采用中心波长800 nm、脉宽30 fs的超短激光脉冲,通过飞秒光开关技术对CS_2的飞秒超快非线性特性进行了实验研究.在探测光强与抽运光强比为1∶10时,得到了较理想的光克尔时间分辨曲线.通过实验测定的光克尔信号强度与激发光和探测光偏振方向夹角的依赖关系表明:30 fs的超短激光脉冲激发CS_2的克尔信号主要是源于光诱导双折射效应,而非用200 fs的超短激光脉冲时来自瞬态栅的自衍射效应.  相似文献

采用抽运-探测时间分辨方法实验研究了半导体材料ZnO纳米颗粒粉末中的无序激射现象.在2 67nm激光的抽运下,通过精确控制抽运光的能量和样品表面的抽运面积,获得了宽度小于1n m的单模无序激射光谱和多峰的多模无序激射光谱.时间分辨的抽运-探测结果显示,此时样 品的上能级寿命仅为几个皮秒,证明了ZnO粉末的单模无序光谱是受激辐射的结果. 关键词: 高散射介质 多重散射 抽运-探测 无序激射  相似文献

研究了近红外飞秒激光的偏振在太赫兹频率的超快调制.利用抽运-探测光谱技术,通过改变两个脉冲之间的延迟时间可以控制光脉冲的旋转角.在Li:NaTb(WO42磁光晶体中观察到探测光的偏振随延迟时间变化的高速振荡,振荡信号的中心频率为0.19 THz.这种超快偏振调制现象可以解释为,抽运-探测实验构置中,前向传播的抽运光诱导的光学克尔非线性引起被晶体远端表面所反射的背向传播的探测光脉冲偏振面的额外旋转.通过改变抽运光的圆偏振旋性可以控制探测光调制信号的相位和振幅.实验结果表明,非线性光学克尔效应可以作为一种全新的手段,在磁光晶体中实现近红外飞秒激光以太赫兹频率的超快偏振调控.这将在超快磁光调制器等全光器件中得以应用.实验结果将有助于偏振依赖的超快动力学过程的研究.  相似文献

采用中心波长800 nm、脉宽30 fs的超短激光脉冲,通过飞秒光开关技术(Optical Kerr Shutter,OKS)对富勒烯有机-无机杂化材料的飞秒超快非线性特性进行了实验研究.获得270 fs的开关时间,所得的富勒烯有机-无机杂化材料的三阶非线性系数X~(3)约为4.5×10~(-4) esu,比C_(60)分子的三阶非线性系数X~(3)高一个数量级.通过实验测定的光克尔信号强度与激发光和探测光偏振方向夹角的依赖关系表明:30 fs的超短激光脉冲激发富勒烯有机-无机杂化材料的克尔信号主要是源于光诱导双折射效应,而非用200 fs的超短激光脉冲时来自瞬态栅的自衍射效应.  相似文献

螺吡喃聚合物薄膜在短波辐照后的曝光灵敏度和偏振敏感性均得到显著提升.基于这一特性,在线偏振的蓝紫光(405nm)伴随下,用两束耦合的绿光(532nm)以s-p的记录模式在螺吡喃掺杂的PMMA聚合物薄膜上构建全息光栅,并通过低功率红光(632.8nm)进行探测.在405nm和532nm双光子共同作用下,衍射效率动力学特性强烈依赖于辅助光功率.研究发现,405nm激光辐照产生了两种作用:一方面为记录光提供了可取向的部花青分子;另一方面,扰乱了532nm激光形成的折射率光栅并降低了部花青分子的转化活性.考虑到光栅随机光场区的部花青分子聚集体的存在,本文建立了包含衍射效率与各分子光响应速率关系的理论模型.实验数据与拟合结果精准吻合,有效地解释了偏振全息记录中螺吡喃与部花青分子相互转化的微观机制.  相似文献

从理论和实验上分析了强光控制弱光脉冲聚焦的方法, 该方法可以灵活地控制弱光的聚焦过程和特性. 通过研究两光束共同传输, 利用强抽运光在相互作用时为弱探测光提供诱导非线性效应, 从而使弱探测光发生聚焦. 得到了在抽运光保持不变情况下探测光的解析解, 并在实验上得到验证. 进一步研究了强抽运光对弱探测光焦点位置的影响. 结果显示: 通过改变抽运光功率、束宽能够有效地控制弱探测光的聚焦过程和焦点位置. 关键词: 诱导聚焦 自聚焦 非线性折射率  相似文献

在掺杂(~3%重量比)碳纳米管和光敏取向基团的向列态液晶薄膜(5μm厚)中,在使用Ar+(514.5nm)为激发光做前向多波混频实验时,观察到7级的自衍射和探测光He-N e(632.8nm )的多级衍射均呈多环状结构.高斯光束中心处的光致非线性折射率系数δn~0.8. Ar+ (514.5nm)连续光形成光栅的时间和弛豫时间都与写入光的偏振态强烈相关.在使用Nd :YAG(532 nm)为激发光时,光栅的弛豫时间~200ms量级,且探测光He-Ne(632.8nm)的o光和e光所探 测到的动力学响应曲线是不同的. 关键词: 瞬态 稳态 多波混频 液晶  相似文献

基于非共线光参量放大(NOPA),以宽带794nm飞秒激光的倍频光为抽运光,以连续的He-Ne激光为信号光,产生了与宽带794nm飞秒激光精确同步的无直流背底的1064nm的脉冲光.实验结果显示该1064nm的光脉冲可作为光参量啁啾脉冲放大系统的抽运激光链的种子光,从而实现用全光学方法实现OPCPA系统抽运光和信号光的精确同步.还将非共线光参量放大器置于经特殊设计的He-Ne激光腔内,也同样成功得到了无直流背底的1064nm的光脉冲.经一次光参量放大后所得到的1064nm光的光谱和空间啁啾特性与非共线光参量放大器置于He-Ne激光腔外时得到的1064nm的光脉冲相同,而其单脉冲能量约为腔外NOPA的10倍. 关键词: 非线性光参量放大 光参量啁啾脉冲放大 时间同步  相似文献

基于铯原子阶梯型6S1/2-6P3/2-8S1/2 (852.3 nm+794.6 nm)能级系统,一束波长为852.3 nm的圆偏振光作为抽运光,将室温下气室中的铯原子由基态6S1/2激发到中间激发态6P3/2并极化,另一束波长为794.6 nm的线偏振光作为探测光,其频率在6P3/2—8S1/2态之间扫描,经过原子气室后差分探测便可获得铯原子激发态6P3/2—8S1/2能级跃迁之间的双色偏振光谱.实验上系统地测量、分析了抽运光频率失谐、偏振,以及抽运光与探测光同反向实验构型对双色偏振光谱的影响,并将其用于794.6 nm半导体激光器的稳频,锁频之后,225 s内的残余频率起伏约为0.5 MHz.  相似文献

We found reversible dark-center diffraction of the transmitted probe beam passing through the chromium film, which is induced by the pump femtosecond laser. The dark-center diffraction of the transmitted probe beam appears and disappears with and without the pump beam. A view of diffractive optics with binary phase plate is put forward, which explains the reversible dark-center diffractive optical phenomenon. The pre-ablated hole on the metal film can be regarded as a uniform light filed without phase modulation, the surrounding circular part around the pre-ablated hole can be regarded as “phase modulated”. Therefore, this diffraction optic view might be helpful for us to understand the phase change of the metal film introduced by the femtosecond laser pulse.  相似文献

Formation of spontaneous surface relief grating under pulsed exposure on the surface of an azo polymer film has been investigated. We did experiments in different repetition rates and pulse widths by use an electro mechanical chopper and a diode-pumped solid-state laser with wavelength of 532?nm as pump beam. Incidence of pump beam, has been set normal to the surface of azo-polymer film. Spontaneous surface relief grating with grating pitch of ~1,250?nm was formed. For low repetition rate, relaxation due to cis-trans isomerization becomes dominant and growth rate becomes slower. A threshold for spontaneous pattern formation was found. In addition to an increase in the diffraction intensity during illumination, anomalous variation of diffraction intensity by switching on and off the laser was observed. By switching off the recording beam sharp enhancement occurred. By switching on the recording beam, after a sharp decrease in the intensity of diffracted beam, it increased further under illumination. Anomalous variations, strongly depends on polarization of the probe beam and the irradiation time for the formation of spontaneous SRG. Sharp enhancement has been attributed to cis-trans thermal isomerization and sharp decrease has been attributed to isomeration in whole surface under illumination.  相似文献

Photoinduced anisotropy in a bacteriorhodopsin film using the pump-probe method was investigated. A diode-pumped second-harmonic YAG laser was used as the pump beam, and three wavelengths, at lambda = 442, 532, 655 nm, from different lasers were used as probe beams. Without the pump beam, the probe light cannot transmit the analyzer to the detector. However, because of photoinduced anisotropy, a portion of the probe light is detected when the pump beam is present. Based on this property, we demonstrate a full-color all-optical display.  相似文献

All-optical logic gates with bacteriorhodopsin (bR) protein molecules have been demonstrated based on all-optical switching of a cw probe laser beam by multiple pulsed pump laser beams due to nonlinear intensity-induced excited-state absorption. A cw probe laser beam at 640 nm corresponding to the peak absorption of O-state in the bR photocycle is switched by a pulsed pump laser beam at 570 nm corresponding to the maximum initial B state absorption, at relatively low powers. The switching characteristics have been used to design all-optical NOT and the universal NOR and NAND logic gates and the effect of various parameters such as variation in pump pulse width, pump intensity, lifetime of O state and absorption cross-section of the B state at probe wavelength on the switching characteristics has been analyzed.  相似文献

Highly stable F2 color centers are very efficiently produced in lithium fluoride (LiF) by electron beam irradiation at room temperature. We have fabricated optical microcavities in which the active medium is a low-energy electron beam irradiated LiF film, whose optical thickness is comparable with the peak wavelength (~668nm) of the F2 broad photoluminescence band. By selecting the proper electron beam energy, one can control the F2 color center depth distribution. This distribution influences the photoemission angular distribution of the microcavity, whose resonance properties are determined by the coupling of the depth profile of the defects with the pump electromagnetic field and microcavity modes.  相似文献

In this paper all optical switching in planar methyl red doped poly (methyl methacrylate) (MR/PMMA) waveguide and the effects of different parameters on this process are presented. Switching was achieved by a 488 nm Ar ion laser (pump beam) on a 633 nm He-Ne laser (probe beam) when passed through the waveguide. The effect of temperature and pump intensity, polarization and chopping frequency on switching is investigated. The switching process is attributed to trans-cis-trans photoisomerization of azo dyes in the polymer host. By studying the absorption spectrum of the sample, it is shown that both pump and probe laser beams are effective on the switching process.  相似文献

用532 nm基模高斯光束对2-甲氧基5-丁氧基取代聚对苯撑乙烯的氯仿溶液进行激光诱导衍射实验及光限幅特性的研究.实验发现,当高斯光束通过样品溶液时,在远场处出现衍射环;随着入射功率的增大,衍射图案会发生显著的变化.理论分析表明,该现象可以用光克尔效应、热效应作用下的附加相位孔对入射光束的衍射行为来解释.还进一步研究了532 nm激光作用下样品溶液的光限幅特性,根据实验结果分析得出:由热效应引起的自衍射是产生光限幅特性的主要机制.  相似文献

通过非简并的时间分辨泵浦探测技术对C70富勒烯/甲苯溶液的非线性光学性质进行了研究。在532 nm波长的皮秒激光脉冲泵浦下,用600 nm的皮秒激光脉冲测量了C70富勒烯的激发态非线性吸收动力学响应。利用五能级模型对实验结果进行了数值模拟,得到了非简并情况下C70富勒烯分子的光物理参数。实验结果表明:C70富勒烯在简并和非简并情况下的激发态寿命没有变化,但非简并情况下的单重态吸收截面要比简并情况下单重态吸收截面小。  相似文献

3-hydroxyflavone (3-HF) is an organic molecule with an excited-stated intramolecular proton transfer (ESIPT) effect. All-optical switchings and beam deflections of 3-HF in three kinds of solvents (cyclohexane, ethanol and dimethyl sulfoxide) have been investigated by using the third-harmonic generation (355 nm) of a mode-locked Nd:YAG laser as a pump beam and a continuous-wave (cw) He-Ne laser (632.8 nm) as a probe beam. The nonlinear refractive indices of 3-HF in the three different solvents are determined by using the Z-scan technique under an ultraviolet (UV) pump beam at a wavelength of 355 nm. It has been found that the optical switching and beam deflection effects result from the change in refractive index of 3-HF under the irradiation of the pump beam. On the basis of the analyses of absorption spectra and fluorescence spectra, we conclude that the change in refractive index of 3-HF is due to not the thermal effect but the ESIPT effect of 3-HF under the pump beam. As the ESIPT is exceedingly fast, 3-HF might be an excellent candidate for high-speed optical switching.  相似文献

报道了LD纵向泵浦NdYVO4晶体,经腔内和频得到593 nm激光输出的实验研究.采用一个线性平凹腔实现了1 064 nm和1 342 nm双波长连续波振荡,利用LBO腔内和频产生593 nm激光输出.在泵浦功率为1.4 W时得到593 nm的输出功率为70 mW.593 nm光束远场发散角小于1 mrad,光斑椭圆度为0.999,且具有低噪声输出特性.实验结果表明,该结构激光器是获得衍射极限全固体黄激光器的实用方法.  相似文献
