圆锥面聚焦换能器可在超声成像中获得较好径向分辨率的同时提高探测深度.利用高斯声源函数叠加法来近似表示圆锥面聚焦声源的分布函数,结合近轴近似的KZK方程,得到了圆锥面聚焦换能器在损耗媒质中产生的基波、二次谐波声场的解析解.在实验上制作了PVDF圆锥面聚焦换能器,测量了圆锥面聚焦换能器的基波及二次谐波声场,实验结果和理论计算相符.  相似文献

系统研究了厚度模压电换能器的背衬厚度、声阻抗率及机械损耗因子对换能器振动性能影响,重点分析了在所关心频率附近的有效机电耦合系数和机械品质因数。计算结果表明,随着背衬厚度增大,换能器的有效机电耦合系数和机械品质因数均震荡减小;背衬声阻抗率与压电片声阻抗率差值增大,换能器有效机电耦合系数减小,机械品质因数增大;保持压电片厚度不变,增大背衬的机械损耗因子,换能器有效机电耦合系数单调减小,机械品质因数有极小值,在给定频率范围内电特性曲线趋于光滑。用有限元方法验证了等效电路计算方法的正确性,并对比了换能器的测试结果和计算结果。计算所得规律为厚度模压电换能器的设计和实验制作提供了理论依据。   相似文献

本文将复常数的概念扩广到所有四组压电方程。从复数压电方程出发推导了电场垂直于长度的长度扩展杆的等效图,从而说明建立考虑损耗的换能器等效图的一般方法。文中对考虑损耗时出现的复数参量的物理意义进行了阐述。并以自由振动情况为例,将考虑损耗时的等效图和不考虑损耗时的等效图作了对比,说明了考虑损耗的必要性。  相似文献

本文报道了作者研制的频率范围分别为200—350MHZ和350一500MHZ的两种15信道声表面波滤波器组的结果。为了克服现有技术温度稳定性较差的缺点,基片材料采用Yll2°LiTaO3,温度稳定性比现有技术提高3.5—5倍。每个滤波器中的两个叉指换能器一个采用特殊抽样的单指换能器,另一个采用三次谐波工作的分裂指换能器,从而避免了采用基频工作的分裂指换能器所需的0.8μm。工艺。输入匹配网络采用改进的串并联匹配网络,降低了输人匹配网络的插人损耗,补偿了因采用Yll2°LITaO3,单个滤波器插损较大的缺陷,使滤波器组总的插入损耗与现有采用YZ或Y128°LiNbO3的滤波器组相当。  相似文献

为实现水平剪切声表面波压力传感器低损耗设计,系统研究了均匀叉指换能器(IDT)和单相单向换能器(SPUDT)器件的声波能量损耗性能。在确定最优反射系数的SPUDT结构的基础上,建立3D周期性有限元仿真模型,计算器件表面振动位移和双向输出电压瞬态响应。通过对电压信号进行傅里叶变换获得器件模型的插入损耗,并制备两种不同换能器的声学传感器,测试其频率特性和灵敏度。与均匀IDT相比,基于SPUDT器件插入损耗的仿真和实验结果分别降低了5.2 dB和5.6 dB,SPUDT器件灵敏度约为均匀IDT器件的两倍。结果表明,SPUDT能有效降低SH-SAW压力传感器声波能量的单向损耗,提高检测灵敏度,且构建的3D周期性有限元仿真模型有助于声学传感器的声波损耗分析,实现高精度和小型化的声学测量系统。   相似文献

本文选择了高聚物中杨氏模量较大、损耗较小的聚苯硫醚作为复合棒型换能器的前盖板。计算了聚苯硫醚棒中的纵波传播速度,研究了基于聚苯硫醚材料的复合棒型换能器的等效电路设计方法。利用有限元方法计算了换能器谐振频率、轴向应变分布、平均耗散功率等性能参数。对本文研制的前盖板为聚苯硫醚、后盖板为钢(1#)和前后盖板均为聚苯硫醚(2#)的两个换能器进行了测试。结果表明,理论计算的谐振频率与实验测试相吻合;两个换能器的振幅均与所施加的电压成正比,且1#换能器的振幅电压比更大;两个换能器的耗散功率与外加电压平方成正比,在应变较大处耗散功率较高,导致局部升温明显,测得两个换能器温度最高处均位于应变最大位置处。1#换能器的前后振幅比为26,与同频率的金属组件换能器相比,若后盖板为尺寸相同的钢材,前盖板采用聚苯硫醚材料能够显著提高换能器的前后振幅比,且带宽也较大。   相似文献

该文针对超声无损检测与成像功能空气耦合换能器开展了分析计算和研制。为解决压电材料与空气间巨大的阻抗失配问题,进行了多匹配层设计,并基于有限元技术仿真设计了1-3压电复合材料参数。借助复数压电方程,导出考虑损耗的多匹配层压电复合材料换能器厚度振动等效电路,获得其等效导纳,以此计算电导谱,同时基于有限元技术数值计算相应电导谱,二者有较好的一致性。在此基础上分别设计制作复合压电材料,多匹配层材料以及由此构成的空气耦合超声换能器。换能器的实测电导谱与数值仿真结果一致。进一步的换能器回波信号测试及其谱分析结果表明,所研制的160 k Hz中心频率空气耦合换能器样品有较好灵敏度和带宽。这些结果说明,该文研制的空气耦合超声换能器的初样是成功的。  相似文献

针对深水、低频、宽带换能器的技术需求,结合Janus-Helmholtz换能器的结构特点和铁镓单晶材料低场应变大及机械强度高的特性,提出了铁镓单晶Janus-Helmholtz换能器设计方案。采用永磁偏磁场和环形闭合磁路,建立了一系列铁镓单晶磁致伸缩换能器理论分析模型,包括对磁致伸缩材料参数进行线性化处理,设计了换能器最佳工作点,结合静态磁场和动态磁场分布情况分段细化换能器驱动等效参数,以及利用全阻抗模型通过电感损耗等效计算换能器静态阻抗,然后通过二维有限元分析等效模型,优化分析了换能器的结构参数与电声性能。最后制作了换能器样机,并进行了测试与分析。对比仿真和测试结果表明:全阻抗模型得到的阻抗曲线与样机测试结果相一致,有限元等效模型计算的发送电流响应与样机测试结果良好吻合。换能器样机水中谐振基频为1000 Hz,谐振频率下发送电流响应176.4 dB;在875~2300 Hz频率范围内,发送电流响应起伏不大于6 dB;增加驱动电流有效值到16.2 A,最大声源级可以达到196.2 dB。  相似文献

This paper reports the design, fabrication, and performance of miniature micromachined high frequency PMN-PT/epoxy 1-3 composite ultrasonic annular arrays. The PMN-PT single crystal 1-3 composites were made with micromachining techniques. The area of a single crystal pillar was 9 × 9 μm. The width of the kerf among pillars was ∼5 μm and the kerfs were filled with a polymer. The composite thickness was 25 μm. A six-element annular transducer of equal element area of 0.2 mm2 with 16 μm kerf widths between annuli was produced. The aperture size the array transducer is about 1.5 mm in diameter. A novel electrical interconnection strategy for high density array elements was implemented. After the transducer was attached to the electric connection board and packaged, the array transducer was tested in a pulse/echo arrangement, whereby the center frequency, bandwidth, two-way insertion loss (IL), and cross talk between adjacent elements were measured for each annulus. The center frequency was 50 MHz and −6 dB bandwidth was 90%. The average insertion loss was 19.5 dB at 50 MHz and the crosstalk between adjacent elements was about −35 dB. The micromachining techniques described in this paper are promising for the fabrication of other types of high frequency transducers, e.g. 1D and 2D arrays.  相似文献

The resonance and antiresonance frequency, the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient, and the mechanical quality factor of a sandwich piezoelectric ultrasonic transducer are studied and optimized. The effect of the thickness of thick piezoelectric element electrodes on the transducer performance is analyzed. The effect of the length and position of the piezoelectric elements in the transducer is also studied. It is shown that, although using thick electrodes is beneficial for releasing heat produced by the piezoelectric elements, the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient and the mechanical quality factor are reduced. The length and the position of the piezoelectric elements affect the performances of the transducer. Increasing the length of the piezoelectric elements decreases the mechanical quality factor, but the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient increases. When the length reaches a certain value, the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient reaches a maximum value. When the piezoelectric elements are located at the geometrical center or the displacement node, the effective electromechanical coupling coefficient and the mechanical quality factor are maximized.  相似文献

Based on a new structure of precise location and decoupling between the transducer elements, high frequency underwater transmission transducer arrays with 4 elements and 8 elements serried uniform linear array were studied, using novel 1-3-2 type piezoelectric composite as the sensing material. There are ceramic framework supports in the transverse and longitudinal directions in 1-3-2 type piezoelectric composite structure; the transducer is free from the influence of outside mechanical impact and the environment temperature change. Transducer and array samples have been designed, fabricated and measured. The resonant frequency is 150 kHz, resonant transmission response greater than 160 dB, and bandwidth is from 140 kHz to 160 kHz. The results indicate that, the transducer array has wide bandwidth, high sensitivity, stabile performance, and good coherence.  相似文献

This paper reports a new type miniature-conical transducer for acoustic emission measurements. The transducer follows the basic idea and structure of a conventional NBS conical transducer, but is much compact in size and easier to use. The improvements are made possible by introducing an excimer laser micromachining method for fabricating smaller PZT conical elements, which play a key role in the transducer. Conical PZT elements with contact size less then 300 microm are laser-machined and the miniature-conical transducers are constructed. Standard quantitative acoustic emission testing is performed on a plate using the fabricated transducers and good results are observed. The transducers can be very useful in many applications involving quantitative measurements of transient elastic waves.  相似文献

微纳相控线阵超声换能器参数(阵元数目、阵元宽度及阵元间距)直接影响其横向声场分布,而其横向声场分布是能否实现高成像分辨率、大探测深度的决定性因素,也是制备换能器的主要依据。该文利用数值模拟研究微纳相控线阵超声换能器阵元参数对其横向声场中主瓣强度、-3 dB主瓣宽度、第一级旁瓣及栅瓣的影响。结果表明,主瓣强度随着阵元数目增加而增大,随阵元间距减小而增大,随着阵元宽度的增大呈现先增大后减小的趋势;-3 dB主瓣宽度随着阵元数目和阵元间距的增大而减小,随着阵元宽度的减小而减小;此外,减小阵元数目、减小阵元间距或增大阵元宽度均可以抑制旁瓣;栅瓣在阵元间距满足一定条件时可以完全消除。通过这些研究为微纳相控线阵超声换能器的优化设计与制备提供理论参考。  相似文献

Ultrasonic guided wave focusing by a generalized phased array is studied based on dispersion curves in a multi-layered medium. The different phase of the guided waves with different frequency is added on the excitation signal on each element of the transducer array for focusing. This can be realized by designing a proper excitation pulse based on the dispersion curves of the guided waves for each of the transducer array elements. The numerical simulation results show that the guided waves with different modes, different frequency components, and from different elements of the transducer array can all be focused at the target and focusing is achieved.  相似文献

It is shown that an apodized piezoelectric transducer can significantly reduce the side lobe level of the acoustooptic cell transfer function. Series and symmetric connections of the transducer sections and measures to suppress the effect of spurious elements arising in the electric circuit are proposed. In particular, the effect of spurious capacitances and inductances on the frequency response of the transducer is studied. It is shown that they violate the optimal condition for the suppression of the transfer function side lobes, especially at high frequencies. It is shown by calculations that the effect of spurious elements can be eliminated by the insertion of additional capacitors at 80 and 150 MHz.  相似文献

The effect electronic tuning has on the frequency of the acoustic resonance of an acousto-optic modulator intended for active laser mode locking is studied theoretically and experimentally. The problem of exciting a Fabri–Perot acoustic resonator with a plate-like piezoelectric transducer is solved in the approximation of plane acoustic waves, with allowance for the real parameters of the HF generator and the matching elements of the transducer and the generator. Expressions for the basic electrical and acoustic parameters are obtained. Theoretical analysis confirms the frequency shift effect of acoustic resonances, observed earlier experimentally upon varying the matching electrical elements. The experiment is performed using an acousto-optic quartz cell and a lithium niobate transducer.  相似文献

分析锥型换能器的基本原则是把换能器沿孔径方向划分成足够多的通道来进行近似,设计制作的关键是加权技术和数据处理技巧。由于SPUDT的特性,把EWC型的SPUDT引入到锥型换能器对制作宽带、低损耗器件是十分有用的;我们在Y128°LN基片上采用一般型和SPUDT型锥型换能器制作了相对带宽约15%的声表面波滤波器,一个换能器采用“块加权”,另一个换能器采用抽指加权。文中给出了两种器件的实验结果,SPUDT型声表面波滤波器的插损仅7.5dB。  相似文献
