压电晶体位移特性曲线干涉自动测量方法   总被引:6,自引:3,他引:3

本文提出了压电晶体(PZT)位移物曲线自动干涉测量方法,该方法利用干涉仪把PZT的微位移量转化成干涉条纹相位变化量,通过快速傅里叶变换(FFT)方法自动复原干涉条纹中包含的相位的变化量,从而高精度地检测出PZT的位移特性曲线.根据该方法,利用CCD摄象机、图象板和干涉仪组合成一套光、机、电一体化的微位移自动测试系统,实际测量了我们研制的PZT随电压变化的位移特性曲线.实验表明,该方法原理实现简单,且能实现高精度、自动、实时和动态测量.  相似文献

采用粘合法制备了叠层结构的块体Terfenol-D/PZT磁电复合材料,测量了不同频率下的磁电回线,采用新的极坐标下的方式做图.从极坐标下的磁电回线中可以看出,随直流磁场的变化,非谐振频率下的磁电相位发生了轻微移动,移动幅度随频率的增加而增加;而在谐振频率下,伴随着巨磁电效应,磁电相位发生了显著移动,移动幅度达到了近90°.与粉末Terfenol-D/环氧树脂/PZT磁电复合材料对比之后表明,非谐振频率下块体Terfenol-D/PZT的磁电相位移动主要由涡流引起;而谐振频率下大幅度相位移动则主要来源于Terfenol-D的磁致弹性变化.  相似文献

根据时域移相算法的概念,提出了一种空间移相术,它能够检测因外界振动导致条纹抖动而引起的干涉图样的空间相位变化.运用这种技术在TwymanGreen移相式干涉仪中建立了一套自适应抗振系统,它可以实时测量振动引起的相位变化大小,并通过反馈器件PZT实时校正干涉条纹的相位,使得干涉条纹稳定以保证光学测量的正常进行,与此同时PZT还作为移相器件.  相似文献

基于压电陶瓷的光相位调制器的调制系数测量及验证   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
实现了一种快速简单有效的测量基于压电陶瓷(PZT)的光相位调制器相位调制系数的方法。利用光纤马赫-曾德尔(M-Z)干涉仪输出光强度与两臂相位差的函数关系,通过3×3解调算法可以计算基于PZT的光相位调制器的相位调制系数。实验中在M-Z干涉仪另一臂加上一个基于PZT的相位调制器以减小系统噪声的影响,并在相位生成载波(PGC)解调实验中作为干扰源。最后通过PGC解调方案解调出了3×3耦合器的第一路输出信号中的干扰信号,实验验证了所测量的结果,表明该方法是行之有效的。  相似文献

为了实现对锁模飞秒钛宝石激光器的相位控制,采用改进的相移测量装置,使载波包络频移信号的信噪比提高到了40 dB以上.在此优化测量结果的基础上,利用电子锁相环技术,通过PZT改变激光器腔内端镜的倾斜将飞秒激光脉冲的载波包络相位锁定到了微波参考源TV-Rb钟10 MHz标准信号上,同时激光脉冲重复频率也采用另一个PZT控制激光腔长锁定到了同一个TV-Rb钟10 MHz信号上.锁定后的结果显示重复频率的锁定达到了TV-Rb钟本身的稳定度,而载波包络相位锁定后比锁定前稳定度提高了三个数量级.  相似文献

讨论了一种低成本的干涉型光纤陀螺的信号处理方法。应用了自动相位跟踪技术,重点解决了PZT的稳定性问题,提高了光纤陀螺的精度。在方案中,以正弦波信号作为相位偏置信号,相位解调运用了同步相关检测的方法。方案的优点是其低成本和易于实现,能够满足在一定条件下陆地导航和定位系统的需要。  相似文献

极化了的PZT 95/5铁电陶瓷在冲击波作用下发生铁电相到反铁电相的结构相变,释放出被束缚的电荷,流经外电路,形成脉冲电流.基于这一原理,针对低感、低阻负载的要求,对PZT 95/5铁电陶瓷 LRC电路响应进行了理论分析,并开展了实验研究.实验采用多组PZT 95/5铁电陶瓷并联,获得了前沿小于500ns,峰值大于5kA的大电流. 关键词: PZT 95/5铁电陶瓷 冲击波 爆电电源  相似文献

采用添加造孔剂的方法制备多孔锆钛酸铅(PZT)陶瓷,并研究了孔隙率和晶粒尺寸对多孔PZT陶瓷介电和压电性能的影响及机理.研究表明:孔隙率的增加降低了多孔PZT陶瓷的介电常数,提高了静水压优值,并证明在一定条件下孔隙率与介电常数关系可由Okazaki经验公式及Banno模型预测;晶粒尺寸增加,多孔PZT陶瓷的介电常数、压电系数和优值增加,并可用Okazaki空间电荷理论解释晶粒尺寸对试样介电和压电性能的影响.对于添加重量百分数为10%造孔剂的多孔PZT陶瓷,当烧结温度为1300℃时,孔隙率为34%,d关键词: 多孔PZT陶瓷 静水压优值 压电性能 介电性能  相似文献

The double-scale lead zirconate titanate (PZT) piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by the solid state processing with PZT nano-crystalline and micro-powder. The microstructures, electrical and mechanical properties of the double-scale PZT are investigated. All the sintered ceramics exhibit a single perovskite structure and the grain size of the dou ble-scale PZT reduces due to the incorporation of PZT nano-crystalline. Compared to normal PZT, the mechanical properties increase significantly and the piezoelectric properties decrease slightly. Mechanisms responsible for the reinforcement of the double-scale PZT are discussed.  相似文献

通过sol-gel法在si(111)基片上分别制备了LaNiO3(LNO)底电极和LaNiO3/Sr0.7TiO3(LNO/LSTO)底电极.然后采用sol-gel方法,在两种衬底上分别制备了Pb(Zr0.5Ti0.5)O3(PZT)铁电薄膜.XRD分析表明,两种PZT薄膜均具有钙钛矿结构,且在LNO底电极上的PZT薄膜呈(100)择优取向,而在LNO/LSTO底电极上的PZT薄膜呈随机取向.铁电性能测试表明,相对LNO衬底上制备的PZT薄膜,在LNO/LSTO底电极上制备的PZT薄膜的剩余极化强度得到了有效的增强,同时矫顽场也增大.介电常数和漏电流的测试表明,LNO/LSTO底电极上制备的PZT薄膜具有大的介电常数和漏电流.  相似文献

The effect of the geometry of the fiber ends on the scattered intensities is considered. A new modification of the Rayleighdebye-Gans (RDG) approximate theory, the Mie Substitution Theory (MST) theory, is introduced. The Boundary Value Method (BVM) for the infinite cylinder, the RDG theory, the Shifrin (SFR) modification of the RDG theory and the MST theory are compared with the EBCM theory for various values of fiber diameter, length, refractive index and for various fiber orientations, including random orientation. Scattering from suspensions of fibers, typical of UICC crocidolite and anthophyllite asbestos fibers, is considered using the BVM, the MST and the RDG theories when the fibers are assumed to be aligned and the MST and the RDG theories when the fibers are assumed to be randomly oriented.  相似文献

The transient response of a transversely isotropic cylinder under a laser point source impact is solved theoretically. The radial displacement generated by the laser under the ablation regime is numerically calculated by introducing Fourier series expansion and two-dimensional Fourier transform. The validity of this theoretical solution is demonstrated on a fiber reinforced composite cylinder with a strong anisotropy. Experimental displacements are detected at the cylinder surface by the laser ultrasonic technique, and are analyzed by the ray trajectories. Corresponding theoretical displacements are calculated numerically and compared to the experimental signals. Good agreement is found. The diffraction effect caused by the cusp is observed in both theory and experiment.  相似文献

运用接触力学和圆环压溃强度理论对由V型槽固定的光子晶体光纤进行了受力分析。分别考虑了两种极限情况,以推导光纤中的应力分布。第一种情况假设光纤是完全由纯石英材料制成的内部均匀的实芯圆柱体;第二种情况是把光纤假设成一个空芯圆柱体。根据这两种极限情况推导出了光子晶体光纤受力后光纤内部的最大应力点位于平行于接触面的外层空气孔的附近。采用有限元方法验证了此结论,计算出了光子晶体光纤可能承受的最大压力,并给出了光子晶体光纤在V型槽中的应力分布和变形情况。  相似文献

传统的沿z轴光纤传输光线的轨道角动量(orbital angular momentum,OAM)光束的制备方法共同之处都是从内部结构着想,光束的主光线基本上不变,只是波面在变.但要获得携带高mh的光有一定的难度.针对上述问题,本文建立以波面不变,光束主光线变化为基础的理论框架,利用微分几何理论验证不沿z轴圆柱型光纤螺线圈传输的光线可以携带高mh OAM的理论设想.研究发现:利用流动坐标(α,β,γ)计算光线在绕圆柱体的光纤中传输时光纤截面的衍射分布图呈现涡旋特征,有高阶OAM模式.当θ=θ0时,圆柱形轨道光纤过渡到直线轨道光纤.计算光线沿直线传输时光纤截面的衍射分布图是Airy斑,即圆孔衍射斑,无高阶OAM模式.  相似文献

A three-dimensional (3D) model is presented to predict the acoustic waves generated by a laser point pulse in a transversely isotropic cylinder. The Fourier series expansion and the two-dimensional Fourier transform are introduced to calculate the 3D transient response under either the ablation or the thermoelastic generation. The presented physical model and the numerical inverse scheme are applied to a fiber reinforced composite cylinder with a strong anisotropy. Experimental radial displacements of the cylinder surface are detected by the laser ultrasonic technique and analyzed by the ray trajectories for both generation regimes. Corresponding theoretical displacements are obtained numerically and compared to the experimental signals. Good agreement is found between theoretical and experimental results. The focusing effects that anisotropy gives rise to are observed in both theory and experiment under either regime.  相似文献

介绍了一种使用钢环和碳纤维复合材料环共同预紧方式的两面顶超高压模具,该结构在全钢环两面顶模具的基础上,使用一层碳纤维复合材料环代替最外层钢环,得到了一种具有碳纤维复合材料环的超高压模具。这种设计避免了大直径钢环难以制造加工的问题,形成一种以钢环与复合材料环共同对压缸预紧的新型预紧方式。数值分析表明:该模具结构设计具有可行性,可以在一定程度上减小压缸的周向应力、最大剪切应力和等效应力。此外,对碳纤维复合材料环进行了失效判别。  相似文献

We consider a cylindrical fiber whose core is a liquid crystal (LC) subject to the action of a low frequency field applied parallel to the axis of the cylinder and having initially the escaped configuration. We find the distorted textures of the nematic inside the cylinder by assuming arbitrary anchoring boundary conditions. In the optical limit we calculate the ray trajectories followed by a low intensity beam along the fiber parametrized by a low frequency electric field. Finally, we calculate exactly the spatial dependence of the transverse magnetic modes distribution in the guide, on the electric field, by using a numerical scheme. A Monte Carlo simulation tool for simulating photon transport in a randomly oriented sphere-cylinder medium has been developed. The simulated medium represents a paper pulp suspension where the constituents are assumed to be mono-disperse micro-spheres, representing dispersed fiber fragments, and infinitely long, straight, randomly oriented cylinders representing fibers. The diameter of the micro-spheres is considered to be about the order of the wavelength and is described by Mie scattering theory. The fiber diameter is considerably larger than the wavelength and the photon scattering is therefore determined by an analytical solution of Maxwell’s equation for scattering at an infinitely long cylinder. By employing a Stokes–Mueller formalism, the software tracks the polarization of the light while propagating through the medium. The effects of varying volume concentrations and sizes of the scattering components on reflection, transmission and polarization of the incident light are investigated. It is shown that not only the size but also the shape of the particles has a big impact on the depolarization.  相似文献
