采用激光拉曼光谱技术获得了甲苯的振动拉曼光谱,结合群论方法及退偏度测量,指认了其中16条振动谱线,为有机混合物中对甲苯的识别提供了依据。选择甲苯全对称环呼吸振动(1008.8cm-1)为检测谱线,对不同浓度的甲苯/四氯化碳样品进行了分析。研究结果表明:在200.1~2.61g/L浓度范围内,甲苯/四氯化碳振动拉曼光谱强度比与甲苯浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.997。为甲苯的定量分析提供了一种有效的研究方法。  相似文献

钻井液中的烃能够显示出地层的含油气情况,地层含油气浓度的检测对识别真假油气显示,特别是准确解释和评价油气层具有重要意义。基于激光拉曼光谱技术具有连续、快速、直接检测样品的独特优势,开展了激光拉曼光谱技术应用于钻井液中含烃浓度定量识别的研究。实验室条件下搭建的激光拉曼在线检测系统对C7~C14正构烷烃及苯进行了检测与振动模式指认,在水基钻井液中优选正辛烷作为标志烃,基于最小二乘法建立了水基钻井液中正辛烷不同特征峰数学模型,在1 298 cm-1频移处振动强度与正辛烷含量具有良好的线性关系;在柴油基钻井液中优选苯作为标志烃,基于最小二乘法建立了油基钻井液中苯的不同特征峰数学模型,在986 m-1频移处振动强度与添加苯含量具有良好线性关系。实验结果表明:激光拉曼光谱技术可用于钻井液中含烃浓度的检测,为反演地层含油气浓度,提高油气层判识精度提供了一种新的途径。  相似文献

为了对苯的质量分数进行快速准确的检测,采用拉曼光谱法进行检测.对苯的激光拉曼光谱进行了理论分析,进行了标准样品和不同质量分数苯样品的系列拉曼光谱实验.结果表明:苯的拉曼光谱特征峰值与苯的含量成正比,将最强的561.4 nm处的峰值代入线性回归公式,即可得到苯的质量分数,检出限达0.3%.得到一种新的苯质量分数检测方法.  相似文献

用激光镊子拉曼光谱法优化红法夫酵母生产虾青素的条件。首先,将红法夫酵母细胞拉曼光谱与虾青素标准品溶液拉曼光谱进行对比,找出定量虾青素的拉曼特征峰;然后对照红法夫酵母生长曲线与不同时间点红法夫酵母细胞内虾青素含量曲线,进行发酵时间的优化;最后将红法夫酵母分别用不同氮源、碳源培养基培养,对比其细胞的虾青素拉曼特征峰强度,最终优化培养基。由实验可得,适宜定量虾青素的拉曼特征峰是1520cm-1峰;最佳发酵时间为72h;最佳优化培养基氮源含硫酸铵4g/L+硝酸钾4g/L,碳源含蔗糖60g/L。从上述结果可知,用激光镊子拉曼光谱法对红法夫酵母合成虾青素的条件进行优化,充分发挥了其操作简便、耗时短、样品用量少、对样品无损伤等优势,使所得结果更准确可信。因此,激光镊子拉曼光谱法是红法夫酵母细胞合成虾青素条件优化的理想选择。  相似文献

罗丹明B荧光增强苯受激拉曼散射研究   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
将液芯光纤技术与荧光增强受激拉曼散射技术相结合,能够大大增强受激拉曼散射光谱强度,降低受激拉曼散射阈值。通过对罗丹明B苯溶液在液芯光纤中的受激拉曼散射进行研究,结果表明:荧光染料Rhodamine B可以降低苯溶液的各阶受激拉曼散射阈值近一个数量级;在一定浓度范围内(10-6mol/L~10-8mol/L)各阶Stokes阈值随浓度降低而降低,并在理论上给出了解释。并且理论推导了在荧光种子作用下的四阶耦合波方程。液芯光纤中的受激拉曼光谱技术在对实现宽带受激辐射激光器、种子激光,以及生物大分子结构研究、生物分子的非生物过程研究等领域等有光明应用前景。  相似文献

传统拉曼光谱只能探测样品的表层信息,或者只能穿透透明的表层探测样品内部,对多层不透明或不透明包装的样品检测则不适用了,比如搜索隐蔽的爆炸物、识别有包装的假药、无损检测骨骼疾病等。空间偏移拉曼光谱(SORS)技术是一种新型光谱检测技术,能够非侵入不透明包装或表层直接获得样品内部深层特征信息,这一技术的出现解决了上述的难题。首先详细介绍了SORS技术的工作原理:其根本原理在于光子迁移理论,其系统激光光源的入射焦点与光谱系统中收集透镜的焦点在待测样品表层空间上偏移一定的距离ΔS。当激光入射到待测样品表层时,表层样品被激发或散射出宽带荧光,其中有一部分散射光将到达样品内部,样品内部深层处产生的拉曼散射光子相比于样品表层的光子在散射过程中更易于横向迁移,经多次散射后返回样品表层被光谱仪器接收系统收集。到达样品内部不同深度ΔH的散射光返回表层后的位置距离激光光源入射点在样品表层上有不同的偏移距离ΔS。当空间偏移距离ΔS=0时,激光光源入射点与拉曼光谱收集点重合,此处激发的光子密度最大,系统收集到的拉曼光谱信号大部分来自样品表层,样品深层拉曼信号被淹没;当空间偏移距离ΔS≠0时,光谱仪器收集到的拉曼光谱信号中来自表层的信号衰减很快,来自样品深层的信号衰减较慢,使得更深层的拉曼散射光子比重变大,从而实现光谱分离,再结合多元数据分析方法可以获得样品内部不同深层次的拉曼光谱,即空间偏移拉曼光谱。该技术具有很好抑制表层物质拉曼光谱和荧光光谱干扰的能力,特别适用于隐蔽在不透明包装材料下的物质拉曼光谱的提取,从而快速、非侵入地对目标物成分进行鉴定。其次介绍了SORS技术的特点。SORS技术是拉曼光谱的衍生技术,具备拉曼光谱技术的制样简单、水分干扰小、样品消耗量小、灵敏度高等全部优点,除此之外,有效抑制荧光、深层检测、非侵入无损检测、远距离检测等特点,这些特点有效提高了拉曼光谱强度,降低用户的检测和生产成本以及提高检测人员的人身安全。同时概述并对比了SORS技术现有的三种工作方式:标准SORS、逆SORS和倾斜SORS。标准SORS技术可进行远距离非接触测量,逆SORS较之标准SORS具有更高的灵敏度和抗光谱扭曲的潜力,而且入射的有效光照面和空间偏移距离ΔS是可控的,避免了样品过热;倾斜SORS具有较高的检测灵敏度,而且实验装置容易实现。然后在大量调研文献的基础上综述了近些年来SORS技术结合其他技术在化工生产、安检、生物医学、考古艺术、食品安全、稽查打假以及国防安全等多个领域的国内外发展和应用。最后指出了SORS技术目前存在的问题并展望了该技术未来的发展前景。  相似文献

本文合成了 Au@Au@Ag双壳核纳米粒子,并利用透射电子显微镜、扫描电子显微镜和紫外可见光谱进行了表征.以结晶紫作为拉曼探针,并与相同方法制备的Au、Au@Ag和Au@Au核壳纳米粒子比较,发现其表面增强拉曼光谱活性明显增强.通过引入氯化钠,发现所得材料的表面增强拉曼光谱活性进一步增强,氯化钠浓度在表面增强拉曼光谱检测中起着关键作用.在适当的氯化钠浓度下,检测限可低至10~(-10) mol/L,并讨论了其中可能的增强机制.通过简单的样品预处理,利用该材料作为基底可以检测辣椒粉中罗丹明B,检出限可达5 μg/g.该研究表明Au@Au@Ag双壳核纳米粒子在检测低浓度非法食品添加剂方面具有潜在用途.  相似文献

拉曼光谱技术作为探究分子、晶体及其结构特征的有力手段,具有快速、无损、样品用量小、无需前处理且适应性强等优点,已被广泛应用于食品安全、石油化工等领域。但在拉曼光谱应用中,常常受到荧光背景干扰,导致拉曼信号降低,严重的情况下拉曼信号甚至会淹没在荧光背景中。为解决拉曼技术在实际应用中荧光背景干扰的问题,从仪器角度出发,采用二色镜对多波长拉曼光谱进行光路耦合设计,研制了近红外拉曼光谱与移频差分拉曼复合一体的多波长消荧光拉曼光谱检测系统,其中近红外拉曼光谱采用1 064 nm激光光源设计,移频差分拉曼光谱选取784.5和785.5 nm两组激光光源进行时分复用,在移频差分拉曼光谱检测的同时,亦可获得两组单波长拉曼光谱数据。通过对比同步测试和分时逐次测试的强度及峰位稳定性,验证了多波长消荧光拉曼光谱仪的同步测试性能;选取了多种荧光背景强弱不同的样品,进行了单波长拉曼、近红外拉曼及移频差分拉曼光谱的对比分析。针对丙酮、乙腈等荧光背景较弱的样品,可采用单波长拉曼光谱对样品进行定量及定性分析;针对食用油、红色塑胶微粒等荧光背景与拉曼信号强度相当的样品,可采用近红外拉曼光谱对样品进行定量及定性分析;针对红酒、棕色塑胶微粒等荧光背景较强的样品,需结合近红外拉曼光谱和差分拉曼光谱对样品进行定性分析。研究表明:通过多波长消荧光拉曼光谱检测系统的研制,在常规单波长拉曼光谱技术的基础上,将两种抑制荧光干扰技术有机结合,有效扩充了应用领域及样品检测范围。  相似文献

采用显微激光拉曼光谱技术,研究测定了未经任何处理和经过清洁处理的多种蔬菜和水果表面的拉曼光谱。结果表明不同样品的表面拉曼光谱具有明显的胡萝卜素特征峰,这一相似性为进一步研究农药残留的识别提供了方便;也有一些样品出现胡萝卜素以外的其他拉曼光谱峰,为以后详细分析蔬菜和水果中各种有效营养成分提供了理论依据。利用显微激光拉曼光谱研究蔬菜、水果表面的组成和农药的残留具有简便、快速和绿色分析的前景。  相似文献

A multi-conjugate adaptive optics (MCAO) can offer a possibility of widening field of view (FOV) characterized by the isoplanatic angle, and the choose of conjugate height becomes a basic problem for MCAO, which influences the size of iosplanatic angle. Considering the application of lidar, the isoplanatic angle's expressions of two deformable mirrors (DMs) MCAO for uplink and downlink are deduced. The effects of conjugate heights for dual-conjugate AO are thoughtfully discussed, and the isoplanatic angles are further analyzed. The results show that the isopanatic angle varies with the conjugate height and reaches the maximum as the conjugate height is at the optimal altitude. Moreover, the optimal conjugate height changes with the propagation distance.  相似文献

Due to the limit of response speed of the present single-photon detector, the code rate is still too low to come into practical use for the present quantum key distribution (QKD) system.A new idea is put up to design a quick single-photon detector.This quick single-photon detector is composed of a multi-port optic-fiber splitter and many avalanche photo diodes (APDs).Au of the ports with APDs work on the time division and cooperate with a logic discriminating and deciding unit driven by the clock signal.The operation frequency lies on the number N of ports, and can reach N times of the conventional single-photon detector.The single-photon prompt detection can come true for high repetition-rate pulses.The applying of this detector will largely raise the code rate of the QKD, and boost the commercial use.  相似文献

A.C mismatches are studied by Raman spectral characterization of PolyA, PolyC, and their equimolar complex in solution of 0.14 mol/L Na ,pH7.0.Experimental results show that A·C mismatches occur to be A/B (mainly A) conformers, and unlike Watson-Crick base pairing, this kind of mismatches is stabilized by only one hydrogen bond involving cytosine N4H2 and adenine N7.The formation of A·C complex makes the base stacking interactions much stronger, and conformation of the backbone more ordered, which leads to obvious Raman hypochromic effect with some shifts in corresponding bands.  相似文献

40-GHz clock modulated signal as a pump to improve the efficiency of four-wave mixing (FWM)-based wavelength conversion in a 26.5-km dispersion shifted fiber (DSF) is investigated. The experimental results demonstrate that the conjugated FWM component has higher intensity with the clock pumping than that with the continuous-wave (CW) light pumping. The improvement of FWM-based wavelength conversion efficiency is negligible when the pump power is less than Brillouin threshold. But when the pump power is greater than Brillouin threshold, the improvement becomes significant and increases with the increment of pump power. The improvement can increase up to 9 dB if pump power reaches 17 dBm.  相似文献

Our experimental results show that the presence of a proper amount of negative group velocity dispersion is essential to multi-pulse operation of a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser. We demonstrate that the pulse separations and the number of pulses contained within a cavity round trip are strongly dependent on the initial perturbations. The results allow us to get a better understanding on the influences of the convoluted self-phase modulation and intra-cavity dispersions on the stable multi-pulse oscillation in a Kerr-lens mode-locked femtosecond laser.  相似文献

Based on the Rytov approximation of light propagation in weak turbulent atmosphere,the closed-form expressions of field and average irradiance of each one of the four fundamental families of Helmholtz-Gauss (HzG)beams:cosine-Gauss beams,stationary Mathieu-Gauss beams,stationary parabolic-Gauss beams,and Bessel-Gauss beams,which are propagating in weak turbulent atmosphere,are obtained.The results show that the field and average irradiance can be written as the product of four factors:complex amplitude depending on the z-coordinate only,a Ganssian beam.a factor of complex phase perturbation induced by atmospheric turbulence,and a complex scaled version of the transverse shape of the non-diffracting beam.The effect of weak atmospheric turbulence on irradiance distribution of the HzG beam can be ignored.  相似文献

An effective method for reducing the speckle noise in digital holography is proposed in this paper.Different from the methods based on classical filtering technique,it utilizes the multiple holograms which are generated by rotating the illuminating light continuously.The intensity images reconstructed by a series of holograms generated by rotating the illuminating light possess different speckle patterns.Hence by properly averaging the reconstructed intensity fields,the speckle noises can be reduced greatly.Experimental results show that the proposed method is simple and effective to reduce speckle noise in digital holography.  相似文献

Influence of purity of HfO2 on reflectance of ultraviolet multilayer   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
The impurities in two kinds of HfO2 materials and in their corresponding single layer thin films were determined through glow discharge mass spectrum technology and secondary ion mass spectrometry(SIMS) equipment respectively.It was found that ZrO2 was the main impurity in the two kinds of HfO2 either in the original HfO2 materials or in the electron beam deposited films.In addition,the difference of Zr content in the two kinds of HfO2 single laver films was much laxger than that of the other impurities such as Ti and Fe.which showed that it was just ZrO2 that made the difference between the optical performance of the film products including the two kinds of HfO2.With these two kinds of HfO2 and the same kind of SiO2.we deposited HfO2/SiO2 multilayer reflective coatings at the wavelength of 266 nm.Experimental results showed that the reflectances of these two mirrors were about 99.85% and 99.15% respectively,which agreed well with the designed results what were based on the optical constants obtained from the corresponding single layer thin films.  相似文献

Microphone array-based speech enhancement has great importance for speech communications and speech recognition. To reduce the aperture of the microphone array and to increase the effect of the speech enhancement will greatly broaden the application areas of the microphone array. An array crosstalk resistant adaptive noise cancellation method is therefore presented. And then an improved spectral subtraction algorithm is further cascaded to obtain better enhancement results. Theoretic analysis and experiments indicate that the proposed scheme needs only a very small microphone array while it simultaneously achieves a higher SNR improvement. Besides, the proposed scheme can be used in many noisy environments and is easy for real-time implementation.  相似文献
