 在SCG模型基础上对其温度软化效应项作了改进,所提出的新模型在熔点温度Tm处满足剪切模量G(Tm)=0,从而提高了温度的适用范围。对Al和93W作了计算,其理论结果与实验符合相当好。  相似文献

 本文把非晶La80Al20在真空中、不同温度及其时间条件下进行退火,以及在6 GPa不同温度退火40 min,并对退火样品的相结构及超导性进行了研究。发现真空中,250 ℃退火的样品晶化成了T>4.2 K、不超导的单相四方La4Al;300 ℃及450 ℃退火的样品晶化成La3Al、α-La、β-La及一些未知杂相,这些多相混合物的TC<6.0 K。在6 GPa 300 ℃及以下温度退火的样品,晶化成单相六角La4Al,其晶格常数与六角La3Al的完全相同,这些样品的TC>5.1 K;6 GPa、350 ℃及以上温度退火的样品,晶化成La3Al相及新未知相H,新相H的TC约为6.3 K。  相似文献

 在零电阻温度Tc0达到120 K的TlBaCa3Cu3Oy超导体中,掺入不同含量的Pb后,超导电性受到抑制,点阵常数减小。加压时,Tc先随压力p的增加而上升,样品1(xPb=0.05)的dTc0/dp=1.7 K/GPa,样品2(xPb=0.5)的dTc0/dp=2.2 K/GPa。Tc的峰值随Pb的增加而减小。加压时,对由于Pb的加入引起的Cu—O层的精细结构变化起到调制作用。  相似文献

 在3~20 GPa压力范围内,测量了含氧量较低的YBa2Cu3O7-δ(δ=0.46)单晶压力增强效应(dTc/dp=4.9KGPa-1);YBa2Cu3O7(Tc0=90 K)单晶在压力下临界电流密度随压力变化;外磁场H=30 kOe时,Tc与磁场、压力关系;压力达16.5 GPa下,Bi2Sr2CaCu2Ox单晶Tc(p)关系(dTc/dp=-0.4 KGPa-1)。发现Y系高温超导体的温度压力导数dTc/dp与Tc0中间呈dTc/dp=b-mTc0线性关系(b、m为常数)。结合压力下Y系超导体结构相变和含氧量对Tc影响,分析这类超导体Tc有很强的正压力效应的原因。把实验结果同几种超导电性微观理论模型进行了分析和比较。  相似文献

 本文解释了La2CuO4+δ(0≤δ≤0.09)和La2-xSrxCuO4(0≤x≤0.3)两种p型系统含铜稀土氧化物中的电阻和Seebeck系数与温度的依赖关系,在室温以上,一氧大气压下的La2CuO4+δ系统趋于失氧;在500 K以上,超导样品显示出失氧的一级相变,并且恢复到反铁磁相。在转变温度T1≈300 K以下,对0<δ<0.05成份的样品,相分离成反铁磁相和超导相;而在Tcρ≈100 K的温度范围内,超导相进一步分离成富空穴和贫空穴畴。在0.04≤δ≤0.09范围内,Tc处的电阻陡降出现了台阶;我们认为,它反映了电子成对的起伏。在La2-xSrxCuO4系统中,对于成分为01≈300 K以上,空穴的运动是弥散的,但是ΔHm=0;而对于x≥0.22的样品,经历了从平滑到Fermi液态的转变。成份为0c1范围(其中空穴继续以弥散方式运动)是亚稳的,但是,在Tcρ≤150 K范围,出现了电荷起伏。当样品冷却通过T1时,对于成份为0.15≤x≤0.2的样品,经历了由弥散到强质量增强巡游电子状态的转变;在Tc处,从均匀的修饰电子的正常态凝聚成超导的载流子对。在超导成份样品的正常态中,不寻常的电子-晶格相互作用,可以归结为在CuO2面上从更离子性的到共价性的Cu:3dx2-r2─O:Pσ键合的转变;通过这种转变,轨道杂化和Hubbard U参量随Cu─O键长和Cu原子上的外表局域氧化态都产生灵敏的变化。  相似文献

It is shown that the differential form of Friedmann equations of Friedman--Robertson--Walker (FRW) universe can be recast as a similar form of the first law ThdSh = dE + WdV of thermodynamics at the apparent horizon of FRW universe filled with the viscous fluid. It is also shown that by employing the general expression of temperature associated with the apparent horizon of an FRW universe and assumed that the temperature Tm of the energy inside the apparent horizon is proportional to the horizon temperature Tm= bTh, we are able to show that the generalized second law of thermodynamics holds in the Einstein gravity provided Th-Tm/r~A ≤(ρ+P~).  相似文献

 利用Al、Cu、Pb的冲击熔化实验结果,并考虑到材料的Grüneisen系数γ(ρ)从固态值向液态值过渡,通过Lindemann熔化定律标定了熔化曲线Tm(ρ)。由于Lindemann定律与Grüneisen系数γ(ρ)密切相关,因此用冲击熔化实验标定Tm(ρ),也间接标定了γ(ρ)。  相似文献

 讨论了非金属晶体的导热系数k与压力p和温度T的相互关系。从理论上导出了低压和低温下的两个实验拟合关系式,即KT=A+Bp和kp=A1+B1/T,其中A、B、A1、B1为拟合常数。计算结果与实验结果符合得非常好。此外,还讨论了k在高压、高温及冲击压缩下的响应。  相似文献

 本文研究了Zr70Cu30非晶合金在压力下低于玻璃化温度退火时,表征结构中几何短程有序化过程的超导转变温度(Tc)的弛豫行为。结果表明,结构弛豫使Tc下降。压力退火则阻碍Tc的热弛豫下降趋势,但过程的动力学仍保持和常压弛豫相似的对数特征。作者应用压力促使非晶结构中局域张应力减小的观点来解释上述现象。  相似文献

In this paper the MIT bag model and wave Packet Method are used to calculate the width of the process π0→2γ It is found that mπ→0 is a good approximation. The results are consistent with PCAC. The theoretical value of Γ(π0→2γ) is 2.7 times of the experimental value. The deviation is mainly from the calculation of Fπ. It is also found that the deviation strongly depends on the equation and the boundary contion of the MIT bag model.  相似文献

Based on the multi-configuration Dirac-Fock method, theoretical calculations are carried out for the dielectronic recombination (DR) rate coefficients and the collision excitation rate coefficients of Sn^10+ ions. It is found that the total DR rate coefficient has its maximum value between 10eV and 100eV and is greater than either the radiative recombination or three-body recombination rate coefficients (the number of free electrons per unit is 10^21 cm^3) for the ease of Te 〉 1 eV. Therefore, DR can strongly influence the ionization balance of laser produced multi-charged tin ions. The related dieleetronie satellite cannot be ignored at low temperature Te 〈 5 eV.  相似文献

In this note we propose that the electromagnetic self energy of lepton may beconnected with quantum number n by( (δm)/m)=(1/(2π))n-b ,in which b is a constant.Wefnrther propose that the cut-off value of momentum M is connected with gravitationalconstant κ and fine structure constant α by M=(1/√καe-1-b.So we obtainthe mass formula of charged leptons M=(1/√κα exp{-3/4-b-(1/3α)n-b}.By using the masses of e- and μ- and the value of a as in put,we get the calculatedvalues of κ=(6.67231±0.00026)×10-8cm3g-1sec-2and mr=(1782.306±0.078)MeVwhich agree very well with experimental values κ=(6.6720±0.0041)×10-8cm3g-1sec-2 and mτ=(1782-4+3)MeV respectively.The mass of the fourth charged leptonpredicted by the formula should be m=(11725.47±0.51)MeV,which can be checkedby experiments in the near future.We also discuss briefly the proposed formula andthe obtained results.  相似文献

Using the improved lattice Hamiltonian with massive Wilson quark and the variational method, we study the quark mass mq and the Wilson parameter r dependences of the quark condensate 〈ψψ〉in the two-dimensional SU(NC) lattice gauge theory. The numerical results show that when r is given, for NC=2,3,4,5,6,7, the value of 〈ψψ〉suba/(gNC3/2) decreases as mq increases. For NC>3, when mq is small, 〈ψψ〉suba/(gNC3/2) is almost independent of r; when mq is large, 〈ψψ〉suba/(gNC3/2)increases with increasing r. Particularly, when mq→0, our numerical results agree very well with Zhitnitsky's analytical weak coupling result in the continuum, which implys that our numerical results in the case of mq≠0 are reliable.  相似文献

 用阻抗匹配法和压电探针技术测量了初始密度为1.714 g/cm3(孔隙率α=ρ000=1.898/1.714=1.107)的水绿矾(FeSO4·7H2O)的冲击压缩线,发现其在0~100 GPa范围内存在两个明显相区:含有部分熔融的低压相和完全熔化的高压相。在两个相区内,冲击波速度D和波后粒子速度u可分别描述为:D=0.59+2.06u(u<3.12 km/s)和D=3.18+1.223u(u≥3.12 km/s)。从冲击压缩数据出发,用欧拉有限应变理论得到了其等熵状态方程。其熔化方程可用pm(GPa) =0.159(Tm(K)/1000)6.3371+0.69来近似描述。  相似文献

First-principles density functional perturbation calculations are employed to study the dielectric and piezoelectric properties of strained tetragonal PbTiO3. Lattice distortion, static dielectric constant, Born effective charge, zone-centre phonons, and piezoelectric constant are obtained. For the strained tetragonal PbTiO3, we obtain a giant static dielectric constant (3600) under a strain 0. 77%. Moreover, the calculated piezoelectric constant e15 of strained PbTiO3 reaches about 203 C/m^2 which is about 20 times of that of unstrained system. The giant static dielectric constant is mainly due to the softening of the lowest-frequency phonon mode and the reduce of Ti-O bond length. This work demonstrates a route to a giant static dielectrics for electrically microwave and other devices.  相似文献

In the framework of the eikonal theory and using the first order π-nucleus optical potential, the elastic and inelastic scatterings of π± from well-deformed nuclei are discussed. The virtual excitations to the low-lying levels are taken into account in the calculations of the elastic scatterings by using the closure approximation. The theoretical results of pion scatterings from 152Sm at Tπ=180MeV are compared with the data.  相似文献

 采用飞片碰撞技术,在TNT/RDX(40/60)炸药中获得了2.5倍于正常爆轰的最大超压值,得到了超压爆轰下爆轰产物物态方程p=Aρk+A1(p-pJ)(p-爆压,单位GPa,ρ-密度,单位kg/m3,A=ρJkJ,pJ=27.06 GPa,ρJ=2.3×103 kg/m3,k=2.77,A1=2.7×10-3 GPa-1,下表J代表正常爆轰状态)。该方程还可以较好地描述超压爆轰产物的二次冲击状态。  相似文献

In the framework of T2HDM, we calculated the new physics contributions involving neutral Higgs bosons to the branching ratios of B0s,d→l+l (l=e, μ) decays. Comparing the theoretical predictions with the experimental upper-limits, we found that (a) The data of Br(B0d→l+l) give the upper bound on tanβ: tanβ≤22, while Br(B0s→l+l) give tanβ≤12 for fixed δ=0°, mH+=350 GeV, mH0=160 GeV, mh0=115 GeV and mA0=120 GeV; (b) A light neutral Higgs boson mass mh0 (mA0) less than 50 GeV (120 GeV) is excluded by the data of branching ratios for B0s,d→l+l(l=μ) decays with tanβ=10; (c) The bounds on mh0 and tanβ, or mA0 and tanβ are strongly correlated: a smaller (larger) tanβ means a lighter (heavier) neutral Higgs boson.
