The dependence of critical current density Jc on the angle α between the directions of the applied magnetic field H (which was rotated in the c-axis-I plane) and the in-plane current I was measured on a c-axis oriented epitaxial YBa2Cu3O7-δ films at 81 K, with the magnetic field strength up to 6T, Analysis of the experimental results on the basis of the classical scaling law of pinning force shows that there exist simultaneously planar-pinning and volume-pinning mechanisms, and the contribution of volume pinning increases wish decreasing while that of the planar pinning decreases, We propose that the decrease of Lorentz-force-independent critical current density with increasing H for H∥I results from the suppression of superconductivity by the magnetic field, The fact that the contribution of volume pinning increases with decreasing α also arises from the suppression of superconductivity in CuO2 plane by the magnetic field.  相似文献

We report on electrical and magnetic properties of polyaniline (PANI) nanotubes (150 nm in diameter) and PANI/Fe3O4 nanowires (140 nm in diameter) containing Fe3O4 nanoparticles with a typical size of 12 nm. These systems were prepared by a template-free method. The conductivity of the nanostructures is 10−1–10−2 S/cm; and the temperature dependent resistivity follows a ln ρT−1/2 law. The composites (6 and 20 wt% of Fe3O4) show a large negative magnetoresistance compared with that of pure PANI nanotubes and a considerably lower saturated magnetization (Ms=3.45 emu/g at 300 K and 4.21 emu/g at 4 K) compared with the values measured from bulk magnetite (Ms=84 emu/g) and pure Fe3O4 nanoparticles (Ms=65 emu/g). AC magnetic susceptibility was also measured. It is found that the peak position of the AC susceptibility of the nanocomposites shifts to a higher temperature (>245 K) compared with that of pure Fe3O4 nanoparticles (190–200 K). These results suggest that interactions between the polymer matrix and nanoparticles take place in these nanocomposites.  相似文献

The electronic structure, magnetic and half-metal properties of inorganic-organic hybrid compound [C4N2H12][Fe4(HPO3)2(C2O4)3] are investigated by using the full-potential linearized augmented plane wave (FPLAPW) method within density-functional theory (DFT) calculations. The density of states (DOS), the total energy of the cell and the spontaneous magnetic moment of [C4N2H12][Fe4(HPO3)2(C2O4)3] are calculated. The calculation results reveal that the low-temperature phase of [C4N2H12][Fe4(HPO3)2(C2O4)3] exhibits a stable ferromagnetic (FM) ground state, and we find that this organic compound is a half-metal in FM state. In addition, we have calculated antiferromagnetically coupled interactions, revealing the existence of antiferromagnetic (AFM), which is in agreement with the experiment. We have also found that [C4N2H12][Fe4(HPO3)2(C2O4)3] is a semiconductor in the AFM state with a band gap of about 0.40 eV. Subsequently, the transport properties for potential thermoelectric applications have been studied in detail based on the Boltzmann transport theory.  相似文献

本文通过传统的固相反应法制备了R型六角铁氧体BaFe4-xTi2+xO11 (x= 0, 0.25, 0.5, 0.75, 1), 并且对它的原子价态以及磁性行为进行了研究. X 射线光电子能谱(XPS)结果显示了随着掺杂含量的增加, 体系中Fe3+离子逐渐减少而Fe2+离子逐渐增加. 由于具有非对称结构的阻挫晶格中存在各种关联作用的竞争, 使得BaFe4-xTi2+xO11体系表现出了复杂的磁有序行为, 在T1~250 K和T2~83 K两处存在磁转变. 对这一系列掺杂样品, 在相变温度T1之上表现顺磁行为, 而在相变温度T2前后的磁化强度都表现出低场下随磁场的增加快速增加, 高场下则线性变化且在5×104 Oe时还未达到饱和的行为, 表明这一系列掺杂样品是典型的倾斜反铁磁态(canted antiferromagnetic) 或者亚铁磁态.  相似文献

通过助溶剂熔融法并在氩气气氛炉中成功生长出高质量大尺寸的CaTi2O4的单晶.X射线衍射实验及能量损失谱EDS证实,制备的CaTi2O4单晶晶胞参数a=9.781?,b=9.966?,c=3.148?,所有样品均为单相,且符合化学计量比,样品高纯.通过直流磁化率的测量,首次给出了晶体的Van-Vleck顺磁因子为6.85×10-5cm3/mol,Cure-Weiss温度为-0.44 K,呈弱反铁磁性.同时,通过单晶各向磁化率的测量,进一步确认了CaTi2O4晶体中一维有序Ti-Ti反铁磁dimer链的形成,并明确了其方向. 关键词: 2O4')" href="#">CaTi2O4 磁化率 各向异性 反铁磁二聚化  相似文献

In this paper it is reported that the measurement of the bulk positron lifetime as a function of substitution content x in the temperature range from 70 to 220K was performed in two high-Tc superconducting systems, Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3-xFexO7-δ and Y1-xCaxBa2Cu3O7-δ. It was found that τB of both systems decreases significantly with x and the temperature dependence of τB is very weak in normal state. In lower temperature region (Tc), a dramatic x-dependent temperature variation of τB was observed in the Ca-substituted system: from a decrease of τB with decreasing T to an increase of τB. With increasing x, the temperature dependence of τB remains weak in the Ca- and Fe- substituted systems. Compared with the experimental data of positron lifetime in other substituted systems and the calculation of the positron density distribution, the authors suggest that positron bulk lifetime spectra behaviour can be interpreted by the physical model based on the transfer of electron density between the CuO2 planes and Cu-O chains. Therefore, the study of positron lifetime spectra provides a useful means to detect the local charge density and to study the correlation between the electronic structure and the high-Tc superconductivity.  相似文献

在B3LYP/6-311++G(d,p)水平上预测了Al2O3H3分子的较低能量构型.其基态构型具有C s对称性,电子态为1A′.通过研究Al2O3M3和M2(M=H,D,T)的能量E、定容热容C V和熵S,用电子振动近似讨论了Al2O3+3/2M2→Al2O3M3反应的氢同位素效应,得到了Al2O3氢化的热力学函数?H0,?S0,?G0,及平衡压力与温度的关系.研究表明,氧化物Al2O3吸附氢(氘,氚)反应的同位素排代效应顺序为氚排代氘,氘排代氢,与钛等金属的同位素排代顺序相反.但排代效应都非常弱,且随着温度的增加趋于消失.  相似文献

We report a successful crystal growth of Ca2Y2Cu5O10 and anisotropic behavior of magnetic susceptibility associated with an antiferromagnetic phase transition. Single crystals were obtained by the floating-zone method using an infrared radiation furnace. Composition and structural characterization shows that the grown crystals are qualified for physical measurements. The magnetic susceptibility along each crystallographic axis shows a typical behavior of antiferromagnetic phase transition at TN=31 K, and the ordered magnetic moments are found to lie along the b-axis.  相似文献

Based on the scaling rule: R(T, H, θ) = R(T, h), where h = H(sin2θ+cos2θ/γ2)1/2 and θ is field angle with respect to the ab-plane, the scaling approach is performed to examine the c-axis resistances of single crystalline La1.86Sr0.14CuO4 as functions of field and its orientation at different temperatures. The anisotropy parameter γ of the system is extracted from the scaling approach, but shows an unusual temperature-dependent behavior, which is not expected by conventional theory. A phenomenological explanation of this temperature dependence is presented.  相似文献

X-ray, neutron diffraction and magnetic susceptibility are reported for FexNi1−xTa2O6 mixed oxides. X-ray refinement indicates homogeneous samples for all the reported concentrations. The neutron-diffraction measurements reveal magnetic structures with double propagation vectors. This system exhibits at least two bicritical points at about x=0.15 and 0.60. For these concentrations, at low temperatures, the system shows the coexistence of two magnetic structures. This bicritical behaviour is interpreted as induced by competition between the different magnetic structures.  相似文献

We report here the structural phase transitions of the crystal (NH4)2SnBr6 investigated by Raman scattering at temperatures ranging from 10K to room temperature. Two phase transitions occurring at 150 and ll0K are found. Based on the group theory, it is proposed that the crystal undergoes a second-order phase transition at 150 K, resulting from a ferro-distortion with symmetry Γ4+. The change of structure is confirmed to be O5h to C54h, which is assigned to the rotary of [SnBr6]2- ion groups around the axis of <001>. Furthermore the crystal undergoes an order-disorder phase transition at ll0K which is related with the reorientation of the ammonium ion group. It is noticed that the change of the vibrational modes at 77K does not show any phase transition.  相似文献

A coupling equation of directional solidification of CBr4(α)-C2Cl6(β) eutectic is solved numerically. Profiles and profile bifurcation of the solidifying interface as functions of the interlamellar spacing are studied in detail. It is believed that the critical bifurcating point of the solidifying interface of each lamella coincides with its marginally stable position and hence, a new scaling law is derived. Existence of the band of spacing selection is also studied. For a given solidifying rate, the critical bifurcating point of β/liquid interface is the upper limit of this band, and its lower limit corresponds to the critical bifurcating point of α/liquid interface. Our analyses interpret the latest relevant experimental data reasonably.  相似文献

We report on the fabrication of Ni/Al2O3/Si and textured Ni/Al2O3/Si3N4 multilayers containing Ni nanoparticles that exhibit significantly improved results. The secondary phases arising from thermal reaction between Ni and Si can be remarkably suppressed with increasing layers of Al2O3 and deposition of Ni/Al2O3 multilayers on Si3N4 substrates. Atomic force microscopy shows the formation of large as well as nanoclusters of Ni when grown on Si, whereas textured Ni nanoparticles are formed on Si3N4 substrates. The magnetization measurements on Ni/Al2O3/Si containing a single buffer layer of Al2O3 shows higher coercivity field with magnetic nanowire-like behavior, whereas with several Al2O3 alternate layers almost a superparamagnetic-like behavior is observed. However, significantly improved magnetic hysteresis was observed in textured Ni/Al2O3/Si3N4 multilayers due to preferred alignment of Ni nanocrystallites.  相似文献

采用水热控制合成法,以六水三氯化铁、柠檬酸三钠和尿素为原料,聚丙烯酰胺为稳定剂, 200?C下反应12 h制备得到了超顺磁性空心Fe_3O_4纳米微球.通过X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜、透射电子显微镜对样品的结构和形貌进行表征,并采用振动样品磁强计测试了样品的磁性能.结果表明:所得样品为具有尖晶石结构的Fe_3O_4纳米微球,尺寸为160 nm左右,呈分等级结构,即整个微球由粒径约18 nm的初级晶粒自组装堆叠而成;室温下表现为典型的超顺磁性,且饱和磁化强度为73.3 emu/g (1 emu/g=1 A·m~2/kg),这种高饱和磁化强度可以由其初级晶粒晶化程度高且粒径较大以及这种特殊的二次自组装结构进行解释.这种Fe_3O_4纳米微球为疏松多孔的空心球状结构,具有粒径分布均匀、分散性良好和超顺磁性的特点,在药物靶向输运和肿瘤热疗中有潜在的应用.  相似文献

We describe the results of Haman studies on C=C stretch modes in α-ET3(ReO4)2 charge-transfer salt with the incident laser beam polarised perpendicular and parallel to the large flat face of plate-like crystal. We have assigned central C=C stretch mode at 1454 cm-1 and ring C=C stretch mode at 1470cm-1. The change in ring C=C stretch vibration was observed at the metal-insulator transition of α-ET3(ReO4)2 on warming due to the distortion of the ET molecules.  相似文献

Terahertz (THz) time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) of polycrystalline MnCr2O4 was performed at <9 T and low temperatures. A resonance absorption in the sub-THz range with linear blueshifts was observed as the magnetic field was increased from 4 T to 9 T. These magnetism-driven absorptions originated from a ferromagnetic resonance, which agrees with low-field electron spin resonance measurements and ferromagnetic resonance theory. The low-temperature g-factors of MnCr2O4 were also obtained using THz-TDS. This work provides new insights into the spin dynamics of chromite spinel compounds in the THz region.  相似文献

Stoichiometric Fe3O4 films have formed epitaxially on -Al2O3 and MgO single-crystal substrates by a reactive vapor deposition method. In order to apply conversion electron Mössbauer spectroscopy depth-selectively, a 5–7 Åthick probe layer containing 57Fe was formed at various depths in inactive 56Fe3O4 matrix films. At the topmost surfaces and also at the interfaces, the essential electronic features of bulk Fe3O4 are retained, including a rapid electron hopping between the Fe2+ and Fe3+ ions at B sites. Minor depth-dependent changes are confined to a few outermost atomic layers, and the changes depend on the orientation and the lattice mismatch with the substrate. For (111) growth on -Al2O3, the surface layer seems to be strongly relaxed to reduced the electric polarization, while a high density of defects seems to be concentrated at the interface with -Al2O3. For (001) growth on MgO, the surface retains the spinel lattice though slightly oxidized, while the interface with MgO has good crystallinity and stoichiometry. An enhanced thermal fluctuation of the Fe3+-spins in contact with the MgO substrate and in the topmost surface layer can be seen in their reduced magnetic hyperfine field at 300 K.  相似文献
