个弱峰,整个谱线呈一斜坡状。随着硼酸加入量的不同,Eu2 ,Dy3 共掺杂铝酸锶的发光效果、形貌特征均不同。在某一范围内,随着硼酸添加量的增加,合成了发光主晶相,烧结温度有所降低,材料的发光性能和发光亮度均有所提高。  相似文献

在254nm紫外光(UV)激发下,研究了(LaO)3BO3基质中Tb^3 的激发光谱、发射光谱、发光寿命与Tb^3 浓度的关系,并探讨了Tb^3 的^5D3→^7D3→F4。跃迁发射的自身浓度猝灭机理,在阴极射线(CD)激发下,研究了(LaO)3BO3:Tb^3 的发光强度与Tb^3 浓度、加速电压及电流密度的关系,发现在UV事CR两种激发条件下,试样均能发出明亮的绿色荧光,有望成为一种有发展前途的绿粉。  相似文献

采用高温固相法制备了新型近红外长余辉材料Zn3Al2Ge2O10∶Cr3+,利用X射线衍射、荧光光谱和余辉衰减曲线等对合成的样品进行了分析。结果表明:样品Zn3Al2Ge2O10∶Cr3+是Ge4+取代ZnAl2O4∶Cr3+尖晶石中的部分Al3+而形成的固溶体。在397 nm光的激发下,发射光谱主要由两个明显的窄峰叠加在Cr3+离子的自旋允许跃迁4T2→4A2辐射的宽发射带上。发光强度随着Cr3+离子掺杂浓度的增大和煅烧温度的升高而出现浓度猝灭及温度猝灭现象。当Zn3Al2-xGe2O10∶xCr3+中的Cr3+离子掺杂量x为2%且煅烧温度为1 350℃时,样品的近红外发光及余辉强度最大。材料的余辉持续时间超过300 h,余辉发射谱峰位与荧光发射光谱中的N线一致,均位于697 nm附近。最后分析了煅烧温度对样品余辉性能的影响,并对材料的余辉机制进行了探讨。  相似文献

采用高温固相法合成了CaSnO3∶Tb3+绿色长余辉荧光粉。利用X射线衍射分析了CaSnO3∶Tb3+物相结构。研究了Tb3+浓度对样品发光强度的影响,结果显示:随Tb3+浓度的增大,发射光谱强度先增大后减小,出现了浓度猝灭效应,Tb3+的最佳摩尔分数为0.3%。发射光谱由4个主要发射峰组成,峰中心分别位于492,546,588,623 nm处,以Tb3+的5D4→7F5(546 nm)跃迁发射为最强。对样品的温度特性进行了测量,通过对数据进行拟合得到样品的激活能为0.58 eV,陷阱深度为0.622 eV。最后,给出了CaSnO3∶Tb3+绿色长余辉荧光粉可能的余辉发光机理。  相似文献

在本文中制作了CaAl4O7:Tb^3 ,Ce^3 新荧光材料。烧结温度为1300℃,烧结环境为N2+5%H2还原气。TEM实验结果表明样品的粒度小于1μm。X-射线和HRTEM实验证实,样品的晶格点阵十分规则,而且没有发现掺杂和助溶剂对基质结构的影响,表现出十分好的材料质量。光学实验观测到对应于Tb^3 离子的^5D4到^7FJ(J=6,5,4,3)的跃迁发射峰在485,545,590和630nm。CaAl4O7:Tb^3 ,Ce^3 降低了基质结构的不确定性,同时保持了Tb^3 发光中心的特性。  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

Our experimental results show that the presence of a proper amount of negative group velocity dispersion is essential to multi-pulse operation of a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser. We demonstrate that the pulse separations and the number of pulses contained within a cavity round trip are strongly dependent on the initial perturbations. The results allow us to get a better understanding on the influences of the convoluted self-phase modulation and intra-cavity dispersions on the stable multi-pulse oscillation in a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser.  相似文献

Based on the Rytov approximation of light propagation in weak turbulent atmosphere,the closed-form expressions of field and average irradiance of each one of the four fundamental families of Helmholtz-Gauss (HzG)beams:cosine-Gauss beams,stationary Mathieu-Gauss beams,stationary parabolic-Gauss beams,and Bessel-Gauss beams,which are propagating in weak turbulent atmosphere,are obtained.The results show that the field and average irradiance can be written as the product of four factors:complex amplitude depending on the z-coordinate only,a Ganssian beam.a factor of complex phase perturbation induced by atmospheric turbulence,and a complex scaled version of the transverse shape of the non-diffracting beam.The effect of weak atmospheric turbulence on irradiance distribution of the HzG beam can be ignored.  相似文献

An effective method for reducing the speckle noise in digital holography is proposed in this paper.Different from the methods based on classical filtering technique,it utilizes the multiple holograms which are generated by rotating the illuminating light continuously.The intensity images reconstructed by a series of holograms generated by rotating the illuminating light possess different speckle patterns.Hence by properly averaging the reconstructed intensity fields,the speckle noises can be reduced greatly.Experimental results show that the proposed method is simple and effective to reduce speckle noise in digital holography.  相似文献

Influence of purity of HfO2 on reflectance of ultraviolet multilayer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The impurities in two kinds of HfO2 materials and in their corresponding single layer thin films were determined through glow discharge mass spectrum technology and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) equipment respectively.It was found that ZrO2 was the main impurity in the two kinds of HfO2 either in the original HfO2 materials or in the electron beam deposited films.In addition,the difference of Zr content in the two kinds of HfO2 single laver films was much laxger than that of the other impurities such as Ti and Fe.which showed that it was just ZrO2 that made the difference between the optical performance of the film products including the two kinds of HfO2.With these two kinds of HfO2 and the same kind of SiO2.we deposited HfO2/SiO2 multilayer reflective coatings at the wavelength of 266 nm.Experimental results showed that the reflectances of these two mirrors were about 99.85% and 99.15% respectively,which agreed well with the designed results what were based on the optical constants obtained from the corresponding single layer thin films.  相似文献

Microphone array-based speech enhancement has great importance for speech communications and speech recognition. To reduce the aperture of the microphone array and to increase the effect of the speech enhancement will greatly broaden the application areas of the microphone array. An array crosstalk resistant adaptive noise cancellation method is therefore presented. And then an improved spectral subtraction algorithm is further cascaded to obtain better enhancement results. Theoretic analysis and experiments indicate that the proposed scheme needs only a very small microphone array while it simultaneously achieves a higher SNR improvement. Besides, the proposed scheme can be used in many noisy environments and is easy for real-time implementation.  相似文献
