软X光谱学光子筛衍射特性的实验表征   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1       下载免费PDF全文
 概述了谱学光子筛的设计原理,计算了其透射率,并对设计的软X光谱学光子筛的衍射模式在光学波段进行了模拟计算和实验表征。结果表明,这种新型色散元件具有良好的、与设计预期一致的单级衍射特性,3级及以上的高级衍射能被有效抑制。与传统的透射光栅和以前设计的单级衍射光栅相比,新设计的软X光谱学光子筛更易于实现自支撑,可望在极紫外和软X光谱测量过程中得到广泛应用。  相似文献

 概述了量子点阵衍射光栅的原理及制作方法,并设计标定实验,研究了不同角度及不同波长入射情况下量子点阵光栅的衍射特性。研究结果表明:量子点阵光栅不存在高级衍射,只保留了±1级和0级衍射,具有理想的单级衍射模式。光学波段量子点阵衍射光栅的成功研制为研制紫外、X光波段具有单级衍射特征的光栅提供了契机。  相似文献

采用聚焦离子束直写技术,成功制作了面积为200μm×200μm,线密度500 mm 1,圆孔直径800 nm,金吸收体厚度为500 nm的单级衍射量子点阵光栅.研究了该光栅在波长442 nm激光下不同传输距离的衍射特性以及相对衍射效率.实验结果表明,量子点阵光栅不存在高级衍射,只保留了±1级和0级衍射,具有良好的单级衍射特性.1级衍射与0级衍射间距随传输距离的增大而增大,实测值与理论计算值相符.  相似文献

新近提出的光学色散元件"之"字形光栅具有优越的衍射特征,在光谱测量和分析中具有重要的应用价值.本文基于卷积定理,采用一种新的数值计算方法对应用于X射线波段的"之"字形光栅的衍射模式进行了模拟计算,并将其衍射模式与传统光栅以及正弦光栅的衍射模式进行了比对研究,结果表明:"之"字形光栅可以将高级衍射抑制到低于一级衍射四个量级的水平,具有比传统光栅优越得多的衍射模式,与理论预期结果一致.在此基础上,又分析了实际应用过程中吸收体对X射线的吸收情况给"之"字形光栅衍射模式带来的影响,最终证实了"之"字形光栅具有较强 关键词: 之字形光栅 卷积定理 衍射模式 光谱测量  相似文献

传统光栅的基础研究和应用研究进展一直备受关注。然而,高阶衍射污染使传统光栅获得的光谱纯度受到严重影响。为了抑制高阶衍射贡献,人们提出了许多单级或准单级光栅的设计方案,但它们对高阶衍射的抑制效果不可避免地受到加工精度的限制。提出了一种准周期矩形孔阵列光栅,通过优化矩形孔的概率密度分布函数,获得了比以往设计更大的加工误差宽容度。对这种光栅的衍射特性进行了分析研究。理论计算表明,即使孔径相对误差超过20%,光栅也可以完全抑制二阶、三阶和四阶衍射,五阶衍射效率与一阶衍射效率之比小于0.01%,大大降低了对加工精度的要求。  相似文献

二值化梯形透过率光栅是一种具有离轴衍射级次的二维光栅,其各衍射点光强信息和位置信息的确定对该新型光栅的实际应用具有重要意义。然而,目前尚无相关解析理论对其进行合理的描述。为了解决上述问题,通过二维傅里叶变换方法获得了该光栅各个衍射级次光强分布的解析表达式,并根据二维光栅的结构特征给出了在透射式和反射式情况下该光栅满足的光栅方程。这为该新型光栅的光线追迹计算打下了理论基础。最后,将解析表达式计算结果与采用X-Lab软件标量衍射模块计算的数值模拟结果进行比较,验证解析理论的正确性。  相似文献

本文运用矩阵方法详细分析了非均匀反射式全息光栅衍射特性.把全息光栅内部的折射率调制分布看作是一种空间非均匀折射率调制分布,在此基础上进行了数值计算,详细分析了几个影响其衍射性质的因子.基于该方法的数值模拟结果与耦合波理论和以前的实验结果能较好地符合.  相似文献

A newly designed grating used in terahertz region is proposed, which is composed of the trapezoidal elements repeated successively along one dimension of the substrate, and uniform interval(the grating period) repeated along the other dimension. The transmission of the grating owns a designable trapezoidal profile dependent on the geometric dimensions of the element. The far-field diffraction patterns of a designed grating at incident broadband terahertz frequencies, with element dimensions of upper, lower side and period of 50, 250, and 300 μm, respectively, are simulated by the scalar diffraction theory. The simulation results indicate that the terahertz grating exhibits a property of single-order diffraction,and the diffraction efficiency of the first order reaches 6.6%, exceeding that of a traditional sinusoidal amplitude grating with identical period and duty cycle. Owing to the regular architecture and the high single-order diffraction efficiency, the grating is easy to fabricate and shows great potential applications in single-shot spectral measurements of weak broadband terahertz pulse.  相似文献

A new optical system for an augmented reality(AR) display is proposed in this paper.The optical system mainly includes a ray deflector, coupling input grating, optical waveguide, and coupling output grating.Both the ray deflector and the coupling input grating are designed based on the diffraction characteristics of the polarization grating, and the coupling output grating is the Bragg reflection grating.Compared with other AR schemes, this AR optical system not only reduces the number of projections from two to one, but also improves the efficiency of light coupling into the optical waveguides.The energy loss is reduced by utilizing the single-order diffraction characteristics of the polarization grating in its coupling input structure.The light deflector uses the polarization selectivity of the polarization grating and the characteristics of the rotating light of the twisted nematic liquid crystal layer to realize beam deflection.The working principle of the optical system is experimentally and theoretically demonstrated.  相似文献

We accomplish a laboratory facility for producing a femtosecond XUV coherent monochromatic radiation with a broad tunable spectral range of 20 eV-75 eV. It is based on spectral selected single-order harmonics from intense laser driven high harmonic generation in gas phase. The time preserving for the selected harmonic radiation is achieved by a Czerny-Turner type monochromator designed with a conical diffraction grating mount for minimizing the time broadening caused by grating diffraction and keeping a relatively high diffraction efficiency. Our measurement shows that the photon flux of the 23-order harmonic(H23) centered at 35.7 eV is 1×10~9 photons/s approximately with a resolving power E/?E ≈ 36.This source provides an ultrashort tunable monochromatic XUV beam for ultrafast studies of electronic and structural dynamics in a large variety of matters.  相似文献

A single-order diffraction transmission grating named spectroscopic photon sieve(SPS) for soft x-ray region is proposed and demonstrated in this paper. The SPS consists of many circular pinholes located randomly, and can realize both free-standing diffractions and the suppression of higher-order differations. In this paper, the basic concept, numerical simulations, and calibration results of a 1000-lines/mm SPS for soft x-ray synchrotron radiation are presented. As predicted by theoretical calculations, the calibration results of a 1000-lines/mm SPS verify that the higher-order diffractions can be significantly suppressed along the symmetry axis. With the current nanofabrication technique, the SPS can potentially have a higher line density, and can be widely used in synchrotron radiation, laser-induced plasma diagnostics, and astrophysics.  相似文献

A novel design of quasi-sinusoidal single-order diffraction transmission grating (QSTG) is proposed, which can achieve a line density up to thousands line/millimeter as that of traditional transmission gratings with the current level of nanofabrication technique. We fabricate a 1000?line/mm QSTG using the new design approach, and display the calibration results of such QSTG on the soft x-ray beam of synchrotron radiation.  相似文献

The diffraction of thermal neutrons by a plane Ni covered ruled grating was investigated at various angles of incidence. A 54 lines per mm grating was used in the reflection case. 单个衍射光栅周期所包含的Bragg周期层数是连续Bragg齿型凹面衍射光栅的主要参数之一,该参数可改变光栅齿结构,对凹面衍射光栅的分辨力.自由光谱范围及衍射效率有重要影响.本文通过理论分析与仿真模拟,对比了4种不同层数的Bragg型凹面衍射光栅的特性参数.研究结果表明:在衍射光栅尺寸不变的情况下,改变单个光栅周期包含的Bragg周期层数不会显著提高器件主衍射级次的分辨力;单个光栅周期包含的Bragg周期层数与光栅可衍射的级次数成正相关.单周期层数的Bragg凹面衍射光栅的主衍射级次效率最高,其可衍射的级次数最少,且其他衍射级次分散的能量最少;增加单个光栅周期所包含的Bragg周期层数会降低主衍射级次的自由光谱范围.该研究对于设计低插损、高分辨率、宽工作波段的波分复用器或光栅光谱仪具有重要的指导意义.  相似文献

We present designs of high-efficiency compression grating based on total internal reflection (TIR) for picosecond pulse laser at 1053 nm. The setup is devised by directly etching gratings into the bottom side of a prism so that light can successfully enter (or exit) the compression grating. Dependence of the −1 order diffraction efficiencies on the constructive parameters is analyzed for TE- and TM-polarized incident light at Littrow angle by using Fourier modal method in order to obtain optimal grating structure. The electric field enhancement within the high-efficiency TIR gratings is regarded as another criterion to optimize the structure of the TIR gratings. With the criterion of high diffraction efficiency, low electric field enhancement and sufficient manufacturing latitude, TIR compression gratings with optimized constructive parameters are obtained for TE- and TM-polarized incident light, respectively. The grating for TE-polarized light exhibits diffraction efficiencies higher than 0.95 within 23 nm bandwidth and relatively low square of electric field enhancement ratio of 5.7. Regardless of the internal electric field enhancement, the grating for TM-polarized light provides diffraction efficiencies higher than 0.95 within 42 nm bandwidth. With compact structure, such TIR compression gratings made solely of fused silica should be of great interest for application to chirped pulse amplification (CPA) systems.  相似文献
