The 0.5K0.5Bi0.5TiO3–0.5PbTiO3 ceramics were prepared by following a standard solid-state method. The Raman, thermal and dielectric properties of these ceramics were investigated. The X-ray measurements showed that samples have single perovskite-type structure with tetragonal symmetry. Dielectric study revealed that the dielectric behaviour of the investigated ceramics is rather of normal ferroelectrics with large thermal hysteresis. The transition temperature observed by means of differential scanning calorimetry measurements is in good agreement with that obtained from dielectric study.  相似文献

The piezoelectric, dielectric, and ferroelectric properties of the (LiCe) co-substituted calcium bismuth niobate (CaBi2Nb2O9, CBNO) are investigated. The piezoelectric properties of CBNO ceramics are significantly enhanced and the dielectric loss tanδ decreased. This makes poling using (LiCe) co-substitution easier. The ceramics (where □ represents A-site Ca2+ vacancies, possess a pure layered structure phase and no other phases can be found. The Ca0.88(LiCe)0.040.04Bi2Nb2O9 ceramics possess optimal piezoelectric properties, with piezoelectric coefficient (d33) and Curie temperature (TC) found to be 13.3 pC/N and 960 ℃, respectively. The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of the (LiCe) co-substituted CBNO ceramics exhibit very stable temperature behaviours. This demonstrates that the CBNO ceramics are a promising candidate for ultrahigh temperature applications.  相似文献

From specific heat, thermal expansion, and dielectric constant measurements between 150 and 300 K we have confirmed the low temperature phase transition in barium chloride dihydrate (BaCl2.2H2O) at 195 ± 1 K. This transition appears to be associated with the local ordering (or displacements) of the two water molecules in the crystal. A “pseudospin” type model is proposed to explain the transition mechanism.  相似文献

研究了等静压对0.75Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-0.25PbTiO3(PMN-25PT)陶瓷介电温谱的影响,PMN-25PT剩余极化随等静压变化和等静压压致相变.结果表明,随着压力增加,PMN-25PT的介电峰值温度Tm降低,/+{dTm}/-{dP}≈-4℃/kbar,极化弛豫增强;剩余极化随压力增加连续减小;介电常数对压力的依赖关系与对温度场的依赖相似,压力诱导PMN-25PT发生弛豫铁电—顺电相变,相变为宽化的渐变过程,频率色散和极化弛豫更加强烈和普遍. 关键词: 铌镁酸铅-钛酸铅 等静压 介电弛豫 压致相变  相似文献

用固相反应法制备了Na0.25K0.25Bi0.5TiO3 (NKBT50)陶瓷,研究了该陶瓷在室温至400℃温度范围内的介电性能.发现该陶瓷的介电温谱与烧结气氛、极化状态有关.在空气中烧结的未极化样品在70℃附近存在介电和损耗峰,而极化后及在氧气氛中烧结的样品并不存在该介电、损耗峰.分析认为70℃的介电和损耗峰与氧空位形成的缺陷偶极子的极化弛豫有关.热激电流显示,陶瓷的去极化温度为225℃,与此相对应的介电、损耗峰也 关键词: 介电性能 氧空位 极化弛豫 钛酸铋钠钾  相似文献

利用金属铁、镍(Fe与Ni保持mol比为22∶78不变)与钛酸钡复合,在保护气氛下成功烧结制备了高介电常数Fe-Ni-BaTiO3复合陶瓷材料,并研究了该复合材料的电导和介电性能及其物理机理.分析结果表明,由于渗流效应,随着陶瓷中金属含量的增加,材料经历了绝缘体—导体突变.同时,在渗流阈值附近,材料的介电常数有了极大的提高.当金属体积含量为0.23时,即在绝缘体向导体转变的渗流阈值附近,复合材料的介电常数达到了22000,为同条件下制备的纯钛酸钡陶瓷体介电常数的12倍,同时材料的介电 关键词: 3')" href="#">Fe-Ni-BaTiO3 渗流理论 介电性能 Maxwell-Wagner效应  相似文献

The dielectric function of TEA2MnCl4 crystals is studied for a temperature range of 203–263?K in a frequency range of 1 kHz to 10?MHz. The measurement results are processed in the framework of the Cole–Cole model. An influence of the phase transition on the results is widely discussed. A genetic approach is successfully applied to the measured data and it is explained in detail. The method renders it possible to calculate the temperature dependence of dielectric properties in the time domain. The calculation method (the genetic algorithm) proved to be trustworthy and it is recommended to be employed in studying dielectric properties. A structural properties of the high temperature phase (i.e. above the phase transition temperature) will be also discussed and certain presumptions on the low temperature phase will be given.  相似文献

Electromagnetic wave absorbing properties of absorbing composites depend on the dielectric and magnetic loss generally. In this paper, using Fe3O4-coated amorphous carbon nanotubes (ACNTs-Fe3O4) fabricated using a chemical synthesis–hydrothermal treatment method as an absorber and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) as a matrix, electromagnetic and mechanical properties of ACNT-Fe3O4/PVC composite were investigated. The results showed that the dielectric and magnetic losses of ACNT-Fe3O4/PVC composite were significantly enhanced in 8.2–12.4 GHz compared to ACNT/PVC composite, which improved absorbing properties, while slightly changing the mechanical properties.  相似文献

基于第一原理的密度泛函理论, 以量子化学从头计算软件 为平台研究了Sn(O1-xNx)2材料的光电磁性能, 分析了体系的态密度、 能带结构、 磁性、 介电虚部及折射率. 计算结果表明, N替代O后, 随着掺杂浓度的增加, 体系的带隙先减小后增大, 掺杂量为12.50%时带隙最窄. 由于N 2p轨道电子的贡献, 在0.55-1.05 eV范围内产生了浅受主能级, 价带和导带处的能级均出现了劈裂及轨道的重叠现象, Sn-O键的键强大于N-O键的键强. 从磁性来看, N原子决定了磁矩的大小. 从介电虚部可知, 掺杂后体系的光学吸收边增宽, 主跃迁峰发生红移, 反射率和介电谱相对应, 各峰值与电子的跃迁吸收有关.  相似文献

The dielectric and piezoelectric properties of pyrochlore-free lead zirconate titanate-lead zinc niobate ceramics were investigated systematically as a function of Sr doping. The powders of Pb(1? x )Sr x [0.7(Zr1 / 2Ti1 / 2)–0.3(Zn1 / 3Nb2 / 3)]O3, where x?=?0–0.06 were prepared using the columbite-(wolframite) precursor method. The ceramic materials were characterized using X-ray diffraction, dielectric spectra, hysteresis and electromechanical measurements. The phase-pure perovskite phase of Sr-doped PZN--PZT ceramics was obtained over a wide compositional range. The results showed that the optimized electrical properties were also achieved at composition x?=?0.0, which were K P?=?0.69, d 33?=?670?pC?N?1, P r?=?31.9?µC?cm?2 and εrmax?=?18600. Maximum dielectric constant values of the systems decreased rapidly with increasing Sr concentration. Moreover, with increasing Sr concentration dielectric constant versus temperature curves become gradually broader. The diffuseness parameter increased significantly with Sr doping. Furthermore, Sr doping has been shown to produce a linear reduction in the transition temperature (T m)?=?294.1–12.7x°C with concentration (x). Sr shifts the transition temperature of this system at a rate of 12.7°C?mol?1%.  相似文献

Using the first-principles density-functional theory within the generalized gradient approximation (GGA), we have investigated the structural, elastic, mechanical, electronic, and optical properties and phase transition of CuInO2. Structural parameters including lattice constants and internal parameter, pressure effects and phase transition pressure were calculated. We have obtained the elastic coefficients, bulk modulus, shear modulus, Young's modulus and Poisson's ratio. We find that two phases of CuInO2 are indirect band gap semiconductors (F–Γ and H–Γ for 3R and 2H, respectively). Optical properties, including the dielectric function, refractive index, extinction coefficient, reflectivity, absorption coefficient, loss function and optical conductivity have been obtained for radiations of up to 30 eV.  相似文献

(Pb1? x Ba x )ZrO3 ceramics for the composition range 0?≤?x?≤?0.30 were prepared by the mixed oxide solid state reaction method. Phase transition was studied by dielectric and dilatometric measurements. The ferroelectric to paraelectric phase transition temperature was progressively shifted to a lower temperature by replacing lead with barium. The x?=?0.20 sample showed the maximum dielectric constant of 16,300 at the transition temperature. For compositions 0?≤?x?≤?0.075, the antiferroelectric to ferroelectric phase transition exhibited a large linear thermal expansion. However, the antiferroelectric to ferroelectric phase transition did not exist for 0.10?≤?x?≤?0.30 samples. A phase diagram for PBZ ceramics prepared by the conventional mixed oxide method was also present.  相似文献

Li2O–Al2O3–ZrO2–SiO2 glasses mixed with different concentrations of TiO2 (ranging from 0 to 5.0?mol%) were synthesised and their dielectric properties (dielectric constant, loss tan?δ, a.c. conductivity σ) investigated over wide ranges of frequency and temperature. Studies of optical absorption, ESR, infrared (IR) and photoluminescence properties have also been undertaken. A decrease in dielectric parameters with increasing concentrations of TiO2 has been observed and this is attributed to an increasing proportion of titanium ions occupying network-forming positions rather than going into interstitial positions. A.C. conductivity in the high-temperature region appears to be connected both to electronic transfer and ionic movements, but conduction attributed to such processes seems to be hampered by the entry of titanium ions into the network-forming positions. Analysis of the results of the IR spectral studies have indicated that there is a decreasing degree of disorder in the glass network with increasing TiO2 content. The optical absorption and ESR spectral studies have revealed that titanium ions exist in both Ti3+ and Ti4+ states in the glasses. Luminescence spectra exhibited an emission band in the visible region and the luminescence efficiency increased with TiO2 content. The excitation of substitutionally positioned octahedral Ti4+ ions is identified as being responsible for the observed luminescence emission.  相似文献

In this paper, low temperature sintering of the Bi2(Zn1/3Nb2/3)2O7 (β-BZN) dielectric ceramics was studied with the use of BiFeO3 as a sintering aid. The effects of BiFeO3 contents and the sintering temperature on the phase structure, density and dielectric properties were investigated. The results showed that the sintering temperature could be decreased and the dielectric properties could be retained by the addition of BiFeO3. The structure of BiFeO3 doped β-BZN was still the monoclinic pyrochlore phase. The sintering temperature of BiFeO3 doped β-BZN ceramics was reduced from 1000 °C to 920 °C. In the case of 0.15 wt.% BiFeO3 addition, the β-BZN ceramics sintered at 920 °C exhibited good dielectric properties, which were listed as follows: εr = 79 and tan δ = 0.00086 at a frequency of 1 MHz. The obtained properties make this composition to be a good candidate for the LTCC application.  相似文献

High-k polycrystalline Pr2O3 and amorphous LaAlO3 oxide thin films deposited on Si(0 0 1) are studied. The microstructure is investigated using X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. Optical properties are determined in the 0.75-6.5 eV photon energy range using spectroscopic ellipsometry. The polycrystalline Pr2O3 films have an optical gap of 3.86 eV and a dielectric constant of 16-26, which increases with film thickness. Similarly, very thin amorphous LaAlO3 films have the optical gap of 5.8 eV, and a dielectric constant below 14 which also increases with film thickness. The lower dielectric constant compared to crystalline material is an intrinsic characteristic of amorphous films.  相似文献

The structural phase transitions and the electrical behaviour of the complex perovskite PbLu1/2Nb1/2O3 have been investigated using X-ray powder diffraction, dielectric constant measurements, differential scanning calorimetry and measurement of the polarisation as a function of applied electric field. The high-temperature paraelectric phase is highly ordered. A first-order paraelectric-antiferroelectric phase transition occurs at 270°C and an antiferroelectric-ferroelectric phase transition, characterised by dispersion in the curves of dielectric constant as a function of temperature, occurs at ≈ 30°C. The antiferroelectric phase is isostructural with the orthorhombic form of PbYb1/2Nb1/2O3. The low-temperature ferroelectric phase also has an orthorhombic crystal structure.  相似文献

The microstructures and the microwave dielectric properties of the (1 − x)(Mg0.95Co0.05)TiO3x(Na0.5La0.5)TiO3 ceramic system were investigated. Two-phase system was confirmed by the XRD patterns and the EDX analysis. A co-existed second phase (Mg0.95Co0.05)Ti2O5 was also detected. The microwave dielectric properties are strongly related to the density and the matrix of the specimen. A new microwave dielectric material 0.88(Mg0.95Co0.05)TiO3–0.12(Na0.5La0.5)TiO3, possessing an excellent combination of dielectric properties: εr  22.36, Q × f  110,000 GHz (at 9 GHz), τf  2.9 ppm/°C), is proposed as a candidate dielectric for GPS patch antennas.  相似文献
